Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru madrasah untuk beradaptasi dan berinovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, sebagian besar guru masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memahami dan memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) secara optimal untuk pengembangan perangkat ajar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 4 Tulungagung dalam menggunakan AI untuk menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), dan instrumen penilaian yang kreatif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang menekankan partisipasi aktif guru dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari sosialisasi, pelatihan dasar, bimbingan teknis, hingga evaluasi. Pendampingan dilaksanakan selama bulan Oktober 2025, dengan melibatkan tim akademisi sebagai fasilitator. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan refleksi partisipatif, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital, kreativitas, dan efisiensi kerja guru. Mereka mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, dan Question Generator AI untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan kontekstual. Selain peningkatan kompetensi teknis, kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran etis dan spiritual dalam penggunaan AI sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam. Kegiatan pendampingan ini direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan melalui pembentukan komunitas guru digital madrasah dan kerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi guna memperkuat ekosistem inovasi pembelajaran berbasis AI yang berkarakter Islami.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of moderate Islamic education practices and their implications for the formation of students' religious character at SMP PSM Tanen Rejotangan Tulungagung. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that moderate Islamic education practices are implemented through habituation of worship such as congregational Dhuha and Dhuhur prayers, Friday Legi recitation, teacher role models, and life-story-based learning to instill the values ​​of tolerance and non-judgmental attitudes towards differences. Supporting factors for religious character formation include a religious school culture, teacher support, and a conducive social environment, while the main obstacles come from students' low understanding of the concept of moderation and the influence of digital technology. The implications of implementing moderate Islamic education are seen in increased religious discipline, growing attitudes of tolerance, the formation of positive social behavior, and strengthening students' religious identity. Thus, moderate Islamic education has proven to be an effective approach in forming a religious character that is inclusive, balanced, and adaptive to diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improving the quality of educational services and job satisfaction at Madrasah. The research employs a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory design, beginning with qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by quantitative analysis using questionnaires distributed to 285 respondents. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while quantitative data were examined through simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The qualitative findings indicate that MIS supports administrative efficiency, provides accurate data, and enhances service quality and job satisfaction across five key aspects: responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and reliability. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and user adaptability remain. Quantitatively, statistical tests show that MIS has a significant impact on both service quality and job satisfaction, as indicated by the F-value (2.679) exceeding the F-table value (2.410) with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. This study emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive and sustainable MIS implementation strategy to support the educational vision at Madrasah.

Abstract

Optimalisasi website sekolah menjadi kebutuhan penting di era digital terutama sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi yang mendukung kualitas layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi dan kinerja website MAN 1 Tulungagung agar menjadi platform digital yang efektif, mudah diakses, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (Participatory Action Research/PAR) yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara peneliti, guru, staf, dan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi masalah dan solusi pengelolaan website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website sudah memiliki berbagai fitur pelayanan digital yang lengkap dan berkontribusi positif terhadap citra sekolah serta mendukung proses pembelajaran dan administrasi. Namun masih terdapat kendala teknis seperti kurang responsifnya desain serta pembaruan konten yang belum optimal menjadi tantangan utama. Evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap traffic pengunjung telah dilakukan meskipun evaluasi formal rutin masih perlu dikembangkan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan antarmuka, integrasi fitur baru, dan keamanan sistem agar website lebih optimal dalam menunjang komunikasi digital sekolah. Temuan ini penting sebagai acuan bagi pengelola sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas website sebagai media informasi yang adaptif dan inovatif di era digital.

Abstract

21st-century education requires an inclusive and adaptive learning system that recognizes and accommodates student diversity. In this context, Islamic values derived from Hadith provide a normative foundation for developing just and humanistic education. This study aims to examine the concept of inclusive education from a Hadith perspective and to analyze its relevance to contemporary educational needs. A qualitative library-based research method was employed, utilizing primary sources from major Hadith compilations and secondary sources related to Islamic and inclusive education. Data were analyzed using a thematic and interpretative approach to identify key principles and their educational implications. The findings reveal that Hadith narrations emphasizing equality, compassion (rahmah), the obligation to seek knowledge, and respect for human dignity are closely aligned with the core principles of 21st-century inclusive education. However, the study also identifies a gap between these normative values and their practical implementation in modern educational contexts. Therefore, the integration of Hadith-based values requires systematic operationalization through inclusive curriculum design, differentiated instructional strategies, and the development of supportive school cultures. This study contributes by offering a conceptual framework that integrates Islamic ethical principles with contemporary inclusive education models. It argues that the Hadith perspective not only provides moral and spiritual guidance but also has practical relevance when translated into structured educational practices. Thus, inclusive education based on Hadith can serve as a transformative approach that is both contextually relevant and aligned with Islamic values.
