Abstract

Timbal (Pb) bersifat toksik jika terakumulasi dalam tubuh. Timbal (Pb) dapat ‎dihasilkan oleh emisi kendaraan bermotor. Data dari Dinas Perhubungan ‎Kota Kendari pada tahun 2023 kepadatan kendaraan dijalan poros Bandara ‎Halu Oleo rata-rata 1197-1399 tiap jamnya. Aktivitas penduduk yang ‎meningkat tiap harinya dapat meningkatkan emisi kendaraan diudara dan ‎mencemari sekitarnya salah satunya somay yang dijual dipinggir jalan. Somay ‎yang dijual dipinggir jalan dalam keadaan terbuka berpotensi terkontaminasi ‎timbal (Pb) dan berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk ‎mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap pedagang somay yang dijual ‎dijalan poros Bandara Halu Oleo, Kecamatan Baruga, Kota Kendari tahun ‎‎2023. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik total ‎sampling. Hasil penelitian ini gambaran pengetahuan pada pedagang yakni 6 ‎responden (75%) memilki pengetahuan cukup dan 2 responden (25%) memiliki ‎pengetahuan kurang. Untuk gambaran sikap semua responden memiliki ‎sikap negatif (100%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu gambaran ‎pengetahuan pedagang rata-rata memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan ‎untuk gambaran sikap semua pedagang memiliki sikap negatif.‎

Abstract

This study uses financial ratio analysis of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget to assess the financial capability of regions in funding autonomy. This descriptive research employs quantitative analysis methods. The analysis tools include Mapping and Analysis of Regional Financial Capability using the Quadrant Method, Local Revenue Effectiveness Ratio, Degree of Independence, Patterns of Relationships between Central and Local Governments, Degree of Regional Dependence, and Regional Financial Capability Mapping. The data used is secondary data regarding the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the fiscal years 2018-2022. The study results show: (1) North Lombok Regency is in quadrant I; (2) Most Regencies/Cities in West Nusa Tenggara are ineffective in terms of Local Revenue Effectiveness Ratio; (3) The Regional Independence Level is low, only reaching 14.93, indicating an instructive relationship pattern with the central government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran pada siswa ABK dengan ketunaan disgrafia dan disleksia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu koordinator inklusi, wali kelas dan siswa/i ABK kelas 3 dan 4. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Pada pendidikan siswa ABK dengan ketunaan Disgrafia & Disleksia dapat menemukan cara tersendiri yang berbeda bagi anak pada umumnya dalam hal belajar membaca ataupun menulis.sehingga diperlukan pemahaman, diberikan rasa perhatian, diberikan rasa tanggung jawab yang besar dalam penanganannya pada anak tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian di SDN Karawaci 5 Kota Tangerang ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor penyebab keterlambatan menulis yang disebabkan oleh minimnya perhatian orang tua terhadap siswa sehingga motivasi belajar siswa tersebut kurang, serta faktor penyebab keterlambatan membaca disebabkan karena kurang mengenali huruf sehingga mereka malas untuk menulis. Dengan begitu yang terpenting adalah perhatian dan dukungan orang tua sangat dibutuhkan agar siswa semangat dan termotivasi untuk belajar sehingga setiap harinya siswa akan memiliki kenaikan yang baik dalam belajar.

Abstract

For manufacturing companies, especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), currently measuring the level of the Maturity Model (MM) is not an easy thing to do, because there are still many obstacles, including not knowing what factors are priorities in developing the MM. This research aims to identify the criteria that influence the measurement of maturity model based on survey results in small and medium enterprises. Using the Fuzzy DEMATEL method to find the priority and causality of each criterion attribute. The research results show that the Advanced IT criteria is the first priority to be considered to have the most influence on measuring the industry 4.0 maturity model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational values in the folklore of Ki Ageng Pandanaran using the sociological approach to literature. The research is conducted to describe the phenomena occurring in the Paseban community in Bayat, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia, through educational values examined via the sociological approach to literature. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, where the data, categorized from observations, documentation, and interviews, are analyzed and conclusions are drawn. Furthermore, the focus of this study is the folklore of Ki Ageng Pandanaran, particularly its educational values. The data in this study consist of folklore documents and interview results, which are then analyzed using the sociological approach to literature. The research findings include religious educational values, moral educational values, historical educational values, and heroic educational values. The analysis concludes that the educational values in the folklore of Ki Ageng Pandanaran can provide examples and knowledge for daily life. The societal relationships depicted reflect a harmonious, peaceful existence that upholds the teachings of Ki Ageng Pandanaran. The study of educational values in the folklore of Ki Ageng Pandanaran can be related to social disparities to foster social awareness within the community.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan bagian dari tahap perkembangan yang akan dilalui setiap orang sepanjang hidupnya. Pada fase ini, remaja bersekolah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang esensial bagi masa depannya. Namun, ada kalanya beberapa remaja terpaksa berhenti sekolah karena berbagai alasan yang tidak dapat dihindari. Kondisi ini dapat memicu perasaan rendah diri, karena remaja merasa tidak mampu menyelesaikan pendidikan seperti teman-teman sebayanya. Kegagalan dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan formal dapat mengganggu proses pembentukan identitas diri dan berpotensi menurunkan rasa percaya diri, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis remaja tersebut dan dapat memberikan dampak terhadap self esteem (harga diri) remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran self esteem pada remaja putus sekolah yang bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, bahwa gambaran self esteem pada masing-masing informan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang ikut berperan pada proses putus sekolahnya dan pengalaman bekerja informan salama tidak lagi bersekolah. Adolescence is part of the developmental stages that every person will go through throughout their life. In this phase, teenagers go to school to gain knowledge and skills that are essential for their future. However, there are times when some teenagers are forced to stop going to school for various unavoidable reasons. This condition can trigger feelings of low self-esteem, because teenagers feel unable to complete their education like their peers. Failure to complete formal education can disrupt the process of forming one's identity and has the potential to reduce self-confidence, which in turn affects the psychological well-being of the teenager and can have an impact on the teenager's self-esteem. The aim of this research is to determine the description of self-esteem in working school dropout teenagers. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting observations and in-depth interviews. Based on the analysis carried out, the self-esteem picture of each informant was influenced by factors that played a role in the process of dropping out of school and the informant's work experience when he was no longer in school

Abstract

This study aims to explain the difficulties of grade 5 students at SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga in learning mathematics regarding FPB and KPK materials. And also the teacher's efforts in overcoming the difficulties of learning mathematics in the FPB and KPK materials. This study uses a descriptive research method with qualitative research with the research subject being a 5th grade teacher at SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that grade 5 students of SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga studied FPB and KpK material by orienting students to contextual problems where in this problem students could explore and also with models or methods that were familiar with the student's own world. And most of the students already understand the material for FPB and KPK with the method given by the teacher. And there are only a few students who really don't understand the material, it's probably caused by 2 factors and it can still be evaluated by the teacher. And students also think that mathematics is a difficult, boring, rigid, and not fun learning and that is the wrong perception. there are 2 possible factors in the difficulties regarding FPB and KPK learning experienced by these students, namely: internal factors and external factors. Where the internal factors of the students themselves lack psycho-physical, namely the lack of capturing information explained by the teacher and external factors, namely the absence of encouragement to learn from parents so that students are not motivated in learning. And as educators should be able to convey material so that it is easily understood by students. So that students are also not easily bored and passive in learning. So the method or media used can attract students' attention and motivate student learning, especially on FPB and KPK materials in class 5 at SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a masterplan for ecotourism in Desa Lampageu using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The research explores how local assets—both natural and cultural—can be mobilized for sustainable development. A qualitative descriptive methodology was employed, involving Focus Group Discussions (FGD), field observations, and interviews with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders. Data collection spanned three months and focused on identifying assets, creating a digital tourism map, and drafting a comprehensive masterplan integrated with the village budget. Results indicate that the ABCD approach fosters community participation and ownership, leading to practical outcomes such as new facilities and enhanced tourism visibility. This model offers replicable strategies for other villages aiming to achieve sustainable ecotourism.

Abstract

Themed community service activities aim to introduce the basic concepts of creative economy to young children. This activity was implemented with interactive learning methods involving stories, games, and creative activities, such as making crafts and painting. The active participation of 20 children aged 5 to 8 years old showed high enthusiasm, which contributed to the improvement of children's understanding of creative economy concepts and practical skills. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in understanding and skills, with the percentage of basic understanding increasing from 70% to 85% and practical skills from 60% to 80%. In addition, this activity also succeeded in fostering children's independence and creativity, which is expected to be a provision for a more creative and innovative generation in the future. The main challenges in implementing this activity are the limited props and the lack of understanding of parents about the importance of the creative economy at an early age. The long-term impact of this activity is expected to improve community welfare through the development of an independent and innovative creative generation.
