Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of perceptions of classroom activities on self-regulated learning (SRL) through sense of belonging (SoB) as a mediator variable in students who take part in online learning. This urgency arises when students' need for SRL skills becomes important in the implementation of distance learning online. A total of 209 students at universities in Surabaya participated in filling out the online questionnaire. The data was analyzed quantitatively using the Partial Least Square technique. This study used three scales, namely My Class Activities Scale, Perceived Student Belonging Scale, and Online Self-regulated learning Questionnaire (OSLQ). The findings showed that the perception of classroom activity had a significant influence on SRL through SoB as a mediator. Students' perceptions of their classroom activities will influence their feelings of belonging to and connected to their learning institution. Students who are connected to their institution will then tend to manage and organize their own learning. The results of this study have implications for the environmental and social importance in helping students to develop effective SRL strategies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi aktivitas kelas terhadap self-regulated learning (SRL) melalui sense of belonging (SoB) sebagai variabel mediator pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Urgensi ini muncul ketika kebutuhan mahasiswa akan kemampuan SRL menjadi penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam jaringan (daring). Sebanyak 209 mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi di Surabaya berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner daring. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala yaitu Skala My Class Activities, Skala Perceived Student Belonging, dan Online Self-regulated learning Questionnaire (OSLQ). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi aktivitas kelas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap SRL melalui SoB sebagai mediator. Persepsi mahasiswa mengenai aktivitas kelasnya akan mempengaruhi perasaan menjadi bagian dan terhubung dengan institusi belajarnya. Mahasiswa yang terhubung dengan institusinya kemudian akan cenderung mengelola dan mengatur pembelajarannya sendiri. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya lingkungan dan sosial dalam membantu mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan strategi SRL yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang dalam memperluas akses pendidikan inklusi bagi anak usia dini di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah scoping review dengan seleksi artikel berbasis metode PRISMA. Terdapat 7 artikel yang dibahas pada penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa tantangan utama berupa kurangnya pelatihan guru, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta stigma masyarakat terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Selain itu, kurikulum yang tidak fleksibel dan dukungan transportasi yang minim. Namun, peluang signifikan ditemukan melalui kebijakan pemerintah, peningkatan kualitas guru, dukungan dari komunitas lokal serta organisasi internasional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi antara pihak terkait untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan inklusi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: The condition of many street children is that they do not go to school or have dropped out of school. This happened because several basic needs have not been met, which makes them have low motivation to study. Therefore, the Save Street Child (SSC) Surabaya community, as a community that cares for street children, is here to act as a companion to street children and help increase their motivation to learn. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research stages carried out were assessment through observation and interviews then analysis, data reduction and drawing conclusions. In increasing the learning motivation of street children in the SSC community, the role played is through a program of activities that suit the needs experienced by street children. The results of the research show that street children have very low motivation to learn, due to environmental factors that not everyone accepts their existence.Keywords: Save Street Child Community; Street Children; Learning Motivation.Abstrak: Kondisi anak jalanan banyak yang tidak bersekolah atau putus sekolah, hal demikian terjadi karena beberapa faktor kebutuhan dasar yang belum terpenuhi sehingga membuat mereka memiliki motivasi bekajar yang rendah. Oleh karena itu komunitas Save Street Child (SSC) Surabaya sebagai komunitas peduli anak jalanan hadir berperan sebagai pendamping anak jalanan dan membantu dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan asesmen melalui observasi dan wawancara kemudian menganalisis, mereduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak jalanan komunitas SSC maka peran yang dilakukan adalah melalui program kegiatan-kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang dialami anak jalanan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak jalanan memiliki motivasi yang sangat rendah dalam belajar, dikarenakan faktor lingkungan yang tidak semua menerima keberadaan mereka.Kata Kunci: Komunitas Save Street Child; Anak Jalanan; Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain a standardized Indonesian version of the adaptability scale of guidance and counseling teachers. Adaptability consists of 8 dimensions: crisis, culture, work stress, interpersonal, physical, creative, learning, and uncertainty. The adaptation process is carried out using the International Test Commission (2016) reference. This adaptation involves 276 BK teachers. The research instrument is a statement item consisting of 55 items. The data analysis technique uses content analysis and constructs analysis. The content analysis used the CVI, while the construct analysis used CFA with the AMOS 21 program. The reliability test was based on internal consistency through the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The results of the data analysis show that the CVR value meets the minimum parameters. There are 30 items that are proven to have a good fit model. The reliability coefficient of Cronbach's alpha individual variable adaptability measurement is .929.

Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan adanya proses penyesuaian yang beragam dialami oleh pasangan menikah melalui taaruf. Masa-masa awal pernikahan menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pasangan taaruf karena perlu adanya adaptasi dengan kehidupan baru setelah menikah yang rentan terjadi konflik sedangkan pasangan taaruf baru dapat benar-benar berinteraksi secara bebas untuk mengenal pasangannya ketika sudah terikat tali pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyesuaian perkawinan pasangan yang menikah melalui taaruf.  Metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dan teknik penggalian data melalui wawancara digunakan dengan melibatkan 2 pasang suami istri. Partisipan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria sepasang suami istri dengan usia pernikahan 1-5 tahun serta menjalani proses taaruf sebelum menikah. Teknik analisis dengan analisis model interaktif Miles Huberman dengan teknik pemantapan kredibilitas member check. Penyesuaian perkawinan pasangan taaruf diawali dengan adanya penyesuaian terhadap perbedaan kepribadian pasangan di beberapa bulan pertama setelah menikah. Proses selanjutnya dapat dilihat dari interaksi yang terjalin antar pasangan dalam melakukan usaha menangani tantangan yang muncul berdasarkan kondisi atau kehidupan yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Dalam proses penyesuaian perkawinan pasangan taaruf terdapat beberapa faktor yang berperan seperti kepercayaan, komunikasi, dan agama.

Abstract

Several schools in Indonesia organized inclusive schools to create a comfortable school environment for children, and a child-friendly school program (SRA) was established. This study aims to identify the successful implementation of SRA in inclusive schools. The research method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) with the stages of PICO formation, language terminology, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and PRISMA 2020 to search and filter literature according to the inclusion criteria. This study's results show that several main factors, such as bureaucracy, curriculum suitability, teacher competence and mastery, and adequate school facilities and infrastructure, can help realize the success of SRA in inclusive schools.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the effectiveness of mindfulness-based therapy in improving the well-being of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Articles were collected from the Scopus database using the keywords “autism spectrum disorder AND mindfulness,” “Mindfulness-Based Therapy AND Autism,” and “Mindfulness Intervention AND Autism.” The selection process followed the PRISMA guidelines, with inclusion criteria comprising quantitative studies with an experimental design involving mindfulness interventions for individuals with ASD, while exclusion criteria included non-empirical or qualitative-based research. The results indicate that mindfulness interventions, such as MBSR and Mymind, are effective in improving emotional regulation, reducing stress, enhancing social skills, and improving executive function and brain activity in children with ASD. Interventions involving families also strengthen the positive effects of therapy. These findings contribute to the development of psychological interventions that can support their application in clinical and special education settings, with recommendations for further research using randomized controlled trial (RCT) designs with a multilevel and collaborative approach across educational and clinical settings to test the long-term effectiveness of mindfulness, preferably with a sufficient number of participants to generalize the research findings.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang efektif melampaui penguasaan akademik untuk mencakup pengembangan aspek sosial dan emosional siswa. Pembelajaran Sosial-Emosional (SEL) menekankan keterampilan seperti empati, kerja sama, manajemen emosi, dan resolusi konflik, yang sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan akademik dan sosial, serta meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Banyak penelitian telah menunjukkan dampak positif SEL terhadap pencapaian akademik, keterampilan sosial, dan pengurangan masalah perilaku, khususnya dalam pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan meninjau tujuh artikel. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis penelitian yang ada mengenai efektivitas SEL dalam meningkatkan kinerja akademik siswa dasar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa SEL tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi sosial-emosional siswa tetapi juga secara signifikan memperbaiki keberhasilan akademik mereka. Integrasi SEL yang efektif ke dalam kurikulum sangat penting, dengan kompetensi guru dan lingkungan kelas memainkan peran kunci. Penelitian mendatang harus mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang dan mengidentifikasi strategi yang paling efektif untuk implementasi SEL.

Abstract

ABSTRACT High unemployment rates among Indonesian university graduates and persistent skill mismatches highlight the critical need to understand work readiness determinants. This PRISMA-guided systematic literature review synthesized 16 primary studies (2021–2025) retrieved from DOAJ and GARUDA databases to identify dominant factors influencing work readiness of Indonesian university students in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) era. Quality appraisal was performed using the AXIS Tool. Three interconnected categories emerged: (1) individual factors (self-efficacy, soft skills, hard skills, career adaptability, communication, digital literacy), present in 87.5% of studies and consistently the strongest predictor; (2) practical experience factors (internships, PKL, MSIB/MBKM programs), identified in 50% of studies and serving as a vital bridge between academic knowledge and workplace demands; and (3) institutional/environmental factors (entrepreneurship education and MBKM policy implementation), found in 37.5% of studies. Cultural elements such as collectivism, familial influence, and regional variations significantly moderated the weight of each factor. The findings indicate that enhancing work readiness requires a culturally sensitive, holistic approach combining psychological capital development, mandatory real-world experience, and region-specific institutional support. These insights offer actionable guidance for universities, policymakers, and students to reduce graduate unemployment and align higher education outcomes with rapidly evolving labour-market needs.

Abstract

The 2023 Work Gratitude Day survey shows that 48.9% of employees feel grateful when they get rewards in the form of materials, 41% feel grateful when they get additional leave, and the rest feel grateful for personalized rewards (Lomas, 2024). In fact, individuals feel grateful and happy when they are associated with material things that are general and temporary. Individual happiness and gratitude can be explained through the construction of subjective well-being. Subjective well-being is the ability of individuals to conduct cognitive and affective evaluations of their lives (Diener, 1984). This research aims to provide education and promotive efforts that can be an individual's capital to improve subjective well-being in themselves. The expected output is an increase in knowledge in the form of being able to find creative ways to foster subjective well-being in oneself. The intervention was in the form of psychoeducation which was attended by 24 experimental groups and had the last education at the strata 1 level. Webinars are designed based on problem-based learning. The research design is a quasi-experimental one group pretest and posttest design. Convenience sampling techniques, and hypothesis tests using the Wilcoxon signed-rank statistical test. The results of the analysis test showed that the significance value of p=0.018
