Abstract

Pentingnya supervisi akademik sebagai upaya sistematis untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran guru dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di TK Kristen Satya Wacana 1 berdasarkan persepsi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga aspek: pelaksanaan, mutu, dan dampak supervisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 8 Desember 2025, pukul 10.30, dengan melibatkan dua orang guru dengan rata-rata 10 tahun pengalaman mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua responden memberikan skor 5 (Sangat Setuju) untuk semua pernyataan, yang menunjukkan bahwa supervisi dilaksanakan secara terencana, profesional, relevan dengan kebutuhan guru, dan mampu memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Dampak supervisi juga dirasakan sangat positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar, refleksi pembelajaran, dan penggunaan strategi yang lebih efektif. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kesibukan kepala sekolah masih ditemui. Secara keseluruhan, supervisi akademik di sekolah ini terbukti sangat efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a MOODLE-based training model for innovative learning integrated with deep learning to enhance teachers’ teaching abilities. This research employed the Borg and Gall research and development (R&D) model up to the expert validation stage. The participants consisted of five school principals and twenty teachers. Data were collected through interviews, open-ended and closed-ended questionnaires, and focus group discussions. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, while quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, including percentages, categories, and mean scores. During the Research and Information Collecting phase, the findings indicated that teachers’ ability to implement innovative learning methods integrated with deep learning was categorized as sufficient, highlighting the need for further improvement. The developed training model is an online training program based on the MOODLE learning management system. The model consists of a visual representation and a detailed description outlining the concept of online training for innovative learning integrated with deep learning. Based on the validation conducted by four experts in content, technology, and instructional design, the conceptual model was rated very good, with an average score of 4.2. This result indicates that the model is valid and feasible to be further developed into a procedural training model to improve teachers' pedagogical competence. This study implies that technology-supported professional development models, such as INDEEP-MOODLE, provide a structured, sustainable, and scalable alternative to conventional workshop-based training for integrating innovative and deep learning principles into teachers’ pedagogical practices.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers to write best practice scientific papers. The training participants consisted of 30 teachers from public elementary schools in Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency. The training was held on August 8, 15, and 22, 2024, including the following stages; 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, and 3) Evaluation. The success of writing best practice scientific papers out of 30 participants there were 5 (16.67%) participants with very good categories, 18 (60.00%) participants with good categories, 4 (13.33)%) participants with poor categories, and 3 (10%) participants with poor categories. Overall, there were 23 (76.67%) participants who successfully compiled scientific papers. The evaluation results showed: 1) Evaluation of reaction, participant satisfaction is very high (89, 81); 2) Evaluation of learning, students' knowledge increased from a score of 61.33 before training to a score of 79.00 after training; 3) Behavior evaluation, there is a change in behavior with a high score (80.00); 4) Result evaluation, the results of the training have a high impact (83.88) on teacher professionalism, learner achievement and school quality.

Abstract

Dalam menyongsong "Generasi Emas 2045", bimbingan karier yang efektif menjadi krusial untuk mengatasi tantangan dunia kerja yang kompleks dan permasalahan seperti kebingungan karier. Kajian sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis bukti-bukti empiris mengenai peran role play sebagai intervensi bimbingan karier dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier. Menggunakan metodologi Kajian Literatur Sistematis (SLR) dengan kerangka PRISMA, artikel-artikel relevan dari basis data Scopus, Google Scholar, dan ERIC dalam rentang 2015-2025 diidentifikasi, disaring, dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil analisis terhadap 12 studi yang diinklusi menunjukkan tiga temuan utama: (1) Role play secara signifikan meningkatkan efikasi diri (self-efficacy) dan mengurangi kebingungan karier siswa; (2) Model implementasi yang paling efektif melibatkan skenario realistis yang diikuti sesi refleksi dan debriefing terstruktur; (3) Mekanisme perubahannya adalah pembelajaran esperiensial dalam "ruang aman" yang memungkinkan eksplorasi karier tanpa risiko. Disimpulkan bahwa role play merupakan intervensi fundamental untuk membentuk generasi yang adaptif dan proaktif. Implikasi praktisnya adalah mendorong adopsi metode ini dalam kurikulum bimbingan karier dengan penekanan kuat pada sesi refleksi untuk memaksimalkan efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memegang peranan vital dalam mempersiapkan siswa memasuki dunia kerja dan kehidupan pasca-sekolah. Namun, banyak program BK yang bersifat generik dan tidak dievaluasi secara sistematis, sehingga efektivitasnya diragukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara prospektif rancangan program BK di SMK Kanaan Ungaran untuk tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 guna memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sebelum implementasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi kualitatif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) melalui analisis dokumen program. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi Konteks, program memiliki cakupan holistik namun kurang spesifik terhadap kebutuhan unik siswa SMK. Pada dimensi Input, program menyajikan variasi strategi yang baik namun tidak merinci alokasi sumber daya krusial seperti SDM, anggaran, dan sarana. Pada dimensi Proses, penjadwalan masih bersifat umum dan belum dilengkapi mekanisme monitoring yang jelas. Terakhir, pada dimensi Produk, capaian layanan masih bersifat kualitatif dan belum memiliki indikator keberhasilan serta alat ukur yang operasional. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya sinkronisasi program dengan kebutuhan industri, penguatan manajemen sumber daya, pengembangan rencana aksi yang detail, dan perumusan evaluasi berbasis hasil (outcome-based) untuk menjamin relevansi dan akuntabilitas program BK di SMK Kanaan.

Abstract

The curriculum is a crucial component in education that needs to be continuously updated to keep pace with current developments. Curriculum changes help ensure that the education provided not only meets current standards but also supports the holistic development of students' skills and character. This evaluation study uses the Discrepancy Model to assess differences between actual conditions and established standards. This study aims to analyze the design, installation, process, and results of the Independent Curriculum implementation at SMP Negeri 8 Ambon. The method used is an evaluative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Ambon. The research subjects were the principal, the Deputy Head of Curriculum, teachers, and students. Three data collection techniques were used: interviews, observation, and document studies. Data validation used source and technique triangulation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that the Curriculum Design, Curriculum Implementation, Installation, and Curriculum Results are in accordance with the standards set out in the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Regulation Number 12 of 2024 regarding the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Boys’ Brigade (BB) program as a character and leadership development model at Lentera Harapan Curug Junior High School using the CIPPO framework (Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome). A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving school leaders, instructors, and stakeholders. The findings show that the program aligns well with the school’s character education goals. Human resources and curriculum support are adequate, though facilities remain limited, which may hinder the program’s full potential and its ability to provide comprehensive educational experiences. The implementation emphasizes experiential learning but lacks formal instructional planning and structured assessment. The program has contributed positively to students’ discipline, spirituality, and leadership, while also strengthening school culture. These findings highlight the importance of systematic evaluation and administrative support in enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of character education programs.

Abstract

Supervision constraints, which are carried out face-to-face or fully online, encourage the creation of a hybrid supervision model. To be able to carry out supervision in a hybrid manner, supervisors need to be equipped with knowledge and skills to be able to apply it appropriately. The objective of this study is to improve the ability of Education supervisors to carry out hybrid academic supervision through online training. This research approach was a mixed method with school action research methods. The subjects of this study were 20 people consisting of the principal and vice principal. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive data analysis of Miles and Huberman models and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed an increase in the ability of participants after attending the training. This is proven by the increase in knowledge, skills and attitudes of trainees from pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. In the pre-cycle stage, knowledge scores 32, skills 53, and attitudes 49. In cycle 1 the posttest results score knowledge 57, skill 75, and attitude 64. And in cycle 2 increased knowledge score 87, skill 93, and attitude 88. Based on the results of cycle 2, it can be seen that all participants have been able to achieve the established success indicator of ≥ 80. Thus, it can be concluded that online training can improve the ability of participants to apply hybrid model academic supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of collaborative academic supervision training for school supervisory teams in Papua, focusing on the stages of planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The study employed a mixed-method approach using an exploratory sequential design, involving 12 members of school supervisory teams from four schools in Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observations, tests, and questionnaires. All instruments were validated by experts and pilot-tested in the field to ensure their validity and reliability. The results indicate that the training was implemented systematically, smoothly, and through online sessions via Zoom, resulting in a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, with mean scores increasing from 48.75 to 77.92 (p = 0.000), and 83% of participants achieving the success criteria, while the training process evaluation was categorized as very good with an average score of 86.30%. These findings confirm that structured collaborative supervision training supported by digital platforms can effectively enhance supervisory competence and contribute to the improvement of instructional leadership in schools, including in remote areas.

Abstract

The development of technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including basic education. This study examines the implementation and perception of technology utilization in learning in primary schools, its positive and negative impacts, and the important role of schools and parents in guiding students. The survey results show that the majority of primary schools have integrated technology in the teaching-learning process, such as the use of PowerPoint and projectors, which are proven to increase students' interest and enthusiasm. Educators and school principals realize the need to adapt teaching methods to suit technological developments, so that students are not only passive consumers, but also able to utilize technology effectively and wisely. While technology offers easy access to information, interactive learning and administrative efficiency, there are also challenges such as the potential for decreased focus, the digital divide, as well as data security issues and the spread of inaccurate information. Therefore, instilling values of wisdom, ethics and responsibility in the use of technology is crucial. Collaboration between schools and parents is needed to equip students with the ability to sort out information and avoid the negative impacts of technology, in order to create a smart and responsible generation in the digital era.
