Abstract

Abstact — This research is based on the rapid Information and Communication Technology in the world of education. This is contrary to the concept of 21st century competence, one of which is mastering Information and Communication Technology. This research is motivated by the weakness of high level thinking skills or High Level Thinking Skills in FKIP Universitas Pancasakti Tegal students, specifically students in mathematics education. The purpose of this research is to study the implementation of E-learning based learning in improving Higher Level Thinking Skills in FKIP UPS Tegal students. This type of research is research and development. Affirmed by Borg and Gall (2003), that "educational research and development is a process used to develop and validate educational products". Furthermore they also put forward 10 steps of research and development, which can be simplified into the following five main steps: (1) analyzing the products to be developed; (2) developing initial products; (3) expert validation and revision; (4) small-scale field trials and product revisions; (5) large-scale field trials and final products. The results of calculations using SPSS software show a significance level of 0.135 or 13.5% or can be interpreted that e-learning is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes in mathematics education students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences University of Pancasakti Tegal University. The most important thing in this e-learning learning experimental experiment is the superior sense that is encouraged by students to be taken and explored lecture material provided by the lecturer.Keywords : Learning, E-Learning, HOTS Abstrak  — Penelitian ini didasari pada pesatnya Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi pada dunia pendidikan. Hal ini sejalan dengan konsep kompetensi abad 21, salah satunya adalah menguasai Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lemahnya keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Higher Order Thinking Skills pada mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, khususnya mahasiswa pada pendidikan matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning dalam peningkatan Higher Order Thinking Skills pada mahasiswa FKIP UPS Tegal.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Ditegaskan oleh Borg dan Gall (2003), bahwa “educational research and development is a process used to develop and validate educational products”. Lebih lanjut mereka pun mengemukakan 10 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan, yang dapat disederhanakan  menjadi lima langkah utama berikut: (1)  melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan; (2) mengembangkan produk awal; (3) validasi ahli dan revisi; (4) ujicoba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk; (5) ujicoba lapangan skala besar dan produk akhir. Hasil penghitungan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS menunjukkan bahwa taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.135 atau 13.5% atau dapat dintepretasikan bahwa e-learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada mahasiswa pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Pancasakti Tegal.  Hal yang pling menonjol dalam pelaksanaan eksperimen pembelajarn e-learning ini adalah tingginya rasa terdorong mahasiswa untuk mengikuti dan mendalami materi perkuliahan yang telah disajikan oleh dosen.Abstrak ditulis dalam bahasa inggris dan indonesia. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, E-Learning, HOTS

Abstract

SITA (Sistem Informasi Taman Baca) adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat untuk mempermudah pengelolaan taman bacaan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini menyediakan sejumlah informasi berupa profil taman bacaan, koleksi taman bacaan serta terdapat pula mengakses e-book. SITA dibuat berdasarkan kondisi taman bacaan. Dengan memanfaatkan SITA ini diharapkan taman bacaan akan lebih banyak dikunjungi dan dapat meningkatkan literasi baca masyarakat. Kegiatan Layanan Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi-solusi secara langsung seperti memberikan pelatihan untuk pengelolaan taman bacaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Pelatihan akan diadakan dalam tiga tahap di mana tahap pertama adalah pembuatan aplikasi SITA, di tahap kedua memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat di sekitar taman bacaan, dan tahap ketiga memberikan pelatihan kepada para pengelola agar dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in mathematics learning achievement in students who use the Missouri Mathematics Project model and students who use the direct learning model in terms of initial abilities. The study population was conducted in class VII students of SMP Negeri 19 Tegal in the 2018/2019 school year. Sampling using cluster random sampling. Calculation of normality test, homogeneity, and one-way ANOVA test shows that the sample is normally distributed, homogeneous and has an equal sample. Before the hypothesis test, the hypothesis prerequisite test is normality and homogeneity. From the calculations, the samples are normally distributed and homogeneous. Testing continues using the RAK, from the statistical results, there are differences in mathematics learning achievement among students who are taught using the Missouri Mathematics Project model and students who use the direct learning model in terms of initial ability

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menyusun instrumen minat belajar matematika peserta didik SMP yang standar. (2) membuktikan validitas tes minat belajar matematika menggunakan validitas model Messick yang meliputi aspek-aspek validitas : (a) isi (content), (b) Substantif, (c) Struktural, (d) Eksternal, (e) Konsekuensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan Plomp yang telah dimodivikasi menjadi 4 tahap yaitu (1) Fase Investigasi Awal (Preliminary Investigation), (2) Fase Desain (design), (3) Fase Realisasi / Konstruksi (Realization / Contruction),  (4) Fase Tes, dan Evaluasi (Test, and Evaluastion). Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VII A, VII B, VII C, VIID, VII E, dan VII I SMP Negeri 1 Tarub. Penelitian difokuskan pada konstruksi skala minat belajar matematika SMP. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan validitas Messick. Validitas instrumen diperoleh melalui validitas expert judgement. Analisis item dengan Model Rasch dengan package eRm berbantuan software R i386. 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skala minat belajar matematika yang digunakan terbukti valid dengan penerapan Model Rasch. Item – item skala minat belajar Matematika telah memenuhi validitas konstruk menurut Messick yang meliputi aspek – aspek : (1) isi (content), (2) substantif, (3) Struktural, (4) Eksternal, dan (5) Konsekuensional. Kata Kunci: Validitas, Messick, Model Rasch, Skala Minat Belajar Matematika

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran make a match terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA semester 2 SMAN 1 Dukuhwaru Kabupaten Tegal tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 140 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan non tes (dokumentasi). Teknik analisis data pada uji prasyarat sebelum penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas (uji liliefors), uji homogenitas (uji bartlett) dan uji kesetaraan sampel (anava satu arah). Pengujian validitas instrumen menggunakan rasch model, pengujian hipotesis pertama menggunakan uji proporsi satu pihak kanan, pengujian hipotesis kedua menggunakan uji-t dua pihak dan pengujian hipotesis ketiga menggunakan uji-t satu pihak kanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran make a match lebih dari 40% mencapai KKM 75. Terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran make a match dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Selain itu diketahui juga bahwa model pembelajaran make a match lebih baik dari model pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of SWOT Analysis as a business development strategy for the rattan handicraft industry in Trangsan Village, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of interview, questionnaires, observations and documentations. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the rattan handicraft industry is located in quadrant I, namely growth. Where this quadrant is a very profitable situation for the company because strengths and opportunities can be utilized at the same time and are able to overcome the weaknesses and threats that exist within the company.

Abstract

This study was used to determine the effect of understanding the principles of Good Corporate Governance, internal control, organizational commitment on the performance of the government of Kateguhan Village, Palm Oil, Boyolali using quantitative data analysis with the help of the SPSS 16.0 statistical program, with the conclusion that understanding the principles of Good Corporate Governance has a t count of 2,030 > t table 1.989 with a significance of 0.045 less than (a) 5% (0.05), which means understanding the principles of Good Corporate Governance has a significant positive effect on performance, the internal control variable has a t count of 2.332 t table 1.989 with a significance of 0.022 less than (a ) 5% (0.05), which means that internal control has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and commitment has a t count of 2.452 t table 1.989 with a significance of 0.016 less than (a) 5% (0.05), which means commitment organization has a positive and significant impact on government performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of accountability in the financial management of village funds, village policies and community participation on community welfare. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used is the Village Apparatus, Village Consultative Body (BPD), Village Apparatus and the community in Demangan Village with the number of samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents. This research uses purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire which will be processed using SPSS software version 23.0. The results of the analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research that have been carried out show that partially village policies and community participation have a positive and significant effect on community welfare. As for the accountability of the financial management of village funds, it does not affect the welfare of the community. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the awareness of taxpayers, tax sanctions, and tax service services on individual taxpayer compliance. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Klaten Regency. Sample selection using incidental sampling technique, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used is subjective data, and the data source used is primary data. The data collection method used is by using a questionnaire in the form of closed questions. The results of the study show that 1) taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, and tax service services have a simultaneous effect on individual taxpayer compliance, 2) taxpayer awareness has a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, 3) tax sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance. individual tax, 4) tax service services have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the partially and simultaneously of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt Asset Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) in predicting profit growth by considering firm size at company incorporated in LQ45 index year 2013 -2016 with company size as control a variable. The technique of determining the sample in this research is by using purposive sampling. There are several criteria that must be met by companies listed in the LQ45 Index to be sampled in this study. This research method is using multiple regression analysis which is used to know the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable together and partially. The t test is used to test the influence of each variable change Current Ratio, Debt Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return On Asset , and Price Earning Ratio to earnings growth variable with firm size as control variable. The statistical test F aims to examine the effect of changes in Current Ratio, Debt Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return On Asset, and Price Earning Ratio simultaneously to the variable of profit growth with firm size as control variable. The R2 test (Coefficient of determination) is done to find out how big the influence variable change Current Ratio, Debt Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return On Asset, and Price Earning Ratio to variable growth profit with company size as control variable. From result of t test is known that change of Total Assets Turn Over and change of Return On Assets partially have significant effect to profit growth (∆ EAT) .Variable change of Curent Ratio (∆CR), change of Debt Asset Ratio (∆ DAR), Price Earning Ratio (∆PER) partially no significant effect on profit growth variable with firm size as control variable. From result of F test, it is known that Current Ratio (∆ CR) change, Debt Asset Ratio (Δ DAR) change, Total Asset Turnover (∆ TATO), Return On Asset (∆ ROA) change, Price Earning Ratio (∆ PER) simultant significant effect on profit growth variable at go public company listed in index LQ 45 in Indonesia with company size) as control variable.
