Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of informal cooperative learning think pair share tehnique assisted by Schoology aplication on student achievement. This study uses reseach instruments, and data analysis isquantitative/statistical.this reseach is a quasi experimental study, the design model used is control group pre test post test design, reseach data was processed using covariance analysis (ANCOVA), the population of this study is student of SMA N 1 Sape Bima NTB, the reseach sample was taaken by random sampling, the sample used was Grade XI student. From this study, it was found that the implementation of informal coopperative learning think pair share tehnique assisted by Schoology had a significant effect to student achievement.Keywords: Schoology, Informal Cooperative learning, Think pair share, achivement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about the pictureof adjustment at class XI  Pasundan high school 2. The methodology inthis research used descriptive study. The population of this study was 340students in grade XI and the samples were 181 students. The sampleswere taken used cluster random sampling technique by looking at theKrejcie table. Collecting data used adjustment scale developed byresearchers based on the theory of adjustment from Schneiders. Data wereobtained in the form of ordinal data and analyzed using the median andPercentage (%). The results showed that as many as 86 students (47.5%)could be well adjusted, and 95 students (52.5%) could not be well adjusted.In addition the result showed that students with authoritative parenting andwere not influenced by peers is the most well adjusted.

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus occurs in all countries. This pandemic incident has been taken seriously by various sectors including in the world of education. This research is a quantitative descriptive study to explain the Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) profile of Indonesian students in online learning which is carried out in COVID-19 emergencies. The research commenced three days after the establishment of the WHO COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents were taken by accident sampling at several schools implementing online learning after the designation of this mode by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture on March 15, 2020. The schools comprised general high schools and vocational schools. The data were collected via Google Form filled out by 10th to 12th-grade students. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a scale of 1 to 5 (from absolutely disagree to absolutely agree) consisting of planning, monitoring, controlling, and reflecting aspects. There were two analytical techniques used i.e., descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that students in Indonesia still need assistance and mentoring from teachers to improve SRL. Several mentoring strategies can be applied to manage active learning. The teachers should explicitly include the process of mentoring, strengthening the students’ SRL. Teachers need to be aware that online learning is not only to master certain subject matters but also to strengthen SRL.

Abstract

Sentra industri genteng di daerah Sokka Kebumen yang dikelola oleh UKM, merupakan salah sentra industri yang menjadi andalan Kabupaten Kebumen pada khususnya. Sentra industri ini diharapkan dapat berkembang dan menjadi percontohan UKM dari daerah lain. Penelitian ini ditujukan pada pengukuran kemampuan internal dalam melakukan proses transformasi (proses produksi) dengan dukungan empat komponen teknologi. Diharapkan informasi yang menggambarkan kemampuan teknologi perusahaan genteng dapat diungkap untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Selain perusaahaan dapat melakukan identifikasi teknologi yang relevan untuk digunakan.Teknologi yang dijabarkan dalam penelitian sebagai fasilitas transformasi dalam proses produksi, terdiri dari 4 komponen teknologi, yaitu fasilitas fisik (technoware), sumber daya manusia (humanware), informasi (infoware) dan organisasi perusahaan (orgaware) atau yang biasa disebut dengan Teknometrik. Data yang diambil berasal dari kuesionair teknometrik dan kuisioner AHP.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk perusahaan dengan jenis usaha rumah tangga terdapat 4 perusahaan dan mempunyai nilai TCC yang sama yaitu sebesar 0.16 dengan perincian Technoware berkisar antara 0.22 sampai 0.23, Humanware bernilai sama yaitu sebesar 0.14, Infoware berkisar antara 0.13 sampai 0.14 dan Orgaware berkisar antara 0.16 sampai 0.17. Untuk perusahaan dengan jenis usaha UD berjumlah 16 perusahaan dan mempunyai nilai TCC berkisar antara 0.15 sampai 0.19 dengan perincian Technoware berkisarantara 0.21 sampai 0.3, Humanware berkisar antara 0.14 sampai 0.15, Infoware berkisar antara 0.12 sampai 0.18dan Orgaware berkisar antara 0.16 sampai 0.17..2

Abstract

Objectives: bullying is a serious problem which affected children negatively. The aim of this study was to explore predictor of bullying in elementary students in Kota Bandung. This is very crucial to know factors which contribute bullying cases in elementary students. By knowing predictors of bullying, we will be able to prevent bullying cases rising in children.Method: samples were 809 elementary students in Kota Bandung which chosen by stratified cluster random sampling from 11 elementary schools. There were 47.6% girls and 52.4% boysFindings: personal belief which support aggression was a predictor of physical, verbal, and psychological bullying. Conclusions: Father who rejected children was a predictor of physical bullying, while mother who rejected children was a predictor of psychological bullying. Unavailability of the father contributed twice bigger in the probability of the children being bullied.

Abstract

Usaha-usaha peningkatan kesehatan organisasi di perusahaan yang cenderung hanya fokus pada finansial, terbukti belum dapat memenuhi harapan stakeholder. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk melakukan perencanaan kinerja yang komprehensif adalah dengan menggunakan BSC yang dapat untuk mengidentifikasi indikator-indikator kinerja yang mendukung visi dan misi dan mengukur pencapaian kinerja perusahaan. Dengan analisis BSC dan AHP diketahui tiga komponen atau indikator kinerja yang paling berpengaruh pada perusahaan adalah Karyawan yang Berdisiplin dan Bertanggung Jawab (0.833), kapabilitas kerja (0.582) dan kualitas layanan (0.486). Perbaikan pada internal organisasi diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini juga bersesuaian dengan skor tertinggi yang diperoleh ada pada proses bisnis internal (7.5)

Abstract

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the views and rationality of lecturers in using ChatGPT in learning by explaining how lecturers use it in learning and their reasons for choosing or not choosing the technology. In this study, lecturers will be interviewed and asked to share their experiences and views on it. The data collected will be analyzed and interpreted to gain a deeper understanding of how the use of ChatGPT affects learning and why lecturers choose or do not choose the technology. In the interview results, ChatGPT helps users in finding information, ideas, translating texts, and providing alternative questions to deepen the understanding of the material. It is important to consider and verify information with more reliable and accurate sources. The use of ChatGPT in learning can be an interesting and effective alternative, but users also need to remain critical and selective in utilizing it. In further research, more interviews and case studies need to be conducted to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the use of ChatGPT in learning. Although ChatGPT has limitations, respondents consider its use to improve productivity and learning efficiency. Therefore, the use of ChatGPT can be considered as an attractive alternative in learning, while maintaining a critical approach in utilizing it and verifying the information provided.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) hasil pengembangan modul fisika berbasis scientific  approach , 2) kelayakan  modul fisika berbasis scientific  approach  berdasarkan  validasi  ahli oleh dosen dan guru fisika serta respon siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa tahapan, antara lain: (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, dan (5) Evaluasi. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa :  (1)  hasil  setiap tahapan pengembangan modul fisika berbasis  scientific approach adalah modul fisika yang telah di validasi dan telah  direvisi  berdasarkan  saran  dari  para  ahli  dan  telah  diuji  cobakan  kepada siswa  sebagai pengguna  di  lapangan, 2) dari pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE didapat hasil antara lain mencakup penilaian ahli oleh dosen dan guru fisika 82.55% uji pengguna dengan persentase sebesar 81.82%. Dari hasil uji tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan modul fisika berbasis scientific  approach layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Kata Kunci: modul fisika; scientific approach; kalor dan perpindahannya; bahan ajar ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) the result of the development of physics based scientific approach module, 2) the feasibility of a physics based scientific approach module based on validation by lectureship and physics teachers as well as student responses. This type of research is research and development with ADDIE model. The development model of ADDIE in which there are several stages, among others: (1) analysis, (2) Design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. Research result show that : (1) the result of each stage of development of a physics based scientific approach module is a validated and revised physics module based on advice from experts and has been tested for students as a user the field, (2) from the development of ADDIE method obtained results include expert judgement by lecturer ship and physics teachers 82.55% user test with a percentage of  81.82%. from the results can be concluded that the development of physics based module scientific approach worthy used as teaching materials. Keywords:  physics module; scientific approach; heat and displacement; teaching materials

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini, telah memberikan inovasi dalam media pembelajaran yang semakin beragam, salah satunya adalah PhET yang merupakan media simulasi interaktif pembelajaran IPA dan dapat digunakan sebagai laboratorium virtual. Pembelajaran khususnya dibidang IPA dengan berbantu simulasi PhET telah banyak diterapkan dan diteliti. Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan meta analisis dengan merangkum beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh pembelajaran IPA berbantu simulasi PhET terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Kumpulan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang digunakan sebagai sumber data terlebih dahulu harus memenuhi kriteri yang telah ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat 22 jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria dan selanjutnya kumpulan data dari jurnal tersebut dianalsisi dengan uji normalitas, uji paired sample test dan effect size. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh perhitungan effect size sebesar 3,142 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA berbantu simulais PhET memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
