Abstract

The development of information technology has had a positive impact on the world of education, one of which is to simplify the learning process. In the field of electronics, understanding basic components is an important foundation for students and practitioners. This Java Desktop-based application design aims to introduce basic electronic components with an easy-to-understand interactive interface. In this software, it contains various information about basic electronic components such as Resistors, Capacitors, Transistors, Diodes, Push Buttons, which is equipped with detailed information about the specifications and basic functions of various electronic components. In addition, the app comes with visual illustrations in the form of images that support the understanding of physical and component symbols. To explain how components in a series work, the app presents interactive animations to clarify the concept of how each component works and functions. During the creation and testing of 5 times, which was carried out using 5 different basic components resulting in different circuits and explanations of how to work, these results then obtained data from these 5 components which were then entered into the MySQL Database. The data present in the Driver Database is displayed using the Desktop-Based Java Programming Language.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Investasi Reksadana syariah yang menjadi salah satu instrumen keuangan yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia karena sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah dan memberikan alternatif investasi yang etis bagi masyarakat. Namun, perbedaan karakteristik dan tingkat risiko antar jenis Reksadana syariah menuntut analisis yang mendalam terkait kinerja masing-masing produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat return dan risiko, serta mengevaluasi kinerja Reksadana syariah saham, campuran, dan pendapatan tetap di Indonesia selama periode 2020–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder berupa nilai aktiva bersih (NAB) bulanan dari 38 produk Reksadana syariah. Return dihitung secara tahunan, sedangkan risiko diukur menggunakan standar deviasi. Kinerja Reksadana dievaluasi dengan tiga metode analisis, yaitu Indeks Sharpe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reksadana saham memiliki return rata-rata tertinggi namun dengan risiko paling besar. Reksadana pendapatan tetap memiliki kinerja paling stabil dengan risiko terendah. Berdasarkan Indeks Sharpe, produk Reksadana pendapatan tetap umumnya memiliki kinerja lebih baik dibanding saham dan campuran. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas manajer investasi sangat bervariasi antar produk dan jenis Reksadana. Oleh karena itu, investor disarankan untuk menyesuaikan pilihan Reksadana dengan profil risiko dan tujuan investasinya.

Abstract

Environmental accounting is a branch of accounting that focuses on recording, managing, and reporting the environmental impacts of a company’s operational activities. This includes information related to the management of costs associated with waste treatment, energy use, and other natural resource consumption. Environmental accounting also plays an important role in ensuring transparency to external stakeholders, such as the government and the public, allowing organizations to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and compliance with environmental regulations. This study aims to examine the implementation of environmental cost accounting and waste management practices at RSU Aisyiyah St. Khadijah Pinrang. This research employs a descriptive approach with a qualitative research design. Data were collected through three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The findings of this study indicate that RSU Aisyiyah St. Khadijah Pinrang has not yet implemented environmental cost accounting in accordance with the indicators used in this research, which include control costs, prevention costs, cleaning costs, and environmental revenue. However, the hospital’s waste management practices demonstrate good performance and comply with MKLH Regulation No. 16 of 2016. The hospital has managed its waste according to key indicators of waste management, such as the separation of medical and non-medical waste, the separation of infectious and non-infectious waste, clean water management, and staff education related to hospital waste.

Abstract

Psychoanalysis is one of the literary research theories that discusses the human psyche. This study aims to analyze the characterization and personality structure of the main character in Haifa Bitar's short story Kafanu Al-Ustadzi using Burhan Nurgiyantoro's structural theory and Sigmund Freud's theory which focuses on the forms of Id, Ego, and Superego in the story. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was obtained through selected excerpts from the short story. The research findings identified that the characterization of the character Aku is divided into five types, namely first as the main character; second, as a protagonist; third, as a round character; fourth, as a developing character; and fifth, as a neutral character. The forms of the main character's traits include patience, persistence, anger, attentiveness, unstable, hatred, and vengeance. This research also reveals the personality structure of the main character who has a complete personality structure, although Id is more dominant than Ego and Superego with the amount of data Id 4 data, Ego 2 data, and Superego 3 data. This research contributes to the development of Arabic literature studies by analyzing characterizations and psychological aspects in literary works so as to expand the scope of Arabic literary theory.

Abstract

This article examines Syi'îr Ngudi Susilo as a cultural text containing Javanese-Islamic moral values and its role in the glocalization of Islamic character education. Using Paul Ricoeur’s hermeneutic method—naïve reading, structural analysis, and critical interpretation—the study reveals ethical values such as humility, manners, prayer discipline, Qur’an recitation, and respect for teachers as a synthesis of Javanese and Islamic teachings. These values form social capital through shared norms, beliefs, and networks in Javanese Muslim communities. Syi'îr Ngudi Susilo illustrates the integration of universal Islamic norms into local Javanese traditions, showing how character education is localized yet remains globally relevant. As traditional literature, it serves as a cultural medium of moral education while transmitting modern Islamic ideals in a local (Javanese-speaking) context. Through this synthesis, the syi’ir strengthens social capital and ensures the continuity of Javanese-Islamic moral teachings for younger generations.

Abstract

IntroductionIslamic financial inclusion has increasingly been promoted as a strategic instrument for inclusive economic development, particularly in emerging economies where micro, small, and medium enterprises play a central role in employment creation and poverty reduction. In Indonesia, the establishment of regional Islamic economic coordination bodies represents a policy effort to strengthen local Islamic financial ecosystems. Nevertheless, empirical evaluations of how such institutions operate and contribute to Islamic financial inclusion at the city level remain limited, especially outside major metropolitan areas.ObjectivesThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a city-level Islamic economic coordination program in enhancing Islamic financial inclusion. It specifically examines the roles of Islamic financial literacy initiatives, access to Sharia-compliant financing, post-financing assistance, MSME clustering, and institutional governance in shaping inclusion outcomes.MethodThe study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using an effectiveness evaluation framework. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, including program administrators, Islamic financial institutions, local government officials, and MSME beneficiaries, complemented by document analysis of policy reports and program records. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns related to program implementation, institutional capacity, and observed outcomes.ResultsThe findings indicate that the program generated positive short-term outcomes, including increased awareness of Islamic finance, improved access to Sharia-compliant financing, and the initiation of Sharia-based MSME clusters. However, overall effectiveness was constrained by limited post-financing assistance, uneven capacity-building, weak institutional coordination, and the absence of a systematic monitoring and evaluation framework. Access to financing alone did not consistently translate into sustainable MSME growth without continuous mentoring and institutional support.ImplicationsThe results highlight that effective Islamic financial inclusion requires an integrated approach combining financial literacy, financing, capacity-building, and strong local governance. For policymakers, the study underscores the importance of strengthening institutional mandates, allocating dedicated resources, and developing evidence-based monitoring systems to enhance program sustainability and impact.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes original empirical evidence from a subnational context by linking institutional governance analysis with MSME-level outcomes. It advances the literature on Islamic financial inclusion by demonstrating how city-level coordination bodies shape inclusion effectiveness and by emphasizing the value of effectiveness evaluation frameworks in Islamic economic governance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi syariah di kalangan masyarakat Kelurahan Yukum Jaya sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi umat berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep dasar ekonomi syariah, khususnya dalam praktik usaha mikro dan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, pre-test dan post-test, serta fasilitasi pembentukan forum ekonomi syariah warga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat secara signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor post-test sebesar 45%. Selain itu, muncul inisiatif dari peserta untuk membentuk forum komunitas ekonomi syariah sebagai tindak lanjut kegiatan. Pendekatan edukatif yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini bersifat partisipatif dan kontekstual, sehingga mampu menjangkau masyarakat secara lebih efektif dibandingkan model-model sosialisasi yang bersifat top-down. Kebaruan (novelty) dari kegiatan ini terletak pada integrasi antara edukasi berbasis nilai Islam, riset partisipatif, dan pembangunan kelembagaan lokal. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan ekonomi umat berbasis ekonomi syariah memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai alternatif model pembangunan berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan ini juga membuka ruang kontribusi akademik terhadap kebijakan publik di tingkat kelurahan.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Arabic Language Content Development Curriculum at a higher education institution, grounded in a constructivist theoretical framework. The primary aim of the study is to analyze changes in students’ learning outcomes who took a course before and after the AI implementation, and to examine the influence of confounding variables such as age, gender, origin school/region, and core subject on improvements in Arabic language learning outcomes. The research design is a true experimental design with a single experimental group applied to students in the Arabic Language and Literature program. Participants met inclusion criteria with a minimum sample size of 32 respondents. Data were collected through pretests and posttests, questionnaires, observations, and focused interviews. The instruments included sentence-construction items with difficulty levels from easy to hard (11 items) and evaluations of the Istimak Baseline, Istimak Advanced, and Ta’bir Shafawi Baseline courses. Statistical analysis encompassed pretest–posttest comparisons and significance tests on several item pairs (p 0.05). Overall, there was an increase in the average score of learning outcomes after the AI intervention, indicating improved understanding of Arabic material. Significant improvement overall was achieved in some item pairs; several items showed pattern variation that warrants further contextual analysis. Confounding variables exhibited different trends across categories (age, gender, origin region, core subject), with AI benefits more evident for certain groups. Participants’ attitudes toward AI showed a positive perception regarding fairness, transparency, and relevance of the material, though concerns about data privacy, plagiarism, and potential over-reliance emerged. The findings support a constructivist framework combined with AI to provide more interactive, personalized, and contextual Arabic language learning. AI tools such as LingQ contribute to personalization, increased engagement, and ongoing feedback, while requiring ethical guidelines for AI use, privacy protection, and efforts to maintain academic integrity and reduce bias. Limitations include the single-group experimental design and potential Hawthorne effects. Recommendations include developing AI ethics guidelines, SAP training for instructors, and risk mitigation strategies such as human–AI balance and fair access for all students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi mengharuskan pelajar tingkat SMA harus mempelajari pemrograman yang dimasukkan dalam kurikulum mata pelajaran TIK. Salah satu pemrograman yang sangat mudah dipejari dan memiliki banyak pemanfaatan adalah pemrograman Arduino. Namun guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajarkan materi pemrograman Arduino karena tidak adanya perangkat kerasnya. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya minat siswa dalam mempelajari pemrograman Arduino. Untuk itu tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan pemrograman Arduino siswa melalui pelatihan simulator Wokwi. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi persiapan kegiatan, penyampaian materi dan praktik dasar, proyek berbasis simulasi dan di akhiri dengan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pada siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Pagerbarang Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 36 siswa. Hasil pengabdian mengalami peningkatan kemampuan pemrograman arduino berdasarkan nilai yang didapat rata-rata Pre Test yaitu 6,36 sedangkan rata-rata Post Test 7,06. Selain itu siswa juga bertambah semangat belajar dan mengaplikasi pemrograman Arduino dalam konteks nyata setelah berhasil dibuat simulasinya. Hal tersebut disampaikan di lembar velasuasi kegiatan pengabdian.Abstract: With the rapid advancement of technology, high school students are required to learn programming, which has been incorporated into the ICT curriculum. One type of programming that is easy to learn and has many applications is Arduino programming. However, teachers face challenges in teaching Arduino programming due to the unavailability of hardware devices. This results in low student interest in learning Arduino programming. Therefore, the aim of this community service activity is to enhance students' Arduino programming skills through Wokwi simulator training. The methods of the activity include preparation, material delivery and basic practice, simulation-based projects, and concluding with evaluation and follow-up for 36 eleventh-grade students at SMA N 1 Pagerbarang, Tegal Regency. The results of the activity showed an improvement in Arduino programming skills, as indicated by the average Pre-Test score of 6.36 and the average Post-Test score of 7.06. Additionally, students became more enthusiastic about learning and applying Arduino programming in real-world contexts after successfully creating simulations, as reflected in the community service activity evaluation sheets.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan kemampuan fundamental dalam membentuk kecerdasan siswa di era informasi. Namun, rendahnya minat baca dan keterbatasan akses terhadap bahan bacaan masih menjadi persoalan di berbagai satuan pendidikan. Berdasarkan keterangan guru, siswa cenderung jarang membaca kecuali jika terdapat instruksi langsung dari guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat budaya literasi siswa melalui model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis aksi dengan pengembangan taman baca dan seminar literasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMPS Arriyadul Huda, Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor, dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Program taman baca dilaksanakan dua kali dalam seminggu dengan koleksi lebih dari 70 buku hasil swadaya mahasiswa, sedangkan seminar literasi diikuti oleh lebih dari 100 peserta yang terdiri atas siswa dan guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya partisipasi siswa, munculnya kebiasaan meminjam buku secara berulang, serta respons positif dari pihak sekolah, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan fasilitas dan koleksi bacaan. Model pengabdian berbasis aksi ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif penguatan literasi di lingkungan sekolah menengah pertama.
