Abstract

Cooperative and conflict in educational leadership is a unity that cannot be separated. new technological advances, intense competition, differences in culture and value systems, as well as various kinds of individual personalities, due to the large number of people who use their tongues freely without being based on moral, value and religious considerations, are the causes of the tendency for conflicts to occur which have the potential to give birth to conflicts and disputes and can This creates a bad situation in various environments, both family, school, and community. so that conflict management and leadership are authoritative, honest and trustworthy as a neutralizer or mediator between conflicting parties, as well as a means to unite various conflicting things to free human life from individual interests and from vices, so that later they can be led to the path of light. Conflict management in education is basically a set of ways to manage all conflicts faced by education managers which are carried out consistently and uniformly, intended to assess, control, fund, and utilize all existing conflicts to increase organizational value for the benefit of interested parties (stakeholders). ). This study tries to look at cooperation and conflict from four perspectives, namely theological, philosophical, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Theologically, Islam teaches the importance of tolerance, respecting the differences that humans have so as not to trigger conflict and lead to enmity and hostility. Conflict is very necessary in human life. However, don't get involved in a conflict that ends up becoming a prolonged conflict with no solution that will actually damage human relations and will harm humans themselves. Philosophically, professional conflict management practitioners must be able to understand the essence of conflict as a form of managing a balance between conflict and the benefits of conflict in the interest of optimizing the benefits of educational institutions. Psychologically conflict management in education focuses on learning about how to understand teaching and learning in an educational environment which is intended to influence educational activities so that the teaching and learning process can take place more effectively by paying attention to the psychological response and behavior of students. Sociologically, conflict management in education is defined as a social process between one or more people who try to get rid of the other party by destroying or making him helpless. Various conflicts and social unrest that occur can actually be managed wisely and wisely. ABSTRAK Kooperatif dan konflik dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. kemajuan teknologi baru, persaingan ketat, perbedaan kebudayaan dan sistem nilai, serta berbagai macam kepribadian individu, akibat banyaknya orang yang menggunakan lidahnya secara bebas tanpa didasari oleh pertimbangan moral, nilai dan agama, merupakan penyebab kecenderungan terjadinya konflik yang berpotensi melahirkan pertentangan dan perselisihan serta dapat menimbulkan situasi yang buruk dalam berbagai lingkungan baik keluarga, sekolah, maupun masyarakat. sehingga diperlukan manajemen konflik dan kepemimpinan yang berwibawa, jujur dan dapat dipercaya sebagai penetralisir atau penengah diantara pihak-pihak yang berkonflik,,sekaligus sebagai sarana untuk menyatukan berbagai hal yang saling bertentangan untuk membebaskan kehidupan manusia dari kepentingan individual dan dari kejelekan-kejelekan, sehingga kemudian mereka dapat dibawa menuju ke jalan yang terang. Manajemen konflik dalam dunia pendidikan pada dasarnya merupakan seperangkat cara mengelola seluruh konflik yang dihadapi oleh pengelola pendidikan yang dilakukan secara konsisten dan seragam, dimaksudkan untuk menilai, mengendalikan, mendanai, dan memanfaatkan seluruh konflik yang ada untuk meningkatkan nilai organisasi untuk kepentingan pihak yang berkepentingan (stakeholder). Kajian ini mencoba untuk melihat kooperatif dan konflik dari empat perspektif, yaitu perspektif teologis, filosofis, psikologis, dan sosiologis. Secara teologis Islam mengajarkan pentingnya toleransi menghargai adanya perbedaan-perbedaan yang dimiliki manusia agar jangan sampai memicu konflik dan mengakibatkan perseteruan dan permusuhan. Konflik memang sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan manusia. Namun, jangan sampai terlarut dalam konflik yang akhirnya menjadi konflik berkepanjangan yang tidak ada solusinya yang justru akan merusak hubungan antar manusia dan akan merugikan manusia itu sendiri. Secara filosofis, praktisi manajemen konflik yang profesional mesti mampu memahami esensi konflik sebagai bentuk pengelolaan keseimbangan antara konflik dan manfaat konflik demi kepentingan optimalisasi keuntungan lembaga pendidikan. Secara psikologis manjemen konflik dalam pendidikan fokus mempelajari tentang cara memahami pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang dimaksudkan untuk mem-pengaruhi kegiatan pendidikan sehingga proses pembelajaran dan belajar-mengajar dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dengan memperhatikan respon kejiwaan dan tingkah laku peserta didik. Secara sosioligis, manajemen konflik dalam pendidikan, diartikan sebagai suatu proses sosial antara satu orang atau lebih yang berusaha menyingkirkan pihak lain dengan jalan menghancurkan atau membuatnya tidak berdaya. Berbagai konflik dan kerusuhan sosial yang terjadi sebenarnya dapat dikelola secara arif dan bijaksana.

Abstract

Reinforcement of the boarding schoolin building religious character is really needed to produce graduates with good religious character. This qualitative study aimed at explaining theplanning, organizing, staffing, briefing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting, and supervising on management of boarding MAPK curriculum in building religious character of MAN 4 Banjar students. The results that the management of the MAPK curriculum has been carried out by involving various parties, and is guided by the Ministerial Regulation of Religious Affairs, but still has not had an impact on the religious character of students, it needs efforts to overcome constraints faced by management o by structuring the curriculum specifically applied to boarding activities. This article provides an overview how to build religious character in boarding school. This article contributes to all principals where they would apply boarding school system attributed with the building religious character.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the strategic management of improving the quality of lecturers in private universities (case studies of Umtas Tasikmalaya and IPI Garut). The research procedure used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. While the data analysis techniques used through several stages, including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The impact of strategic management on improving the quality of lecturers in private universities is sufficient to improve the quality of education, research quality, and community service quality. This can be seen from several lecturers who actively participate in the Tri Dharma College activities. So, this research was conducted in order to improve explaining that the strategic management of improving the quality of lecturers has been realized in accordance with the principles of strategic management theory and quality theory, so that the improvement of the quality of lecturers is realized.

Abstract

Waste is not a source of problems but a potential environmental resource. There are still relatively many Indonesian people who do not understand waste processing. Only a small number of community groups care and are responsive to waste problems. Bumi Beko Lestari Thematic Waste Bank (BST BBL) is a group of people who have succeeded in turning waste into blessings. Even though its operations are still at the community unit (RW) area level, its business from household rubbish can bring in large sums of rupiah. Maggot, kasgot, and paving blocks are superior products produced by BST BBL. In fact, his business was flooded with orders because there were people who ordered several kilos of maggots but could not be served due to limited resources and funds. Likewise, when someone requests a relatively large quantity of plastic paving block orders, it cannot be fulfilled due to limited equipment. This service aims to strengthen the community's way of thinking about waste management which can bring economic benefits, providing assistance so that BST BBL can improve its quality, both services and products. The activity steps begin with a waste management strengthening workshop involving local residents and students and assistance to BST BBL with the hope that the quality of service and production can be maintained by implementing technology in the form of a faster and more precise plastic melting machine. In conclusion, the public is increasingly aware of the waste that can bring in rupiah and BST BBL can operate more quickly in processing waste into paving blocks.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris meliputi 4 keterampilan berbahasa; menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis, oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan yang baik agar upaya sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dapat tercapai. Manajemen pembelajaran merupakan solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMA. Kurikulum 2013 diterbitkan dengan penyempurnaan standar nasional pendidikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas hasil pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dilaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen; (1) Perencanaan, Penyusunan KTSP, Penyusunan RPP, Penyusunan Silabus, Metode Pembelajaran, Media Pembelajaran, Sarana dan Prasarana PBM, Penyusunan Tata Tertib, (2) Pengorganisasian, Penetapan Struktur Organisasi, Pembagian tugas dan wewenang, Pembagian kerja mekanisme, dan penyiapan ruang, (3) Pelaksanaan, Sosialisasi Instrumen PBM, Pengaturan suasana kelas, Pembukaan Proses Pembelajaran, Diskusi Kelas, Penugasan, Simulasi, Kinerja, (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan tanya jawab dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan tugas, kinerja, portofolio, evaluasi non tes lainnya, pelaksanaan PTS, PAS, PAT, AS, UN, asesmen, kemampuan kerja mandiri, kemampuan kerja kelompok, kinerja hasil belajar, UTS/UAS, sekolah ujian, portofolio, remedial dan pengayaan. Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of cultures, hospitality, and people who have good ethics. Moral problems often occur and are commonplace, such as corruption, collusion, nepotism, promiscuity and drug abuse, sexual harassment, theft, and murder. The Indonesian nation experienced moral degradation. Moral education refers to the concept of Moral Behavior. Ethical behavior is grouped into three parts: Moral Attitudes, Moral Feelings, and Moral Thoughts. Moral education is very dependent on how to educate parents, association, and the community environment. Moral issues are not enough just to do an analysis of moral education, such as the perspective of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. But also provide solutions so that moral improvement can occur. One of the solutions for improving morale is, of course, by providing education for moral improvement, such as establishing a school with the aim of improving morale. This is what drives the establishment of schools based on moral education, which use the perspectives of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. One of the proposals is moral-based education with the help of information technology. Information technology is capable of performing tasks such as controlling the behavior of students, teachers, and being able to control content that is not in line with the educational curriculum. The results of monitoring students can be reported online at any time. This research aims to provide moral improvement solutions by establishing a moral-based school, with the help of Enterprise Architecture as a Framework. This Enterprise Architecture output is an Information Technology Blueprint for system development in schools. The approach used is the Framework from The Open Group Architecture Framework.

Abstract

Principal Management in Improving School Achievement at SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of school principal management in terms of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Research Methods with a qualitative approach that focuses on in-depth observation. Therefore, the use of qualitative methods in research can produce a comprehensive study of phenomena to be applied in school achievement. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research in terms of planning school programs are carried out jointly with representatives and teachers. In practice, it has shown that there is a large increase in the application of good principal management to increasing school achievement. Supervision and evaluation have been carried out by the school principal as an improvement to the program of activities in increasing the next school's performance.

Abstract

The existence of a leader greatly determines the progress and retreat of a country. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods using literature study as data collection technique. Based on analysis data, the essence of leadership in the view of Islam can be defined as the trust which must be carried out well and held accountable not only in this world but also before Allah. According to Philosophy, a moral leader can do job based on deep way of thinking. According to Psychology, the leadership style of moral person influences the process of his daily life. According to Sociology, moral of educational leadership is greatly influenced by social conditions of society and its institutions. The application of leadership moral in educational institution is barometer of achieving success or not and has implication to the educational process. This research adds important value that must exist in an educational leader who is guided by the foundations of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the accountability of educational leaders based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. 1). Based on the religion of Allah SWT as a result of an education that is fair, kind, satisfying, not deceptive, not against rules and not self-contradictory. 2). What is philosophically grounded is a moral responsibility to the rules of logical reasoning that arise from educational acts that must be carried out with substantive, sustained, practical, progressive and reconstructive diligence. . 3). Psychology is based on the emotional responsibility of feeling human about something, the correct character, behavior, and educational actions that should be taken in situations. Four). Sociology is grounded in social responsibility to social status through education and must be practiced in ways that meet the functional needs of society and the stratification of political, economic and social status.Keywords: educational accountability, religion-based accountability, philosophy-based accountability, psychology-based accountability, sociology-based accountability, leaders.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan dan menganalisis akuntabilitas pemimpin pendidikan berbasis agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi. 1). berbasis berdasarkan agama kepada Allah SWT sebagai akibat dari suatu tindakan pendidikan yang harus adil, baik hati, memuaskan, tidak menipu, tidak melanggar aturan dan tidak bertentangan dengan dirinya sendiri. 2). berbasis filsafat adalah tanggung jawab mental untuk aturan berpikir logis akibat dari suatu tindakan pendidikan yang harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati substansial, abadi, pragmatis dan progresif dan rekonstruktif. 3). berbasis psikologi adalah tanggung jawab emosional untuk merasakan manusia tentang sesuatu tindakan pendidikan yang harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati karakter, perilaku, dan situasi yang tepat di sekitarnya. 4). berbasis sosiologi adalah tanggung jawab sosial atas kedudukan sosial melalui pendidikan, harus dilakukan dengan cara yang memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional masyarakat, stratifikasi status politik, ekonomi dan sosial.Kata kunci: akuntabiltas pendidikan, akuntanbilitas berbasis agama, akuntabilitas berbasis filsafat, akuntabilitas berbasis psikologi, akuntabilitas berbasis sosiologi, pemimpin.
