Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Onanrunggu Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan instrumen tes sebanyak 30 pertanyaan. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 31 siswa berdasarkan teknik purposive sample. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa, peneliti melakukan Pre Test dengan nilai rata-rata 54,41yang masuk dalam kategori kurang. Hasil dari Post Test tersebut memiliki peningkatan dari hasil Pre Test yang diberikan sebelumnya dengan nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 79,80 kategori baik. Dapat dikatakan tingkat keberhasilan hasil belajar siswa meningkat dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil r_hitung ≥r_tabel dengan hasil 0,717 ≥ 0,355. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis yang membandingkan nilai t_hitung ≥t_tabel. Diperoleh nilai t_hitung = 5,539 sedangkan t_tabel = 1,696. Karena t_hitung ≥t_tabel (5,539 ≥ 1,696) maka H_a diterima dan H_o ditolak. Melalui uji-t tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing (X) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of implementing puzzle learning media in class III Mathematics learning at SD Negeri 091316 Pematang Raya. Using a classroom action research approach, the research was carried out in two cycles with a focus on changing students' attitudes and improving student learning outcomes. The results of the research showed significant changes in attitudes among students during the learning process in cycle 2, while there was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle 2 compared to cycle 1. Puzzle learning media was chosen as an innovation because it can involve students actively, stimulate patience, dexterity and courage. students in presenting opinions. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research shows that the use of puzzle learning media can have a positive impact on changing attitudes and improving student learning outcomes. The classroom action research approach can be used as a guide for teachers in improving their learning process. This research contributes to the understanding of the effectiveness of innovative learning media in improving learning at the elementary level.

Abstract

This project analyzes the adoption of technology-assisted learning in primary school mathematics, notably focusing on the issue of two-dimensional forms. The study explores the efficiency of deploying Macromedia Flash as a learning tool and its effects on students' mathematical understanding. A complete study was undertaken, considering pre-test and post-test scores, as well as feedback from both teachers and students. The data demonstrate a significant improvement in students' mathematics comprehension, with an average rise of 18.52 in the field trial and 21 in the dispersion test. These results demonstrate that Macromedia Flash-supported learning is a strong way to boost students' knowledge of mathematical concepts. The moderate to high levels of improvement show that the employment of this media positively adds to students' academic success. Moreover, the favorable responses from both teachers and students underline the acceptance and enthusiasm toward this technology-based learning innovation. The high degree of student satisfaction, with an average score above 87.6, suggests that Macromedia Flash not only boosts motivation but also produces an enjoyable learning environment. In conclusion, this study offers promising prospects for the development and application of technology-assisted learning in primary school mathematics. The development in pupils' mathematics understanding extends beyond cognitive elements, incorporating critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability. Thus, this research contributes to the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of mathematics teaching at the primary level through the appropriate integration of learning technology.

Abstract

This research analyzes the usefulness of cooperative learning, specifically deploying kalino cards, in boosting multiplication memorization skills among third-grade pupils in an elementary school context. The study employs an iterative strategy, implementing two cycles of intervention with continual refinement based on reflective observations and feedback. Traditional teaching techniques, characterized by lectures and restricted interactive media, exhibited inadequacies in supporting successful multiplication memorization, as evidenced by pre-test results. The inclusion of cooperative learning, integrating kalino cards, resulted in a considerable improvement in post-test scores. The iterative design stressed the necessity of constant reflection, resolving difficulties identified in the first cycle and associating favorably with improved outcomes in the second cycle. Qualitative findings from interviews indicated significant relationships between cooperative learning and increased student involvement and motivation. The usage of score sheets for evaluation also linked positively with student motivation, underscoring the relevance of effective instructional medium. In conclusion, this research demonstrates that cooperative learning with kalino cards holds significant potential for enhancing multiplication memorization skills among elementary school students, contributing valuable insights for educators seeking innovative and collaborative instructional methods.

Abstract

This research intends to assess the deployment of active game approaches in social studies learning in class V and its impact on student actions. The research was carried out through a classroom action research approach with two cycles, involving Class V pupils consisting of 24 students. Data was acquired through observation of student activities, analysis of daily test outcomes, and teacher feedback. The results of the investigation demonstrate that the deployment of active gaming approaches offers a positive contribution to student activities. In cycle I, improvements were noted although there were still impediments such as student activity which was not yet optimal. Through reflection in cycle I, changes and adjustments were made in cycle II, which resulted in more significant improvements. The problems experienced, such as low student involvement and a shortage of social studies textbooks, can be solved with help from the school and curricular revisions. Nevertheless, this research presents a good image of the potential of active game methods in improving student engagement and activity in social studies learning. The outcomes of this research can be a reference for teachers and connected parties in establishing creative and responsive learning approaches. Education that is centered towards active student participation can build an exciting and effective learning environment.

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of adopting the Numbered Head Together (NHT) approach, paired with colored bead medium, on the comprehension of integer arithmetic among fourth-grade pupils. The study occurs in two cycles, adopting a comprehensive approach that incorporates planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research intends to evaluate the effectiveness of this new teaching style in increasing student engagement, collaboration, and academic success. The initial observations suggest a common dependence on traditional teaching approaches in mathematics education, resulting in decreased student engagement and poor academic performance. The intervention teaches the NHT technique, emphasizing cooperative learning, and using colorful bead medium to address problems related with integer arithmetic comprehension. The physical and visible aspect of the media attempts to adapt to varied learning styles and boost the accessibility of abstract mathematical concepts. In conclusion, the study recommends for a radical shift in mathematics education, asking educators to adopt student-centric, cooperative learning techniques, and inventive teaching tools. The favorable outcomes seen in this research underline the potential for such novel techniques to increase academic achievement and contribute to overall student development. This research serves as a call to action for educators to adapt and innovate in response to growing educational requirements.

Abstract

This action research intends to evaluate the impact of utilizing audio media in the teaching of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) on students' learning outcomes. The study involved 30 students and applied a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach to examine the effectiveness of integrating audio material in the instructional process. The data demonstrate a considerable improvement in individual and classical learning accomplishment during the second cycle. Individual proficiency grew from 15 to 18 students, while the classical proficiency rate rose from 75% to 90%. The average learning outcomes also showed a considerable improvement, with the average score climbing from 60.135 in the first cycle to 77.4 in the second cycle. This resulted in an overall improvement of 28.61% between the two periods. The research underlines the positive influence of audio media on boosting students' learning and accomplishment in PPKn. The study reveals that audio media can be a valuable tool in overcoming the obstacles experienced in teaching this subject, delivering a more interesting and effective learning experience for students. However, it is necessary to understand the study's limitations, such as the relatively small sample size and the focus on a single patient. Future study with bigger and more diverse samples could provide a more comprehensive knowledge of the broader applicability of audio media in educational contexts. In conclusion, the use of audio media in PPKn instruction constitutes a positive step toward increasing student learning outcomes. This research contributes to the educational literature and creates options for further inquiries into the incorporation of technology in learning contexts

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Student facilitator and explaining learning model on student learning outcomes on the theme 8 of our best friend's environment in class V of SD Negeri 173442 Batunagodang in the 2023/2024 learning year. In this study using quantitative methods, sampling using purposive samples and the sample used was class V which amounted to 30 students. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes using the Student facilitator and explaining model are included in the very good category with an average of 80.16 with a correlation test result of 0.815 which means rcount (0.815) ≥ rtabel (0.361) then Ha is accepted. So there is a strong influence between the use of the Student facilitator and explaining learning model on student learning outcomes on the theme of our best friend's environment in class V of SD Negeri 173442 Batunagodang. It can be seen from the results of the T-test research where tcount ≥ ttable, namely 7.432 ≥ 2.048 so it can be stated that Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive effect of using the Student facilitator and explaining learning model on student learning outcomes on the theme of our best friend's environment in class V of SD Negeri 173442 Batunagodang in the 2023/2024 learning year.

Abstract

Based on the discussion of this research, the researcher outlines the conclusions and suggestions prepared based on all research activities regarding the influence of the Mind Mapping learning model on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 047159 Ketaren for the 2023/2024 academic year as follows: This research uses the Mind Mapping learning model to improve results studying fourth grade students at SD Negeri 047159 Ketaren. On the first day of the research, the researcher gave a pretest of 30 questions to determine the students' initial abilities. The pretest results showed an average score of 53.5, with 1 student who completed and 31 students who did not, this score did not meet the completion requirements based on the KKM score. After that, the researcher provided treatment using the Mind Mapping learning model during the learning process. Then, the researchers tested the students again by giving a posttest of 30 questions to evaluate the effect of the treatment given. The posttest results showed an increase in the average score to 81.5, with 30 students who completed and 2 students who did not. The final step, researchers gave a Mind Mapping model questionnaire to students with an average score of 83.75. The research results show that there is a significant influence of the Mind Mapping learning model on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 047159 Ketaren. This can be seen from the increase in the average pretest score of 53.5 to the average posttest score of 81.5. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the Ha hypothesis is accepted and the Ho hypothesis is rejected. The use of the Mind Mapping learning model has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 047159 Ketaren. The average student score experienced a significant increase after implementing this model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat konsep diri siswa di SD Negeri 177051 Laemaga Rambung serta hubungannya dengan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-korelasional. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat konsep diri siswa, sedangkan metode korelasional digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri siswa dengan hasil belajarnya. Instrument untuk mengukur konsep diri adalah angket yang terdiri dari 29 butir. Sedangkan untuk mengukur hasil belajar digunakan nilai hasil rapor semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran terhadap konsep diri, didapat nilai mean (rata-rata) skor hasil angket sebesar 75. Hal ini berarti konsep diri siswa di SD Negeri 177051 Laemaga Rambung berada pada tingkat cukup. Untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan hasil belajar, digunakan rumus korelasi dari Pearson. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh rhitung 0,636, yang berarti nilai korelasi kuat/berkorelasi. Uji signifikasi dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis, yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai thitung dengan ttabel. diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,083 sedangkan ttabel = 1,685. Karena thitung ≥ ttabel (5,083 ≥ 1,685) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Melalui uji t tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri siswa dengan hasil belajarnya
