Abstract

     Planning the thickness of pavement structure is one part of the highway engineering case which aims to provide services for the traffic flow in providing thesense of security and comfort for the road users. The road of Tadulako street has significant prospects for economic activities, social, education and so on. The road is one access to the New Biromaru Market, The State Senior High School of Biromaru I, The Irrigation networks of Gumbasa, Bags of production infrastructure and the distribution of agricultural products, thus it requiring the further planning for development.     The purpose of this study was to determine the composition and thickness of pavement layers on the road of Tadulako Street, Village of Lolu, Regency of Sigi by comparing the thickness of Asphalt Concrete (Laston) pavement structureand the thickness of the Penetration Layer (Lapen) pavement structure on the same value of CBR. The usefulness of this research is for consideration by the district governments in planning the road of Tadulako Street, Village of Lolu, Regency of Sigi development, especially for the writer himself, he will be able to plan the road pavement thickness. The method used in this research is a method of component analysis (SNI 1732-1989-F).     The conclusion of this study is that the pavement structure of penetration layer (Lapen) is D1=7,5 cm D2=15 cm D3=27 cm, whereas  laston is D1=5 cm D2=15 cm D3=20 cm. Penetration layer (lapen) is thicker sub base than the Asphalt Concrete (laston) but lapen cheaper than laston, caused mobilization, design and AMP production laston it was so expensive While volume only ± 730 m. Abstract

Abstract: The endowment policy conducted by three domains: 1)insurance knowledge domain; 2) endowment theory domain; and 3) will theory domain. These three domains of this is expected to helpfnd a solution for the ideas and endowment policy movement in Indonesia in terms of sharia. The study of three domains conducted in order to seek the clarity of legal insurance policy endowment in terms of sharia which showed at least two topics, frst, there is a special element in the insurance, namely welfare. Second, the object of endowment must already be affrmed of wakif during the donated / written endowment; and Musha bih (the object ofthe will) must already belong to Mushi (which intestate) at the time the will is affrmed/written orwhen the nafdaz will (effective), that is when Mushiis died.Abstrak: Kajian wakaf polis dilakukan dengan tiga domain: 1) domain ilmu perasuransian; 2) domain teori wakaf; dan 3) domain teori wasiat. Tiga domain kajian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mencari solusi atas ide dan gerakan wakaf polis di Indonesia dari segi syariah. Tiga domain kajian yang dilakukan dalam rangka mencari kejalasan hukum wakaf polis asuransi dari segi syariah memperlihatkan setidaknya dua topik, yaitu Pertama, dalam asuransi terdapat unsur khusus, yaitu kemashlahatan. Kedua, obyek wakaf harus sudah menjadi milik wakif pada saat akad wakaf diikrarkan/ditulis; dan musha bih (obyek wasiat) harus sudah menjadi milik Mushi (yang berwasiat) pada saat akad wasiat diikrarkan/ditulis atau pada saat wasiat nafdaz (efektif), yaitu Mushi meninggal dunia.Kata Kunci: Waqaf, asuransi, wasiat, polis, syariah.

Abstract

Deteriorations of education and culture of Islam after the 13th century was marked in weakness of thoughts until the 18th century. In addition, the destruction of Baghdad and Granada as the centre of education and Islam culture became the main factors of Islam degradation. In other side European accepted philosophy and science from Moslem. while Moslems themselves started to ignore philosophy and science. It had caused the resurrections of  European gradually and it was the impact of deteriorations in education and Islamic culture. Therefore, if all Moslems are desire to renascent, they must start to learn and follow the western development in any aspects which is included of educational aspect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh perendaman edible coating gel lidah buaya terhadap kualitas cabai rawit, yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih Program Studi Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala mulai bulan Maret sampai Juni 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap non faktorial dengan 3  ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti adalah lama perendaman gel lidah buaya yang terdiri dari 7 taraf yaitu tanpa perendaman, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 dan 30 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama perendaman gel lidah buaya berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air, berpengaruh  nyata terhadap organoleptik (warna, aroma) dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap susut bobot, kadar vitamin C, warna (L, a , b) dan uji organoleptik (tekstur). ). Kualitas cabai rawit terbaik diperoleh pada saat perendaman dalam gel lidah buaya selama 5 menit (P1).

Abstract

Bulbs  of    localSamosir  Shallot  with  the  weight  ranging  from  1,3  to1,7  g  were  irradiated  by  several doses of gamma rays in order to investigate the radiosensitivity and the effects of irradiatons on the plants. Dry bulbs 2,5 months after harvest were exposed to gamma raysradiation ranging from 0 Gy to  20  Gy  to  determine  their  responses  to  radiation  stress  and  the  effective  radiation  dose  for identification of Lethal dose 50 (LD50). Percentage of shoot growth was measured on 35th days after planting. The variation in morphological and agronomic characters were also determined.  The results indicated  that  increasing  doses  of  gamma  irradiation  had  significant  effect  on  shoot  growth. Increasing  in  gamma  rays  doses  from  0  Gy  to  11Gy  had  little  effect  on  percentage  of  shoot growth.With  the  increase  in  radiation  dosesabove  11Gy,  agreat  reduction  in  percentage  of  shoot growth  was  observed  in  irradiated  bulbs  as  compared  to  control.  The  LD50  values  of  local  Samosir Shallot  determined  from  linear  regression  analysis  (using  Curve-fit  Analysis    software)  based  on percentage  of  regenerated  shoot  growth  was  11.60  Gy.  There  were  also siqnificantdifferenciesbetweenregenerated  plants  growth  from  irradiated  bulbs  and  control (unirradiated).Treated bulbs produced shorther plant lenght and less leave number

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning outcome assessment instrument to determine a tool set's validity, reliability, discrimination power, and level of difficulty. The type of research used is developmental research. The subject of this research is the instrument for assessing the learning outcomes of the excretory system material. The data obtained will be analyzed for validity, reliability, discrimination power, and the level of difficulty of each instrument. The average value of the data analysis test shows that the tested data has high validity, a sufficient level of reliability, moderate discrimination power and a sufficient level of difficulty. The results of data testing carried out in class XII IPA at SMAN 12 Banda Aceh can be stated that the excretory system learning outcomes instrument is feasible to be developed and used in assessing learning outcomes to students.Keywords: instrument, reliability, validity

Abstract

ABSTRACTCoffee Fruit Borer (CFB) (Hypothenemus hampeii) is an important pest that attacks the coffee fruit in coffee plantation. However, farmers have difficulty getting attractant, then need to look for alternative attractant derived from natural ingredients that exist around the farm, one of them such as chlorogenic acid compounds that exist in the coffee fruit. This research was conducted at 4 locations (2 sites in Sidikalang and 2 sites in Sumbul sub district with 5 stations and 5 treatments) used a randomized block design with 5 treatments, that are K0 (Control), K1 (25 ml chlorogenic acid compound), K2 (50 ml chlorogenic acid compound), K3 (75 ml chlorogenic acid compound), K4 (100 ml chlorogenic acid compound). The trap uses a perforated aqua bottle and is hung on twigs at a height of 1.2 m. The results showed that the highest CFB collection from SiR2K2 at Sidikalang location on Robusta coffee with 50 ml of chlorogenic acid by 53 individuals, meanwhile the lowest CBF trapped is control treatment at Sumbul location on Robusta coffee type (SuR4K0) by 14 individuals And treatment (SuR3K4) at Sumbul location with Robusta and 100 ml of chlorogenic acid was the best treatment to reduce the percentage of CFB attack. The percentage of CFB attack with air humidity shows significance at F=0,018, p <0.05 and air temperature with F = 0,030, p, 0.05, where both of these factors greatly influence the percentage of PBKo attack. While Pearson Correlation value analysis between moisture and percentage of attack that is                  r = 1,000*, show the higher of moisture hence will be higher percentage of attack. CFB control measures are carried out by catching female flying insects using a pulling compound (attractant) so that the population of CFB in the coffee plantation will be reduced. Keywords: Attractant, Chlorogenic Acid, Hypothenemus hampeii, Coffee Plantation, Dairi  ABSTRAKPenggerek Buah Kopi (PBKo) (Hypothenemus hampei) merupakan hama penting yang menyerang buah kopi. Akan tetapi petani kesulitan mendapatkan atraktan, untuk itu perlu dicari atraktan alternatif yang berasal dari bahan-bahan nabati alami yang ada disekitar petani salah satunya seperti senyawa asam klorogenat yang ada pada buah kopi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 4 lokasi perkebunan kopi masyarakat dimana 2 lokasi berada di Kecamatan Sidikalang dan 2 lokasi lainnya berada di Kecamatan Sumbul, Kabupaten Dairi, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu K0 (Kontrol), K1 (Senyawa asam klorogenat 25 ml),  K2 (Senyawa asam klorogenat 50 ml), K3 (Senyawa asam klorogenat 75 ml), K4 (Senyawa asam klorogenat 100 ml). Tiap lokasi terdiri dari 5 unit dan tiap unit terdiri dari 5 perlakuan. Perangkap menggunakan botol aqua yang dilubangi dan digantung pada ranting pada ketinggian 1,2 m. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan (SiR2K2) yaitu pada lokasi Sidikalang pada jenis kopi Robusta dengan asam klorogenat sebanyak 50 ml merupakan perlakuan terbaik dalam meningkatkan jumlah PBKo terperangkap yaitu dengan rataan 8,83 individu, sedangkan perlakuan (SuR3K4) pada lokasi Sumbul dengan jenis kopi Robusta dan penggunaan atraktan asam klorogenat sebanyak 100 ml merupakan perlakuan terbaik dalam menekan persentase serangan PBKo. Persentase serangan CFB dengan kelembaban udara menunjukkan signifikansi pada nilai F= 0,018, p<0.05 dan suhu udara dengan nilai F= 0,030, p,0.05, dimana kedua faktor tersebut sangat mempengaruhi persentase serangan PBKo. Sedangkan analisis nilai Pearson Correlation antara kelembaban dan persentase serangan yaitu r= 1,000*,menunjukkan semakin tinggi kelembaban maka akan semakin tinggi persentase serangan. Upaya pengendalian PBKo dilakukan dengan cara menangkap serangga betina yang terbang menggunakan senyawa penarik (atraktan) sehingga populasi PBKo di pertanaman  kopi akan berkurang. Kata Kunci : Atraktan, Asam Klorogenat, Hypothenemus Hampei, Perkebunan Kopi, Dairi.

Abstract

Coastal area is the most vulnerable area to climate change. Cirebon coastal land in Western Java, Indonesia is low-lying coastal area which is one of the potential areal for fish culture and farming. There are also major transportation facilities for western Java province to the whole area in the island (Java) through this area. As low-lying landscape, populated and developing city, Cirebon should be considered vulnerable to future sea level rise. Geomorphology, geo-electric and remote sensing study were conducted during 2008 and 2009 in coastal land of Cirebon. The result showed that most part of coastal area in Cirebon was eroded in various scales which vulnerable turn to worst. Sea water was penetrating throughout several kilometres inland. Valuation on various land-uses would project 1,295,071,755,150 rupiah/ha/year of loss while sea level were rose 0.8 meters that would inundate various land-uses i.e., Shrimp, fish and salt ponds, rice fields and settlement in the area.Keywords: vulnerability, coastal, climate change, sea level rise

Tanaman nilam merupakan salah satu tanaman yang dapat menghasilkan minyak atsiri dan juga memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu bibit nilam dengan memperbaiki sistem agronominya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tanam dan konsentrasi pupuk pelengkap cair (bio-sugih) yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan setek nilam serta mengetahui interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan acak kelempok pola faktorial 3×4 dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah media tanam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu tanah : pupuk kandang : cocopeat (1:2:1), tanah : pupuk kandang : cocopeat (2:1:1), dan tanah : pupuk kandang : cocopeat (1:1:2). Sedangan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk pelengkap cair (bio-sugih) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu kontrol, 1 ml/Lair, 2 ml/L air, dan 3 ml/L air. Parameter yang diamati adalah panjang tunas, jumlah daun, jumlah tunas, diameter tunas, volume akar, berat basah akar, berat basah biomassa, berat kering biomassa, dan berat kering akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tunas umur 30, 45, 60, 75, dan 90 HST, jumlah daun, jumlah tunas umur 45, 60, 75, dan 90 HST, diameter batang umur 30, 45, 60, 75, dan 90 HST, volume akar, berat basah biomassa, berat basah akar, berat kering biomassa, dan berat kering akar umur 90 HST, berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun dan jumlah tunas umur 30 HST. penggunaan pupuk menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pupuk pelengkap cair (bio-sugih) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tunas umur 30, 45, dan 60 HST, jumlah daun umur 75 HST, berat basah biomassa dan berat kering biomassa umur 90 HST dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 30, 45, 60, dan 90 HST, jumlah tunas dan diameter tunas umur 45, 60, 75, dan 90 HST, volume akar 90 HST, dan terdapat interaksi antara media tanam dan konsentrasi pupuk pelengkap cair (bio-sugih) yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 45 HST, jumlah tunas umur 30 HST, berat basah biomassa dan berat kering biomassa umur 90 HST. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan media tanam tanah : pupuk kandang : cocopeat (1:1:2) dengan konsentrasi pupuk pelengkap cair (bio-sugih) 2 ml/Lair. Kata kunci : Nilam, Cocopeat, Bio-sugihAbstract. Patchouli plant is one of the plants that can produce essential oils and also has an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the quality of patchouli plant by improving the agronomic system. This study aims to determine the effect of planting media and the right concentration of liquid complementary fertilizer (bio-sugih) on the growth of patchouli cuttings and to determine the interaction between these two factors. This study used a 3×4 factorial randomized group design with 3 replications. The first factor is the planting medium which consists of 3 levels, namely soil: manure: cocopeat (1:2:1), soil: manure: cocopeat (2:1:1), and soil: manure: cocopeat (1:1 :2). While the second factor is the concentration of liquid complementary fertilizer (bio-sugih) which consists of 4 levels, namely control, 1 ml/L water, 2 ml/L water, and 3 ml/L water. Parameters observed were shoot length, number of leaves, number of shoots, shoot diameter, root volume, root wet weight, biomass wet weight, dry weight biomass, and root dry weight. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk NPK dan varietas kacang tanah serta intraksi antara kedua faktor tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Sektor Timur dan Laboratorium Teknologi Benih Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syah Kuala, yang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2021 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2022. Penelitian ini mengunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 5 x 2 dengan 3 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 30 satuan percobaan. Ada dua faktor yang diteliti faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk NPK terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu kontrol, 200, 250, 300 dan 350 ton ha-1 dan faktor kedua varietas Lokal Gayo Lues dan varietas Hypoma1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua peubah. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah cenderung lebih baik dijumpai pada perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK 250 ton ha-1. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST, berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang umur 15, 30 HST dan berat 100 biji, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah cabang umur 45 HST, jumlah polong barnas per tanaman, jumlah polong hampa per tanaman, berat polong per tanaman, berat biji pertanaman, dan potensi hasil (ton ha-1). Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah cenderung lebih baik dijumpai pada varietas Hypoma1. Terdapat interaksi yang tidak nyata  antara dosis pupuk NPK dengan varietas kacang tanah terhadap semua peubah.
