Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan motivasi siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individual. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Subah berjumlah 272 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 156 siswa yang diambil menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus product moment dan perhitungan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Ho penelitian ditolak dan Ha penelitian diterima. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dengan motivasi siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individual. The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between emotional maturity and student’s motivation to follow individual counseling services. Population of this study is all of XI grade students of SMA N 1 Subah which consist of 272 students and the samples were 156 students. Subject were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. A data collection method was using psychological scale. Test of validity of the instrument was using the formula of product moment and reliability was tested using the Alpha formula. Data analysis were using descriptive percentage analysis and Product Moment correlation. The result shows that Ho in this study is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion of this study is there is a significant correlation between emotional maturity and student’s motivation to follow individual counseling services.

Prokrastinasi akademik adalah jenis penundaan yang dilakukan pada jenis tugas formal yang berhubungan dengan tugas akademik. Salah satunya yang sering menjadi prokrastinator adalah siswa. Jika prokrastinasi ini tidak segera dibenahi, akan merugikan siswa itu sendiri. Perkembangan siswa dalam meraih prestasi akademik menjadi terganggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Kabupaten Temanggung. Angket diberikan kepada 221 siswa SMA Negeri Kabupaten Temanggung, serta 6 orang responden untuk diwawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang mencakup deskriptif presentase, dan analisis kulitatif hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor internal penyebab prokrastinasi akademik dilihat dari kondisi fisik (69%), kondisi psikologis (73%). Kemudian faktor eksternal penyebab prokrastinasi akademik dilihat dari kondisi keluarga (75%), lingkungan sekolah (67%), lingkungan masyarakat (66%). Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa faktor internal utama penyebab prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa adalah kondisi fisik dan faktor eksternal yang paling utama penyebab prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa adalah lingkungan sekolah. Bagi konselor sekolah, dapat memberikan layanan prnguasaan konten mengenai manajemen waktu sebagai upaya mencegah munculnya perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Academic procrastination is the kind of delay that made the tasks associated with the assignment of formal academic. One of them is that often a student prokrastinator. If procrastination is not immediately addressed, it would be detrimental to the students themselves. The development of students academic achievement become impaired. The purpose of this study is to determine the internal factors and external factors that cause students academic procrastination.. Questionnaire given to 221 students of High School in Temanggung, and 6 respondents to be interviewed. Data analysis using quantitative analysis that includes percentages descriptive,and qualitative analysis of the interview result. The study found that internal factors cause students academic procrastination viewed of physical conditions (69%), psycological condition (73%), Then the external factors cause academik procrastination viewed from the families conditions (75%), school environment ( 67%), environment society (66%). The conclusions that the main cause of internal factors on students academik prokrastination is the physical condition and the most important external factor causes procrastination on students academic is the school environment. For school counselor to provide services regarding content mastery of time mangement as an effort to prevent the emergence of academic procrastination.

The purpose of this research to is generate data on personal competence level counselors in Semarang state high schools in implementing guidance and counseling services, and whether there are differences by terms of services and educational background. The population of this study is Semarang state high school counselors. Data collection methods used is a psychological scale with personal competence counselors scale as an instrument. Data analysis technique used is descriptive-percentage analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that personal competence level of Semarang state high school counselors in implementing guidance and counseling services are in the high category (74,35%), and there are differences on personality competence counselor in Semarang state high schools in implementing guidance and counseling services by terms of services and educational background.

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas observasi dilengkapi wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang memahami tentang peranan guru BK dalam arah peminatan siswa, hal ini merujuk pada persepsi siswa yang negatif kepada Guru BK. Data awal diperoleh dari dinas pendidikan tentang satuan pendidikan pada jenjang SMA yang melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa tentang peranan guru BK dalam membantu arah peminatan pada siswa kelas X di SMA Se-Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2015 Jenis penelitianini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa SMA kelas X se-Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan skala persepsi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran memperoleh persentase 70,99% (tepat), (2) SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa memperoleh persentase 73,34% (tepat), (3) SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran memperoleh persentase 78,14% (tepat), dan (4) SMA Islam Sudirman Ambarawa memperoleh persentase 73,10% (tepat).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang peranan guru BK dalam membantu arah peminatan pada siswa kelas X di SMAse-Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2015 menunjukkan kriteria tepat dengan persentase 73,86%. This research is based on observations including interviews which shows that students lack an understanding about the roles ofcounseling teachers to directof students’s specialization, it refers to negative students's perception to counseling teachers. Preliminary data from the education department about high school level who implementthe curriculum 2013 in the Semarang District. The purpose isto determine students’s perceptions about the roles of counseling teachers to helpdirectinggrade X students toward specialization. The type is descriptive quantitative with survey method. This research involving the senior high school students grade X in the Semarang District. Data collection method is scale of perception. Techniques of analysis data is descriptive percentage. The Results show that: (1) SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran gains 70.99% (right), (2) SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa gains 73.34% (right), (3) SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran gains 78.14% (right) and (4) SMA Islam Sudirman Ambarawa gains 73.10%(right). Based on the results and discussion can be concluded that students’s perception about the rolesof counseling teachers to help the specializationof grade X in senior high school in the Semarang District in 2015 showed the criteria right (73.86%).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang peningkatan tanggung jawab belajar melalui layanan konseling individual teknik self-management pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntasi 2 yang berjumlah 34 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 6 siswa menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala tanggung jawab belajar. Instrumen tersebut telah diuji validitasnya dengan rumus product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen digunakan rumus Alpha.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif persentase, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan hasil perhitungan Zhitung = 2.20 > Ztabel = 0 pada n= 6, dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu tanggung jawab belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan konseling individual teknik self-management.Oleh karena itu diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan konseling individual teknik self-management sebagai strategi alternatif untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar. The aim of this research is to obtain the empirical data about the improvement of learning responsibility through self-management technique individual counseling service. The population of this study were students of class XI Accounting 2 which consisted of 34 students. Puposive sampling technique was used to select 6 students as sample. The data collection technique used was learning responsibility scale. The instrument has been tested it’s validity with product moment formula, and reliability of the instrument with Alpha formula. Data analysis technique used were descriptive percentage and Wilcoxon test. The result of this research showed that there was improvement of learning responsibility through self-management technique individual counseling service with Zcount = 2.20> Ztable = 0, n=6, with 5% significance level. It could be concluded that learning responsibility could be improved through self-management technique individual counseling service. So, the teacher can hopefully be more intensivy the self-management technique individual counseling service as an alternative strategy to help the students increase their learning responsibility.

Educational background guidance and counseling teacher will bring a variaty of considerations related to the competence of teachers guidance and counseling. The purpose of this research was to determine the competence of guidance and counseling teacers who came from graduate guidance and counseling and are not graduate of guidance and counseling at public high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang, and to know is there any difference. The method in this research is survey deskriptif komparatif. The population in this research is all the guidance and counseling teacers atpublic high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang totaled 27 teacers guidance and counseling.The sampling technique used is saturated Sampling. The data collection method used was a questionnaire in the from of a psychological scale. Data analysis using quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and analysis of different test two-sample t-test independent. The research results showed that the guidance and counseling teacher competence graduate guidance and counseling are included in the catergory of very high (73%) and competence guidance and counseling teachers who are not graduates of guidance and counseling were high (73%). And there are significant differences.

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in the guidance and counseling teacher graduates of state universities and private colleges in Pemalang district Junior High School. The purpose of this study was to prove there any differences in pedagogical competence and professional competence of guidance and counseling teacher graduates of state universities and private colleges. This research is a comparative study with teacher guidance and counseling 40 subjects. The data collection method used was a questionnaire about pedagogical competence and professional competence of guidance and counseling teacher. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and t-test. The results showed no difference in the average and the percentage of each component. It shows that there are differences in the implementation of pedagogic and professional competence between guidance and counseling teacher graduates of state universities and private colleges in Pemalang district Junior High School.

Curriculum 2013 is a new curriculum that began piloted in Indonesia in June 2013. The main program in the curriculum of 2013 were services towards specialization of students, where students are given the opportunity to select a group of subjects according to their respective interests. Services learners toward specialization is part of the guidance and counseling program. Counselors are key actors in the service direction of specialization students. So counselors are required to have a high perception .The objective of this study were to determine how the perceptions of high school’s counselor in Pekalongan on service toward specialization learners in implementation of curriculum 2013. The research was conducted in Pekalongan , with respondents counselor in high schools in Pekalongan , amounting to 23 respondents. This study was included in the survey with descriptive statistical analysis methods . This study uses only one variable that is counselor perceptions of student services towards specialization in implementation of curriculum 2013. The population of this research is the counselor in high schools in Pekalongan, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling .

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan keefektifan layanan konseling kelompok untuk mengatasi rendahnya perilaku altruisme siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Sirampog kabupaten Brebes yang berjumlah 121 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sejumlah 7 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala psikologis berupa skala altruisme. Analisis data yang digunakan melalui analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji wilcoxon pairs match. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku altruisme siswa sebelum mendapatkan layanan konseling kelompok masuk kategori rendah dengan presentase rata-rata sebesar 48%. Setelah mendapatkan layanan konseling kelompok termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan presentase 80% sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 32%. Selain itu diperoleh data melalui uji wilcoxon pairs match dengan n=7 taraf signifikansi 5% didapatkan Zhitung > Ztabel (2,36 < 2) atau Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. The purpose of this research is to prove the effectiveness of group counseling service to overcome the low of students’ altruism behavior. The type of this research is experimental research. While the population of this research is students in the grade of IX SMP N 2 Sirampog at Brebes regency, it was around 121 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling; it has taken 7 students in this research. Method of collecting data used scale of psychology, such as scale of altruism. The data analysis used descriptive analysis of percentage and Wilcoxon pairs match test. The results showed the students’ altruism behavior before they get group counseling service, it included to low category with the average percentage of 48%. After the students get group counseling service, it included to high category with percentage of 80% until up to 32%. Furthermore, the other data get by Wilcoxon pairs match test was n=7 level of significance 5%, it gets by Zhitung > Ztable (2,36 < 2) or Ha was received, and Ho was rejected.

Media Kartu BerBi (Berani Bicara) merupakan media bimbingan kelompok dalam bentuk permainan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh konselor dan siswa. Media kartu BerBi adalah media yang menarik, praktis, dan mudah untuk menggunakanya, agar dapat memotivasi siswa dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk membuktikan apakah bimbingan kelompok berbasis permainan dengan media kartu BerBi efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa kelas IX D MTs Al-Asror. Rancangan penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis pre-eksperimental design, dengan metode The One Group Pre Test – Post Test Design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 siswa kelas IX D MTs Al- Asror tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan tingkat komunikasi antarpribadi rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah skala komunikasi antarpribadi dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,975. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis permainan dengan media kartu BerBi (t = 2,66, P < 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis permainan dengan media kartu BerBi efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa. Media BerBi Card is a guidance and counseling media in the form of games which could be used by counselors and students. Media Rummy Card Interpersonal Communication was an interesting media, practical, and easy to use it, in order to motivate the students for following the guidance and counseling services. This purpose of this development to know whether game-based group guidance with BerBi card media is effective to improve interpersonal communication of grade IX students of MTs Al-Asror. The design of this research is included in the type of pre-experimental design, with The One Group Pre Test - Post Test Design method. Subjects in this study were 9 students of class IX D MTs Al-Asror academic year 2017/2018 with low interpersonal communication level. The instrument used in data collection is the scale of interpersonal communication with the reliability coefficient of 0.975. The result of the research showed that there were differences of interpersonal communication before and after given by game based guidance service with BerBi card media (t = 2,66, P <0,05). Thus it can be concluded that game-based group guidance service with BerBi card media is effective to improve interpersonal communication of students.
