Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran hadis sebagai fakta sejarah dengan mengkaji metode kritik sanad dan matan, kesulitan dalam penggunaannya, dan relevansinya untuk penulisan sejarah Islam modern. Hadis adalah salah satu sumber Islam yang paling penting, yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman hukum dan dokumen sejarah yang menggambarkan peristiwa yang terjadi pada masa Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kritis, hadis dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang konteks sosial, politik, dan budaya masa Nabi. Namun, masalah seperti perbedaan riwayat, kelemahan sanad, dan konteks sejarah yang kompleks membutuhkan pemeriksaan menyeluruh. Selain itu, makalah ini menekankan betapa pentingnya menggunakan pendekatan interdisipliner untuk meningkatkan potensi hadis sebagai sumber historiografi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun hadis memiliki keterbatasan, namun masih berguna untuk memberikan perspektif yang lebih asli dan mendalam tentang sejarah Islam.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBdP) khususnya seni musik di kelas VI yang dilakukan secara konvensional dan kurang interaktif menyebabkan murid tidak antusias, kebosanan pada murid, serta menghambat keterampilan murid dalam mengeksplore konsep yang difahaminya. Aplikasi virtual piano sebagai media pembelajaran pada pelajaran seni musik menjadi solusi bagi sekolah yang tidak memiliki piano secara nyata untuk mengatasi kurangnya motivasi belajar murid dan keterampilan menyanyikan lagu menggunakan alat musik. Best practice ini membahas mengenai aplikasi virtual piano sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis Chromebook terhadap masalah tersebut. Implementasi dimulai dengan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, penggunaan dalam proses pembelajaran, dan evaluasi refleksi. Hasil penggunaan aplikasi virtual piano menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam motivasi belajar, partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, serta pemahaman konsep interval nada yang diaktualisasikan pada lagu. Melalui aplikasi virtual piano, murid terlibat aktif dalam diskusi, berkolaborasi, serta terampil dalam memainkan nada pada sebuah lagu. Dengan terus meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan, diharapkan pembelajaran dapat lebih berpihak pada murid, menyenangkan, terlibat, dan efektif bagi murid sesuai dengan konsep merdeka belajar

Abstract

Pengembangan karakter menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia untuk membentuk peserta didik yang tidak hanya cerdas akademik, tetapi juga berkarakter baik. Pengembangan karakter melalui seni budaya seperti Tari Jaipong diharapkan dapat menciptakan individu yang disiplin, menghargai budaya, dan memiliki ketahanan diri yang kuat. Tari Jaipong merupakan salah satu tarian tradisional Jawa Barat yang terkenal dengan gerakannya yang energik dan dinamis. Sanggar Sekar Raspati di Kecamatan Maniis, Kabupaten Purwakarta memainkan peran penting dalam pelestarian dan pengembangan Tari Jaipong melalui pelatihan rutin, inovasi koreografi, serta partisipasi dalam berbagai acara budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tari Jaipong sebagai bagian dari identitas budaya lokal, serta mengetahui proses pengembangan karakter dan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sanggar Sekar Raspati berhasil mengkombinasikan Tari Jaipong dengan elemen tari modern, tanpa menghilangkan identitas tradisionalnya dan peserta didik begitu antusias dan memberikan kesan dan pesan yang menyenangkan, dan menunjukkan bahwa Tari Jaipong berperan penting dalam membangun karakter disiplin, kerja sama, tanggung jawab, serta rasa percaya diri pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan media YouTube salah satu media sosial yang populer dan sering digunakan oleh semua kalangan termasuk pelajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis sebelum dan sesudah, serta ada atau tidaknya pengaruh media YouTube saluran ‘Kok Bisa?” terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi peserta didik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X berjumlah 71. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) yang berjumlah 23 peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen yaitu Pre- Experimental Design dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu soal tes essay menulis teks eskposisi yang dilakukan dua tahap yaitu tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest), dengan uji validitas melalui expert judgment. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji N-Gain. Keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi peserta didik pada saat pretest memperoleh rata-rata nilai sebesar 46,83, setelah diberikannya perlakuan (treatment) pada saat posttest keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi peserta didik meningkat dengan memperoleh rata-rata nilai sebesar 71,13. Peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 24,30 dengan begitu berarti adanya pengaruh dari media YouTube saluran “Kok Bisa?” terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eskposisi peserta didik kelas X SMK YADIKA Kalijati.

Abstract

AbstractLearning and assessment are an inseparable whole. Assessment, if designed appropriately, thoroughly and used appropriately in assessment procedures, can contribute to effective learning and have an impact on the competence of quality students. This study aims to analyze the need for project-based authentic assessment of teachers in elementary schools. This research includes descriptive qualitative research on elementary school teachers in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java. Data was collected through literature studies of reputable international articles indexed by Scopus and field studies through questionnaires distributed to 103 elementary school teachers, interviews, and documentation studies of 10 elementary school teachers. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study showed that the majority of teachers' assessments focused on the knowledge aspect using a multiple-choice test, the attitude aspect using observation, and the skill aspect using project assessment. Due to a lack of references, teachers struggle to develop assessment instruments and thus lack a clear rubric. The conclusion of this study is that teachers have difficulty implementing project-based authentic assessments so they need a practical authentic assessment companion book.Keywords: authentic assessments, project-based, primary school teacher.AbstrakPembelajaran dan penilaian menjadi satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Penilaian bila dirancang dengan tepat, menyeluruh dan digunakan secara tepat dalam prosedur penilaian dapat berkontribusi pada pembelajaran yang efektif serta berdampak pada kompetensi peserta didik yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan penilaian autentik berbasis proyek terhadap guru di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif terhadap guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur artikel internasional bereputasi terindeks scopus dan studi lapangan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan terhadap 103 guru SD, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 10 guru SD. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penilaian mayoritas guru pada aspek pengetahuan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda, aspek sikap dengan menggunakan observasi, dan aspek keterampilan diukur dengan penilaian proyek. Guru kesulitan dalam mengembangan instrumen penilaian sehingga tidak memiliki rubrik yang jelas diakibatkan kurangnya referensi. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa guru kesulitan menerapkan penilaian autentik berbasis proyek sehingga membutuhkan buku pendamping penilaian autentik yang praktis.Kata kunci: penilaian autentik, berbasis proyek, guru sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of problem solving ability of grade IV students of SDIT Cendekia Purwakarta, from 30 students only 5 students who only get the percentage of learning mastery 16,6%. One alternative approach to learning that can be used to improve students' problem solving skills is by applying the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). This approach in learning can relate learning to the real world and a problem imagined in the minds of students to be the starting point of learning, so that abstract learning can be made real by the students. This study aims to improve students' problem solving skills of grade IV SDIT Cendekia Purwakarta on the implementation of research by applying Realistic Mathematics Education. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. Instruments used are student and teacher observation sheets and test problem solving abilities. Based on the results of research for 2 cycles obtained results on the cycle I percentage mastery learning students reached 56.6% with many students who complete 17 students and on the second cycle increased to 27 students who complete learning with a large percentage of 90%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of realistic mathematics education can improve the problem solving ability of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between character education programs—namely the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) and the Strengthening of Character Education (PPK)—and the disciplinary behavior of elementary school students in the Cikole District. The method used was a correlational quantitative approach with a population consisting of sixth-grade students and classroom teachers in the Cikole District. The sample included 266 students and 117 teachers selected using random sampling techniques. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that: 1) there is a relationship between P5 and students' disciplinary behavior with a significance value of 0.016 and a correlation strength of 0.223 (indicating a weak relationship); 2) there is a relationship between Strengthening of Character Education and students' disciplinary behavior with a significance value of 0.013 and a correlation strength of 0.229 (indicating a weak relationship); and 3) there is a relationship between P5 and Strengthening of Character Education combined with students' disciplinary behavior, with a significance value of 0.029 and a correlation strength of 0.246 (indicating a weak relationship). In conclusion, there is a significant yet weak relationship between P5 and Strengthening of Character Education and the disciplinary behavior of elementary school students.   Keywords: Character education, Disciplinary behavior, P5

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the authority of the Central Jakarta Religious Court is in resolving sharia economic disputes and how is the legal reasoning of judges in deciding this sharia economic case. Decision Number 0950/Pdt.G/2019/PA.JP is a sharia economic case regarding a musyarakah contract related to default involving four parties, namely Pelawan as PT. Mofatama Bangun Nusa (Company Legal Entity), Defendant I as PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. and Defendant II as Head of State Assets and Auction Service Office II Jakarta/KPKNL II Jakarta as Co-Defendant I, as well as Private Auction Center PT. Power Astindo Selaras as Co-Defendant II and Mrs. Dian Pertiwi as Defendant III This research is a qualitative descriptive field research, taking place at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. The method used is normative juridical. Based on the results of the research, the judge granted Pelawan's resistance where the Defendant had defaulted/broken his promise during the execution of the auction on 9 July 2019 and thereafter which was carried out by Co-Respondent II/Private Auction Center PT. Power Astindo Selaras, for the Determination of the Co-Opponent I / KPKLN II Jakarta Tender Execution, No. S-1040/WKN.07/KNL. 02/2019, May 9 2019 is invalid and Convicts the Defendant to pay court fees.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kewenangan Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat dalam menyelesaikan sengketa ekonomi syariah dan bagaimana legal reasoning hakim dalam memutuskan perkara ekonomi syariah ini. Putusan Nomor 0950/Pdt.G/2019/PA.JP merupakan perkara ekonomi syariah akad musyarakah terkait wanprestasi yang melibatkan empat pihak, yakni pihak Pelawan selaku  PT. Mofatama Bangun Nusa (Badan Hukum Perusahaan), pihak Terlawan I selaku pihak PT. Bank Muamalat Indoneisa, Tbk. dan Terlawan II selaku Kepala Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan negara dan lelang II Jakarta/KPKNL II Jakarta selaku turut Terlawan I, serta Balai Lelang Swasta PT. Power Astindo Selaras selaku turut Terlawan II beserta Ny. Dian Pertiwi selaku Terlawan III. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengambil lokasi di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kewenangan absolut dari pengadilan agama untuk memutuskan perkara yang terkait dengan ekonomi syariah, sehingga melalui ini didapatkan sebuah legal reasoning dalam pemutusan perkara ekonomi syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hakim mengabulkan perlawanan Pelawan dengan dimana Terlawan telah melakukan wanprestasi/ingkar janji dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi Lelang tanggal 9 Juli 2019 dan setelahnya yang dijalankan turut Terlawan II/Balai Lelang Swasta PT. Power Astindo Selaras, atas Penetapan Eksekusi Lelang turut Terlawan I / KPKLN II Jakarta, No. S-1040/WKN.07/KNL. 02/2019, tanggal 09 Mei 2019 tidak sah dan Menghukum Terlawan untuk membayar biaya perkara. Ekonomi Syariah; Musyarakah; Wanprestasi

Abstract

An integrated curriculum is an educational approach that prepares students to face lifelong learning. In curriculum integration, schools must view education as a process of developing the abilities needed in life, especially in facing 21st-century life challenges, not discrete subjects that are divided into different fields. Integrated learning will provide the opportunity for students to understand the complex problems that exist in the surrounding environment with a complete view. With this integrated learning, students are expected to have the ability to identify, gather, assess, and use information that is around them meaningfully. This can be obtained not only through the provision of new knowledge to students but also through the opportunity to strengthen and apply it in a variety of increasingly diverse new situations. The main focus of this article is to analyze the implementation of integrated learning in the curriculum in Indonesia. The integrated curriculum developed by Robin Fogarty has many advantages that can be adapted in the development of education in Indonesia, including the revised Curriculum 2013. Academics and practitioners must comprehensively understand the nature of the ten curriculum models (Robin Fogarty) and Curriculum 2013 before making tools and implementing them in learning.

Abstract

Sisingaan is an art originating from Sunda Land, which is more precisely in Subang Regency, West Java. This art emerged from the time of the Dutch colonialists in Indonesia, where the initial purpose of this art was to show the manifestation of resistance to the invaders, which at that time the people of Subang were colonized by the Dutch colonialists. However, as time goes by, the art of Subang develops and preserves into the art ofSubang which is usually displayed at circumcision events in the Subang area. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with ethnopedagogic approach. Where ethnopedagogy is an approach in education that is based on culture (local wisdom) and emphasizes the importance of human relations which aims toexamine the pedagogical dimension through a sociological perspective of pedagogy. Data collection techniques are: 1) literature review by reviewing relevant literature such as articles in journals, youtube and books and various research results on Sisingaan; 2) On December 1, 2021, conduct direct interviews with sources with Kang Anggis as a comparison and increase knowledge about Sisingaan which is a typical art originating from Subang, followed by observations and documentation of artistic observations to the actors of Sisingaan art. The results of the study can be concluded that Sisingaan art is an art that emerged and developed in the Tanah Sunda area, namely in Subang Regency. Which was originally as a manifestation of resistance to Dutch colonialism. But over time this art developed into an art that is usually found in circumcision activities. Hopefully in the future Sisingan art will remain sustainable and become a cultural heritage in Subang Regency.
