Abstract

Pengaturan penataan tempat duduk dalam hasil penelitian diduga dapat memberikan suatu dorongan kepada siswa dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu bentuk dari meningkatnya prestasi belajar siswa yaitu dengan pengelolaan kelas. Pengelolaan kelas mempunyai peranan penting dalam konsentrasi belajar siswa salah satunya adalah pengelolaan pengaturan tempat duduk.  sering terjadi permasalahan di kelas pada saat pembelajaran yaitu perilaku siswa yang duduk di bangku belakang lebih sering bermain, mengobrol, sebagian makan yang mengakibatkan proses menulis sangat lambat dan prestasi siswa setelah proses pembelajaran menurun. Dan secara tidak langsung tingkah laku siswa tersebut dapat merusak kondisi optimal bagi proses belajar mengajar yang berlangsung, untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut guru harus optimal dalam mengelola kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memberikan penjelasan terkait ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan pada pengaturan penataan tempat duduk terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ketika pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Dumai yang berjumlah 268 orang siswa. Kemudian dilakukan teknik simple random sampling yang memiliki sampel 73 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaturan penataan tempat duduk terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Dumai sebesar 5.6%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaturan penataan tempat duduk terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Dumai sebesar 5.6%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 16 dari hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 4.250 dan F tabel sebesar 3.976 dimana hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa F hitung ≥ F tabel, sehingga dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai apakah terdapat pengaruh Pembelajaran PPKn Berdasarkan Kurikulum JSIT Terhadap Pembentukan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Di SMA IT Alfityah Pekanbaru. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini probabilistic sampling sampel yang menampilkan semua item atau anggota populasi. Jumlah responden yang digunakan berjumlah 42 responden dengan kriteria telah mengikuti proses pembelajaran PPKn yang tengah berjalan dengan didasarkan dengan kurikulum JSIT. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi sederhana Yang mengaitkan dua variabel atau lebih. dengan pendekatan kuantitatif meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinan (R).Hasil dan temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PPKn berdasarkan kurikulum JSIT memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembentukan kemampuan berpikir kritis

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena penurunan Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru ditemukan permasalahan terkait dengan motivasi belajar siswa, yang saat ini mengalami penurunan terutama pada siswakelas VIII. Selain itu dalam observasi masih terlihat kurangnya semangat kerja pada beberapa guru. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada Pengaruh Semangat Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Semangat Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Adapun manfaat hasil penelitian ini yaitu menambah referensipengetahuan, wawasan dan pemahaman bagi pihak lain tentang pengaruh Semangat Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Kuesioner yang terdiri dari 58 pernyataan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah “terdapat pengaruh Semangat Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru” adalah terbukti dan diterima dengan uji regresi linier sederhana antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Diperoleh Fhitung 23,644 dan Ftabel 3,99 didapat dari kajian daftar distribusi Ftabel dengan N = 65, pada taraf signifikan 5 %, dengandemikian dapat diketahui Fhitung ≥ Ftabel atau 23,644 ≥ 3,99 maka Ho ditolak, jadi hipotesis padapenelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a new policy issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture as an effort to improve the Indonesian education system. With this change, there are still many schools and teachers who are not ready to implement this independent curriculum, this is due to lack of understanding of the independent curriculum. This study aims to see how ready Pancasila education teachers are in implementing the independent curriculum in SMANs in Tanah Putih sub-district. This is a mixed research model concurrent triangulation study. The results show that 31.66% are "Proficient" stage, 40% are "Ready" stage, 15% are "Developing" stage and 13.33% are "Initial" stage. Based on benchmark, the results obtained are respondents who answered "proficient" plus the results of respondents who answered "ready" (31.66% + 40% = 71.66%). It can be concluded that the readiness of Pancasila Education teachers in SMANs in Tanah Putih sub-district in implementing the independent curriculum is in ready category. Teachers who are the ready and proficient stage are assisted by the PMM feature, training activities (such as IHT and workshops) carried out by the school, participation as a driving teacher so that they can be the proficient and ready stage. Meanwhile, for teachers who are the developing stage because the adaptation process to this curriculum tends to be long and there are still several supporting programs such as training or workshops that have not been carried out and followed. So support is needed from both schools and government in implementing this independent curriculum.

Abstract

  The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of employing interactive learning media, namely PowerPoint assisted by Wordwall, on students' learning motivation in the context of learning PANCASIL Education. The impetus for this research was the observation of a pervasive lack of motivation among students in their learning of pancasilan education. The present study employs a quantitative approach, integrating both experimental and observational elements. The research design is of the pretest-posttest, control group variety. The population of this study comprised 412 students enrolled in the eighth grade at SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique employed was a random one, and the samples were subjected to a homogeneity test. The total sample size of this study was 80, with each class comprising 40 students. The research instruments employed included questionnaires, student observation sheets, teacher observation sheets, and documentation. The findings indicated a substantial impact of the integration of PowerPoint presentations with Wordwall on learning motivation, as demonstrated by the t-count value of 5.421, which exceeds the critical value of 1.990 at the 1% level of significance (see Table 1). The N-Gain value in the experimental class was 0.11 (high category) higher than the control class, which was 0.03 (low category).

Abstract

This study was motivated by problems in the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Bathin Solapan, especially in grade VII, namely low student motivation. This is caused by several factors, including the fact that the learning model is not yet fully implemented. As a result, student involvement in the learning process is still very minimal, and students still tend to have difficulty understanding the learning material. When the material is presented, some students do not take notes, lack enthusiasm in participating in learning activities, quickly give up when encountering difficult questions, and do not focus on the teacher and consider the material explained to be unimportant, because the material is often delivered using conventional methods This can reduce students' motivation to learn. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting research to determine the effect of the word square learning model assisted by word search puzzles on improving student motivation in learning Pancasila Education in grade VII at SMP Negeri 1 Bathin Solapan. One of the research questions in this study is whether there is an effect of the word square learning model. The population in this study consisted of 159 students, with a sample size of 63 students divided into two classes, namely class VII.1 and VII.2. The data collection method used in this study was observation (questionnaire). Data management was conducted using statistical analysis with the t-test formula, namely the Independent Sample T-test, yielding a sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at a significance level of 5% or 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

  The quality of education in Indonesia must be improved, in accordance with the national education goals set out in the law. Students have substandard learning outcomes due to the learning process that takes place, which is mostly centered on the teacher as the main source. Interactive learning media is one of the choices in many media and learning resources, interactive learning media can help students understand the material with an attractive display. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using canva-based interactive learning media on Civics learning outcomes. Research methods are used to answer the formulation of problems and test the hypotheses that researchers do. In the research that the researchers conducted, the researchers used the Quasi Experimental Design method, namely seeing the results of the experimental class and control class whether there was a change. The research design form uses the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design form. Data analysis was carried out using the calculation of the independent sample T-Test test obtained titung = 3.796 then determine df with the n-2 formula. The sample in this study was 72 so that df = 72-2 = 70. Based on df 70 at a significance level of 5%, ttable = 1.666 was obtained. This shows that the hypothesis in this study is accepted with tcount> ttable (Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of interactive learning media on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy learning on critical thinking skills in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University. This research is motivated by the problems that occur in the campus environment, namely the low critical thinking skills of students in responding to digital information, making it difficult to distinguish valid and invalid information which causes students to be affected by hoax information. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study consisted of the class of 2021 and the class of 2022, totaling 2,695 people. The sample size in this study was 96 students. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires and documentation. The data processing used IBM SPPS Version 24. This research analysis uses prerequisite tests, namely descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, F test, simple linear regression test and determination coefficient test. The results of the F test show that the value of Fhitung ≥ Ftabel or 113.57 ≥ 3.94 with a significant level of 0.00 which means less than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the digital literacy learning variable has a positive effect on the critical thinking ability variable in students. The coefficient of determination is obtained at 57.4 while the remaining 45.3 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of teacher commitment on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for 11th-grade students at SMAN 2 Tualang. The background of this research is the observed behavior of teacher commitment towards student learning outcomes. Teacher commitment refers to the teacher's dedication in providing instruction to students, self-career development, and professionalism in carrying out school duties. Learning outcomes, on the other hand, are the results of the interaction between learning and teaching activities. When a teacher demonstrates high commitment to teaching and student development, they tend to be more actively involved in the teaching and learning process, which encourages and motivates students. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method with a correlational approach. The population consisted of 11th-grade students at SMAN 2 Tualang, totaling 387 students. A simple random sampling technique was used to select a sample of 97 students. Data collection was done through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The results indicate that teacher commitment significantly influences students' Pancasila Education learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Tualang. This is supported by the significant value of 0.000<0.05 and a f count of 130.354> f table of 3.939. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.578, meaning that 57.8% of the variation in Pancasila Education learning outcomes can be explained by teacher commitment, while the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. As the hypothesis formulated that teacher commitment has an effect. In this case the hypothesis is accepted on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 2 Tualang.

Abstract

This research is based on students' perceptions of the factors that influence the learning outcomes of the Pancasila Education subject at SMP Negeri 04 Pekanbaru. The research problem is: How do students perceive the factors that influence their learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject at SMP Negeri 04 Pekanbaru? The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study on students' perceptions of the factors influencing learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject, it can be concluded from the distribution of the questionnaire that internal factors affecting student learning outcomes consist of physical, psychological, and fatigue factors. The most dominant factor affecting student learning outcomes is the physical factor, with a value of 96.3%. Next is the psychological factor, with a value of 95.5%. The fatigue factor has a percentage value of 94.2%. Furthermore, based on the recapitulation of the questionnaire data analysis, from the students' perspective, internal factors have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of 7th-grade students, with a rate of 95.3%, which is classified as "very high." External factors affecting student learning outcomes consist of the school, family, and the surrounding environment. The environmental factor is the most dominant, with a percentage value of 82.5%. Next, the school factor has a percentage value of 79.7%. The family factor has a value of 53.5%. Based on the recapitulation of the questionnaire data analysis, from the students' perspective, external factors have an influence on the learning outcomes of 7th-grade students, with a value of 80%, which falls into the "high" category. From the explanation above, it can be seen that internal factors have a greater influence on student learning outcomes than external factors.
