Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan melalui indikator tingkat literasi menabung dan tingkat literasi investasi yang berpengaruh pada pengelolaan keuangan pada 100 orang mahasiswa konsentrasi keuangan di Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sesuai dengan visi misi program pemerintah yaitu meningkatkan tingkat literasi keuangan di masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pembangunan nasional dan meningkatkan investor di Indonesia. Selain itu, tingkat literasi keuangan yang baik akan membantu generasi muda untuk terhindar dari investasi bodong. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa literasi menabung dan literasi investasi berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan dan pengambilan keputusan keuangan mahasiswa, semakin baik literasi keuangan mahasiswa maka pengelolaan dan pengambilan keputusannya akan semakin baik. Penelitian ini juga melihat bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki literasi keuangan lebih tinggi memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola pendapatannya dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang berliterasi keuangan lebih rendah. Salah satu latar belakang mengapa mahasiswa memiliki literasi keuangan yang rendah karena cara mengelola keuangan yang diajarkan sejak kecil selain itu masih kurangnya literasi keuangan mahasiswa dapat disebabkan karena belum tersedianya pendidikan akademik tentang pendidikan personal finance bagi mahasiswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti melihat perlunya peningkatan literasi keuangan di kalangan masyarakat, sehingga pendidikan keuangan pribadi harus dimasukkan dalam kurikulum akademik sebagai bagian dari sistem pendidikan di sekolah dasar sampai dengan universitas. Hal ini dikarenakan, literasi keuangan merupakan ilmu dasar bagi setiap individual agar terhindar dari masalah keuangan yang akan dihadapinya. Masalah keuangan ini bukan hanya dilihat dari pendapatan yang rendah, tetapi juga kesalahan dalam mengelelola dan memutuskan keputusan keuangan dan investasi. Selain itu, literasi keuangan yang baik merupakan salah satu ciri-ciri negara maju, hal ini dikarenakan inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan adalah syarat yang sangat sangat penting bagi Indonesia untuk bisa terus maju menjadi negara berpenghasilan tinggi, menjadi negara industri dan makin kuat.

Abstract

The occurrence of the internet in accessing information has changed the way people view shopping activities. Currently, shopping can be done anywhere and anytime without having to do mobility due to the available mobile apps. This study aims to analyze how much influence cognitive customer experiences and affective customer experiences have on customer satisfaction in Fore Coffee consumers who use mobile apps. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale and determining the sample in this study were 100 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. To analyze the data in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The findings show that cognitive customer experiences have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, affective customer experiences have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and cognitive customer experiences and affective customer experiences have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan aset dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi mencakup 86 perusahaan dan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan software Economic Views (EViews) 12 Student Version Lite. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, pertumbuhan aset dan struktur modal secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and assess the financial performance of PT Vale Indonesia using the Economic Value Added (EVA) approach during the 2019-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative using descriptive data. The population in this study is the financial statements of the mining company PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. for the last 4 years, namely 2019-2022. The sample of this study is the statement of financial position and comprehensive income. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis which consists of NOPAT, Invested Capital, WACC, and Capital Charges. The results of this study indicate that the value of Economic Value Added (EVA) at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. period 2019-2022 is always positive (EVA> 0) so that it can be said that management is able to create economic added value for the company. The results of the analysis using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method to measure the financial performance of the mining company PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. period 2019-2022, showed that during 2019 to 2022 it was always positive (EVA> 0). Based on this, it can be said that management is able to create economic added value for the company, investors or capitalists get more investment returns than invested and creditors can get interest, this situation shows that the company has succeeded in creating value for capital owners so that it indicates good financial performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pembangunan yang berkelanjutan mampu memberikan peluang bagi banyak orang. Dengan pendapatan yang tinggi untuk menunjangnya, hal ini akan memberikan kesempatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti tempat tinggal. Bisnis batu bata adalah salah satu dari banyak jenis pekerjaan dalam perekonomian. Salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat yang tinggal di Kabupaten Gowa di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah industri batu bata. Setiap bisnis ingin berkembang, dan salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah dengan berupaya meningkatkan pendapatan. Program-program dalam pembangunan masyarakat yang disusun harus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Adapun perencanaan dalam penyusunan program-program pembangunan atau membangun kegiatan usahanya pada suatu daerah harus dilakukan analisis kebutuhan masyarakat. Bisnis batu bata diperkirakan akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan ketika pendapatan meningkat, kesejahteraan masyarakat dan peluang kerja juga akan meningkat. Agar dapat bersaing, kelompok usaha juga harus fokus pada metode untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usaha yang sudah ada. Analisis SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, dan threats) merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan.Kata kunci: bisnis, pengembangan, strategi, SWOT

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pada PT. Bank Sulselbar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Layanan dan Kepercayaan sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kepuasan Nasabah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Nasabah PT. Bank Sulselbar sebanyak 1.000.000 orang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 orang nasabah dengan teknik penarikan sampling teknik purpossive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.00 for windows.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = 4,502 + 0,175X1 + 0,290X2. Hasil hipotesis Uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung lebih besar dari nilai F tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti variabel bebas (Kualitas Layanan dan Kepercayaan) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y (Kepuasan Nasabah). Sedangkan hasil uji-t diperoleh nilai t hitung variabel Kualitas Layanan lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Kualitas Layanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Begitu pula untuk variabel Kepercayaan diperoleh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan Nasabah.Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at PT. South Sulawesi Bank. The independent variables in this study are Service Quality and Trust, while the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study are all customers of PT. Bank Sulselbar as many as 1,000,000 people while the sample used is 100 customers with a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows.Based on the results of the study, the multiple regression equation Y = 4.502 + 0.175X1 + 0.290X2. The results of the F test hypothesis show that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the independent variables (Service Quality and Trust) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Y variable (Customer Satisfaction). Meanwhile, the results of the t-test obtained that the t-count value of the Service Quality variable is greater than the t-table value with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Service Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Likewise for the Trust variable, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Trust partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Trust and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) using the Z-Score (Altman) method. The population in this study is the financial reports of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO), with a sample of the financial reports of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) from 2020 to 2022 and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) from 2020 to 2022. Data collection This research was carried out using the documentation method. The data analysis technique uses the Z-Score (Altman) model with the variables Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, EBIT to Total Assets, and Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt. The results of this research show that in 2020 PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) were in bankruptcy because the Z-Score was below 1,10. In 2021-2022 PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) are in a healthy condition because the Z-Score is above 2,60.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy on the Use of QRIS as a Payment Method among Students of the Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University State of Makassar, batch 2020-2022. The data used in this research is primary data from 135 samples. The methods used to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables include descriptive analysis, assumption tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The findings in this research show that Financial Literacy (X) affects the Use of QRIS (Y), with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, a correlation coefficient of 0.661, and an R Square value of 0.437, which indicates that financial literacy affects the use of QRIS by 43.7%. The regression coefficient value for Financial Literacy (X) is 0.833, meaning that any increase in Financial Literacy leads to an increase in the variable of QRIS Usage. This result is consistent with (H1), which states that Financial Literacy influences the Use of QRIS as a Payment Method among Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on firm value. The independent variables in this study are liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. The population in this study is telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2022. The method of determining the sample that was used in this study was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique using certain criteria, obtained 5 companies that met the sample criteria in this study so that the total sample in this company was 40 samples. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value while solvency and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2021-2022 quarter period, ratios based on profitability, namely net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, and operational expenses to operating income. This research uses a quantitative approach using profitability ratio measurements. The data studied is in the form of Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the quarterly period 2021-2022. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the performance based on Net Profit Margin (NPM) was in very good criteria, the Return On Assets (ROA) was in fairly good criteria, the Return On Equity (ROE) was in fairly good criteria, and the Operational Expenses on Operational Costs (BOPO) are in perfect criteria.
