Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and know the provisions of the Police Code of Ethical Principles that are the basis for the performance of duty, to study and know the responsibility of the police for violating the Code of Ethical Principles, and to know the responsibility for the violation of the Code of Ethical Principles. According to the provisions of the Regulation of the Chief of the National Police of Indonesia No. 14 of 2011 on the Code of Ethical Principles of the National Police of Indonesia, Article 1 regarding the definition of KEPP, viz. "The Code of Ethical Principles of the POLRI, hereinafter abbreviated as KEPP, is the norms or rules that constitute the unity of ethical or philosophical foundations regarding behavior and speech in relation to things that are required, prohibited, appropriate or inappropriate to be done by members of the POLRI in the performance of the duties, powers and responsibilities of the position.

Abstract

Human trafficking is a serious crime that involves the exploitation of individuals The threat of imprisonment is a dominant feature of the Indonesian Criminal Code. Although imprisonment is a common punishment in most countries, its effectiveness has been a topic of debate for centuries. Therefore, it is imperative to identify alternative forms of custodial punishment to mitigate the negative consequences of imprisonment. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to provide a comprehensive overview of the current issues based on existing evidence. The results of this research revealed several key insights. The fundamental purpose of criminal supervision in the Indonesian criminal justice system is to protect the public from criminal acts in accordance with the principles of criminal law. The Draft National Criminal Code explains that supervision punishment is an alternative to imprisonment. Supervision punishment is an alternative form of punishment with the provision that the punishment imposed will not be implemented if the conditions are met, with a maximum probation period of three years. It is evident that conditional punishment as an alternative to deprivation of liberty punishment in the existing Criminal Code is inadequate in protecting individuals and criminal offenders. Therefore, the National Criminal Code must evolve to include alternative formulations, such as supervision punishment (probation), which has been successfully developed and implemented in various countries around the world. The fundamental purpose of supervision punishment is to replace deprivation of liberty/imprisonment, an approach that has resulted in poor outcomes for both the convicted person and society at large. Therefore, supervision punishment should be included as the main type of punishment in the upcoming National Criminal Code, serving as an effective and humane alternative to deprivation of liberty.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly advanced technology, innovation in the field of sustainability and ease of mobility has become the main focus for improving the quality of life and independence for various groups of society, including people with disabilities. Intelligent wheelchairs are one example of a solution that has emerged to increase mobility and independence for savvy wheelchair users. This research aims to monitor the power of bright chairs to understand power consumption and energy use in developing intelligent wheelchairs. This test uses percent error data. The average results from calculating percent error data are relatively low. So, the current and voltage sensors are suitable for use in this percent error test. Tests were carried out with load and without load. In testing, the voltage and current required are the same. However, the speed produced by wheelchairs is different. When testing with a load, the wheelchair's speed is relatively slow. Meanwhile, when testing without load, the wheelchair can go fast. The power released at Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) 50, 100, and 255, respectively, has an average value of 23.37 W, 36.47 W, and 43.61 W. This data has different graphic results. The higher the PWM value, the greater the power released. Apart from that, the faster the wheelchair rotates, the more wasteful the battery is.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja perawat pelaksana. Hipotesis yang diusulkan adalah apakah: a) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap motivasi kerja, b) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kepuasan kerja, c) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja, d) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, e) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, f) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa jalur/ Path Analysis untuk mendapatkan jalur-jalur yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih dengan sampel 142 responden dengan respondennya adalah perawat pelaksana. Hasil penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel perantara.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan spiritual, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja perawat pelaksanaABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the spiritual and moral intelligence for job satisfaction and performance of nurse implementers. The hypothesis proposed are: a) There is spiritual togetherness towards work motivation, b) spiritual perfection on job satisfaction, c) there is spiritual ability to performance, d) there are influence to job satisfaction, e) performance, f) there is influence of job satisfaction on performance. This study uses path analysis / Path Analysis to get the pathways that affect the performance. This research was conducted at Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih with sample 142 respondents with the respondent is nurse executor. The results of this study prove that spiritual intelligence and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. with variables.Keywords: Spiritual intelligence, motivation, job satisfaction, performance of nurse executor

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk : menganalisis cara menyusun instrumen penilaian HOTS, kualitas instrumen penilaian HOTS, menganalisis kelayakan instrumen penilaian HOTS untuk meningkatkan proses berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik, dan menganalisis efektifitas penilaian HOTS untuk meningkatkan berpkir tingkat didik peserta didik. Penelitian berlokasi di SMPIT Al Fatih 1 Citra Raya Tangerang Banten. Sampel total dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 peserta didik kelas IX SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dan model pengembangan penyusunan tes Mardapi. Butir soal dibuat sebanyak 25 item dalam bentuk pilihan ganda.. Validasi isi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,95, kategori soal termasuk valid dan rata- rata validitas butir soal tinggi. Validitas konstruk terhadap butir soal dinyatakan valid apabila rHitung > rTabel. Reliabilitas kategori tinggi dengan Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,717. Tingkat kesulitan butir soal terdiri dari mudah, sulit, dan sedang dan uji daya pembeda butir soal terdiri dari butir soal yang jelek, sangat baik, baik, dan cukup. Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik berdasarkan respon terhadap jawaban butir soal yang terdiri dari ranah menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5) dan mengkreasi (C6) mencapai 68% dengan kategori cukup baik. Dengan berdasarkan nilai valiidtas konstruks, validitas isi, dan nilai reliabilitas, maka butir soal dalam penelitian ini layak digunakan untuk penilaian pembelajaran di sekolah. Nilai Uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan hasil pre test dan post test yaitu dengan nilai sig = 0,001 < 0,005 yang berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua tes tersebut, sehingga penilaian berbasis HOTS ini efektif untuk meningkatkan proses berikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam pembentukan produk hukum desa.. Mengingat, dalam realitas peraturan desa seringkali diabaikan dalam hal penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan di desa. sehingga dalam penyusunannya peraturan desa tersebut tidak berdasarkan pada prinsip peraturan perundang-undangan yang baik (good legislation), dan bahkan banyak desa yang belum memiliki peraturan desa. ketiadaan dari peraturan desa tersebut merupakan gambaran terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi badan permusyawaratan desa yang belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Identifikasi masalah sebagai berikut: 1. Bagaimana fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, 2. Bagaiamana implementasi badan permusyawaratan desa dalam pembentukan produk hukum desa di desa singaraja kecamatan indramayu kabupaten indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah yuridis-normatif penelitian hukum mengkaji data dan bahan hukum primer dan skunder. Seluruh data dan bahan hukum kemudian dianalisa secara kualitatif dengan memberikan telaah terhadap hasil penelitian dengan memberikan telaah terhadap hasil penelitian dengan pikiran sendiri dan dibantu dengan norma-norma hukum, doktrin hukum, dan teori ilmu hukum yang dikuasai. Berdasarkan hasil temuan menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi legislasi BPD di Desa Singaraja Kecamatan Indramayu Kabupaten Indramayu masih belum optimal yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya koordinasi antara BPD Singaraja dengan Pemerintah Desa Singaraja. Dalam pengumpulan aspirasi masyarakat terkait gagasan Raperdes yang akan dibuat, perumusan Peraturan Desa, dan terhadap usulan Raperdes yang kemudian disahkan menjadi Peraturan Desa masih didominasi oleh Pemerintah Desa.

Abstract

Economic empowerment of Pesantren Traditional, is one of the activities that can improve the ability of students to apply knowledge according to their expertise. KKN PPM provides the opportunity for students to mingle in order to empower and contribute to the settlement of the existing problems in Pesantren Traditional.Achievement of objectives and targets. KKN PPM will be implemented in 3 Pesantren Traditional in District Kasemen in Serang City Banten Province, namely: 1) Increase the ability of students in the application of science and technology in accordance with science and expertise of each 2) Apply the patterns Local Economic Development students to provide knowledge, technology, and economic empowerment in the form of entrepreneurship training for the students and the preachers / cleric in boarding tradisional.3) Empower local potential in creating domestic product, home industry thereby building an independent entrepreneur sustainability. Method of Local Economic Development (LED) to KKN-PPM will provide the opportunity for participating students to work together to mingle directly with the public schools. Collaborating with partners, DPL, this activity begins with providing a briefing to the participants KKN-PPM then provide counseling, training, and application of appropriate technology and mentoring to further develop the products of traditional pesantren community. This method is expected to increase the potential and create sustainable independent entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) merupakan salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan sinergi antara Perguruan Tinggi-Industri-Masyarakat. Program ini sangat membantu mewujudkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)-nya industri, sehingga lebih bermanfaat keberadaannya bagi masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar kawasan industri. Tujuan dan target capaian KKN-PPM bagi masayarakat di sekitar kawasan industri Cilegon-Anyer-Merak (CAM), yaitu: 1) Meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penerapan bidang keahliannya untuk membantu mewujudkan tanggung jawab industri dalam memberdayakan masyarakat, 2) Meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterampilan masyarakat di sekitar kawasan dalam memanfaatkan limbah industri non-organik, 3) Memasyarakatkan pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana dan tepat guna untuk mengolah limbah non-organik industri menjadi produk berguna dan ramah lingkungan, 4) Melatih masyarakat cara mendaur ulang sampah menggunakan teknik sederhana, ekonomis, dan ramah lingkungan untk mengolah bahan baku limbah non-organik industri, dan 5) Mempublikasikan hasil KKN-PPM sebagai contoh baik untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh masyarakat, khususnya di kawasan sejenis lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan KKN-PPM adalah Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring (P3M) penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk mengolah limbah non-organik industri. Bekerjasama dengan mitra, Tim DPL memberikan pembekalan dan melatihkan pengetahuan / teknologi tepat guna yang baru kepada mahasiswa peserta sebelum mereka diterjunkan ke lokasi.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan yang semakin berkembang membutuhkan tenaga-tenaga guru yang terampil guna dapat mengimbangi kemajuan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan itu sendiri, pengabdian masyarakat yang kami laksanakan berfokus pada memberikan pelatihan berupa kemampuan bagi guru untuk dapat meningkatkan citra sekolah, utamanya dalam bidang branding, yang mana pada hal ini kami memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk dilatih digital branding selama 2 hari. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan mencakupi tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, tahapan pelatihan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Pada tahapan pelaksanaan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi, sedangkan pada tahapan pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui bimbingan praktik dan tanya jawab. Pelatihan ini didasari pada bahwasanya dengan digital branding maka akan tercipta citra sekolah yang baik di mata masyarakat sehingga menimbulkan ketertarikan lebih banyak konsumen yang membutuhkan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study explores the role of sustainable innovation in enhancing economic resilience through effective supply chain management. Using a qualitative approach with case studies of three large manufacturing companies, the study analyzes how organizations integrate digital technologies, develop adaptation strategies, and build strategic partnerships to achieve sustainability goals while maintaining competitive advantage. The results show that effective implementation of sustainable innovation resulted in a 30% reduction in carbon emissions and a 3.5% increase in operating margins. Supplier collaboration (92% adoption rate) and process digitalization (85%) emerged as key drivers of success, while joint R&D demonstrated the highest impact on sustainability scores (4.7/5.0). These findings highlight the importance of a holistic approach to sustainable supply chain transformation and provide practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance their economic resilience through sustainable practices.
