Abstract

This research background is that there is an increase in the unemployment rate in Banten Province, and available labor resources in the labor market in Banten Province are growing every year. But on the other hand, due to the increase in the unemployment rate every year and the increase in the number of workers, the existing workforce is not being absorbed properly. The purpose of this research is to find out how efforts to deal with unemployment through efforts to reduce unemployment through micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Banten Province. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Small and medium enterprises in Banten Province absorb 235,022 workers, namely the food industry with 91,476 workers. followed by the garment industry with 34,508 people, and the wood and cork industry excluding furniture with 3,056 people. MSMEs have made a major contribution to economic growth and have had a positive impact on people's welfare, especially those in Banten Province

Abstract

Batik is one of Indonesia's cultural heritages with complex and diverse patterns, possessing high artistic value and deep philosophy. Manual classification of batik patterns requires time and depends on expert knowledge, making the process inefficient. This study aims to develop a batik pattern classification model using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with a data-driven approach, enabling automatic and accurate pattern recognition. The dataset used consists of 4,284 batik images divided into five pattern classes: Kawung, Lereng, Ceplok, Parang, and Nitik. In this research, the CNN model was developed by using transfer learning techniques with MobileNetV3 pre-trained on a large dataset. The training process involved data augmentation to enhance the model's robustness against variations in batik patterns. The evaluation was conducted by measuring the model's accuracy and loss. The results show that the CNN model achieved an average accuracy of 93.42% on the training data and 93.88% on the testing data. This research demonstrates that the data-driven approach using CNN is effective for batik pattern classification, providing more accurate results compared to manual methods and offering an efficient solution for the digitalization of the batik industry. The developed model can serve as a foundation for broader applications in cultural preservation and the advancement of artificial intelligence-based technology.

Abstract

This research reviews 'Interactive Learning Strategies of Chinese language at SMP Kristen Shining Star Sragen. The aim is to identify and analyze the Chinese interactive learning strategies implemented by the teachers in this school. Chinese language learning at every level of education is becoming increasingly important, considering the development and needs of globalization. An interactive approach to Chinese language learning is expected to improve students' motivation, comprehension and language skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with data utilization through observation, interview, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), as well as using books, journals, and relevant literature sources. The results show that the interactive learning strategies applied include using drills and role-playing techniques. This strategy is believed to create a fun learning atmosphere while activating students' participation. In addition, the factors that influence the effectiveness of this strategy include teacher readiness, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and student involvement in the teaching-learning process.

Abstract

Badan penyelengara jaminan sosial merupakan lembaga sosial yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program seperti jaminan sosial. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tinjauan kelengkapan persyaratan administrasi klaim Badan Penyelengara Jaminan Sosial di Puskesmas Kebong. Metode: Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian petugas klaim Badan penyelengara jaminan sosial informan utama petugas klaim dan informan pendukung petugas pendaftaran. Sedangkan objek penelitian persyaratan dokumen badan penyelengara jaminan sosial. Hasil: Persyaratan yang sering tidak dibawa pasien badan penyelengara jaminan sosial yaitu kartu badan penyelengara jaminan sosial, sedangkan persyaratan yang sering kurang mengajukan klaim pasien badan penyelengara jaminan sosial adalah kwitansi, fotokopi kartu tanda penduduk dan Fotokopi kartu badan penyelengara jaminan sosial. Penyebabkan keterlambatan pengajuan klaim ke badan Penyelengara Jaminan Sosial kesehatan karena masih ditemukan berkas atau dokumen rekam medis yang belum di tanda tangan oleh dokter. diharapkan Puskesmas Kebong untuk mensosialisasikan kembali terkait persyaratan berobat pasien badan penyelengara jaminan sosial kesehatan, agar klaim ke badan penyelengara jaminan sosial tepat waktu.

Abstract

Poor sanitation is a serious problem that still occurs, especially in areas that do not yet have an independent waste management system. This condition has a significant impact on public health, especially increasing the risk of environmental diseases such as diarrhea, cholera, and typhus. In addition, inadequate sanitation can also pollute clean water sources and soil, damage ecosystems, and reduce the quality of life of the community as a whole. Pekon Gisting Permai as one of the areas in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province which is currently developing, also faces challenges in terms of sanitation. Many houses do not yet have proper sanitation facilities such as septic tanks, so that human waste (feces and urine) is disposed of carelessly in the surrounding environment. This not only causes an unpleasant odor, but also becomes a potential source of the spread of disease. A simple septic tank is present as an appropriate and affordable sanitation solution for the community. By utilizing the natural process of waste processing by microorganisms and absorption systems, a simple septic tank is able to reduce the burden of environmental pollution and protect clean water sources. In addition, simple septic tanks are easy to build and maintain, making them suitable for use in areas with limited resources. However, many people still do not understand the importance of good sanitation and the benefits of simple septic tanks. Lack of knowledge about how to build, operate, and maintain simple septic tanks is also an obstacle to their implementation.

Abstract

Patriarchal culture remains a persistent phenomenon in families in Plumbon Village, contributing to the high prevalence of stunting in toddlers. This study aims to describe the patterns of patriarchal behavior in families with stunted children. A descriptive qualitative design was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with seven families having stunted toddlers. The results revealed that in patriarchal families, men primarily act as breadwinners, while women bear full responsibility for childcare and nutritional fulfillment. The low involvement of fathers in parenting and the limited access of mothers to economic resources and health information are key factors contributing to stunting. Additionally, interviews with village officials confirmed that patriarchal culture is still prevalent in the community, reinforcing parenting patterns that do not optimally support child development. Therefore, gender-based interventions that actively engage fathers in childcare and provide education to families are essential to promote a more inclusive parenting approach and prevent stunting.

Abstract

Comparison of the education systems in Russia and Indonesia by describing the history of Russia's development as a world superpower and detailing the evolution of the Russian education system from the imperial era to the modern era. This article outlines several key points in the history of Russian education, including the role of education during the empire, the impact of the October Revolution of 1917, the Soviet Union period, and modern educational reform under the leadership of Vladimir Putin.The discussion covers various aspects, such as curriculum changes, improving the quality of education, modernizing infrastructure, and the role of religion in the education system. The writings also highlight political changes and nationalist policies affecting education in Russia, as well as the emphasis on traditional values ​​and patriotism. In addition, this journal explores the levels of education in Russia, from pre-school education to college level and the highest level of education or professor level. Emphasis is placed on government policies to improve the quality of education, teacher training, and investment in research and development in higher education.This article also covers aspects of religious freedom and a semi-authoritarian political system that may influence the educational environment in Russia. Ultimately, this journal presents the principles of state policy in Russian education law, highlighting the importance of education characterized by humanity, cultural unity, and access to education for all people.By detailing the history, development, and policies of Russian education, this paper provides in-depth insight into the role of education in shaping modern Russian society. Exploring key questions, such as the influence of history on current education systems, educational reform, adaptation to global demands, and the role of education in geopolitical contexts, contributes to a global understanding of the dynamics of education in various countries.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is very disturbing to the people of Indonesia. The government has strictly ordered all people to stay at home and carry out all activities only from home, one of which is learning activities. This makes students mentally exposed and also a culture of unpreparedness. Learning that was originally face-to-face (offline) now has to switch to online learning. This article contains the challenges faced by the world of Indonesian education in the implementation of online learning. The method used is a literature study by collecting various sources that discuss the challenges of online learning in Indonesia. The results of a literature search show that there are two main challenges of online learning in Indonesia, namely the quality of teachers and infrastructure. The quality of the teacher is related to the ability of the teacher to use information technology in the learning process which is considered very low, influenced by age and laptop ownership. Facilities and infrastructure include internet networks that have not yet reached rural areas, unstable internet networks, and the cost of buying internet quotas.Keywords: Learning; Digital Era; Online Learning; Teacher Quality; Learning Infrastructure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana pengaruh dari store atmosphere dan harga terhadap minat beli pengunjung Meuligoe Kupi Atjeh Binjai. Populasi pada penelitian berjumlah 1500 pengunjung dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 94 pengunjung sebagai responden. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pendekatan Asosiatif-Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan skala likert. SPSS 24.0 digunakan sebagai alat pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere dan harga baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pengunjung Meuligoe Kupi Atjeh Binjai. Store atmosphere menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. 89,0% minat beli pengunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh store atmosphere dan harga, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Hubungan antara store atmosphere dan harga terhadap minat beli pengunjung adalah sangat erat.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Proses pembelajaran klinik di Indonesia sebagian besar masih bersifat konversional dan belum terpadu antara assessment kebutuhan dan learning outcome pendidikan klinik. Sehingga memerlukan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi mobile learning yang tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu serta dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tujuan: untuk mengembangkan, menguji validitas dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran klinik berbasis mobil learning. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini Research and Development (R&D). Desain pengembangan produk penelitian mengunakan model Analysis, Design, Development,  Implementation dan Evaluation (ADDIE) yang dilaksanakan bulan April 2021- Maret 2023. Teknik pengambilan sample yaitu Porposive Sampling pada 30 mahasiswa keperawaatan, Sedang sample Uji validasi produk yaitu 5 Orang ahli materi dan 3 orang ahli teknologi. Hasil: Aplikasi Mobile Learning Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan Klinik (SIMPK) dengan user yaitu Preceptor akademik, Preceptor klinik dan mahasiswa dan memiliki 12 Fitur yang mencakup komponen Cognitive ability, Psychomotor ability, Affective ability, Factor pendukung dan Hasil Evaluasi. Hasil uji validitas produk oleh ahli teknologi 87,90% (Sangat layak) dan ahli materi 88,52% (Sangat layak), sedangkan hasil uji kepraktisan produk 85,05% (Praktis). Saran: Aplikasi Mobile Learning SIMPK dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran klinik bagi preceptor akademik, preceptor klinik dan mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan learning Outcome dan standar pembelajaran klinik di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Mobile Learning, Pembelajaran Klinik, Mahasiswa Keperawatan
