Abstract

Statistically, the number of academically gifted children is quite many who are distributed in all areas. The academically gifted children will be beneficial for themselves and other people if they can develop optimally. Many academically gifted children are successful in their lives, however, we can find some of them feel difficulties. Because of that, they need counseling services. There are some important issues in counseling, especially for academically gifted children, such as (1) divergent thinking, (2) excitability, (3) sensitivity, (4) perceptiveness, and (5) entelechy. (6) self-concept, (7) counseling with parents, and (8) underachievement. To help in facing important issues, it is needed social-personal counseling, academic counseling, and career counseling. These three counseling approaches are needed simultaneously and depend on their needs. The models and strategies of counseling for academically gifted children are therapeutic, preventive, and developmental models. The choice of models is strongly determined by the need for effective counseling, to achieve the optimal result. To establish effective counseling, it is needed counseling services conducted by professional counselors.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling in hospitals plays a crucial role in supporting patients, families and healthcare personnel who are battling psychological and spiritual challenges. This service is provided by counselors who are trained in psychology and counseling, with the aim of helping patients manage stress, anxiety, depression and other psychological problems that arise due to health conditions. Even though it is important, counseling services in hospitals still face obstacles such as lack of public awareness, availability of facilities, and inter-professional coordination. This research uses a literature review method to analyze the importance of counseling services in hospitals and the factors that influence their implementation. The research results show that this service provides significant benefits, including improved mental health, life motivation, and improved interpersonal relationships. However, obstacles such as social stigma and crises of faith need to be overcome with special approaches, such as Islamic spiritual counseling for Muslim patients. Bimbingan konseling di rumah sakit memegang peran krusial dalam mendukung pasien, keluarga, dan personil kesehatan menghadapi tantangan psikologis dan spiritual. Layanan ini dilakukan oleh konselor yang terlatih dalam bidang psikologi dan konseling, dengan tujuan membantu pasien mengelola stres, kecemasan, depresi, dan masalah psikologis lainnya yang muncul akibat kondisi kesehatan. Meskipun penting, layanan bimbingan konseling di rumah sakit masih menghadapi kendala seperti kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, ketersediaan fasilitas, dan koordinasi antarprofesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review untuk menganalisis pentingnya layanan bimbingan konseling di rumah sakit dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan ini memberikan manfaat signifikan, termasuk peningkatan kesehatan mental, motivasi hidup, dan perbaikan hubungan interpersonal. Namun, kendala seperti stigma sosial dan krisis iman perlu ditangani dengan pendekatan khusus, seperti konseling spiritual Islam untuk pasien Muslim.

Abstract

Dalam menjalani proses pembelajaran siswa memerlukan bantuan dan bimbingan orang lain. Para guru dalam semua ajaran yang diberikan secara efektif tersirat suatu bentuk bimbingan. Bimbingan serta arahan guru secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Prestasi belajar siswa di SD tarbiyah islamiyah masih tergolong rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil ulangan siswa khususnya di kelas V. Prestasi belajar siswa harus ditingkatkan supaya hasil belajar dapat tercapai sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, sebab prestasi belajar merupakan permasalahan yang banyak menimpa siswa di sekolah pada umumnya. Salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh bimbingan belajar dan pembelajaran konseling terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Tarbiyah Islamiyah 2023. Penelitain ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel Bimbingan dan Konseling Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas V SD Tarbiyah Islamiyah. Melalui penelitian ini di dapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara bimbingan dan konseling belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Tarbiyah Islamiyah Tahun 2023. Besar pengaruh antara bimbingan dan konseling belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Tarbiyah Islamiyah adalah 0,013 < 0,05. Jadi Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Pada taraf kesalahan 5%.

Abstract

Recently, the financial technology (fintech) issue has risen in significance impact. Thus, it cannot be denied, fintech has been involved in daily transaction. It is such as payment, bonds transaction, loan, and other. The society tends to use the non-cash transaction because it gave convenience and time efficiency. The aim of this research is to discuss how the law of the use of E-Money (Electronic money) in non-cash transaction in Indonesia. The method was conducted by library research. The findings of the research; there are the different opinions among academicians and ulamas. The first opinion is based on Hanafi Madzhab and the second opinion is based on Syafei madzhab. The Hanafi Madzhab allows the Electronic money without any doubt, but Syafei Madzhab elaborates that in muamalah transaction so there must be a clear Akad in every transaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MIS GUPPI 11 Talang Rimbo and the factors influencing its application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is well-structured, utilizing various teaching methods and supported by teacher training. Internal factors such as school facilities, infrastructure, and teacher competence play significant roles, while obstacles like limited teaching resources, inadequate training, and resistance to change need to be addressed. The study concludes that strong support from the school, government, and community is essential to improve facilities, provide continuous teacher training, and conduct proper evaluations. Recommendations include enhancing facilities, continuous training, administrative support, and ongoing evaluation to improve the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Relevansi Pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah” adapun latar belakang mengambil judul tersebut ialah Ibnu Khaldun merupakan tokoh ilmuan besar dari peradaban islam yang memiliki pemikiran yang besar terutama dalam sejarah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja relevansi pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Metode penelitian yang gunakan penulis sebuah systematic literature review yang bertujuan untuk meninjau secara keseluruhan dan kritis mengenai relevansi pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah tahun 2014-2023 data diperoleh dari artikel Google Schoolar, Elsiver, dan Science Direct yang relevan dengan pertanyaan penelitian. Setelah melalui proses penyaringan berdasarkan kriteria dan kualitas, diperoleh 15 artikel yang memenuhi syarat untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian melaui tinjuan literatur dengan analisis kritis didapatkan bahwa pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun memberikan relevansi besar dalam pendidikan dan pembelajaran sejarah satu melalui karya besarnya “Muqaddimah” melalui pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun memberikan pencerahan mengenai sejarah dalam pembelajaran dengan menjabarkan pendidikan seperti tujuan pendidikan, sifat pendidik, sifat peserta didik, kurikulum dan metode pengajaran yang dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pendidik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sejarah disekolah.

Abstract

Providing guidance and counseling services has become a critical response to students' increasingly complex challenges. These challenges, from academic pressure to social issues and mental health concerns, impede students' ability to thrive in their learning and personal lives. The efficacy of guidance and counseling services in addressing these challenges is well-documented, and their importance is growing in tandem with the complexity of the problems students face. The efficacy of guidance and counseling services in promoting positive student outcomes has been demonstrated by their ability to enhance learning skills, boost motivation, and mitigate problematic behaviors such as cheating, which can adversely impact academic performance. The study employed a quantitative approach, utilizing the Ex Post Facto method and a simple correlation design. The findings revealed a substantial impact of counseling services on student learning achievement. A contribution of 18.8% evidences the moderate relationship between counseling services and student learning achievement, while the remaining 81.2% is attributed to other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace happiness dan employee engagement terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan inovatif kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada upaya memahami mekanisme tidak langsung yang dapat menjelaskan kontribusi psikologis dan perilaku karyawan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas di sektor layanan publik, khususnya pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Jambi. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel sebanyak 74 responden ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan inovatif kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, workplace happiness dan employee engagement juga berpengaruh positif terhadap inovatif kerja. Temuan penting lainnya adalah bahwa workplace happiness tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas, tetapi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung melalui inovatif kerja. Implikasi: Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keterlibatan dan kebahagiaan karyawan, serta menyediakan ruang untuk inovasi sebagai strategi peningkatan produktivitas jangka panjang, khususnya dalam organisasi sektor publik.

Abstract

This study aimed to see the effect of an integrated Islamic learning model that combines general education, religious education, and skills into one Islamic learning model for children in Class II Correctional Institutions. This research employed the qualitative-descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were 21 children in conflict with the law in Class IIA Curup Correctional Institution. The data were collected using a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation with data triangulation analysis techniques. The integrated Islamic learning model combines five activities tailored to the needs of the children in conflict with the law in class IIA Curup Correctional Institution. The five activities were carried out with the help of correctional institution’s stakeholders, religious figures who taught fiqh of worship, teachers of general subjects, police officers who taught civic education, teachers who taught soft skills to make pots, and counselors who conducted individual and group counseling. As a result, All activities provided positive influence. This finding proves that the integrated Islamic learning model can support the children in conflict with the law’s development program.

Abstract

Energi surya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah sampah yang ada di perairan. Penelitian ini menyajikan desain dan analisis kinerja robot pengumpul sampah bertenaga surya yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi sampah sungai di wilayah perairan. Metode eksperimental kuantitatif diterapkan untuk menilai integrasi sistem fotovoltaik 10 Wp dengan platform robotik berbasis mikrokontroler. Sistem ini menggunakan baterai VRLA 12V yang diisi melalui panel surya, daripada menggunakan panel sebagai sumber daya langsung. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa robot beroperasi selama satu jam dengan kebutuhan daya sekitar 27,82 W. Pengukuran mencatat arus 2,28 A dan tegangan 12,2 V. Panel surya menghasilkan output daya puncak 7,70 W pada pukul 11:00, sementara regulator tegangan berhasil menstabilkan output pada 14,4 V dengan output daya maksimum 20,73 W. Temuan ini menyoroti potensi energi matahari untuk mendukung teknologi lingkungan.
