Abstract

Fly Ash Bottom Ash (FABA) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan limbah hasil pembakaran dari pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS), yang berpotensi digunakan sebagai material alternatif dalam campuran aspal panas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis morfologi permukaan campuran Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) yang mengandung FABA sebagai filler menggunakan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dilaboratorium. Variasi FABA yang digunakan sebagai filler sebesar 0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan FABA dapat memperbaiki ikatan antar aspal dan agregat melalui peningkatan adhesi, yang terlihat dari distribusi partikel filler yang lebih merata. Analisis SEM menunjukkan adanya perubahan tekstur permukaan, peningkatan kekompakkan ikatan agregat, serta inteeraksi kimia dengan adanya unsur Si, Al, dan Ca yang berperan dalam memperkuat ikatan Aspal dan FABA. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa FABA dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai filler alternatif dalam campuran AC-WC dengan potensi meningkatkan kinerja struktural dan keberlanjutan lingkungan

Abstract

Tanah dengan daya dukung rendah memerlukan stabilisasi untuk meningkatkan kekuatan dan kestabilannya, terutama dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan abu sawit (POFA) dan alkali aktivator terhadap kuat tekan bebas (UCS) dan nilai California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tanah asli. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen laboratorium dengan variasi komposisi POFA dan pemberian alkali aktivator sodium hidroksida (NaOH) 10 M dan sodium silika (Na2SiO3) pada tanah asli. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengukur nilai UCS dan CBR pada variasi campuran 20 persen POFA dan alkali aktifator rasio Si/Al 2.5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan POFA secara signifikan meningkatkan kekuatan dan daya dukung tanah, dengan peningkatan paling tinggi terjadi pada campuran 20 persen POFA dengan larutan alkali aktivator, di mana nilai UCS dan CBR meningkat lebih dari 6 kali lipat dibandingkan tanah tanpa perlakuan. Analisis korelasi antara UCS dan CBR menghasilkan model regresi logaritmik CBR = 24.162x – 4.9963 yang menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kedua parameter. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa nilai UCS dapat digunakan sebagai parameter prediktif untuk memperkirakan nilai CBR, yang bermanfaat dalam proses desain dan evaluasi tanah dasar perkerasan. Stabilisasi tanah menggunakan POFA dan alkali aktivator terbukti efektif dan berpotensi diterapkan secara luas dalam pendekatan rekayasa geoteknik berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung pemanfaatan limbah industri sebagai material konstruksi alternatif.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the speaking learning strategies employed by introverted students in the English Education program, focusing on how personality traits influence strategic language learning. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires administered to five fourth-semester students identified as introverts via the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that introverted students predominantly utilize four types of speaking strategies: memory strategies, cognitive strategies, compensatory strategies, and metacognitive strategies. In contrast, affective and social strategies were not employed by the participants, highlighting their preference for introspective and independent learning approaches. Cognitive and compensatory strategies were found to be the most frequently used, indicating a strong inclination toward planning, mental rehearsal, and overcoming limitations in speaking fluency. These results suggest that introverted students benefit from structured, personalized speaking instruction that accommodates their reflective learning styles. The study offers practical implications for educators to design adaptive language learning environments that respect diverse personality traits, thereby enhancing speaking proficiency among introverted learners.

Abstract

Ketidaknyamanan saat menstruasi, yang sering disebut dismenore, merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak masalah yang biasanya menyertai menstruasi. Saat menstruasi, nyeri haid sering kali berlangsung selama satu hingga beberapa hari. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) melaporkan bahwa dismenore sangat umum terjadi di seluruh dunia. Wanita muda mengalami dismenore dengan rata-rata 16,8% hingga 81%. Di negara-negara Eropa, rata-rata 45–97% wanita mengalami dismenore. Secara khusus, Organisasi Ikatan Santri yang berkedudukan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafiiyah Kabupaten Situbondo menjadi salah satu mitra dalam proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul dari analisis situasi dan perbincangan dengan para santri di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafiiyah adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknik pijat akupresur untuk mengatasi dismenore. Permasalahan lainnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang cara penanganan dismenore yang tepat. Para remaja yang tergabung dalam tim kesehatan di pondok pesantren dapat memperoleh manfaat dari pelatihan pijat akupresur dan pemberian kunyit dan asam jawa; mereka kemudian dapat menggunakan pengobatan tersebut untuk membantu remaja lain yang menderita dismenore. Tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri meningkat dari 11,9% menjadi 95,3% setelah diberikan edukasi tentang penanganan disminorea.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran aplikasi pembelajaran musik Flowkey dalam era digital pasca-pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Flowkey menawarkan interaktivitas visual, fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat, serta adaptasi tingkat kesulitan, memastikan pengalaman belajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan "Library Research" dengan sumber referensi dari jurnal-jurnal terverifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flowkey tidak hanya alat pembelajaran musik, tetapi juga pengalaman eksplorasi musik yang menyenangkan dan mendidik. Keunggulan aplikasi ini menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan musik individu. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Flowkey dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam membentuk masa depan pembelajaran musik yang holistik di era digital, dengan potensi untuk terus mengembangkan fitur-fitur inovatif dan mendukung perkembangan keterampilan musik secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pembangunan rumah ramah lingkungan dan efisien energi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dengan metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta pembagian materi edukatif. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi konsep bangunan hijau, efisiensi energi, pemanfaatan pencahayaan dan ventilasi alami, serta penggunaan material bangunan ramah lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap prinsip rumah ramah lingkungan dan efisiensi energi. Peserta mulai menyadari pentingnya penghematan energi dan penerapan konsep berkelanjutan dalam pembangunan hunian. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dan sejalan dengan kebijakan nasional di bidang perumahan dan lingkungan hidup

Abstract

Gestational diabetes mellitus is a common complication during pregnancy that can increase maternal and fetal morbidity as well as long-term health risks. Therefore, improving pregnant women's knowledge is essential for early detection, prevention, and appropriate management. The purpose of this research is to examine how health education affects pregnant women's comprehension of gestational diabetes mellitus. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-post approach. A total of 61 pregnant women attending antenatal care at the independent midwifery practice of Salabiah in Lhokseumawe City were selected through purposive sampling. Participants were pregnant women with a Maternal and Child Health handbook, without mental disorders, previous pregnancy complications, or gestational diabetes mellitus. Knowledge was measured using a structured questionnaire administered before and after the educational intervention, which was delivered through a lecture method. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test revealed a significant difference in knowledge scores pre- and post-intervention (p 0.05), demonstrating a notable increase in the average post test score. These results suggest that health education successfully enhances the knowledge of pregnant women regarding gestational diabetes mellitus. Integrating structured and comprehensible educational programs into routine antenatal care is recommended to enhance maternal awareness and promote better pregnancy outcomes.

Abstract

Puddles such as peat water on the surface of the bending pavement can accelerate the aging process, disintegration and cause damage. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the aging process due to peat water soaking on the durability of the AC-WC mixture penetration 60/70 based on the Cantabro test. Research methods are laboratory tests that start from the design of asphalt concrete mixtures, determining KAO, LTOA tests, peat water chemical element tests. Soak asphalt concrete with peat water for 0, 1, 2, 4, and 7 days, CL Test and Marshall test. 7-day duration CL value 23.6%, stability 1805 kg, IDP 37%, IDK 34%. The chemical reaction element that causes LTOA is the oxidation reaction of asphaltenes due to the increase of the element oxygen that removes nitrogen (N) and alkyl chains (R). The chemical reaction element that causes aging due to peat water, namely organic substances affect the pH value depending on the number of lignin compounds. Lignin produces H ions that can accelerate aging. The pH value of peat water is 3, Na 78.81 mg/l, Fe 0.47 mg/l, organic substances 148.52 mg/l.

Abstract

Art has been an integral component of human culture for centuries, allowing individuals to express themselves creatively through various art forms, such as dance and music. However, with the advancement of technology, art education has undergone a significant revolution. This article discusses the impact of this revolution in art education, particularly in the context of performing arts such as dance and music, and how technology has changed the way art is taught, learned, and applied. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to depict the impact of technology in art education. Data was obtained through a literature review, using sources such as journals, books, and articles from platforms like Google Scholar and Crossref. The research findings indicate that the Art Education Revolution represents a significant shift in how the performing arts of dance and music are taught, learned, and applied in the age of technology. Thoughtful integration of technology in art education allows learners to harness both traditional and technological aspects for a balanced and relevant learning experience in the modern world. Abstract

It has been decided by existing writing that a part of investigate endeavors have been made to the execution of construction waste management (CWM), but less consideration is paid to examination of the worth of CWM. The reason of the particular show created in this investigation is to clarity how to improve the worth of construction waste management. This consider built upon observation of field and earlier research. This consider in this manner endeavors to create a show for quantitatively assessing the esteem of CWM by using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the aid of Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) measurable bundle to overcome these issues. The outcome of analysis, which used data collected from 383 respondents on construction project by instrument questionnaire. Base on SEM-AMOS analysis, the result of analysis showed that policy have highest score significant value is 0.751 on construction waste management rules. Second, asset indicator on equipment asset is 0.741. Third, Technology indicator on equipment innovations is 0.645. Fourth, Knowledge indicator on knowledge of construction waste. Fifth, human resources indicator on education level is 0.672. Through measurement model of construction waste management, it gives way better understanding to reduce construction waste for prospective management project.
