Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand image, brand awareness, dan brand ambassador terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna marketplace Shopee, sedangkan sampel didapatkan berjumlah 100 orang responden dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang sudah terkumpul melalui metode kuesioner nantinya akan dilakukan analisis melalui analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 26. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel brand image dan brand awareness terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace shopee. Namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara brand ambassador dengan minat beli konsumen pada marketplace shopee, dan variabel brand ambassador berpengaruh negatif. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel yaitu brand image, brand awareness, dan brand ambassador terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Shopee yang pada pengguna marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of the halal label on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction as mediating factors. This research was designed as explanatory research. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire survey instrument method via the Google Form page. The researfactor: lts show that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty; the influence of the halal label on customer loyalty is not mediated through customer satisfaction as a mediating factor; Purchasing decisions can partially mediate the relationship between halal labels and customer loyalty. Managerial Implications This research shows that the halal label has a significant impact on customer loyalty and purchasing decisions, with customer satisfaction acting as an important intervening variable. The role of intervening variables in this research plays a key role in explaining how the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables can occur indirectly through these variables. In the context of this research, the independent variable is the halal label, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of operational audit on service effectiveness at Dramaga Community Health Center, (2) the effect of internal control on service effectiveness at Dramaga Community Health Center, (3) the effect of operational audit and internal control on service effectiveness at Dramaga Community Health Center. This research adopts a quantitative approach with service effectiveness as the dependent variable, while operational audit and internal control are the independent variables. Data collection in this study involves primary data by distributing questionnaires to the targeted subjects as respondents. The study employs a total sampling method, where all employees of Dramaga Community Health Center are taken as samples, totaling 31 respondents. Hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression method with the assistance of statistical tool, SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that operational audit partially and significantly influences service effectiveness, internal control partially and significantly affects service effectiveness, and both operational audit and internal control simultaneously influence service effectiveness. It can be concluded that the better the implementation of operational audit in the community health center, the better the service effectiveness provided. Similarly, internal control, where the enhancement of internal control quality in the community health center significantly contributes to the improvement of service effectiveness. Thus, the findings of this study affirm the importance of implementing operational audit and internal control to enhance service quality in community health center

Abstract

Determining an accurate cost of goods sold (COGS) is one of the critical factors in managing a company's finances, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. One of the methods that can be used to calculate the cost of production more precisely is the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method. This study aims to analyze the application of the ABC method in designing the cost of production at Wedday Organizer Store. The ABC method is used to identify costs associated with production activities and then allocate those costs to products based on the actual use of resources. By conducting this analysis, it is expected that Wedday Organizer Store can obtain more accurate and efficient cost of production calculations, enabling the determination of competitive selling prices and improving profitability. This research uses a descriptive approach with a case study, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that by using the ABC method, Wedday Organizer Store can achieve a more realistic cost of production, which aids in pricing decisions and minimizes resource wastage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity, products and bank image on customer decisions at BPRS Amanah Insan Cita. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique using saturated samples where the total sampling was determined by customers at BPRS Amanah Insan Cita, totaling 32 customers. The reason for using the entire population as a sample is because it represents the entire population because if the population is less than 100, then the entire research sample is used, therefore the researcher took 32 samples taken from all customers. The variables in this study are divided into independent variables (X) and dependent variables (Y). Independent variables include religiosity (X1), product (X2) and company image (X3), while the dependent variable is the decision to save (Y). The research results show that there is a partial influence of religiosity, products and bank image on customer decisions at BPRS Amanah Insan Cita. This can be seen from the results of the t test on each variable where the significant value is

Abstract

Heavy metals such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and copper (Cu) are hazardous pollutants that often contaminate water bodies, especially in coastal areas. This study aims to evaluate the potential of mangrove wetlands in Sungai Musang Village as a natural phytoremediation agent to absorb accumulated heavy metals in aquatic sediments. The research was conducted at the Sungai Musang estuary, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan, in 2024. Sampling and analysis methods used atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) to detect heavy metal content in mangrove and non-mangrove areas. The study results showed that the concentrations of Pb, Cd, and Cu at all observation points were far below the limits set by Ontario (1993) and IADC/CEDA (1997) standards, indicating that the area is still safe from heavy metal pollution. Thus, the mangrove wetlands in Sungai Musang Village play a significant role in absorbing heavy metals from aquatic environments, making them a potential phytoremediation agent

Abstract

Tempung Matei Bilei is a traditional tradition that has deep meaning in the lives of the Bengkulu community, especially Rejang Lebong Regency. This ceremony functions as a means to honor ancestors, strengthen social ties, and preserve local culture. This journal discusses the understanding, implementation, meaning, and challenges in preserving Tempung Matei Bilei, as well as recommendations for maintaining its sustainability in the future. The purpose of the study is to determine the cultural value system of the Rejang Lebong community related to the implementation of Tempung Matei Bilei and also to determine the influence of tempung batei bilei on the social conditions of the community in Rejang Lebong. This article will use a qualitative approach and the type of research is a literature review. Data sources use secondary data from published research results, online media coverage, scientific journals, books, and documents that are related to the problems in this study. The data obtained will be analyzed using a descriptive method. Tempung Matei Bilei adalah tradisi adat yang memiliki makna mendalam dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bengkulu khususnya Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Upacara ini berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk menghormati leluhur, memperkuat ikatan sosial, dan melestarikan budaya lokal. Jurnal ini membahas pengertian, pelaksanaan, makna, serta tantangan dalam pelestarian Tempung Matei Bilei, serta rekomendasi untuk menjaga keberlanjutannya di masa depan. Tujuan Penelitian ntuk mengetahui sistem nilai budaya masyarakat Rejang Lebong yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan Tempung Matei Bilei dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tempung Matei Bilei terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat di Rejang Lebong. Artikel ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah kajian literatur. Sumber data menggunakan data sekunder dari hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan, pemberitaan media daring, jurnal ilmiah, buku- buku, dan dokumen yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan masalah pada penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif.

Abstract

Kebutuhan batubara sebagai salah satu sumber energi terus meningkat dan hal ini beriringan kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Kegiatan bongkar muat ternyata masih belum optimal, seperti sering kegiatan tidak berjalan sesuai jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan bongkar muat batubara curah di dermaga PLTU Suralaya Banten.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian melibatkan manajer dan karyawan departemen teknik PT Adhi Guna Putera Cabang Merak sebagai informan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian adalah kegiatan bongkar muat batubara curah di dermaga PLTU Suralaya Banten meliputi persiapan dokumen, peralatan, tenaga kerja, perencanaan untuk kegiatan bongkar muat, pelaksanaan kegiatan bongkar muat dan penyelesaian kegiatan bongkar muat. Kegiatan ini menggunakan peralatan yang terdiri dari ship unloader, grab, hopper, conveyor, wheel loader, sekop, sling, handy talky. Kegiatan bongkar muat membutuhkan beberapa dokumen yang terdiri dari berita acara serah terima batubara, berita acara pemeriksaan, statement of fact, time sheet, delivery order, daily working report, notice of readiness, dan draught survey.

Abstract

A DSSC has a good performance seen from the ability of the photoanode to absorb sunlight. The use of photoanodes uses a semiconductor material, namely ZnO. However, in use, ZnO has the disadvantage of low optical and electrical properties, which results in low DSSC efficiency. So in this research, efforts are made to add Cu-Ag double doping to improve optical and electrical properties that will increase the efficiency of DSSC. ZnO/Cu-Ag photoanodes were prepared using the sol-gel spin coating method with doping variations of 0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%. Characterization was carried out using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer to see the absorption area and determine the band gap energy of the ZnO photoanode. I-V Keithley was used for current and voltage characterization to determine the conductivity of the ZnO photoanode and the efficiency of the DSSC. The results of the research show the effect of increasing the optical properties of ZnO photoanodes by decreasing the band gap energy along with the increase in doping concentration, namely 3.29 eV, 3.24 eV, 2.44 eV, and 2.40 eV. In addition, there is an increase in conductivity on the ZnO photoanode with the highest conductivity at doping concentration of 3% which is 0.1006 Ω-1m-1 with an increase of 6 times compared to the pure ZnO photoanode of 0.0163 Ω-1m-1. The improved optical and electrical properties of ZnO/Cu-Ag photoanodes have an impact on increasing the efficiency value of DSSC with the optimum efficiency achieved at 1% doping concentration of 0.0291% with an increase of 16 times compared to the use of pure ZnO photoanode of 0.00018%. The addition of Cu-Ag doping to ZnO improves the optical and electrical properties of the photoanode, enhancing DSSC efficiency with an optimum at 1% doping concentration.
