Abstract

With regard to efficacy, efficiency, and growth, the objective of this research is to assess the financial standing of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries' Jakarta II Fish Quarantine and Inspection Agency for the years 2021–2023. Financial Statements for the years 2021–2023 are the data used in this analysis. Documentation and literature review are the methods utilized to obtain data. This study employed descriptive qualitative data analysis using growth ratios, effectiveness, and efficiency. The findings demonstrated that the Jakarta II Fish Quarantine and Inspection Agency, Center had generally demonstrated strong financial management. This may be observed from the effectiveness ratio calculation results, which are classified as effective because the average effectiveness is over 100%, or 113.51%, and as less efficient because the average efficiency is below 100%, or 62.65%. With a negative number, the growth ratio falls into the bad group.

Abstract

Nowadays, people are increasingly smart and aware of getting quality products or services. People are very intelligent and understand about quality products or services. For this reason, an institution is required to provide quality products or services to provide satisfaction to consumers. Providing quality products or services, of course, cannot be separated from the extent of human resources (HR) owned by an institution. The reason is, through quality human resources, quality products or services will of course be produced. In the midst of increasingly tight business competition like today, improving the quality of employees is one of the important things for an institution. Because, the quality of products and services is largely determined by technology, systems, work methods and personal integrity to contribute the best quality work. Several factors that influence the quality of employee work are 1. Remuneration is a component that can increase employee motivation. With appropriate remuneration, an employee will work at his best. In this way, remuneration is something that can influence employee productivity and work performance; 2. Performance measurement is a process of assessing work progress against predetermined goals and objectives, including information on the efficiency of resource use in producing goods and services; 3. Job Analysis is a systematic process that aims to find out about the main points of the position which consists of several tasks, jobs, authority and responsibilities, as well as about the qualification provisions for the things sought such as experience, expertise, ability, education so that they can carry out their duties well in their position.

Abstract

This research aims to improve employee organizational commitment at Sakti Mobile Ltd by analyzing the direct effect of workload on organizational commitment, the direct effect of work-family conflict on organizational commitment, the direct effect of work stress on organizational commitment, and the simultaneous effect of workload, work-family conflict, and work stress on organizational commitment. This study employs a quantitative strategy and survey methodology. The sample size was 207 individuals. SPSS was used to examine research data gathered through the distribution of questionnaires. The findings revealed that (1) workload has a negative effect on organizational commitment, (2) work-family conflict has a negative effect on organizational commitment, (3) work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment, and (4) workload, work-family conflict, and work stress all have an effect on organizational commitment. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of workload, work-family conflict, and work stress on organizational commitment in order to promote organizational commitment.

Abstract

Employee Performance Improvement. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of motivation on improving employee performance. 3) To find out and analyze the Influence of Work Culture and Motivation on Employee Performance in Logistics Affairs, Sub-Section Planning and Administration of Police Headquarters Services. This research approach is quantitative, descriptive and associative. In this study the authors narrowed the population, namely the number of employees of the Logistics Affairs Sub-Division of Planning and Administration of the Police Headquarters Service of 100 employees. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the t-value for the Work Culture variable (X1) is 3.950 while the t-table value for N = 31 is 2.039. So 3.950 > 2.039, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Work Culture (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). 2) the tcount value for the Motivation variable (X2) is 2,986, while the ttable value for N = 31 is 2,039. So 2,986> 2,039, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that the motivation variable (X2) partially affects employee performance (Y). 3) ANOVA obtained Fcount value of 14.111 Medium Ftable ( 0.05) for N = 31 of 2.91. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 14.111 > 2.91 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Work Culture (X1) and Motivation (X2) together have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Adjusted R Square (R2) value is 0.466. This shows that 46.6% of Work Culture (X1) and Motivation (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 53.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of social media in influencing consumer behavior in choosing barbershop services. Qualitative research methods are used with a focus on data collection through in-depth interviews and social media content analysis. Participants in this study were barbershop service consumers who actively use social media to search for information and recommend services. The results of this study reveal that social media has a significant role in shaping consumer perceptions of the quality of barbershop services, as well as influencing consumer decisions in choosing barbershop services. These findings highlight the importance of a strong online presence and a good reputation on social media for barbershop business owners. The practical implication of this study is the need for a digital marketing strategy that is integrated with reputation management to increase consumer appeal and trust in barbershop services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the research approach using qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consisted of leaders and employees who were selected purposively to gain a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. The results of the study show that participatory leadership style, consistent motivation, and the implementation of fair and transparent work discipline have a significant influence on increasing employee commitment. This study recommends the development of leadership training programs, performance-based rewards, and consistent enforcement of work rules to strengthen employee commitment. This finding is expected to make a practical contribution to the management of CV Dwi Kurnia Mandiri in creating a productive and harmonious work environment.

Abstract

The use of financial technology is currently continuing to grow with various feature Which available. Convenience Which offered become factor the occurrence growth in interest of financial technology users despite the risks involved obtained. Study This aiming know Influence Perception Convenience And Risk To Interest Use Financial Technology ( Fintech) on Generation Z of Galajuara Vocational High School, Bekasi City. Using quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaire distribution. Based on the results of data analysis And discussion, in a way partial perception convenience influential significant positive to interest use financial technology with t count 7,274  t table 2,001 with level significance 0.00  0.05, mark coefficient as big as 0.478 It means variable Perception of ease of use has a strong relationship with intention to use financial technology . Risk in a way partial influential significant negative to interest in using financial technology with a calculated t of 3.749 t table 2.001 with significance level 0.00 0.05, coefficient value of 0.118 means the risk variable has a strong relationship with interest in using financial technology . Together, perceptions of convenience and risk influence interest use financial technology with F count 29,285  F table 3.15 with level significance 0.00 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies on the purchase decisions of chicken porridge as a breakfast choice in the Pasar Minggu area. The research examines the elements of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and how each factor affects consumer decisions. Data were obtained through a survey of 100 chicken porridge buyers in the Pasar Minggu area. The results indicate that price and promotion factors play a significant role in influencing purchase decisions. The conclusion of this study suggests that chicken porridge vendors should enhance their pricing and promotion strategies to boost sales.

Abstract

The author's aim in this research is to find out how much influence motivation and job satisfaction have on improving nurse performance both partially and simultaneously at the Buah Hati Pamulang Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) . The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula, and the data analysis technique used was a linear regression analysis technique using the SPSS version 25.0 application. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that motivation and job satisfaction can significantly influence Performance of Nurses at the Pamulang Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA). Based on respondents' perceptions, work motivation and job satisfaction are in the good category. Likewise, the performance variable is included in the good category . Partially, there are strong and significant implications of work motivation in improving performance, as well as providing job satisfaction large and significant influence on performance. Taken together, there is a large and significant influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at the Buah Hati Pamulang Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA).

Abstract

The objectives of this study: 1) To find out and analyze the influence of competence on the performance of Premier Bintaro Hospital nurses. 2) To find out and analyze the Effect of Professional Career Path Improvement on the Performance of Premier Bintaro Hospital Nurses 3) To find out and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Premier Bintaro Hospital Nurses. 3 To find out and analyze the influence of Competence, Professional Career Path Improvement and Job Satisfaction together on the Performance of Premier Bintaro Hospital Nurses. This research is a quantitative research, descriptive and associative. The population in this study is 249 nurses at Premier Bintaro Hospital. The sampling technique used was a sample using the Slovin formula, a sample of 71 nurses at Premier Bintaro Hospital was taken as respondents in this study. The results in this study: 1) Based on the coefficients table, the tcal value for the Competency variable (X1) is 3,237 while the t-value of the table for n = 71 is 1,993. So 3,237 > 1,993, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Competence (X1) affects the Performance of Nurses (Y) at Premier Bintaro Hospital. 2) Based on  the coefficients table, the tcal value for the Career Path Improvement variable (X2) is 4,759, while the t-valueof the table for n = 71 is 1,993, so 4,759 > 1,993, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, it can be stated that Career Path Improvement (X2) affects Nurse Performance (Y) at Premier Bintaro Hospital. 3) Based on the coefficients table, the tcal value for the Job Satisfaction variable (X3) is 4.943, while the t-valueof the table for n = 71 is 1.993, so 4.943 > 1.993, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Job Satisfaction (X3) affects the Performance of Nurses (Y) at Premier Bintaro Hospital. 4) Based on the results of the analysis in the table namely the ANOVA test obtained an Fcal value of 45.357 while the Ftable (α 0.05) for n = 71 was 2.50. So Fcalculate > from the Ftable (α 0.05) or 45,357 > 2.50, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that Competence (X1), Career Path Improvement (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) together affect Nurse Performance (Y).
