Abstract

This research is to determine the implementation of policies for monitoring and controlling livestock in Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant withdrawal technique uses purpose. The data analysis used is the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, namely data collection, data presentation, data condensation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, the implementation of the policy for monitoring and controlling livestock in Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regency, is relatively ineffective, there are still many violations committed by livestock owners. Several factors cause this regional regulation to be ineffective in its implementation because the agency given the authority no longer carries out supervision, control and outreach to people who own livestock. Apart from that, there are minimal resources prepared, be it financial resources, equipment resources. Another problem is the lack of strict sanctions given to livestock owners who violate the rules. There are no standard operational procedures for implementing livestock policies in the Pasangkayu District area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Pengelolaaan Dana Desa di Desa Dampal Kecamatan Sirenja Kabupaten Donggala yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban. Pengelolaan dana desa yang dapat di pertanggungjawabkan adalah harus mengandung prinsip-prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Narasumber terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, Operator seskudes, BPD, Dan tokoh masyarakat. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Dana desa pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawabannya secara fisik sudah menunjukkan bahwa akuntabel dan transparan. Didukung dengan masyarakat yang turun aktif dalam pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Based on the national education system, education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere and learning effort that allows students to actively expand their potential because they play religious and spiritual strengths, self-operation, character, intelligence, noble character, and essential requirements. Technology characterizes self, society and society. countries and states. At this point, teachers are expected to have the personality to manage learning programs appropriately and in harmony with student needs. This article aims to explain the necessity of reviewing the pre-education curriculum in LPTKs, especially those related to educational philosophy issues, and proposes regulatory support that can support the realization of professional pedagogic competencies. The ability of teacher education must be improved not only in terms of the ability of teachers, but also philosophically in education itself. In the future, educators are expected to be able to adapt and even be creative in order to create disruptive innovations in order to improve the quality of education. This article also suggests a more targeted curriculum review and government support as a solution.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to introduce and enhance the understanding of green accounting among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in aquaculture, particularly fish farmers in Desa Cogreg, Kecamatan Parung, Bogor. The purpose is to increase accounting literacy, integrate environmental aspects into financial recording, promote cost efficiency, and raise awareness of business sustainability. Methodology/approach: The activity used a participatory–educative approach involving 25 fish farmers, with observation and interviews in the preparation stage, followed by counseling, discussions, and distribution of a simple FCR module. Evaluation focused on participants’ responses and their needs for further training and mentoring. Results/findings: The counseling increased participants’ understanding of green accounting. Although unfamiliar, they recognized existing eco-friendly practices—water reuse, feed efficiency, and sludge utilization—as recordable financial activities. Findings revealed a gap between ecological awareness and accounting documentation, emphasizing the need for recording formats Conclusions: The program found that green accounting in MSMEs remains at a pre-integration stage, with environmental awareness present but lacking systematic documentation. The activity improved initial literacy, though sustained mentoring and simple tools are still needed, and the study was limited by a small sample and short observation period. Limitations: This activity was limited by a small sample size, a single location, and a short observation period, which restricted the generalizability and long-term evaluation of the results. Contribution: This program links green accounting theory with MSME aquaculture practices, offering a community service model that supports sustainability and provides a replicable framework for similar future interventions.

Abstract

Salah satu kemampuan dan keterampilan pada abad 21 dalam pembelajaran yaitu sekolah dituntut untuk  memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis,  berpikir kreatif, pemecahan masalah bekomunikasi dan kolaborasi. tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 4 sape tahun 2023/2024 dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi bangun datar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII.2 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa  namun yang diambil untuk menjadi subjek penelitian hanya 3 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar tes uraian dan pedomana wawancara. Berdasararkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini. Tentang deskripsi kemamampuan berpkir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaiakan masalah pada meteri bangun datar di kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sape Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah terdapat 24 siswa dengan presentase 80% untuk kategori rendah, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dikategori sedang sebanyak 5 siswa dengan presentase 16,6%. kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi hanya 1 siswa dengan presentase 3,3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa subjek kategori tinggi memenuhi indikator indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis pada keseluruhan soal, subjek mampu memenuhi indikator interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi dan inferensi. Subjek kategori sedang memenuhi indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis tetapi masih kurang dalam tahap evaluasi dan inferensi pada soal nomor 2. Subjek kategori rendah belum mampu memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis, subjek hanya memenuhi indikator evaluasi dan iniferensi pada soal nomor 1, untuk soal nomor 2 subjek belum mampu memenuhi indikator kemampan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between capital market development and labor absorption in the financial sector through a systematic literature review approach. The originality of this research lies in its specific focus on the sectoral employment impact of capital market development within the financial industry, an area that has received limited comprehensive synthesis in prior studies. The objective of this study is to identify the patterns of relationship, transmission mechanisms, and structural changes associated with capital market expansion and employment dynamics in the financial sector. The research method applies a systematic literature review by analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles indexed nationally and internationally within the period 2000–2024. The empirical findings indicate that capital market development generally contributes positively to labor absorption through the expansion of financial institutions, increased trading activities, and financial product innovation. However, technological advancement, digitalization, and automation significantly reshape labor demand toward technology-based and analytical competencies. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of aligning capital market development policies with human capital enhancement strategies to ensure inclusive and sustainable job creation in the financial sector

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to develop, assess the feasibility, and evaluate the effectiveness of saga text teaching materials utilizing a website as a platform for assignments and resources for Class X students at Azizi Islamic Senior High School. Methodology: This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model by Thiagarajan, consisting of Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination stages. The research methods include qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, with material experts, media experts, teachers, and students serving as evaluators. The study uses a saturated sampling technique, involving 18 students from Class X. Main Findings: The feasibility assessment categorized the saga text teaching materials as "very appropriate." The validity assessment from material experts resulted in 95%, while media experts rated it 87%, both categorized as "very decent." Teachers provided an evaluation score of 93%, and students rated it 91.22%, indicating positive responses. Student learning outcomes reached 91%, categorized as "very effective." Novelty/Originality of this study: This study introduces a website-based teaching material approach tailored for saga text learning, enhancing student engagement and independent learning. Unlike conventional printed materials, this method integrates digital interactivity with real-time assignment submission, making it a modern and adaptive educational resource for literature instruction.

Abstract

The limited integration of local cultural contexts into mathematics instruction remains a significant gap, particularly in elementary education, where learning often emphasizes abstract concepts that are not connected to students’ real-life experiences. In addition, the availability of culturally based learning media that are both contextually relevant and empirically tested is still limited. This condition reduces student engagement and constrains the development of higher-order thinking skills. Therefore, this study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of culturally based learning media using upak nyamu to enhance elementary students’ critical thinking skills and support meaningful learning experiences. This study employed a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach involving 28 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through expert validation, observations, interviews, and pretest–posttest assessments. The results indicate that the developed media is valid and feasible, with a Content Validity Index exceeding 0.80 across all aspects. Students’ mean scores increased from 9.71 to 17.04, while the N-Gain score (0.0799) remained in the low category due to the short implementation period and the need for sustained use of ethnomathematics-based media. The findings show that integrating local cultural elements into mathematics learning enhances students’ understanding, engagement, and cultural awareness, and highlights the importance of culturally responsive pedagogy in creating meaningful and contextual learning environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sales growth, current ratio, firm size, dan return on assets (ROA) terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi sales growth sebagai indikator pertumbuhan perusahaan, current ratio sebagai ukuran likuiditas, firm size sebagai gambaran besar kecilnya perusahaan, serta ROA sebagai indikator profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor consumer goods dibidang konsumsi primer yang dipublikasikan secara resmi melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2024. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) struktur modal. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu yang telah ditetapkan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan sales growth, current ratio, firm size, dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Sales growth berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, Current ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, Firm size berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal dan ROA berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal. Hal ini dapat memberikan sebuah gambaran mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi struktur modal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap struktur modal, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan keuangan serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
