Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Peyek is a small-scale business that focuses on production and sales, peyek traditional Indonesian snacks that all people can consume, rempeyek business is a potentially profitable business idea supported by simple products and small capital made from materials such as flour, peanuts, or salted fish grouse. Peyek MSME businesses can be run by individuals or small groups with limited resources. This business can be run from home or a small pro-duction site with the aim of meeting local or regional market demand. It is important to maintain product quality, promote products productively and keep up with the times so that they can adapt to market developments so that the business can be sus-tainable. Given the importance of PIRT permits and halal certificates in marketing a product, we were given the opportunity to serve in Serdang village regarding PIRT permits and halal certificates. With the intention of wanting to help MSMEs in Ser-dang Village.            Keywords:micro, small and medium enterprises (msmes); pirt permits; halal certificates  Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah ( UMKM ) Peyek merupakan bisnis skala kecil yang berfokus pada produksi dan penjualan, peyek makanan ringan tradisional indonesia yang semua kalangan dapat mengkonsumsi, usaha rempeyek merupakan ide bisnis yang berpotensi menguntungkan dengan di dukung oleh produk yang sederhana dan modal kecil yang terbuat dari bahan seperti tepung, kacang tanah, atau ikan asin belibis. Usaha UMKM peyek dapat dijalankan oleh individu atau kelompok kecil dengan sumber daya terbatas. Bisnis ini dapat dijalankan dari rumah atau tempat produksi kecil dengan tujuan memenuhi permintaan pasar lokal atau regional. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM, memperbaiki legalitas usaha, menggunakan media social untuk pemasaran, meningkatkan kesadaran Masyarakat tentang produk local, pemberdayaan social ekonomi dan mendorong inovasi produk serta edukasi berkelanjutan. Mengingat pentingnya izin PIRT dan sertifikat halal dalam pemasaran sebuah produk kami diberi kesempatan mengabdi di desa Serdang mengenai izin PIRT dan sertifikat halal. Abstract

Competition in today's business world is getting tighter, causing increasing competition for business people in today's very open market era. Activities and businesses carried out must be able to have a high selling value and have creativity to attract the attention of consumers. UMKM ARI TEMPE is one of the MSMEs located in Serdang Village, Meranti District, Asahan Regency that produces food. The problem faced by these MSMEs is that the production process is still very minimal, and the way of marketing products still uses a house-to-house system. The problem solving provided from this service program is to offer training and mentoring to increase production, providing assistance with tools and goods that can maximize production, and marketing training. The method of implementing this service activity is through Community Education, the core activities are training, and mentoring and evaluation. Implementation of training activities and production assistance to increase revenue through improving production quality and marketing. It can be concluded that there is a transfer of knowledge, especially on how to improve the quality of production and marketing with test results that show improvement. Through this training, it is expected to have a positive impact, especially improving performance in Ari Tempe MSMEs so that they can increase income from the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.            Keywords: increased; production; quality; marketing; tempeh  Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The Reformation era was an era of change in national and state life. The reform era began in 1998. The background to the birth of the Reform Era was the dysfunction of the wheels of government in national and state life, especially in the fields of politics, economics and law. So with the Reformation, state administrators want to make radical (fundamental) changes in these three areas. The form of contractor responsibility for a work contract in a Direct Appointment project, where basically the responsibility of the contractor (work implementer) in the work contract in all selection models (whether direct appointment or not) is the same. The cooperation contract system and payment method with contractors and terms and each month which is influenced by the form of contract for the Direct Appointment method is in the form of a Letter of Agreement. Meanwhile, the type of contract can be a Laumpsum Contract, or a Unit Price Contract, or a Combined Unit Price and Laumpsum Contract. Usually using a Combined Unit Price and Laumpsum Contract. Except for emergency work using unit price contracts. Meanwhile, the method or method of payment can be termly or monthly (certificate mountly: based on work performance). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang peran dan implementasi hukum perikanan dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan ekosistem dan kesejahteraan nelayan. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan dan mempertahankan ekosistem perikanan, hukum perikanan memberikan kerangka kerja untuk pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan dan perlindungan sumber daya perikanan melalui regulasi dan kebijakan yang tepat. Namun, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, nelayan, ilmuwan, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait lainnya sangat penting untuk mengatasi masalah kompleks seperti penegakan hukum yang lemah, konflik kepentingan, dan perubahan iklim. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian normatif yang menafsirkan masalah hukum. Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a virtual currency that has no physical or concrete form and exists in cyberspace. One of several types of crypto money is Crypto Asset. The use of Crypto Assets as a means of payment in online buying and selling transactions has recently become increasingly widespread, even though the government has banned this practice. At the beginning of 2019, the Indonesian government has issued regulations regarding the legalization of Crypto Assets (crypto assets) in Commodity Futures Trading. The dual function of Crypto Asset as a commodity and online transaction exchange tool raises pros and cons among scholars and economists. This study aims to obtain answers regarding cryptocurrencies as a commodity in Indonesia and what are the opportunities for Crypto Assets as subjects in Islamic commodities on the Commodity Exchange. The theory applied is the theory of legal and vanity business transactions in Islam. This research is a literature study and is qualitative in nature. The data analysis technique used is analytical descriptive with a normative juridical Islamic law approach. From this research, the results show that cryptocurrencies can be traded on Islamic commodity exchanges on condition that the state protects this trade under a legal umbrella and issues cryptocurrencies where the price is determined by gold or the country's currency. Crypto Assets cannot be used as commodities in Sharia Derivative Contracts in Indonesia, because Crypto Assets still contain speculation, maysir and are prone to be used for illegal activities. Abstract

The capital market is an organized financial system that brings together shareholders and investors who have a certain period of time, either directly or through intermediaries. The capital market sector is one of the financial services sectors that play an important role in national development. At present, there are many criticisms of capital market dispute resolution caused by many factors related to law enforcement, so that efforts to create an orderly and efficient capital market have not been optimally achieved. In writing this research the method used refers to normative juridical, which contains many juridical reviews from several sources and references to the object under study. Abstract

Illegal fishing means all forms of fishing activities that violate Law Number 31 of 2004 article 1 and other laws and regulations that are still in force as well as in Islamic law as stated in the Al-Qur'an Surah Ar Rum verse 30 which says that It has been seen that damage on land and at sea is caused by the actions of human hands; Allah wants them to experience some of the (consequences of) their actions, so that they return (to the right path). Say (Muhammad), “travel the earth and see what happened to the people of old. Most of them are people who oppose (Allah).” (Q.S. Ar Rum (30): From this verse it is clear that Allah SWT forbids His servants from doing damage on earth and in the sea. The act of fishing continuously and using tools that damage the marine environment can be categorized as a criminal act (jinayah) if the act meets criminal elements. As in Islamic law, there are three elements that must be fulfilled if a person's actions can be categorized as criminal acts. The obstacles faced by corporations regarding the fish production process in accordance with Islamic law have not yet been met for the distribution/distribution of fishery products, namely the principle of balance and the principle of responsibility. This is shown by fisheries entrepreneurs when their fish is ready to be harvested and distributed/distributed, they have to wait first, because the distributors prioritize family property and even their own, for the losses experienced by fisheries entrepreneurs they are not responsible for what they have done. agreed. Another obstacle in fishing is still a lack of awareness, both from fishermen who work to entrepreneurs in the fisheries sector or fisheries entrepreneurs who do not care about good fishing methods that are not prohibited, such as in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law, in a halal way, starting from catching, management to fish production. Later the processed fish will be bought and sold and consumed by the community.

Abstract

Hak Kekayaan Intelektual adalah hak yang diperoleh dari hasil kreatifitas manusia sehingga mendapatkan keuntungan berupa royalti sebagai bentuk apresiasi pada penulis atau pencipta suatu karya. Salah satu macam dari HKI adalah hak cipta yaitu termasuk benda yang bergerak tapi tak bertubuh, tujuannya untuk melindungi ciptaan yang diciptakan oleh pencipta.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data yang di ambil berupa bahan primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif.Adapun kesimpulannya adalah Perlindungan hukum HKI dalam peraturan Undang-Undang dan Keputusan Presiden adalah, sebagai berikut: Undang-Undang Nomor 7 tahun 1994 tentang pengesahan Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, Undang-Undang Nomor 10 tahun 1995 tentang Kepabeaan. Undang-Undang Nomor 12 tahun 1997 tentang Hak Cipta. Undang-Undang 14 tahun 1997 tentang Hak Merek. Undang-Undang 13 tahun 1997 tentang Hak Paten. Keputusan Presiden RI Nomor 15 tahun 1997 tentang Pengesahan Paris Convention For The Protection of Industrial Property dan Convention Estabilishing the World Intellectual Property Organization. Keputusan Presiden RI Nomor 17 tahun 1997 tentang Pengesahan Trademark Law Treaty. Keputusan Presiden RI Nomor 18 tahun 1997 tentang pengesahan Berne Convention for the protection of literacy and aristic works. Perlindungan hukum hak cipta terhadap sistem hukum Hak Kekayaan Intelektual launching sejak dekade 80-an dengan diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 1982 tentang Hak  Cipta yang kemudian berturut-turut diamandemen dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1987 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 1997 sampai dengan diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Hak Cipta yang terbaru yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 yang berlaku efektif pada tanggal 23 Juli 2003. Karena tak mampu lagi bersaing tingkat Internasional, sebelumnya Nasional berlomba-lomba telah memberikan karya terbaiknya. Diganti dengan Undang-Undang terbaru yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 28 tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta.
