Abstract

Educators serve as the spearhead of curriculum development and as implementers of the curriculum in the field, which is a key factor in the success of the curriculum. According to researchers preblem based learning model (PBL) is a method triggered by problems that encourage students to learn and work cooperatively in groups to get solutions, think critically and analytically, be able to determine and use appropriate learning resources. Physical education is an important part of the overall education system, so it must be directed towards achieving educational goals. To achieve these goals, specialist sports teachers and classroom teachers must work together (Lynch, 2015).One method of collecting data is by using the test method. The test method is used to determine the number of scores obtained by students after the pretest and posttest using Kiorroga Activities. The test was carried out in two stages, namely the pretest and posttest stages. In the pretest stage the results are used to determine the development of children's fine motor skills before being given treatment and for the posttest the results are used to see the extent of the development of fine motor skills of students after practicing basic gymnastic activities such as (front roll, back). The population of this study consisted of 16 students of class VIIl at AZZHAHIRIYYAH Islamic Junior High School located on the Karawang-Bekasi border. The pre-experimental method was used in this research, with a one group pretest-postest design. Saying that Pre-experimental design is a design that includes only one group or class that is given a pre and post test. This one group pretest and posttest design, carried out on one group without a control or comparison group (Sugiyono, 2014: 109). This research instrument is in the form of multiple choice with 30 questions and one answer score. The Likert scale was used to calculate the score in this review. The Likert scale according to Sugyono (2018) is used to assess the perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes of a person or group towards social phenomena. Several stages or steps that must be considered in the preparation of instruments include construct planning, factor evaluation, indicator preparation, and question item preparation (Irfan Zinat Achmad, 2017). The statistical tests used are N-gain scores, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, homogeneity test with Levene statistics, and paired sample test. This research resulted in the finding that the problem-based learning model (PBL) has a significant effect on the child's motor skills in performing basic gymnastic movements. After we know the data from the three tests, the problem-based learning model (problem-solving learning model) provides many benefits for students, Bruner in Dahar (2011) considers that "Discovery learning is in accordance with the active search for knowledge by humans and in itself provides the best results. Making your own efforts to find solutions to problems and the knowledge that comes with them, produces knowledge that is truly meaningful". Knowledge acquired by discovery learning shows several advantages. First, the knowledge is long-lasting or long-remembered or easy to remember. Second, the results of discovery learning have a better transfer effect than other learning outcomes. Third, overall discovery learning improves students' reasoning and ability to think freely. In physical education, the objectives of problem-based learning (PBL) are designed to according to Ibrahim and Nur (in Rusman, 2010) in more detail, among others, as follows: a. Help learners develop thinking and problem-solving skills. B. Learning various adult roles through their involvement in real experiences. . This study aims to investigate the effect of this problem-based learning model to train students' flexibility in performing basic gymnastic activities such as front roll, back roll, candle stance, and kayang in first-year school students. Through this study, the authors wanted to find out whether the use of problem-based learning model can improve students' movement skills in the context of basic gymnastics. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the Inquiry learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' movement skills in basic gymnastics movements in junior high school. This study also provides a basis for further research on the use of different learning models in the context of basic gymnastics learning.

Abstract

Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk Membangkitkan dan meningkatkanminat baca masyarakat sehingga tercipta masyarakat yang cerdas dan selalu mengikutiperkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui kegiatanpendampingan dan sosialisasi membangun taman baca dilingkungan Desa Pondok PucungKecamatan Pondok Aren. Tangerang Selatan. Sebelum dilakukannya PKM Tim PKM melakukanwawancara atau survei langsung ke subyek pengabdian dengan cara memberikan pertanyaanlangsung atau berbicara secara lisan dengan ketua komunitas Arimbi dilingkungan Desa PondokPucung Kecamatan Pondok Aren. Tangerang Selatan. Selain wawancara, tim PKM jugamelakukan observasi yang merupakan kegiatan pengamatan langsung di lokasi. Observasi inidilakukan langsung ke subyek dengan cara pengamatan di lingkungan.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah membuat taman baca untuk meningkatkan kesadaran literasisejak dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) Persiapan, 2) Pembuatan Taman Baca, 3) Pelatihanpengurus taman baca, 4) Evaluasi rencana tindak lanjut, 5) Sosialisasi,. Abstract

The Application-based transportation services have become very popular and are growing rapidly in people's lives in the digital era, especially in Indonesia. This is due to the convenience or practicality provided in various services which are continuously innovated by service providers to suit the needs of service users. However, this development also brings new challenges in terms of legal regulations and consumer protection. Consumer protection refers to government efforts aimed at ensuring legal certainty in the protection of service users. To prevent arbitrary actions from service providers that can harm consumers, consumers must be protected legally through clear regulations. This legal certainty protects consumers' rights and their essence. This research uses a normative method with a juridical approach to analyze the legal regulations governing application-based transportation services in Indonesia and assess their effectiveness in protecting consumers. This study examines applicable laws and regulations and related legal literature. Data from primary and secondary legal sources is analyzed qualitatively to evaluate how effective these regulations are in creating a legal framework that guarantees consumer safety and comfort in the digital era.Keyword : Legal regulation, consumer protection, Application Based Transportation Services Layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi telah menjadi sangat populer dan semakin berkembang dengan pesat dari kehidupan masyarakat di era digital, terutama di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kemudahan atau kepraktisan yang diberikan dalam berbagai layanan yang terus diinovasi oleh pelayanan penyedia layanan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna jasa. Namun, perkembangan ini juga membawa tantangan baru dalam hal regulasi hukum dan perlindungan konsumen. Perlindungan konsumen mengacu pada upaya pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dalam perlindungan pengguna layanan. Untuk mencegahtindakan sewenang-wenang dari penyedia layanan yang dapat merugikan konsumen, maka konsumen wajib dilindungi secara hukum melalui regulasi yang jelas kebenaranny. Kepastian hukum ini melindungi konsumen dari hak-hak dan esensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan yuridis untuk menganalisis regulasi hukum yang mengatur layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi di Indonesia dan menilai efektivitasnya dalam melindungi konsumen. Studi ini mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan literatur hukum terkait. Data dari sumber hukum primer dan sekunder dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif regulasi tersebut dalam menciptakan kerangka hukum yang menjamin keamanan dan kenyamanan konsumen di era digital.Kata Kunci: Regulasi hukum, perlindungan konsumen, Layanan Transportasi Berbasis Aplikasi, era digital

Abstract

Organisasi nonlaba yang kerap kita temui merupakan Yayasan Panti. Selaku organisasi nonlaba, Yayasan Panti mendapatkan dana berbentuk sumbangan dari para donatur, warga serta pemerintah untuk melaksanakan operasionalnya. Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab, Yayasan Panti harus mempunyai data-data yang akurat dan tersusun rapi di aplikasi Googledrive . penyimpanan data ini sangat penting untuk menggambarkan keberlangsungan hidup organisasi panti asuhan dan juga dapat sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan baik bagi pihak internal maupun untuk pihak ekternal dalam menjalankan organisasi ini. Ketidakpahaman dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital berdampak pada pengelolaan data dan informasi yayasan, koordinasi kegiatan, dan komunikasi internal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya sosialisasi dan pelatihan intensif mengenai pemanfaatan Google Drive sebagai alat bantu pengelolaan data dan informasi secara online. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang teknologi ini, anggota yayasan akan dapat mengoptimalkan potensi mereka, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of total asset turnover (TATO) and inventory turnover (ITO) on return on asset (ROA) for companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study consists of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector listed on the BEI from 2020 to 2023. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, and 25 companies were obtained as samples. The data analysis technique used includes classical assumption tests (Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation tests), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study uses SPSS software for windows version 27. The results of the testing show that total asset turnover (X1) has a positive effect on ROA (Y) with a t-statistic value of 2.303 > t-table value of 1.98472 and significance level of 0.024 < 0.05. On the other hand, inventory turnover (X2) does not have an effect on ROA (Y) with a t-statistic value of 1.401 < 1.98472 or less than the t-table value. Based on the results from the coefficient of determination table, the adjusted R² value is 0.076. This means that the ability of independent variables such as total asset turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover in explaining dependent variable ROA is 7.6%, while 92.4% is explained by other variables not investigated in this study.

Abstract

Technology is becoming progressively sophisticated and expediting all processes and facets across several domains, mainly using precise technology. Within a company, digitalization is crucial in facilitating many processes like recapping and reporting. Digitalization refers to the transformation of physical commodities into a digital format. On the other hand, semi-computerization has yet to fully optimize the current computerized system fully, making it inefficient and time-consuming. There is a significant demand for generating data reports on borrowed and returned things. However, there are frequent challenges in accurately determining the availability of these products, as the process is currently done manually using a web-based application. The research methodologies include survey, Research & Development, and Field Study. The RUP (Rational Unified Process) system development process utilizes UML (Unified et al.) modeling techniques, including Use Cases, Use Case Scenarios, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The findings derived from this conclusive project application and report are as follows: The synchronization of data between physical and reporting may be easily managed due to the inclusion of a printing feature in this application tailored to the specific needs of borrowers and returners.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan tambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan indigofera sp. sebagai alternatif pakan bernilai gizi tinggi bagi ternak sapi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman pentingnya pemanfaatan lahan yang belum dioptimalkan untuk pengembangan indigofera, sp. agar bahan pakan hijauan selain bernilai gizi tinggi juga murah. Subjek penelitian pada Kelompok Ternak Sapi Tunggal Rasa di Desa Majasari Kecamatan Sliyeg, Indramayu. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode penyampaian materi, tanya jawab, dan praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pengetahuan peternak sapi tentang manfaat indigofera, sp. sebagai alternatif pakan bernilai gizi tinggi bertambah, keterampilan pemeliharaan indigofera, sp., dan pembuatan ransum meningkat, serta menerima pemahaman indigofera, sp dapat diusahakan pada skala industri. Rekomendasi pada aparat desa untuk menggerakkan masyarakat khusus peternak sapi agar dapat mengembangkan indigofera, sp dengan memanfaatkan lahan yang kurang produktif di sekitar perdesaan.

Abstract

Kemajuan didalam dunia informasi dan teknologi telah melahirkan sebuah cara baru dalam melakukan perjudian yaitu perjudian secara online. Perjudian online merupakan suatu tindakan melawan hukum yang berdampak merugikan masyarakat dan bertentangan dengan norma hukum, sosial, dan agama.. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sanksi pidana dan dampaknya terhadap pecandu judi online dalam KUHP dan UU ITE, serta pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan aparat penegak hukum dalam penanggulangan masalah ini. Metode penulisan yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif yaitu dengan menemukan kebenaran berdasarkan logika keilmuan dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penulisan yang didapat: (1).Penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku judi online menurut Hukum pidana pasal 303 dan 303 bis KUHP dan UU ITE No 11 Tahun 2008 dan UU ITE No 19 Tahun 2016 yang memberikan kerangka hukum untuk menindak lanjuti pelanggaran perjudian online.(2). Perlunya penegakkan hukum yang efektif yang diperlukannya partisipasi pemerintah,aparat penegak hukum, dan masyarakat agar tidak menjadi hambatan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif perjudian online tersebut agar berkurangnya pecandu judi online dan menghindari adanya kriminalitas yang didapat dari efek samping bermain judi online tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the level of physical fitness in boarding schools. This research is a quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this study were 24 grade XI students who were total sampling. The test instrument was the Indonesian physical fitness test. Data analysis techniques through the stages of reducing, presenting, and making conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the level of physical fitness of students in the 60m running test is in the moderate category of 67%, in the body lift hanging test is in the category of less than 50%, in the lying down test is in the moderate category of 50%, in the upright jumping test is in the category of less than 67%, in the 1200m running test is in the category of less than 67%. Then, the level of physical fitness of female students in the 60m running test is 67% less category, in the body hanging test is 75% less category, in the lying test is 42% moderate category, in the upright jumping test is 33.3% moderate category, in the 1000m running test is 75% less category. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students in both schools must be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how much influence the teaching games for understanding model has on improving the ability to hit short serves in badminton learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The population of this study was class VIII SMPN 6 West Karawang totaling 400 students. The sample used in this study was simple random sampling, using the slovin formula totaling 40 students. The form of research design is pre-experimental design with the form of one group pretest postest design. The research instrument used a french short serve test instrument. The results of this study are the average before treatment and after treatment has increased significantly, namely the mean pretest 12.2000 to the mean posttest 21.5500. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the paired sample T test hypothesis testing are a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between the average value before treatment and the average value after treatment. It can be concluded that the teaching games for understanding model has an effect on improving the ability of badminton short serve shots of class VIII students of SMPN 6 West Karawang.
