Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan kredibilitas satuan pendidikan dimasyarakat yang ditandai adanya tindakan penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pentingnya internalisasi landasan teologi (agama), landasan filosofi, landasan psikologis, landasan sosiologis dalam strategic planning pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode library research. Data dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi teologis (agama) dalam strategic planning dilakukan berdasarkan unsur dalam mencari ilmu (nadzoman dalam kitab alala) dan instrospeksi diri dalam surat al hasyr 58. Internalisasi landasan filosofis dalam Strategic planning didasarkan pada filosofi rekonstruksionisme progresivitas lembaga pendidikan dengan mengacu pada pandangan empirisme, rasionalisme, dan idealisme. Internalisasi landasan psikologis dilakukan dengan memanusiakan manusia dalam proses formulasinya menyangkut masa depan warga sekolah seperti peserta didik, guru, dan stakeholder. Internalisasi landasan sosiologis dalam Strategic planning yakni dengan menyelaraskan pengelolaan pendidikan dengan konteks masyarakat.Kata Kunci: internalisasi, landasan teologi, filosofis, psikologis, sosiologis, strategic planning pendidikan

Abstract

This study reveals the story of Dajjal who experienced a shift in interpretation. This is due to the response of each reader with a different background. To disclose it, this research uses the reception theory proposed by Hans Robert Jauss. This research is the result of philology research from Saifu ad-Dharib (SaD) script. This manuscript was written by KH. Tubagus Ahmad Bakri, Purwakarta, West Java, with a thickness of 32 pages. Meanwhile, the section of the manuscript taken only the story of Dajjal contained in Chapter 4 and part of Chapter 5. From the results of the manuscript SaD taken only transliteration and translation. From the results of the study, it was found that the author of SaD responded that Dajjal in question is Ibn Sayyad. It is realized by the author that there are two opinions concerning the birth or previous Dajjal, but the author responds and interprets that Dajjal has been born ie that existed in the time of the Prophet Muhammad. In addition, Dajjal will come out with 70,000 followers who are mostly artists. The great Dajjal before the exit will be preceded by the existence of the small Dajjal-Dajjal which is now emerging, ie Persatuan Islam, Muhammadiyah, Wahabi, and Shi'a. This manuscript was born at the time of the condition of Muslims who are still in conflict, so the reception of Dajjal refers to the organization of the period above. The manuscripts of his day can be used as propaganda material.Keywords: Dajjal, reception theory, saifu ad-dharib RESEPSI CERITA DAJJAL DALAM NASKAH SAIFU AD-DHARIBAbstrakPenelitian ini  mengungkap cerita Dajjal yang mengalami pergeseran tafsir. Hal itu disebabkan karena adanya tanggapan dari setiap pembaca yang berlatar belakang berbeda. Untuk mengungkap itu, maka penelitian ini menggunakan teori resepsi yang dikemukakan oleh Jauss. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian filologi dari naskah Saifu ad-Dharib. Naskah ini ditulis oleh KH. Tubagus Ahmad Bakri, Purwakarta, Jawa Barat, dengan ketebalan naskah 32 halaman. Sementara itu, bagian naskah yang diambil hanya cerita Dajjal yang terdapat pada Bab 4 dan sebagian Bab 5. Dari hasil naskah SaD yang diambil hanya transliterasi dan terjemahan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penulis SaD menanggapi bahwa Dajjal yang dimaksud adalah Ibnu Sahayyad. Disadari oleh penulisnya bahwa ada dua pendapat terkait lahir atau belumnya Dajjal, namun penulis menanggapi dan menafsirkan bahwa Dajjal telah lahir yakni yang ada pada zaman Nabi Muhammad saw. Selain itu, Dajjal akan keluar dengan disertai 70.000 pengikut yang sebagian besar adalah seniman. Dajjal besar sebelum keluar akan didahului dengan adanya Dajjal-Dajjal kecil yang sekarang ini sudah muncul, yaitu Persatuan Islam, Muhammadiyah, Wahabi dan Syi’ah. Naskah ini lahir di saat kondisi umat Islam yang masih saling bersitegang, sehingga resepsi terhadap Dajjal merujuk pada organisasi masa di atas. Naskah pada zamannya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan propaganda.Kata kunci: Dajjal, teori resepsi, saifu ad-dharib

Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of cultures, hospitality, and people with good ethics. Moral problems still occur, namely corruption, collusion, nepotism, promiscuity and drug abuse, sexual harassment, theft, and murder. The Indonesian nation experienced moral degradation. Moral Education refers to the concept of Moral Behavior. Ethical behavior is grouped into three parts: Moral Attitudes, Moral Feelings, and Moral Thoughts. Moral education is very dependent on how to educate parents, associations, and the community environment. This study aims to analyze moral education from the perspective of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. This study uses the literature review method. The process is carried out by analyzing statements, opinions, and arguments in various literature. The results of the analysis are mapped to the theme of moral education, study aspects include religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology, as well as discussions in the form of attitudes, feelings, and thoughts. The research results show that moral education from a religious perspective plays a role in the formation of individual moral feelings. The philosophical perspective plays a role in the way of thinking that puts forward moral values. The psychological perspective plays a role in the aspects of feeling and thinking. The sociological perspective interacts with moral behavior.

Abstract

علم العروض و القوافي هما علم الشعر العربي العتيق الذي كان إهتمامه اليوم ناذرا بالتلاميذ. و لا تكنّ جاذر بالذكر في أن هذين العلمين لقد كانا لؤلؤة في التريخ الأدبي العربي. فيبحث هذا البحث في شعر كياهي الحاج عبد الوهاب حسب الله بموضوع "نظرا من حيث علم العروض و القوافي. تهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة نوع البحر، و لتحديد الزحاف، العلة، و كذالك القوافي. فالطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي كيفي و صفي مع مراجعة الأدابيات، تستخدم الطريقة الوصفية بتوضيح التحصيل منها. البينات التي تم الحصول عليها في شكل الكلمة أو الجملة من شعر شبّان الوطن. فمن نتائج البحث يئشر إلى أنّ يستخدم هذا الشعر بحر الرجاز. كان زحاف داخلا ثلاثة و هي الخبن و الطي و الخبل. و كانت علة داخل إثنين هما القطع و التذييل. ثم بجانب ذالك، هناك ضروري من الشعر على شكل زيادة حرف الإشباع. الشكل من القاقية ثلاثة و هي بعض الكلمات, و كلمة, و كلمة مع بعضها. فحروف القافية ثلاثة و هي الويّ، والوصل، والردف. ثم حركات القافية ثلاثة هي الحذو، والتوجية، و المجرى. أسماء القافية ثلاثة و هي المتدارك، و المتواتر، و المترادف.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the strategic management of improving the quality of lecturers in private universities (case studies of Umtas Tasikmalaya and IPI Garut). The research procedure used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. While the data analysis techniques used through several stages, including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The impact of strategic management on improving the quality of lecturers in private universities is sufficient to improve the quality of education, research quality, and community service quality. This can be seen from several lecturers who actively participate in the Tri Dharma College activities. So, this research was conducted in order to improve explaining that the strategic management of improving the quality of lecturers has been realized in accordance with the principles of strategic management theory and quality theory, so that the improvement of the quality of lecturers is realized.

Abstract

This article aims to identify and analyze: (1). Planning, (2).Organizing (3).Implementation (4). Evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is carried out by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. Research location Baiturahman and MA Albasyariah Integrated High School Bandung. With the subject of the principal's research, teachers. The head of the Pencak silat hermitage, Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Four important foundations are used in this research, including theological, philosophical, six value systems, and theoretical foundations. Then the theory that underlies this research is management theory and character theory. The findings of this study are (1). Planning for Character Education Based on Local Wisdom in the Development of Akhlakul Karimah for integrated high school students has been well structured and systematic, but the planning has not been oriented to the vision and mission of the school (2). The organization has been running according to the program with the same principle of understanding, commitment to responsibility even though it has not been supported by an adequate job analysis. (3). The implementation has gone well. However, they have not paid attention to the resources they have. (4). Evaluation according to the school's work program going forward, however, has not been followed up with innovative programs that meet the needs.

Abstract

Management is synonymous with management. Management is defined as the art of managing human resources so that they are willing to do work voluntarily and together achieve the goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Referring to the expert opinion on the notion of management, not all daily activities are called management, only activities that have the following characteristics are called management, namely: 1) used for group efforts, 2) the common goals to be achieved are clearly formulated, 3) In achieving the goal, there is a unification of thoughts, feelings, will, energy, materials, tools, and space, 4) Always evaluating, 5) The achievement of goals is carried out systematically, integrated, controlled, and consistently, 6) The division of labor is regulated and detailed clearly and unequivocally. Management elements consist of people, money, goods, machines, methods and market share. Executors of management are called managers or leaders. Leadership is the ability of a leader to influence, coordinate, and move others to achieve the educational goals that have been set. Management activities are often equated with the term management. Good and correct management is actually a necessity and obligation for all elements of society in order to achieve the goals that have been determined effectively and efficiently. In Islamic teachings, it is said that all humans are leaders in the sphere of life they are living and will be responsible for whatever they lead. Leadership is the ability of leaders to influence, coordinate, and mobilize other people who have to do with the implementation and development of education to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Some things that usually underlie the leadership style of education, including aspects of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. Educational leaders who are based on a religious foundation will manage all that is within their authority to be directed to the religious concepts they believe in while upholding tolerance. Leaders who are based on philosophy will mobilize all their components to implement the philosophy they believe in. Leaders who believe that psychology is an important thing that must be considered in all important decisions under their authority. And leaders who are based on sociology, will be sensitive to the conditions and social situations they experience, so that all management activities are directed to resolve social issues that hinder them. This study uses a type of qualitative method by referring to library research, meaning that the research is limited to existing reading references and does not directly observe conditions in the field. Abstrak Pengelolaan identik dengan manajemen. Manajemen diartikan sebagai seni dalam mengatur sumber daya manusia agar mau melakukan pekerjaan dengan sukarela dan bersama-sama mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dengan efektif dan efisien. Merujuk kepada pendapat ahli tentang pengertian manajemen, maka tidak semua kegiatan keseharian disebut manajemen, hanya kegiatan yang mempunyai ciri – ciri berikut yang disebut manajemen, yakni: 1) digunakan terhadap usaha –usaha kelompok, 2) Tujuan bersama yang ingin dicapai dirumuskan dengan jelas, 3) Dalam mencapai tujuan terdapat penyatuan pikiran, perasaan, kemauan, tenaga, bahan, alat, dan ruangan, 4) Selalu melakukan evaluasi, 5) Pencapaian tujuan dilakukan secara sistematis, terpadu, terkontrol, dan konsisten, 6) Pembagian kerja diatur dan dirinci secara jelas dan tegas. Unsur manajemen terdiri dari manusia, uang, barang, mesin, metode dan pangsa pasar. Pelaksana manajemen disebut manajer atau pemimpin. Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan seorang pemimpin dalam mempengaruhi, mengkoordinir, dan menggerakkan orang lain agar Bersama-sama mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Kegiatan manajemen seringali disejajarkan dengan istilah pengelolaan. Pengelolaan yang baik dan benar sejatinya menjadi kebutuhan dan kewajiban bagi semua unsur masyarakat agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan dengan efektif dan efisien. Dalam ajaran Islam, dikatakan bahwa semua manusia adalah pemimpin dalam lingkup kehidupan yang sedang dijalaninya dan akan mempertanggungjawabkan apa- apa yang dipimpinnya. Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan pemimpin untuk mempengaruhi, mengkoordinir, dan menggerakkan orang-orang lain yang ada hubungannya dengan pelaksanaan dan pengembangan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Beberapa hal yang biasanya melandasi corak kepemimpinan Pendidikan, diantaranya aspek agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi. Pemimpin Pendidikan yang berpijak pada landasan agama akan mengelola semua yang menjadi wewenangnya untuk diarahkan pada konsep keagamaan yang diyakininya dengan tetap menjunjung tinggi toleraansi. Pemimpin yang berlandaskan filsafat akan mengerahkan seluruh komponen yang dimilikinya untuk menerapkan faham filsafat yang diyakininya. Pemimpin yang meyakini bahwasanya psikologi menjadi hal penting yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam semua keputusan penting yang menjadi wewenangnya. Dan Pemimpin yang berlandaskan sosiologi, akan peka dengan kondisi dan situasi sosial yang dialaminya, hingga semua kegiatan pengelolaan diarahkan untuk menyelesaikan isu-isu sosial yang menghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif dengan merujuk kepada penelitian kepustakaan (library research), artinya Penelitian terbatas pada referensi bacaan yang ada dan tidak secara langsung mengamati kondisi di lapangan.

Abstract

Planning is not a guarantee of success. It may be that a plan ends up failing, one of the reasons is because it is too focused on the preparation of documents, but is weak in execution or implementation. Planning is also not just an event at the beginning of an activity, but an ongoing process and will only stop when goals are achieved. There are at least two approaches to implementing strategic planning, firstly Distinctive Competence or actions taken by an institution to be able to perform activities better than its competitors, secondly Competitive Advantage, namely specific activities developed by an institution to be superior to its competitors. Strategic Planning (strategic planning) is a management tool used to manage current conditions to project conditions in the future. The urgency of strategic planning can be reviewed from various perspectives. This study tries to look at it from four perspectives, namely theological, philosophical, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Theologically Allah SWT and the prophets as educational leaders have provided examples of how to carry out strategic planning. Philosophically, humans are born as Khalifah fil ard who are given the potential to think as strategic planning capital. Psychologically, humans as educational leaders must see their students as creatures grow and develop dynamically so that strategic planning is needed to prepare it. From a sociological perspective, humans cannot be alone in leading education, there must be a collaboration with various parties and of course, this requires strategic planning so that every element involved has one vision of one goal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how educational leaders make decisions based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The wheels of educational organization will not run smoothly if the decision making does not pay attention to these foundations, especially on complex problems. This study uses a literature method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Islam has provided guidance for an educational leader in making the right decisions, namely through deliberation and obeying government regulations (Laws, Government Regulations, Ministerial Regulations, Regional Regulations etc.). Philosophically, leaders must be able to think critically about the problems at hand, determine problems and root causes accurately, analyze and conclude so that they can be accepted logically by all interested parties in education. Psychologically, the decisions taken must be believed to be true so that they can be accepted and carried out happily by members and stakeholders. Sociologically, the decisions made can establish better ties of cooperation between internal organizations and external organizations, both as users of educational services or as supporters of the educational organization itself. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pengambilan keputusan pemimpin pendidikan berlandaskan agama, filosofi, psikologi dan sosiologi. Roda organisasi pendidikan tidak akan berjalan mulus jika dalam pengambilan keputusan kurang memperhatikan landasan-landasan tersebut terutama pada masalah yang komplek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Islam telah memberikan petunjuk bagi seorang pemimpin pendidikan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat yaitu melalui musyawarah dan mentaati aturan pemerintah (Undang-undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri, Peraturan daerah dsb). Secara filosofis, pemimpin harus mampu bernalar kritis terhadap masalah yang dihadapi, menentukan masalah dan akar masalah secara akurat, menganalisa dan menyimpulkan agar dapat diterima secara nalar oleh semua pihak yang berkepentingan dalam pendidikan. Secara psikologi, keputusan yang diambil harus diyakini kebenarannya agar dapat diterima dan dijalankan dengan senang hati oleh para anggota dan stakeholder. Secara sosiologis, keputusan yang dibuat dapat menjalin ikatan kerjasama yang lebih baik diantara intern organisasi, dengan ektern organisasi baik sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan ataupun pendukung organisasi pendidikan itu sendiri. Pengambilan yang menggunakan beragam landasan akan lebih dapat diterima oleh semua pihak.
