Abstract

Based on the background found a phenomenon that occurs in the field, namely the service obtained by members of the cooperative from the service and cooperative management less satisfying members of the cooperative, cooperative management does not accept aspirations and suggestions from members of the cooperative both in terms of cooperative activities, cooperative members also do not get information from cooperative management about activities carried out in cooperative savings and loans. The type used in this study is qualitative with descriptive survey techniques. The location of this study was conducted at the Sentosa Ikat Multipurpose Cooperative in the City of Bukittinggi. Research Results Cooperation Management Fields Case Study of the Sentosa Ikat Multipurpose Cooperative in the City of Bukittinggi can be seen from the results of research interviews, that the policy targets were not achieved because cooperative members were not satisfied with achieving welfare members of cooperatives, official resources and management of cooperatives have been sufficient to provide services to members of cooperatives and it is different from the opinions of members who receive services from the cooperative management. Keywords: Management, Cooperative, Service

Abstract

Arifin Achmad District Hospital is the largest hospital in the Province of Riau with type B education which every day provides a very intensive health services to the people, as the the biggest waste producers than the other health services. To prevent an infection is needed environmental sanitation which aims to improve the cleanliness and neatness of the hospital environment. Strategy of Arifin Achmad District Hopspital is the the steps that have been planned and implemented to improve the cleanliness and neatness of the hospital environment.This study aims to determine how the strategy of Arifin Achmad District Hospital and the factors that influence that strategy. This study uses qualitative research methods the study descriptive data. In data collection, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and documentation specified by purposive sampling technique.The research result is a strategy of Arifin Achmad district hospital in implementing environmental sanitation program in order to improve the cleanliness and neatness of this case has not been effective due to it can not be able to optimize the power and opportunities. There are several factors that affect; lack of control, poor coordination, lack of hygiene and surveillance personnel as well as the low awareness of visitors and occupants of the hospital.Keywords : Cleanliness, Neatness, Enviromental Sanitation, Hospital, Strategy

Abstract

In this times, high mobility is needed to move from one area to another in a short time. Therefore, an effective and efficient transportation is needed like aircraft. Implementation handling delay management at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport Pekanbaru based on the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Transportation Regulation No.89 of 2015 still not running optimally, because passengers who get delay’s flight still haven’t received specific information regarding the reasons for the delay and haven’t received compensation according to what has been determined, and not all boarding gate officers able to provide information of delay to passenger. The goals of this study are to find out and analyze the implementation and factors that inhibit handling delay management at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport in Pekanbaru. This study uses the Ripley and Franklin theory concepts (Tahir, 2015) where there are three things that can measure the success of implementing a policy, that are the loyalty of bureaucracy level (compliance), have a smooth routine and there is no problems, and performance. This research method is descriptive qualitative using purposive sampling with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews, and literature. The results of this study indicate that implementation handling delay management has been running but has not been optimally implemented. It can be proof with the delay filghts that dont provide an information reasons for delays, dont provide compensation according to the established policies and passengers also dont really know and understand about the policy. Keywords : Implementation, Minister Regulation, Flight Delay.

Abstract

The Green Open Space (RTH) is part of the open spaces of an urban area filled with plants, plants and vegetation (endemic, introduction) to support the direct and / or indirect benefits generated by the RTH within the city. Taman Kayu Putih is an active environmental park which is one of the most open type of Green Open Space (RTH) and can be directly benefited by park users especially in the community around Simpang Empat Village. Based on the observations that the authors do in the field, seen that the condition of Kayu Putih garden is very unkempt, unkempt, damaged, and dirty with piles of garbage. On the other hand, the demand for increased comfort for the community is increasingly needed so as to encourage the need to conduct a study on park management in order to give satisfaction to the community. Based on the above matter, it is deemed necessary to study the perception of the community, especially the Taman Kayu Putih visitors as one of the people's attitude in conveying their aspirations, because the people's perception towards social service facility is one of them is meaningful and the most important thing can be the stages Beginning for more participatory and sustainable urban park management policy. Based on the above, the researcher is interested to study how the influence of public perception on managers management on the maintenance of Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru.The concept of theory used is management according to G. R Terry, who said that there are 4 variables that need to be considered in management are: 1. Planning, 2. Organizing, 3. Implementation, 4. Supervision. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive data. In collecting the data the researchers used questionnaire and obsevation techniques with a samples taken as many as 95 people using a simple random method.The results showed that the perception of the community on the maintenance of the Kayu Putih garden states 74.7% strongly agree if involved in the management of Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru. On the management of maintenance management Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru is in the category quite well. And public perception have influence to management of management at maintenance of Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru.Key Words: Public Perception, Management, Taman Kayu Putih

Abstract

Organization performance is the ability of the organization to carry out any tasks assigned to the organization to achieve the goals, objectives, mission and vision of the organization. The Riau Province BKKBN office is one of the government organizations that has the duty and function to carry out population control and the implementation of family planning in the region. The existence of a demographic bonus opportunity in Riau is the reason for the BKKBN to run the Family Development, Population and Family Planning (Bangga Kencana) program as an effort to maintain and utilize a more comprehensive demographic bonus. The realization of organizational activities and programs depends on the activities of the organization itself and the people in it. The realization of the program can be seen from the performance of the BKKBN organization in running it. The purpose of this study was to see the performance of the Riau Province BKKBN office in implementing the Proud Kencana program and to see the factors inhibiting its performance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method and the selection of informants using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the performance of the representative office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Riau Province in the Family Development, Population and Family Planning Program (Bangga Kencana) was running well and optimally. This is measured by performance indicators, namely quantity, quality, productivity, timeliness (already going well). Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the performance of the BKKBN office in the implementation of the Proud Kencana program are discipline and budget because they are influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic situation and the age factor of the employees.  Keywords: Performance, Organization, BKKBN Province of  Riau

Abstract

Developing the culture in province is form the local government to keep Riau Malay culture. LAM Riau have a role to arranging a plan and managing the activity and developing custom activity too, art/ culture society, and making efficient use of culture assets and relic from history by inventorying. But this way still running not well. How does the LAM Riau roles in conservating Melayu Riau culture in Riau Province and what the factor that influence LAM Riau roles to conservating the culture in Riau culture. The concept of the theory used is organization development by Sondang P. Siagian (2012) to confronting the changes consist of education and commucation; participation; effort to expedite and give support, negotiation; and compulsion. This study uses qualitative methods research with descriptive data analysis. The author uses data collection techniques interviews, observation, and library studies. With the use of Key Informants as a source of information and using the technique of triangulation as a source in the vadilitas test data. Based on the result of the research, LAM Riau roles to conservating the culture in Riau province hasn’t been done optimally, it is still an implementation the roles which has not been reached, like participation to society generally still far from our prospect, negotiation between the manager is so not binding. Factors that affect the implementation of the strategy are human resources have not been sufficient good, e lack of funds owned, andd determining authority or policy that can not made by LAM Riau. Abstract

The Rice Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) program from the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Siak Regency is one of the current technological developments. This program is a service technology innovation that was adopted to give an ease of services to the public quickly. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of The Rice Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) program from the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Siak Regency runs and what supporting factors are in the adoption of this innovation. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The type of the research is qualitative research. It uses a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and for subsequent analysis. The results of this research show that: first, the adoption of this innovation program has been running optimally. Second, the supporting factors of the adoption of this innovation are machine technology, good leadership, socialization, and public trust.  Keywords: Adoption of Innovation, Program, service

Abstract

Health is a basic need of every human being and is the capital of every citizen and every nation in achieving its goals and achieving prosperity. Service is an activity or sequence of activities that occur in direct interaction between a person and another person or a physical machine, and provides customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out and evaluate the implementation of the Minimum Standards for Health Services implemented by the Kuansing District Hospital efficiently and effectively in accordance with the provisions of the Kuansing Regent Regulation Number 39 of 2018 concerning the Minimum Standards of Health Services. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research does not intend to describe the characteristics of the population or draw generalizations of conclusions that apply to a population, but rather focuses on the representation of social phenomena. Qualitative research departs from assumptions about reality or social phenomena that are unique and complex. The data collection carried out was an interview process conducted directly at the Kuansing District Hospital. The results showed that the implementation of health services was not yet optimal in accordance with the minimum service standards at the Kuantan Singingi District Hospital, caused by several factors, namely the limited cost factor due to several years of nomenclature errors. budget in the Kuantan Singingi Regency APBD, resulting in arrears in payment claims to BPJS Health. Abstract

Implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) By The Nation-al Security Agency (BPJS) Health Branch of Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine clearly the implementation of National Health Insurance in the city of Pekanbaru which is running by the Social Security Organizing Body (BPJS) Health Branch of Pekanbaru, and to know the constraints in the implementation of JKN by BPJS Health, as well as efforts to overcome these obstacles.This study is a descriptive research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were sourced from the officials and officers who are directly dealing with the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) by BPJS Health Branch of Pekanbaru, and also the participants of the Health BPJS. Secondary data were obtained through the literature relating to the title of the thesis. Techniques of data collection was done by using observation, inter-view, and literature. After the data collected was then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the analysis that has been done can be concluded that the implementa-tion of the JKN in Pekanbaru City are fully implemented by the Health BPJS Pekanbaru City branch, assisted by stage holder, regulated in the Law of the Re-public of Indonesia Number 40 Year 2004 on National Social Security System and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 Year 2011 About the Social Security Agency.Implementation of National Health Insurance in the city of Pekanbaru that has lasted from January 2014,runs very well because of the great support of each stage holder and also high public interest against BPJS Health. But there are still obstacles in terms of people's understanding of the procedure and also super-vision services must be made to the hospital in terms of service and explanation to the patients.Keywords: Implementation, National Health Insurance, HealthBPJS.

Abstract

Karaoke business development in Dumai city has caused unrest in society as development of a beauty salon disguised as a karaoke place, there are no ragulations governing the operational hours and tax revenues are not balance by amount of karaoke place in Dumai city. Therefore, the government of Dumai city create a new policy that is expected to overcome these problems. The Mayor’s Rule Number 21 at 2013 about The Procedure granting the city’s tourism business license in Dumai city is a new policy. This news policy needs to be socialization as a first step of implementation, particulary the karaoke Tourism. The purpose of this research was determine, describe and analyze the policy socialization in karaoke places that performed by Departement of culture, tourism, youth and sport and police force civil service by forming a technical team.The concept of the theory used is a communication theory that consist of the communicator, the contents of the message, the media used, the communicant, and the effects after socialization. This research uses qualitative research metods to study descriptive data. In collecting the literature study using snowball sampling.After the research, it was found that socialization by the technical team is still considered optimal. Many of the employers and the public karaoke users and non-users are not aware of any karaoke new policy in dumai city, so there are still many karaoke places tha do not obey with the policy that has prevailed.Key Word : Socialization, The Ragulation of Mayor, Karaoke
