Abstract

Abstract

Character building is seen to be an essential answer of the grim value ofeducation in which the gap is occured between intelectual intelligence and socialintelligence. On the intelectual intelligence side, education system succesfulydelivers brilliant people. Meanwhile, on the social intelligence, some of those whoare educated regarded the education as a showcase to justify actions that actuallyadverse the commonsense. This is, of course, go against the true value of eductionin which the outcome is to shape a brilliant, well-mannered generation. This is alsocompatible with the mission of Prophet Muhammad who aimed to complete themorality of human being. Therefore, teachers as the primary key of education bear ahuge responsibilites to transfer all the knowledge to the learners according to Iman, Islam, and Ihsan philosophy. All can be done as the teachers become role models of Iman (faith), Islam (religious), and Ihsan (good behaviour) to their pupils in theirlearning process

Abstract

The distribution of zakat (masharif al-zaká) is an important factor as an indicator of the optimal function of zakat. In addition to the qur’an, the zakat distribution mechanism should be based on valid traditions as references in its management. This study aims to analyze the distribution of zakat in the review of maudhu'iy hadith. The method used is a thematic approach (al-hadith al-maudhu'i). The result of the research shows that the hadith that is being discussed is categorized as hasan lighairihi hadith, where the origin is dha'if but has reinforcement from other lines so that it is elevated to hasan lighairihi. In addition, the contents of the prophet's hadiths regarding mashârif al-zakât which are discussed do not contradict the verses of the qur’an, because they have the same meaning regarding the eight asnaf who are entitled to receive zakat.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of microteaching learning to manage classes of international trainees of Tarbiyah and the Teacher Training Faculty. This quantitative type of research was conducted on 13 students with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, where all members of the population were sampled using a questionnaireand documentation checklist as a research instrument, to obtain data that was processed and analyzed by statistical techniques, both descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics. Through data analysis, it was concluded that the results of testing data on the effect of microteaching learning to manage classes of international trainees were indicated by a low category or a weak relationship of 0.275 and significant at 4.179 with a contribution percentage of 7.6. %, while the remaining 92.4% is influenced by other variables. The ability to manage classes of the international trainee can be applied well through microteaching learning according to existing theories, but because the results have a low/not strong effect, it is necessary to improve or look for other factors that can improve the teaching practice abilities of an international trainee.
