Abstract

This study analyzes the application of adaptive leadership in managing changes in the pesantren curriculum in the digital era. Islamic boarding schools are faced with the challenge of adapting the curriculum to technological developments and the needs of the younger generation. Adaptive leadership is important in facing these challenges, emphasizing flexibility, participation, and innovation. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation studies at the Kauman Lasem Islamic Boarding School, Rembang. Data sources include pesantren leaders, administrators, teachers, and documents related to the curriculum. The data was analyzed by reduction and triangulation techniques. The results show that the implementation of adaptive leadership involves three main steps: identifying the need for change, developing a technology-based curriculum, and strengthening collaboration between stakeholders. Adaptive pesantren leaders build a participatory culture and encourage innovation through the integration of technology in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the authentic leadership and motivation of santri focusing on the pesantren environment with transparency, integrity, and deep interpersonal relationships, believed to increase santri's sense of satisfaction and enthusiasm for learning. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The main data sources consisted of kiai, santri, and pesantren administrators. The results showed that authentic leadership has a positive effect on santri satisfaction and motivation. KiaiKiyai who applies transparency, exemplary, and attention to the needs of santri succeed in creating a harmonious learning atmosphere, where santri feel valued and more motivated. Authentic leadership also encourages santri to develop Islamic characters who are independent, resilient, and responsible.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of criminalization on teacher motivation and performance in several public elementary schools in Geyer District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of teachers and school principals. Data analysis used the interactive model from Miles et al. (2014), which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validation was conducted using source triangulation and member checking techniques. The results of the study indicate that the threat of criminalization triggers anxiety and lowers teachers' self-confidence, which results in decreased creativity and innovation in learning. Teachers tend to choose conventional methods to avoid legal risks, making interactions with students rigid and less meaningful. This tension also affects classroom dynamics and the learning atmosphere. The lack of institutional support and the absence of clear protection policies exacerbate teachers' psychological stress, ultimately negatively impacting their motivation and performance. This study recommends the need for a more empathetic institutional approach and adequate legal protection policies to create a safe working environment that optimally supports teachers' professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of technology in optimizing inclusive education management at the Jepara State Special School (SLB), particularly through adaptive learning applications, digital assistive devices, and communication platforms. Using a qualitative approach, this study describes the contribution of technology to the effectiveness of learning management and responsive decision-making. The research findings indicate that technology supports flexible and real-time learning processes; however, its implementation still faces challenges related to infrastructure, teachers' limited digital literacy, and access disparities in certain areas. Therefore, policies ensuring equitable access, ongoing training for educators, and the development of adaptive curricula are necessary. Optimizing the role of technology in inclusive education at Jepara State SLBs can create a more equitable and efficient learning environment and help achieve the goal of providing education for all.

Abstract

The gubernatorial candidate debate was broadcast live streaming through various YouTube channels, which attracted public attention. Many discussions and conversations appeared in the comments section of each YouTube channel that broadcasted the debate. Given the numerous public discussions, it is undoubtedly interesting to analyze the contents of the conversations, as well as the expectations and feedback from the public. However, analyzing conversations in the form of text data will be challenging using conventional methods. Therefore, in this study, public opinion will be analyzed using the topic identification and sentiment classification approaches. Topic identification is conducted to obtain accurate information about what the public is discussing, while sentiment classification is used to determine whether each comment contains positive or negative sentiments. This research is novel because it utilizes data collected from various major media YouTube channels and includes a qualitative analysis of the findings. This study uses public comment data taken from the KPU, NarasiTV, and KompasTV YouTube channels; the results obtained included 4,147 data points. Data preprocessing involves identifying topics using the LDA method, evaluating the LDA model, performing sentiment classification using IndoBERT, and visualizing the results of the public opinion analysis. The results revealed five topics with a perplexity value of -7.7909 and a coherence score of 0.5109. In addition, topic 4 is the most dominant compared to other topics, with 1,146 comments classified as positive sentiment and 504 classified as negative sentiment. Topic 4 reflects how religion, culture, and frequently mentioned figures are perceived and discussed by the public, especially in relation to the gubernatorial election (pilgub) or gubernatorial candidate debates.

Abstract

This research aims to design a lecture model for Indonesian learning evaluation as a compulsory course for project-based study programs that can encourage the development of critical thinking in the academic environment of students. The research method used is research development (R&D), through the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques in the development of learning evaluation models are carried out during product trials and expert assessments through FGD. During the product trial, data analysis was used through the t-test. The learning evaluation lecture model developed integrates Project Based Learning (PjBL). The results of the study show that the application of this model can increase student involvement in the learning process and strengthen students' analytical, synthesis, and critical reasoning skills. These findings confirm the importance of designing learning evaluation activities that not only focus on the assessment of the final results, but also encourage students' critical and reflective thinking processes. This model can be recommended as a lecture development strategy in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, which is a program course. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of learning evaluation that is not only oriented to the final outcome, but also to the student's in-depth thinking process. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model perkuliahan evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia sebagai mata kuliah wajib untuk program studi berbasis proyek yang dapat mendorong pengembangan berpikir kritis di lingkungan akademik mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan penelitian (R&D), melalui tahapan Analisis, Perancangan, Pengembangan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi (ADDIE). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data dalam pengembangan model evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan pada saat uji coba produk dan penilaian ahli melalui FGD. Pada saat uji coba produk analisis data yang digunakan melalui Uji t (t-test). Model perkuliahan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan Project Based Learning (PjBL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model ini dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan memperkuat kemampuan analitis, sintesis, dan penalaran kritis siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya merancang kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berfokus pada penilaian hasil akhir, melainkan juga mendorong proses berpikir kritis dan reflektif mahasiswa. Model ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pengembangan perkuliahan di program studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, yang menjadi mata kuliah keprodian. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya evaluasi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada hasil akhir, tetapi juga pada proses berpikir mahasiswa secara mendalam.

Abstract

PPSDSN Pendowo Kudus faces challenges in the form of limited physical activity in people with visual disabilities, which has implications for low levels of physical fitness, physical condition, as well as the prevalence of obesity and limited physical abilities. As a response, this community service activity was designed with the aim of organizing physical activity coaching and balanced nutrition education. The method used is the utilization of traditional games adapted inclusively for blind disabilities, so that in addition to targeting physical health improvement towards an ideal body, it also functions as a medium for introducing traditions and culture. The main target is the provision of appropriate technology in the form of assistance in designing blind disability-friendly physical activities to improve fitness, along with the guidebook. The implementation of the activities succeeded in achieving the success indicators: the creation and implementation of blind disability-friendly games, the preparation of a physical activity guidebook, and the implementation of simulation and practice assistance which was greeted enthusiastically. The program evaluation resulted in three key conclusions: (1) the urgency of visually impaired friendly games, (2) the increased capability of orphanage teachers in designing and applying these games, and (3) the effective participation of people with visual disabilities without significant obstacles.

Abstract

Di tengah modernisasi dan tantangan global, generasi muda dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan karakter yang kuat. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk mahasiswa yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual tetapi juga kuat secara moral dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan sistematis berbasis PRISMA terkait peran PKn dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pengembangan karakter mahasiswa, serta dampaknya terhadap pencapaian SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) yang menekankan pendidikan inklusif, adil, dan bermutu. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang mencakup identifikasi, seleksi, dan analisis kritis terhadap berbagai studi empiris dan teoretis dari database internasional terkemuka seperti ERIC, Scopus, dan JSTOR. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa PKn secara konsisten memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap nilai-nilai dasar kebangsaan seperti Pancasila dan UUD 1945, serta membangun kemampuan berpikir kritis, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi melalui pembelajaran partisipatif dan reflektif. Keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam organisasi kampus dan kegiatan masyarakat juga terbukti efektif dalam mempraktikkan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan secara nyata. Kesimpulannya, integrasi antara teori dan praktik dalam PKn sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan zaman dan berkontribusi pada terwujudnya pendidikan berkualitas sesuai SDG 4

Abstract

Ketimpangan sosial tetap menjadi tantangan besar di berbagai negara, sehingga diperlukan upaya strategis untuk mengatasinya, salah satunya melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kuantitatif efektivitas intervensi pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam mengurangi ketimpangan sosial dan mendorong inklusi, sejalan dengan target SDG 10 (Mengurangi Ketimpangan). Dengan menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) berbasis meta-analisis, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan mensintesis data dari berbagai studi empiris yang menilai dampak pendidikan kewarganegaraan terhadap peningkatan berpikir kritis, penguatan nilai-nilai kebangsaan, serta partisipasi sosial mahasiswa. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukkan bahwa intervensi pendidikan kewarganegaraan secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, memperkuat karakter, dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif dalam isu-isu sosial, yang secara langsung berkontribusi pada pengurangan ketimpangan dan peningkatan inklusi sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan kewarganegaraan tidak hanya membekali peserta didik dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, tetapi juga membangun fondasi moral dan sosial yang penting untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil dan inklusif. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai strategi efektif dalam supervisi pendidikan untuk mendukung pencapaian SDG 10.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi efektif dan strategi branding bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) agar mampu bersaing di era digital serta mempersiapkan diri untuk go online. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Jakarta Selatan dengan sasaran pelaku UMKM dari berbagai sektor usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi komunikasi bisnis, dan praktik langsung membuat identitas branding digital. Materi yang diberikan mencakup teknik komunikasi persuasif, pemilihan bahasa dan media komunikasi yang tepat, pembuatan logo dan slogan, serta strategi pemasaran melalui platform digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep komunikasi efektif sebesar 85% dan keterampilan branding sebesar 78% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, peserta mampu membuat profil usaha digital yang siap digunakan di media sosial maupun marketplace. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan UMKM untuk memasarkan produk secara online dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal bagi UMKM dalam membangun citra merek yang kuat dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar digital.
