Abstract

Guna memperoleh pendekatan penanganan pada kegagalan subgrade (subgrade failure) yang terjadi khususnya pada ruas-ruas jalan dengan karakteristik tanah ekspansif, maka tanah dengan stabilitasnya menjadi lapisan yang berada di bawah permukaan jalan karena dapat meningkatkan sifat teknik tanah seperti kekuatan dan volume stabilitas. Stabilisasi dilakukan dengan menambahkan bahan tertentu untuk meningkatkan kohesi antar gradasi dan memberikan ketahanan terhadap air dan bahan kimia berbahaya lainnya. Beberapa kerusakan yang terjadi pada Ruas Jalan ruas Salaonro-Pompanua (Jalan Ruas Provinsi) yang memiliki total panjang 22,2 km, dimulai dari STA 169+400 – 191+600 disebabkan oleh berlebihnya beban kendaraan, campuran aspal tidak sesuai spesifikasi, pemadatan kurang maksimal , material lapis pondasi kurang berkualitas dan kurangnya daya dukung tanah dasar. PLAXIS 2D adalah program elemen hingga dua-dimensi, yang dikembangkan untuk analisis deformasi, stabilitas dan aliran air tanah dalam rekayasa geoteknik. Analisis bidang gelincir tanah dasar menggunakan metode elemen hingga dengan bantuan program Plaxis 2D Seri 8.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai extreme displacements, angka pori, dan fsktor keamanan lereng (SF) dikategorikan memiliki kerentanan gerakan tanah yang rendah, artinya gerakan tanah akan jarang terjadi.

Abstract

Deformasi permanen pada perkerasan jalan lentur yang biasa disebut rutting dan geser, Alur biasanya terdiri dari lendutan memanjang yang terjadi pada jalur roda kendaraan, merupakan akumulasi dalam jumlah kecil terjadi deformasi disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan beban. Kerusakan bisa berkembang lebih parah karena permukaan jalan tidak kedap air lagi sehingga air bisa melemahkan ikatan antara batuan dan aspal. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kurangnya ikatan antara batuan dan aspal maka perlu di tambahkan zat aditif berupa Anti Stripping (ASTIVE-05) Anti stripping agent merupakan salah satu zat aditif yang dapat meningkatkan daya lekat dan ikatan, serta mengurangi efek negatif yang disebabkan oleh air sehingga menghasilkan campuran aspal yang berdaya lekat tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan astive-05 sebagai anti stripping terhadap karakteristik campuran aspal beton dan untuk menganalisis tingkat ketahanan campuran aspal beton yang menggunakan bahan tambah astive-05 sebagai anti stripping terhadap deformasi permanen. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi untuk mendapatkan nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) menggunakan Marshall Test, Sedangkan data untuk deformasi permanen dengan menggunakan bahan tambah Anti Stripping Agent astive-05 diproses dengan perbandingan presentasi kenaikan ataupun penurunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan astive-05 sebagai bahan tambah dapat meningkatkan nilai stabilitas. Hubungan prilaku rutting terhadap anti stripping dengan 4 variasi penambahan kadar astive-05 yaitu 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% dan 0.4 % dari berat aspal pada campuran, yang memiliki nilai baik adalah pada penambahan kadar astive-05 sebesar 0.2%

Abstract

Traffic is one of the means of community communication that plays a very vital role in facilitating the development that we carry out. The traffic problem is one of the problems on a national scale that develops in tune with the development of society. The problem faced today is the emergence of congestion on various roads, especially at peak hours. Congestion factors are generally caused by the components of facilities, infrastructure, signs and human factors as traffic drivers on the highway. Formulation of the problem, how aspects of the character of the driver, social, economic and cultural aspects of the driver and the fulfillment of traffic markings. Research objectives, to analyze the components of facilities, infrastructure, signs and human factors as drivers. The population of Pinrang City is ± 96,369 people and the number of samples is 100 respondents, the analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Software, the results obtained are X5: Aspects of Fulfillment of Signs-Marks 0.334; X4: Rider Culture Aspect 0.313; X1: Character driver coefficient value 0.246; X3: Driver's Economic Aspect,0.075; and X2: Social aspect of the driver, 0.036.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) issues for workers during construction projects often receive less attention from various parties, both from the government or from providers. This lack of awareness of the importance of K3 has resulted in many work accidents in the implementation of construction projects. Accidents that occur in the construction process can hamper the construction process itself so that the objectives of Project Management are not achieved. Research Objectives, To formulate the equation for the application of K3 to road construction workers and to analyze the character, awareness, understanding and compliance of workers with the implementation of K3. The population of workers at the research location is ± 500 people and the number of samples is 100 respondents, the analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Software, the results obtained are Character (X1) = 0.282 or 28.2%, Awareness (X2) = 0.226 or 22.6% , Understanding (X3) = 0.258 or 25.8%, Compliance (X4) = 0.242 or 24.2%

Abstract

The activity zone is located as a trip towing zone. One of these activity zones is the Hospital. The Pangkep District General Hospital which is located in the city center of Pangkep Regency has a fairly high activity intensity. The interactions that occur as a result of the need for health, both patients and families or visitors as well as medical officers or hospital managers and others will result in the movement of traffic flows around the hospital complex which will cause problems including an increase in traffic volume on the toll segment. the road that is around the Pangkep Regional General Hospital. This study aims to find out how many pulls occur at the Pangkep Regional General Hospital, to find the contribution of the distribution of traffic that occurs on the roads around the Pangkep Regional General Hospital and the road capacity that is burdened by visitors to the Pangkep Regional General Hospital. In this study, a survey method with a questionnaire was conducted to determine the socio-economic characteristics. The sampling technique was carried out in a proportional random manner for each visitor who used a certain mode to reach the Pangkep Regional General Hospital which represented all zones. Based on the analysis results, predictions for the next 10 years will increase the intensity of activities at the Pangkep Regional General Hospital, in 2019 the Pangkep Regional General Hospital with a building area of ​​± 10,885 m2 is able to attract 172 cars per day and 581 motorbikes per day, as well as attracting 1207 visitors per day, in the next 10 years the Pangkep Regional General Hospital will attract as many as 206 cars per day and 697 motorcycles per day, and attract 1447 visitors per day. The performance of the road segment has almost reached the upper safe limit, as indicated by the DS which has reached 0.31 in 2019 and the DS will increase to 0.45 in 2029.

Abstract

The increase in population accompanied by economic growth in Bumi Tamalanrea Permai Housing (BTP) has pushed the level of motorized vehicle ownership from year to year to increase. This of course will have an effect on the existing traffic conditions. So the objectives to be achieved in this study are: to analyze the socio-economic and demographic characteristics of households in Manggala District and to analyze the vehicle ownership model in households with the factors that influence it. The number of family members is 5 people or more, by 35.2%. And 1 person with a total percentage of 2.8%. the percentage who work 2 people is 40.4%. The highest number of family members who are students/students is 1 person with a percentage value of 38.8%. The highest monthly net income of Rp. 6 million - Rp. 10 million, which is 28.4%. Meanwhile, the gross income per month is Rp. 6 million – Rp. 10 million, which is 31.6%. The average distance per day is 10-20 km, with a percentage of 35.2%. The average monthly transportation cost per household is IDR 500 thousand – IDR 1 million, with a percentage of 39.2%. Average travel time per day is 1-2 hours, with a percentage of 40.8%. The highest level of household car ownership in Manggala District is 1 unit, with a percentage of 49.2%. While the smallest is more or equal to 4 units with a percentage of 0.4%. The highest level of motorcycle ownership in each household in Manggala District is 1 unit, with a percentage of 40.8%. While the smallest is more or equal to 4 units with a percentage of 1.2%.

Abstract

Bitumen Asbuton as a type of natural asphalt extracted from which there are many deposits in Indonesia is an alternative that can be used to improve the performance of asphalt mixtures where asphalt concrete pavements often experience problems, namely not achieving the design life due to early damage and at the same time it is expected to be able to utilize materials local. The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the optimization of the asphalt mixture asphalt Laston Lapis Aus (AC-WC) when used Asphalt Oil and the addition of Asbuton which varied 0%, 5%, 7% and 10% and to obtain the characteristics of the asphalt mixture asphalt mixture (AC) -WC) which uses limestone as coarse aggregate. The research procedure uses the experimental method by referring to the provisions, terms and procedures of SNI, Bina Marga, AASHTO, or other related organizations. Sources of data obtained from research results as primary data and secondary data obtained from other sources which are the results of research that has been done previously. For the mixture with the addition of Asbuton 0%, 5%,7% and 10%, the optimum value of asphalt content (KAO) is 6.2%. The stability values ​​are 2161 kg, 2257 kg, 2410 kg and 2371 kg. The VIM score is 4.26%; 4.69%; 4.82%; and 5.10%. The deformation values ​​are 1.4825 (0%) and 0.945 (7%). With the addition of Asbuton will increase the value of stability, and the value of VIM also increases and reduces the rate of deformation. A mixture that uses asbuton a lot shows a greater stability value and is more resistant to hot temperatures and reduces the rate of deformation of the mixture so that it is indicated that it can improve the performance of the mixture and increase the durability of the mixture.

Abstract

Pemilihan campuran aspal berongga pada lapisan permukaan adalah cara yang sedang dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas yang dapat mengganggu keselamatan di jalan. Lapisan ini secara efektif akan memberikan tingkat keselamatan yang lebih, terutama di saat hujan.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Menganalisis karakteristik aspal Porus dengan pecahan limbah beton dengan penambahan asbuton BGA pada aspal pen 60/70. Dan (2) Mendapatkan proporsi optimal / gradasi limbah beton pada campuran aspal porus pada penggunaan Asbuton BGA pada aspal pen 60/70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Arus lalu-lintas dari jalan minor (Jl. Ketimun) pada kondisi eksisting saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja jalan hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,863, kondisi eksisiting digolongkan buruk berpeluang terjdinya kemacetan pada waktu-waktu tertentu terutama disore hari. Dan (2) Skenario larangan arus kendaraan berbelok-kanan dari arah Jl. Minor (Jl. Ketimun) merupakan solusi alternatif yang mudah dengan biaya murah.

Abstract

Masalah Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) para tenaga kerja selama berlangsungnya proyek konstruksi sering kali kurang mendapat perhatian dari berbagai pihak, baik dari pemerintah ataupun dari penyedia. Kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya K3 inilah yang mengakibatkan banyak terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam proses konstruksi dapat menghambat proses konstruksi itu sendiri sehingga tujuan dari Manajemen Proyek tidak tercapai. Tujuan Penelitian, Untuk merumuskan persamaan penerapan K3 pada pekerja konstruksi jalan dan menganalisis karakter, kesadaran, pemahaman dan kepatuhan pekerja terhadap implementasi K3. Populasi pekerja pada lokasi penelitian ± 500 Orang dan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden, metode analisis yang digunakan Software Regeresi Linear Berganda, Hasil Yang diperoleh Karakter (X1) = 0,282 atau 28,2%, Kesadaran (X2) = 0,226 atau 22,6%, Pemahaman (X3) = 0,258 atau 25,8%, Kepatuhan (X4) = 0,242 atau 24,2%

Abstract

Dengan mencermati ruas jalan Mamuju Arterial Road yang saat ini sudah dipergunakan serta untuk mewujudkan amanah Undang Undang mengenai kewajiban bagi penyelenggara jalan terhadap pelayanan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan, maka ini dapat dijadikan suatu topik bahasan yakni tinjauan persyaratan teknis jalan terhadap pemenuhan Standar Pelayanan Minimal pada ruas jalan tersebut. Apakah ruas jalan tersebut sudah memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal melihat dari aspek persyaratan teknis jalan?. Serta faktor yang menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya SPM tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung ke obyek penelitian di lapangan yang berkaitan dengan kondisi eksisting jalan, sesuai dengan sasaran yang ingin dicapai. Selain itu melalui responden untuk menilai kriteria dan rekomendasi yang akan dilakukan untuk pemenuhan SPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari penilaian terhadap 27 indikator yang digunakan untuk menilai aspek keselamatan jalan dengan menggunakan Standar Persyaratan Teknis Jalan (PTJ), skor tertimbang yang didapatkan adalah 73.94%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemenuhan SPM pada ruas MAR barkategori relatif memenuhi dan Terdapat 6 indikator yang menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya Standar Pelayanan Minimal jalan yang berkaitan dengan aspek keselamatan jalan pada ruas MAR dan di bagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu (1) Pada kelompok ahli (expert): IRI dengan bobot pengaruh 0.320, RCI dengan bobot pengaruh 0.307, lebar rumija dengan bobot pengaruh 0,08, dalam rumija dengan bobot pengaruh 0.057, ruwasja dengan bobot pengaruh 0.144, dan jarak antar simpang dengan bobot pengaruh 0.096. (2) Pada kelompok Pengguna: IRI dengan bobot pengaruh 0.283, RCI dengan bobot pengaruh 0.357, lebar rumija dengan bobot pengaruh 0,074, dalam rumija dengan bobot pengaruh 0.055, ruwasja dengan bobot pengaruh 0.137, dan jarak antar simpang dengan bobot pengaruh 0.093. maka Upaya yang harus dilakukan dalam rangka pemenuhan SPM pada ruas jalan MAR, secara berurutan adalah menetapkan status/ kewenangan pembinaan jalan MAR, melakukan pemeliharaan rutin dan berkala, menyerahkan wewenang pengawasan pemanfatan bagian jalan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten, menegakkan aturan terkait pemanfaatan ruang dan memperketat proses perizinan, serta menerapkan disinsentif pemanfaatan ruang.
