Abstract

The term impeachment is not explicitly written in the constitution. In Big Indonesian Dictionary New Edition deposed mentioned is put positions; king abdicated. Prof. Jimly Asshiddiqie explained, impeachment is the uptake of the Arabic language which means derived from office. Or equal to the term 'impeachment ' in the constitution of Western countries. Dismissal of the President and / or Vice President of the mechanism is already provided for in Article 7A and 7B 1945. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of honesty cages on the development of business ethics among Management students. A quantitative approach was used, employing a simple linear regression method. The sample consisted of 39 students from Class 2G who had direct experience of using honesty canteens. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical software. The results of the analysis show that the honesty canteen variable significantly affects student business ethics. This is evidenced by a t-test significance value of 0.000 and a t-count value of 8.693. The F-test also produced significant results, with an F-count value of 75.570 and a significance value of 0.000. With a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.671, 67.1% of the variation in student business ethics can be explained by the honesty canteen variable. It can therefore be concluded that honesty canteens play a role in fostering honesty, responsibility and ethics among students. These facilities are not only places for transactions, but also serve as a means of character education relevant to business ethics. This study therefore recommends developing and integrating honesty canteens into character education programs in higher education institutions

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to strengthen religious moderation through the revitalization of reciting Ratibul Haddad among young Islamic students (santri) at the Kedungrejo Village Musholla in Muncar District. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), integrated with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, to optimize existing local spiritual assets such as the ratiban tradition and the Nahdlatul Ulama institutional framework. The program involved 28 santri in a series of activities, ranging from participatory observation, collaborative planning, regular mentoring, to evaluative reflection. The results indicate significant improvement in three key aspects: (1) Cognitive-Spiritual, reflected in enhanced reading ability and comprehension of the meanings within Ratibul Haddad; (2) Affective-Emotional, characterized by the growth of inner peace, discipline, and religious enthusiasm; and (3) Social-Communal, marked by strengthened group cohesion and the musholla's enhanced role as a central hub for mentorship. This activity successfully instilled a new, sustainable habit, supported by the establishment of peer educators and the commitment of the musholla's management. It is concluded that a participatory approach based on local assets is effective not only for transferring religious knowledge but also as a concrete strategy in building the foundations of religious moderation and the religious character of the younger generation from an early age.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK Magarsari dalam menggunakan bahasa persuasif untuk kegiatan pemasaran online. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, sebagian besar peserta masih kesulitan dalam menyusun kalimat promosi yang menarik dan komunikatif. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis dengan melibatkan peserta secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran melalui empat tahap, yaitu identifikasi permasalahan, klasifikasi, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat dan menggunakan kalimat persuasif untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu membantu ibu-ibu PKK Magarsari dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif guna meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

Grapes are a high-value crop, but their yield is easily reduced due to leaf disease. This study focuses on developing a web-based grape leaf disease classification system that works automatically and in real time. The approach used is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with transfer learning using the EfficientNetB0 architecture. The research data consists of 8,000 grape leaf images divided into four classes (healthy, black rot, black spot, and leaf spot) with a composition of 80% for training, 10% for validation, and 10% for testing. The initial CNN model achieved an accuracy of 97%, which then increased to 99% after optimization using EfficientNetB0 with fine-tuning. The implementation of the system through Flask showed fast and accurate prediction results, proving that transfer learning plays an important role in improving classification performance.

Abstract

Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum spp.) is an important floricultural commodity in Indonesia. However, its production is seriously threatened by white rust caused by Puccinia horiana. Conventional control still depends on synthetic fungicides, which pose risks of pathogen resistance and environmental contamination. The use of biological control agents (BCAs) offers an environmentally friendly and sustainable alternative within the framework of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). This review summarizes current studies on the use of Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma spp., and Cladosporium spp. for managing white rust in chrysanthemum. The main mechanisms include antibiosis, parasitism, competition for space and nutrients, and induced systemic resistance (ISR). Research shows that BCAs can suppress P. horiana infection and improve plant growth, although their effectiveness varies depending on environmental conditions, formulation stability, and farmer adoption. Future research should focus on locally adapted isolates, improved formulation technology, and multilocation trials to ensure field consistency. Policy support and farmer participation are also essential to expand the use of BCAs and promote sustainable chrysanthemum production.

Abstract

Amidst the rapid pace of globalization and technological development, madrasah students are required to be able to integrate spiritual values with digital skills in order to adapt, innovate, and remain committed to religious principles. Through technology-based creative classes, this program serves as a strategic means to build a transformative learning ecosystem that not only strengthens religious literacy but also fosters creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy as tools to face challenges. The participatory learning method was implemented through a series of training and mentoring sessions that combined religious material with digital skills, such as creating educational content, utilizing social media positively, and using interactive learning applications. The target of this activity was students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ihsan who had an interest in technology and religion. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of Islamic values to 85% and basic skills to 82% in using technology creatively and responsibly. This activity proves that the integration of religious values and digital skills enhances the ability to create a learning process that is relevant, interesting, and has a positive impact on the younger generation of madrasah students

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengupas tuntas tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perenang pemula saat mempelajari gaya kupu-kupu, salah satu gaya renang yang paling sulit dikuasai. Lazimnya, metode latihan drill (latihan berulang untuk menguasai bagian-bagian tertentu) digunakan untuk mengatasi kesulitan ini. Namun, belum banyak pelatih atau peneliti yang menggabungkan latihan drill dengan penggunaan fins (sirip kaki) secara sistematis untuk mempercepat penguasaan teknik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara objektif dampak dari kombinasi metode tersebut. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen jenis One Group Pretest-Posttest, 10 atlet renang pemula dipilih sebagai sampel. Atlet diberikan perlakuan berupa latihan drill dengan menggunakan fins selama 12 kali pertemuan, yang masing-masing terdiri dari 90 menit. Untuk mengukur dampak perlakuan, data diambil melalui pretest sebelum intervensi dan posttest setelah intervensi. Analisis data menunjukkan hasil yang sangat menjanjikan. Dari skor awal pretest yang berada di angka 0, terjadi peningkatan drastis pada posttest dengan rata-rata 15,90. Hasil ini didukung oleh analisis uji Wilcoxon yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p = 0.005, jauh di bawah batas signifikansi 0.05. Kesimpulan dari studi ini sangat jelas: latihan drill dengan fins terbukti efektif secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan renang gaya kupu-kupu pada atlet pemula. Kombinasi kedua metode ini memberikan solusi praktis bagi para pelatih untuk mempercepat proses pembelajaran dan membantu atlet menguasai teknik renang yang kompleks dengan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas penerapan asesmen diagnostik dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat siswa pada mata pelajaran senam lantai di kelas V SDN 3 Sukagalih. Metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design diterapkan pada 20 siswa sebagai partisipan. Penelitian dimulai dengan pretest untuk mengukur kemampuan awal siswa dalam senam lantai, yang dilanjutkan dengan implementasi asesmen diagnostik untuk memetakan kemampuan dan keberbakatan masing-masing siswa. Setelah periode intervensi pembelajaran menggunakan hasil asesmen, dilakukan posttest untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai yang signifikan, dari 60.45 pada pretest menjadi 77.70 pada posttest. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh hasil Paired Samples Test yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p<0.001, mengonfirmasi bahwa perbedaan tersebut signifikan secara statistik dan bukan karena faktor kebetulan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa asesmen diagnostik, selain sebagai alat evaluasi, juga berperan efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat siswa secara spesifik. Penerapan asesmen diagnostik memungkinkan guru untuk merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa, sehingga potensi keberbakatan mereka dapat terasah secara optimal. Penelitian ini memperkuat argumen bahwa asesmen awal menjadi fondasi penting dalam strategi pembinaan bakat olahraga di sekolah dasar, mendukung pendekatan pendidikan yang lebih personal dan terarah.

Abstract

This study aims to normatively analyze the criminal liability of the press in reporting on general elections in Indonesia, focusing on the application of the lex specialis principle, legal certainty, and the protection of press freedom. The main issues examined are the normative conditions under which criminal provisions in Law Number 7 of 2017 on General Elections can be applied to the press, and how the limits of media criminal liability are determined within the context of press freedom guaranteed by Law Number 40 of 1999 on the Press. The research employs a normative juridical method, drawing on statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The findings indicate that criminal sanctions may be imposed on the media only if there is evidence of deliberate political intent and direct involvement in covert campaign activities or in the dissemination of misleading information intended to influence election outcomes. Within this framework, the lex specialis derogat legi generali principle establishes the Press Law as the specific regulation that must take precedence in resolving news disputes before criminal prosecution. The principle of legal certainty demands a clear distinction between ethical and criminal violations, while the principle of press freedom protection ensures that law enforcement is not used as a repressive tool against the media’s social control function. This study recommends strong coordination among the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), the Press Council, and law enforcement authorities to delineate the boundaries of press criminal liability, enabling electoral law enforcement without undermining press freedom, a cornerstone of democracy.
