Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted because of the low learning outcomes of science students of grade V of SDN 6 Kadur, Minimum Criteria of Completion (KKM) set at school is 65. Of the 23 students, the KKM reaches 9 students (46.67%), while students who have not reached the KKM are 14 students (53.33%) with an average grade grade of 57.39. To overcome these problems, the researchers apply cooperative learning model type Make a Match. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of science students of grade V SDN 6 Kadur. The result of data analysis found that the average score of base score 57,39 increase in cycle I was 31,43% to 75,43. In cycle II the average score of students also increased by 4.90% to 79.13. At the basic score of students' learning completeness classical science is 39% (not complete). After applied the model of cooperative learning type Make A Match on the first cycle student's classical learning completeness increased to 95% and on the second cycle students' learning completeness classic increased to 100%. Teacher activity at the first meeting of cycle I the percentage was 66.67% with good category. The second meeting increased to 77.78% with good category. At the first meeting of the first cycle of cycle II teacher activity increased to 83.33% with very good category. At the second meeting it increased to 94.44% with very good category. Student activity at first meeting of cycle I the percentage is 55,55% with less category. The second meeting increased to 77.77% with good category. At the first meeting of the second cycle of student activity increased to 83.33% with very good category. At the second meeting it increased to 94.44% with very good category. The increasing of teacher and student activity percentage was also accompanied by the increasing of student's learning outcomes from base score 57,39 to 75,43 in cycle I and 79,13 in cycle II. There has been an increase of 37.88% from the baseline score to cycle II. From the results of the research analysis can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type Make a Match can improve the learning outcomes of science students of grade V SDN 6 Kadur.Keywords: Co-operative type Make a Match, science learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is classroom action research that aims to improve learning process and to increase mathematics achievement with applied the learning cooperative approach Number Head Together (NHT) model. The research consist of two cycles, each cycle has four stages, which are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The subject of this research is student of class VIIb MTs LKMD Kasikan in academic years 2018/2019, which amounted to 35 students, consist of 18 boys and 17 girls. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students Mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students’ Mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycle. Most of students were very confidenced and actived in learning process, such as while they were finished mathemathic’s problems that given, presenting the result of problems and giving the conclusion of learning. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to first test I and II. The results of this research showed an increasing number of students learning mathematicsabout knowledge of the basic score (54,3%)to the first test (71,4%%) to the second test II (85,7%). For the skills of basic score (34,3%) to the first test (45,7 %) to the second test II (71,4 %). Results of this research indicates that appication of the learning cooperative approach Number Head Together (NHT) model can improve learning process and increase mathematics achievement from the students at class VIIb MTs LKMD Kasikan in academic years 2018/2019 for the subject matter social arithmetic.Key Words: Mathematics Achievement, Learning Cooprative Approach Number Head Together (NHT)

Abstract

This study aims to obtain student worksheets based on a scientific approach using the group investigation model that is feasible to apply to collision topic in High School. The research model used in this study refers to the ADDIE development model, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. The feasibility of student’s worksheets (SW) is measured by the results of SW validation, student learning outcomes and student response questionnaires. The SW is assessed by a team of experts. The overall results of the SW validation showed an average score of 4 was included in the good category. After the implementation of SW the learning outcomes have increased, namely the overall average of students is in the medium category and the average result of the overall response of students shows a score of 4 which is included in the agreed category Based on the three measurements of the feasibility of the SW, it shows that the SW is feasible to be applied in learning.

Abstract

MSMEs, which had an essential role in the economy and employment, are still experiencing several obstacles. Proper strategic management is needed to overcome it. This paper aims to identify problems, formulate key performance indicators, and develop strategies using the balanced scorecard in one of the snack food SMEs in Bekasi. The business process formulation uses the flow of suppliers, inputs, processes, outputs, and customers (SIPOC). This study uses quantitative analysis by taking Amelia Snack dan Cookies as a research object. The primary data was sourced from pairwise comparison questionnaires and structured interviews with owners, direct observation, and supported by secondary data in the form of literature studies. Data processing is carried out by compiling. Fishbone diagrams, key performance indicators, and a balanced scorecard consist of four targets: finance, learning and growth, customer, and internal business. The results showed that Amelia Snack and Cookies had a low level of balanced scorecard in the learning and growth perspective. In addition, it has good levels in the other three views. Formulating the right compensation package, the proper training, and integrated marketing can be done as a development strategy. Meanwhile, the integration of all perspectives is needed for sustainability strategy. Keywords: balanced scorecard, MSMEs, performance measurement, strategic management Abstrak UMKM yang berperan penting dalam perekonomian dan penyerapan tenaga kerja masih mengalami beberapa kendala. Manajemen strategi yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan, merumuskan indikator kinerja utama, dan memformulasikan strategi dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard pada salah satu UMKM makanan ringan di wilayah Bekasi. Perumusan bisnis proses dilakukan dengan aliran supplier, input, process, output, dan customer (SIPOC). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif den[1]gan mengambil objek penelitian yaitu UMKM Amelia Snack dan Cookies. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer bersumber dari kuesioner pairwise comparison dan wawancara terstruktur dengan pemilik UMKM, observasi langsung, serta didukung oleh data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menyusun fishbone diagram, Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), dan balanced scorecard yang terdiri dari empat sasaran yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, internal bisnis, serta pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Amelia Snack dan Cookies memiliki tingkat balanced scorecard yang rendah pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran yaitu kepuasan dan kompetensi karyawan. Selain itu, memiliki tingkat baik dalam ketiga perspektif lainnya. Perumusan paket kompensasi yang tepat, pelatihan yang tepat, dan pemasaran terpadu dapat dilakukan sebagai strategi pengembangan UMKM. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status gizi terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia. Desain penelitian merupakan  deskriptif korelasi dengan menggunakan metode survey dalam  pengumpulan data. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional, dimana pengambilan data status gizi dan tekanan darah responden dilakukan  dalam waktu yang bersamaan.  Populasi adalah warga Panti Sosial Tresna Wedha  (PSTW) Belai Kasih Kabupaten Bireuen.Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sample 19 orang, terdiri dari 15 perempuan dan 4 laki-laki. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengukur berat badan menggunakan bath scale dan mengukur tinggi badan menggunakan microtoise. Tekanan darah diukur dengan menggunakan  tensimeter aneroid dan stetoschpe binaural pada lengan kiri atas dalam posisi duduk. Batasan normal status gizi dan tekanan darah menggunakan standar yang telah ditetapkan WHO. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan software spss 16 menggunakan analisa statistic regresi logistic. Usia responden berkisar antara 55 – 75 tahun, status gizi responden sebagain besar berada dalam kategori normal (63,2%), tekanan darah responden sebagian besar berada dalam  kategori normal (52,6%) dan tidak ada pengaruh antara status gizi terhadap tekanan daran pada lansia dengan nilai  α = 0,257 (α > 0,05). Kata Kunci : IMT, Lansia,  Status Gizi, Tekanan Darah

Abstract

Pendidikan dalam pelaksanaannya selama ini dikenal sebagai usaha yang berbentuk bimbingan terhadap anak didik tersebut ke arah pencapaian cita-cita tertentu dan sebagai proses perubahan sikap dan tingkah laku ke arah yang lebih baik. Diantara solusi yang perlu diupayakan dalam membentuk sikap, kepribadian dan tingkah laku (Akhlakul Karimah) melalui pendidikan agama Islam, baik secara formal di sekolah maupun secara non formal di tempat pembinaan agama lainnya. Agama Islam merupakan dasar utama dalam memdidik anak-anaknya melalui sarana pendidikan, karena dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama dan pembiasaan pengamalan pendidikan agama Islam akan sangat membantu terbentuknya akhlak dan kperibadian anak-anak pada masa dewasa.

Abstract

BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat) sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat, bertindak sebagai Lembaga pengumpul zakat. Pengelolaan zakat yang dilakukan BAZNAS terbagi kepada 2 metode, yaitu konsumtif dan produktif. Pengelolaan Zakat Produktif di BAZNAS Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi disalurkan kedalam program Kuansing Sejahtera. Kontribusi BAZNAS Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik melalui program zakat produktif sangat membantu mustahik yang memiliki kemampuan dan kemauan, namun tidak memiliki modal usaha. BAZNAS Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik yang memiliki kemampuan dan kemauan saja, namun juga memberikan pelatihan bagi mustahik yang kekurangan skill. Dan Faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik melalui program zakat produktif adalah kebiasaan mustahik yang apabila diberikan bantuan ekonomi dalam bentuk dana tunai, tidak dipergunakan sesuai dengan tujuan pemberian bantuan, kurangnya SDM, kurangnya pemahaman tentang zakat, dan kurangnya kesadaran Muzakki. Dalam menindaklanjuti faktor-faktor penghambat tersebut, BAZNAS Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Memberikan bimbingan, education serta kebutuhan yang diperlukan mustahik dalam usaha ekonomi produktif agar sesuai dengan tujuan diberikan bantuan, kemudian BAZNAS memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan, sosialisasi untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang zakat, dan memberikan pembekalan kepada UPZ Kecamatan agar menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kewajiban zakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi manajemen diantaranya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan pendidikan kemandirian dan kewirausahaan pondok pesantren. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumen, dan merekam informasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles Huberman melalui komponen analisis berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, serta kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan perencanaan pendidikan kemandirian berbasis kewirausahaa dibuat oleh tim penyelenggara diantaranya pimpinan pesantren, ketua umum yayasan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Perencanaan dibuat berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dan kepentingan organisasi. Pelaksanaan pendidikan kemandirian berbasis kewirausahaan dilakukan melalui suri tauladan dari seluruh pengelola pesantren, dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, penugasan, pelaksanaan pendidikan kemandirian berbasis kewirausahaan termasuk dalam kegiatan Ta’aruf.  Pengawasan pendidikan kemandirian berbasis kewirausahaan dilakukan oleh seluruh pengelola pesantren, pengawasan diberikan secara akademik dan manajerial, serta pengawasan melalui rapat konsultasi, dan koordinasi.KATA KUNCI: Pendidikan, Kemandirian, dan KewirausahaanINDEPENDENCE EDUCATION BASED ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATIONABSTRACTIndependent Character Education  has a purpose of confidence in carrying out an affair. Through Entrepreneurship it is a provision of santri or students in the future with the added value in the market, through the process of combining resources through different new ways, in order to compete. The purpose of this research is to describe the management function such as planning, implementation, supervision of self-reliance education, entrepreneurship of Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi pesantren. The research used qualitative approach of case study. Data are collected through observation, interviews, documents, and recording / recording information. Data analysis techniques on research using Miles Huberman analysis model, the analysis component in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The result of the research states that self-reliance education based on entrepreneurship planning is made by the team of pesantren, among them the leadership of pesantren, the chairman of the foundation, the heads, the teachers, the planning made the aspect of needs and interests, and determines the teachers who are capable in the implementation of the activities. The implementation of entrepreneurship based self-reliance education is done through the role model of all pesantren managers, conducted through habituation, assignment, implementation of entrepreneurial based self-reliance education included in Ta'aruf activities. The supervision of entrepreneurship based autonomy education is carried out by all board managers, supervision is given academically and managerially, and supervision through consultation meeting, coordination.

Abstract

Thuggery is a crime that very often occurs not only in cities but also in rural areas. It is not uncommon for this crime to cause victims so that the community feels uneasy about the crime. one of them is a village that is a place of thuggery is a river village outside Batang Tuaka sub-district. The law study program at the law faculty of the Islamic University of Indragiri conducted legal counseling about the dangers of thuggery in the village as a preventive measure so that the crime of thuggery does not happen again. with Data Collection Techniques in the form of Library Studies and Lectures, data sources are through Primary Law materials, namely positive legal materials that are binding and consist of statutory regulations and Secondary Law materials. Qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the legal counseling show that thuggery crimes are increasingly occurring due to the lack of public knowledge about the legal rules that thuggery can be subject to criminal sanctions as regulated in the Criminal Code. So far, the community considers that thuggery crimes cannot be sanctioned because people are afraid to report them because thugs always threaten the victim and his family

Abstract

Humanistic education is an education that the Prophet has taught to humans, but over time, many figures, not only Islamic figures but also western figures, have studied this humanistic education. The study of this research is qualitative using literature. The literature collected comes from books and national and international journals related to humanistic education in general and Islam. After the literature is collected, the researcher conducts an in-depth study by selecting the relevant literature to discuss this study and analyze data from the literature obtained. From the results of the research conducted, the researcher got several findings in the study where humanistic education is closely related to humanizing humans, so the main thing to do is pay attention to physiological development, improve mindsets, hearts, emotions, and social aspects with the guidance of the Qur'an and hadith.
