Abstract

The low quality of reading the Qur'an in the midst of the rapid development of the Al-Qur'an Educational Institution (TPQ) in the community. This is because not all TPQ are able to manage it so it has not been fully successful. The purpose of this study, to describe the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as efforts to improve the Qiraati Method. This study uses a qualitative approach, descriptive method, with data collection techniques from interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion is that 1) the planning of the Qiraati Method is in accordance with its function, but there are still limitations in teacher resources, infrastructure and finance. 2) Qiraati Method organization it is in accordance with its function, but there are still weaknesses in teacher resources due to double jobs and the lack of Qiraati teacher resources. 3) the implementation of the Qiraati Method is in accordance with its function, but there are still weaknesses in teacher resources in managing learning and teacher teaching motivation. 4) supervision of the Qiraati method, is in accordance with its function, but there are still many obstacles in achieving the target, namely supervision activities for classes/volumes and the institution's achievement targets have not been maximized. 5) supporting and inhibiting factors, all personnel are Qiraati syahadah, continuous development, teacher and student learning motivation, parental support. 6) efforts to improve learning by developing Qiraati teacher resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

The low independence of Islamic boarding school graduates in the field of skills is still visible today, because the planning, implementation and supervision of Islamic boarding school character education has not been maximized in increasing the independence of students. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of planning, implementation, monitoring, inhibiting factors, and efforts to overcome obstacles. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that: : 1) Planning has been carried out according to the theory through curriculum and programs according to the pesantren model, but has not been supported by policies on developing skills programs and infrastructure resources. 2) The implementation has been carried out according to the theory through socialization, coordination and motivation, but it has not been maximal in shaping the character of the independence of students because of the lack of support for HR competencies. 3) Supervision has been carried out according to the theory through direct observation and assessment, but has not been maximized because it is still focused on the core program. 4) Inhibiting factors include the lack of core program learning facilities and skilled professionals. 5) Efforts to overcome obstacles through approaches, sanctions, expand alumni collaboration, and fundraising. Management of character education in increasing the independence of students in Islamic boarding schools in Cirebon Regency has been carried out according to management theory through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising according to the curriculum and programs developed, but has not been maximized in forming students' independence due to policy and resource constraints

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools educate students to study religious knowledge, to be skilled and independent when they return from boarding schools to be role models. The general purpose of this research is to find out the empowerment of students in an effort to improve the economy in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach, descriptive method with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the planning of the empowerment of students started from the vision and mission, programs, objectives, stages and strategies of empowerment. Organizing, that each head of the business unit has the responsibility to control, guide, direct and report to the leadership of the pesantren. Santri, alumni and the community are involved in the organizational structure, this placement is adjusted to the abilities and skills possessed. Implementation, refers to a needs analysis, namely what is needed by students, congregations and the community, starting from the leadership example, training, dividing groups according to interests, mentoring, guidance which is a follow-up to the training. Evaluation is carried out according to the situation and conditions but routine activities are carried out weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually. Supporting factors include exemplary leadership, public trust, the location of the limited professional human resources, some are less updated with the times, family innate factors with different backgrounds, the existence of Islamic boarding schools The results of the empowerment of students in both economic boarding schools are increasing and developing.

Abstract

This research specifically aims to get an overview and analysis of planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, constraining, and solving homeschooling learning in fostering student character at Homeschooling Kak Seto and Homeschooling Technosa South Tangerang. This research uses management theory from Terry and character theory from Lickona. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that in planning the teacher prepares a Character Learning Implementation Plan referring to the Syllabus. Organizing is still constrained by the human resource management system in supporting the creation of learning in homeschooling as a whole. In the implementation process, the teacher carries out the learning process in accordance with the steps contained in the Learning Implementation Plan; Assessment is carried out by teachers through two types, namely process assessment and learning outcomes assessment. Constraints encountered include (a) Limited time allocation for Citizenship Education learning, (b) There is a dissonance between education at home and education applied in homeschooling, Solutions used to overcome obstacles (a) Fortify students and all elements in homeschooling with noble character, character, and positive character through well-programmed habituation and exemplary activities (b) Developing a typical homeschooling curriculum as the basis for education of identity and religious character. The conclusion of this research is that good civics education learning governance can develop the character of homeschooling students.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem that the social conditions that occur in the community greatly affect life at school, either directly or indirectly, not only in high-level schools. The problems include violations of the norms prevailing in society. The problems that are often encountered are the presence of students who lack respect for the teacher, brawls, violence between other students, fornography and so on. Another thing that is considered to be an influence on student development is the progress of technology and information today, especially the use of social media, infiltration because the maturity and mental readiness of students has not been balanced. Therefore, the implementation of moral development is starting to become a necessity in educational institutions, in finding solutions. This research aims to identify and analyze: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, (4) Supervision, (5) Obstacles in implementation and (6) Solutions to the problem of implementing the Sufism approach in fostering the noble character of junior high school students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected by using triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. The research location is SMP Plus Darussurur and SMP Raodlotul U'lum Bandung. The research subjects were the principal, the head of the plus program and the head of the boarding school and teachers. Analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Four important foundations used in this research include theological, philosophical, 6 (six) value systems and theoretical foundations. Then the theory underlying this research is the theory of management, noble character and the theory of tawasuf. The conclusion from this research is that the management approach of Sufism habituation in fostering noble character has been well programmed and shows that there is a common perception from the foundation leadership, school principals, and teachers and students, but in its implementation it has not been effective because it is still found that student behavior is not appropriate. with the demands of the noble character of students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of TQN remembrance coaching in fostering student piety, due to the lack of student piety coaching through the remembrance method in schools or madrasas providing education. schools and madrasas. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of TQN remembrance in fostering student piety in two schools that provide general education and religious education in finding actual profiles through a management theory approach. Specifically, this study describes and analyzes (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and (4) Follow-up on the development of TQN remembrance by using the quality theory from Daming and the developmental theory from Huvinggurst. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies as well as validation of research results. The results of the study indicate that in general the implementation of TQN remembrance in fostering student piety carried out in general education providers, namely SMA and religion-based education providers, namely MA (Madrasah Aliyah) has been carried out objectively and measurably. In this case, basically the principles of TQN remembrance development starting from planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up in the field have been carried out in accordance with management theories, concepts and principles, although in its implementation there are several obstacles that hinder optimal management due to the incompatibility between reality and the demands of the institution's wishes in this case as a determinant of internal policy makers. directed and appropriate. This is done so that the desired quality can be achieved and meet applicable standards. In addition, in the planning stage of this strategy, it is also necessary to analyze the needs of consumers or customers in order to help increase customer satisfaction with the products and services produced.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service was to educate the application of probiotics and immunostimulants in aquaculture. This activity was carried out in Cot Darat village, Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency. This activity is divided into three steps, namely: (1) Introduction and socialization of probiotics and immunostimulant; (2) practice to produce probiotics and the application techniques; and (3) the monitoring of fish health and growth during cultivation. The type of bacteria used in this probiotic is Lactobacillus bacteria and the immunostimulant ingredients are turmeric and curcumin. Lactobacillus, turmeric and curcuma are known can improve fish health in aquaculture. The results of this activity indicate that group members have understood the definition of probiotics and immunostimulants, their benefits and how to make and apply them in aquaculture. In addition, fish health and growth are increase during fish culture compare before the probiotics was applied. The differences that occurred during probiotics application in fish cultivation were seen that the fish became healthier, the growth was better, and fish mortality decreased.

Abstract

Kegiatan komunikasi akan dipikirkan dalam setiap perspektif yang ada dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari, khususnya dimulai sejak individu bangun hingga manusia beristirahat tidur. Bagi seorang pemimpin (apapun jabatannya), hubungan manusia dengan semua hal (Komunikasi) dan kondisi ini sangat penting untuk siap diterapkan, karena itu semua akan mencerminkan temperamennya sendiri dan juga citra organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Analisis ini menggunakan metodologi analisis kepustakaan sebagai bahan jalan dan sekaligus teknik pemilahan informasi dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai literatur yang mungkin dapat digunakan sebagai kajian teoritis. Berdasarkan berbagai alasan dalam tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antarmanusia merupakan salah satu teknik komunikasi yang harus siap diterapkan dalam setiap struktur komunikasi untuk mendukung tercapainya berbagai tujuan dari setiap organisasi kesimpulan dari kepuasan timbal balik di antara setiap peserta komunikasi dapat menjadi karakteristik dari setiap teknik hubungan manusia.

Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui konsep pendidikan. Tetapi pendidikan umum terlihat hanya terpaku pada otak dan pikiran serta kecerdasan ilmu pengetahuan. Iman tampaknya hanya masalah pribadi yang harus dipelajari dan dipusatkan di luar jam sekolah. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan deduktif, khususnya melalui metodologi studi kepustakaan baik dalam buku, artikel, jurnal, maupun media online yang memperdebatkan kepemimpinan akademik yang berkualitas lebih lanjut karena fondasi kepemimpinan akademik masa depan. Landasan pendidikan ilmu sosial di Indonesia menganut paham integralistik yang bersumber dari norma-norma kehidupan masyarakat: (1) kekeluargaan dan gotong royong, kedekatan musyawarah untuk mufakat (2) kesejahteraan bersama adalah tujuan kehidupan bermasyarakat. (3) negara melindungi pemilihnya (4) keseimbangan yang harmonis antara hak dan kewajiban. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan di Indonesia tidak hanya meningkatkan taraf individu manusia tetapi juga taraf struktur masyarakat. Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian profesionalisme dalam pendidikan merupakan kompetensi dasar sebagai acuan belajar: (1) berlandaskan agama mengacu pada konsep perintah Tuhan untuk membimbing keterampilan melalui perilaku beriman, saleh, pengajaran dan pengamatan yang cermat. Pendidik (guru/desen) teladan dan profesional harus berlandaskan dan selaras dengan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits; (2) berbasis filsafat berarti gagasan tentang pengetahuan established dan makna hidup sebagai gagasan yang murni dan orisinil dengan cara berpikir teosentris, holistik, spiritual, berpusat pada jiwa, kognisi batin, dan berorientasi pada nilai. Filsafat idealisme sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Pada tahap ini, pendidik (guru/desen) harus mampu menggunakan secara rasional dan realistis seluruh potensi anak didiknya; (3) berdasarkan psikologi, yang berarti gagasan pemikiran dan perilaku manusia bersifat humanistik, melalui terapi yang berpusat pada klien, version kisah hidup dan hierarki kebutuhan, psikologi pendidikan sebagai alat bagi guru untuk mengendalikan diri dan membantu siswa belajar; (4) berlandaskan sosiologimerupakan ilmu sosial yang memiliki gagasan membangunan dan mensejahterakan melalui investasi ekonomi. Peran pendidik (guru/desen) dari sudut pandang sosiologis pendidikan dapat membimbing dan mengarahkan perilaku siswa ke arah sosialisasi dan komunikasi yang positif.
