Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan barang bekas dan bahan alam sebagai Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) di POS PAUD Miftahul Hidayah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan perkembangan holistik anak usia dini; menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kardus, botol plastik, kain perca, daun, batu, dan biji-bijian efektif menstimulasi motorik halus dan kasar, kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional, dan kreativitas, dengan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membimbing eksplorasi dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar aman. Temuan ini memperkuat landasan konstruktivis Piaget dan Vygotsky dan merekomendasikan pengembangan APE berbasis barang bekas dan bahan alam sebagai solusi pembelajaran yang inovatif, ekonomis, dan ramah lingkungan

Abstract

The focus of community service activities in Alue Naga Village is to provide solutions to the problem of limited electrical energy experienced by the people in Acehr. The purpose of community service is to downstream the results of the author's research on renewable energy technology for the island community. This community service method is (1) Training and technical guidance by the implementing team to partners regarding the operation and maintenance of the appropriate technology system that is applied; (2) the application of appropriate technology based on renewable energy in the form of solar street lights and wind power to increase access to electricity. Through technology transfer in this Community Service activity, it is hoped that the implementation of technology will be maintained continuously; The results of community service are the installation of the application of appropriate technology in the form of solar and wind power and increasing public knowledge about appropriate technology which is carried out through training to community youth partners in Alue Naga Village, Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

In Aceh Besar, Suka Makmur and Lam Phueot villages, lotus root souvenir manufacturing faces several obstacles such as inadequate marketing strategies and lack of skill in the process. Therefore, this initiative seeks to provide partners with production-related solutions by integrating technology with Rencong souvenir molds. The implementation team also performs socialization and consulting related to internet marketing of products to increase market access and outreach. Program objectives were achieved using the Participatory Rural Assessment Act (PRA). From this initiative, his Mitra Pak Majid of Rencong Souvenir Crafts was able to provide capital support in the form of a bulk casting business.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve care, maintenance and repair of submersible water pumps spread across Gampong Luthu Lamweu, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. Activities begin with the preparation stage, site feasibility survey, identification of problems with partners, implementation of activities, as well as socialization and evaluation of results. Problem identification is carried out through maintenance, upkeep and repair steps for water pumps, which are delivered through training and technical assistance by the PKM implementation team to participants, with the aim of ensuring that participants are able to independently manage and maintain the water pump system. The repair process focuses on components that can be repaired, while for damaged components, they are replaced with new spare parts. Evaluation is carried out at the final stage of activities to ensure that the water pump is functioning optimally and water distribution is running normally, so that the availability of water for agricultural and rice field needs can be guaranteed. This activity was carried out successfully, as evidenced by the appreciation received from the participants, especially local farmer groups, which showed their level of satisfaction and pride in their success in independently managing the maintenance and repair of water pumps.

Abstract

Meskipun aturan hukum dalam KUHP mengakui fakta hukum tentang pembelaan terpaksa (Noodweer), banyak korban kejahatan yang melakukan tindakan pembunuhan dalam upaya membela diri justru menghadapi situasi yang penuh ketidakpastian hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akibat hukum terhadap korban kejahatan yang melakukan pembunuhan atas upaya pembelaan diri dan menganalisis batasan legal dalam penerapan Pasal 49 ayat (1) KUHP terkait tindakan pembelaan diri yang mengakibatkan kematian. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akibat hukum terhadap korban kejahatan yang melakukan pembunuhan sebagai upaya pembelaan diri bergantung pada fakta-fakta spesifik dalam kasus tersebut dan penilaian sistem peradilan terhadap keadaan tersebut. Jika tindakan pembelaan diri tersebut diakui sah oleh otoritas hukum, pelaku dapat dibebaskan dari pertanggungjawaban pidana. Adapun batasan legal dalam penerapan Pasal 49 ayat (1) KUHP terkait tindakan pembelaan diri yang mengakibatkan kematian melibatkan prinsip proporsionalitas dan keterpaksaan, di mana pelaku pembelaan diri harus membuktikan bahwa tindakannya sebanding dengan ancaman yang dihadapi dan dilakukan sebagai respons terhadap ancaman yang langsung dan tak terhindarkan.

Abstract

Maksud dari pengkajian ini untuk mendeskripsikan aktualisasi bentuk pengajaran tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning pada anak didik kelas IV SD Negeri 14 Mangopi Kecamatan Bulupoddo Kabupaten Sinjai.Pengkajian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 priode yang merupakan pengkajian tindakan kelas.Subjek pengkajian adalah anak didik kelas IV SDN 14 Mangopi Kecamatan Bulupoddo Kabupaten Sinjai yang berjumlah 12 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Adapun penghimpunan data yang diaplikasikan yaitu secara observasi dan tes tertulis. Pengkajian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kemajuan pengajaran IPA pada anak didik kelas IV SD Negeri 14 Mangopi Kecamatan Bulupoddo Kabupaten Sinjai.Pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan penilaian pra priode dengan pelajaran IPA tergolong rendah,ini bisa dilihat dari daftar nilai hasil penelitian pra priode yang menjangkau persentase nilai dengan yang menjangkau atau melampaui Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 25,00 % atau sekitar 8 orang anak didik saja. Setelah dilakukan tindakan melalui priode I dengan mengaplikasikan bentuk pengajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) maka kemajuan belajar anak didik meningkat ke kategori sedang dengan persentase nilai yang mencapai atau melebih KKM sebesar 50,00 % atau sekitar 15 orang anak didik. Setelah dilakukan tindakan melalui priode II,kemajuan belajar anak didik menjadi semakin bagus persentase nilai yang menjangkau atau melampaui KKM sebesar yaitu 87,50% atau sekitar 26 orang siswa.Kondisi ini, menandakan sesungguhnya pembelajaran telah berjalan menjadi optimal.Hasil akhir penelitian ini memperlihatkan sesungguhnya implementasi bentuk pengajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat memaksimalkan kemajuan belajar anak didik kelas IV SDN 14 Mangopi Kecamatan Bulupoddo Kabupaten Sinjai pada pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method can be used as a Control of Raw Material Inventory at PT.AKT Indonesia. This research was conducted by calculating and comparing the inventory control methods according to company policy with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.This research is a case research type. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are: (1) Collecting information about the amount of raw material inventory in 2019. (2) Processing this data to determine the control of raw material supplies based on company policy. (3) Analyzing the processed data using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.The research results prove that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is more efficient than the method used by the company. The application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method can reduce the total costs incurred by the company, which is Rp. 24,461,544. With this EOQ method can avoid delays in the supply of raw materials, because the supply of raw materials can be ensured to be constant and according to lead time . So to achieve the research objectives, companies should use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.

Abstract

Background: Patients with β-thalassemia major can experience impaired kidney function. Impaired kidney function can occur without symptoms and before serious manifestations appear, so early markers are needed to detect kidney damage. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is a calculation to detect early impairment of kidney function and is widely accepted as an indicator in determining overall kidney function. This study aims to determine the estimated glomerular filtration rate in pediatric patients with β-thalassemia major. Methods: This research is a descriptive research. Data was taken from pediatric patients with β-thalassemia major who received routine transfusions at the pediatric polyclinic of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang from January 1st – July 31st 2023. Patients underwent hematology examination, serum ferritin, serum creatinine, and estimated glomerular filtration rate calculations using the Schwartz formula. Results: A total of 55 children met the research criteria, consisting of 27 boys (49%) and 28 girls (51%). The median serum creatinine level was 0.5 (0.3-0.8) mg/dL with a range with a mean estimated glomerular filtration rate of 167 mL/minute/1.73m2. Abstract

Background: Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is a medical emergency that requires rapid diagnosis and treatment. Immature platelet fraction (IPF) is a hematological parameter that has the potential to be a biomarker for differentiating types of ACS. This study aims to compare IPF values in ACS patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP), Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), and ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods: This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were ACS patients treated at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital, Padang, Indonesia between January 2023 to December 2023. IPF values were measured using the Sysmex XN-1500 tool. Statistical analysis was carried out using the ANOVA test and post-hoc Tukey test. Results: A total of 150 ACS patients (50 UAP, 50 NSTEMI, 50 STEMI) were included in this study. The mean IPF value in the STEMI group (6.8 ± 2.1%) was significantly higher than that in the NSTEMI (4.5 ± 1.8%) and UAP (3.2 ± 1.5%) groups (p < 0.001). ROC analysis showed that the IPF value had an AUC of 0.89 (95% CI: 0.84-0.94) for differentiating STEMI from NSTEMI/UAP. Conclusion: IPF values were higher in STEMI patients compared to NSTEMI and UAP. This parameter has the potential to be a biomarker for differentiating types of ACS, especially in differentiating STEMI from NSTEMI/UAP.

Abstract

The impact of drought during the dry season was felt by the people of Pernek Village, Sumbawa Regency, namely that groundwater discharge was reduced significantly. This condition will continue to be a cause for concern as community activities expand corn farming areas to the point of destroying forest vegetation that is difficult to control. High community access to the Batulanteh KPH forest and weak law enforcement are factors in deforestation on Sumbawa Island. Therefore, concrete steps are needed to bridge these two problems. The aim of implementing this service is to educate the community to plant ecological ketapang trees so that they are beneficial economically and economically. Determine the planting point for ketapang trees so that they can function to prevent the danger of soil erosion. The service was used in the form of a lecture on the importance of planting trees by gathering residents, village officials and representatives from the university at the Pernek village hall, then continued with tree planting and assistance during the planting (maintenance) period at predetermined points. The results of this community service activity are increasing public understanding and awareness of climate change by showing enthusiasm in participating in this series of community service activities. Based on the results of the survey before this service program was held, the community did not understand the impact of drought in the form of reduced groundwater discharge due to deforestation due to the large area of ​​corn farming. The community does not yet understand the importance and function of standing trees (including ketapang trees) in reducing the danger of soil erosion during the rainy season. On the other hand, the public can gain new knowledge about the economic potential of the ketapang tree, both in terms of fruit, leaves and wood. This service program has a positive impact on residents regarding the benefits of greening and environmental sustainability.
