Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi merupakan suatu pendekatan pendidikan yang inovatif dan strategis untuk memperluas akses pendidikan bagi semua anak berkebutuhan khusus termasuk anak penyandang disabilitas. Pendidikan inklusi adalah bentuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang menyatukan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan anak-anak normal pada umumnya untuk belajar. Manajemen pendidikan Inklusi dapat disimpulkan yaitu Proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan usaha para anggota organisasi dan penggunaan sumber daya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran pada sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian di lapangan, penelitian ini kami lakukan pada SD 4 Peusangan, adapun informasi yang menjadi sumber dari penelitian tersebut yaitu 3 orang yang termasuk di dalamnya yaitu murid, guru ,dan kepala sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SD diperoleh bahwa Dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi diperlukan sebuah manajemen pendidikan inklusi, hal itu menjadi penting karena manajemen pendidikan inklusi merupakan proses keseluruhan kegiatan bersama dalam bidang pendidikan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengelolaan, dan evaluasi dengan menggunakan dan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia baik personel, material, maupun spiritual untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan teknologi di kalangan mahasiswa Almuslim menyoroti kompleksitas hubungan antara teknologi dan nilai-nilai agama serta budaya. Meskipun terdapat dampak negatif seperti paparan konten yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai agama, penurunan konsentrasi, dan risiko kecanduan, penggunaan teknologi juga membawa manfaat seperti akses terhadap berbagai sumber belajar, kolaborasi lintas budaya, dan memfasilitasi praktik keagamaan. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ini, pendekatan holistik dan seimbang diperlukan, di mana kesadaran diri, pendidikan, pengawasan, dan pengembangan platform teknologi yang mendukung nilai-nilai agama menjadi kunci. Dengan demikian, mahasiswa Almuslim dapat mengoptimalkan manfaat teknologi untuk mendukung perkembangan akademik, sosial, dan spiritual mereka sambil tetap mempertahankan identitas keagamaan dan nilai-nilai yang mereka anut.

Abstract

Planning is a process to determine goals and objectives to be achieved by taking a strategic method to achieve goals. Transformational teachers are learning leaders who are able to move the education ecosystem in order to realize education that in the learning process is student-centered. Transformational teachers must have free and independent thinking in designing existing learning according to the needs of students, one of which is differentiated learning, because differentiated learning can meet the learning needs of different students so that it can arouse students' activeness, curiosity, learning optimism, and creativity. However, in implementing differentiated learning, transformational teachers face difficulties in understanding the concept and strategies of differentiated learning due to a lack of understanding in the technicalities of managing classrooms with varying levels of student abilities and learning styles in terms of content, processes or products both in preparation and in implementation. This study aims to describe: (1) Planning of Transformational teachers in improving differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Batu, North Aceh Regency. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Teacher Mobilizers in improving differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Batu, North Aceh Regency. This research is phenomenological using a qualitative approach carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Batu, North Aceh Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study show that: (1) The Planning of Transformational teachers in improving differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Batu North Aceh Regency is going well such as: (a) has designed learning in the form of learning outcomes, diagnostic test questionnaires, becoming learning facilitators, and motivating student learning. (b) Designing schedules, learning objectives and flow of learning objectives as well as differentiated learning modules, (c) supervising, conducting diagnostic assessments, analyzing the results of previous report cards to determine the level of student ability, (d) reflecting, preparing learning media in accordance with students' learning styles, developing learning materials and models based on student needs. (e) guided by module 2.1 of the Transformational teachers Education Program. (2) Supporting factors for transformational teachers in differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Batu, North Aceh Regency, namely: (1) library, and (2) Provision of learning tools. The inhibiting factors faced by teachers driving differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 1 Muara Batu North Aceh Regency include: (1) Factors related to students, (2) Factors related to educators which include problems with teachers' mastery of the material, problems with teachers' mastery in classroom management, and (3) Factors related to learning evaluation

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi masalah atau tantangan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa di era generasi strawberry.Generasi strawberry adalah kelompok anak muda yang dianggap rapuh terhadap tekanan emosional dan kurang tahan dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan kehidupan. Pola asuh orang tua merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi generasi strawberry. Abstract

Abstract: This study explored the management of collaborative culture in special schools to improve the performance of teachers with different educational backgrounds. This is field research with a qualitative approach. Research informants are based on the strategic role of the research subjects in the phenomenon of collaboration in schools. The study employs observation, interviews, and documentation review for data collection, followed by data condensation, display/presentation, verification, and conclusion, with data validity ensured through triangulation and member check. The study found that collaborative school culture management can improve teacher performance at Special School in multiple stages, including First, planning is accomplished by developing the vision, mission, and school plans. Second, the principal delegated tasks to the development team, which included school residents. Third, implementation involves active engagement, skill development, and the establishment of a collaborative atmosphere for all school residents, as well as cross-subject work teams and coaching. Fourth, the principal conducts independent evaluations and directs development in yearly, monthly, and weekly routine meetings. Fifth, supporting aspects include visionary leadership, open communication, and mutual respect. The impending issues include a lack of ideal stakeholder cooperation, instructors' apathy toward collaboration, and insufficient community/parent participation Keyword: Collaborative School Culture Management; Teacher Performance; Special School (SLB). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengelolaan budaya kolaborasi di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian didasarkan pada peran strategis dari subjek penelitian fenomena kolaborasi di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensi data, display/penyajian, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi data, trianggulasi sumber, member check, perpanjangan waktu pengamatan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengelolaan budaya sekolah kolaboratif dalam peningkatan kinerja guru SLB Tanah Luas Aceh utara melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu: Pertama, perencanaan dilakukan dengan penyusunan visi, misi dan perencanaan sekolah. Kedua, kepala sekolah mendelegasikan tugas (job description) kepada tim pengembangan yang terdiri dari guru, staf, komite, dan pengawas. Ketiga, pelaksanaan melalui kolaborasi aktif, pembinaan keterampilan, dan penciptaan lingkungan kolaborasi semua warga sekolah, tim kerja lintas-mata pelajaran dan coaching. Keempat, kepala sekolah melakukan evalusi mandiri secara langsung dan fokus pengembangan melalui rapat rutin tahunan, bulanan dan mingguan. Kelima, Faktor pendukung gaya kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi terbuka, sikap saling menghargai. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu belum optimalnya kerjasama stakeholder, guru bersikap apatis terhadap kolaboratif, partisipasi masyarakat/orang tua belum maksimal. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze  Project Based Learning planning, Project Based Learning implementation  and Project Based Learning evaluation conducted by SD  Negeri 21 Bireuen in improving 21st century skills for students and studying the challenges faced in  Project Based Learning management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation review.  The research subjects were the principal, deputy principal for curriculum, and two class teachers in Phase C. Research results: 1) Project based learning  planning has gone well. The activities start from teacher council meetings, socializing project activities to parents. Planning, including: analysis of material characteristics from learning outcomes, determination of goals, conditions, time, compiling steps of project based learning activities, evaluating learning and making worksheets and 6C skill assessment formats. 2) The application  of the Project Based Learning  model related to improving 6C skills is going well, judging from the steps of activities used according to the procedures of the  Project based learning concept. 3) Project based learning  evaluation went well. It can be seen from the acquisition of scores on teacher activities to achieve very good predicates, and 4) The challenges faced are that school principals need teachers to be more creative, require a lot of media, costs and time in implementation, so there needs to be breakthroughs and innovations so that the project runs well.Keywords: Management; Project Based Learning; 21st century skills Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan Project Based Learning, pelaksanaan Project Based Learning dan evaluasi Project Based Learning yang dilakukan oleh SD  Negeri 21 Bireuen dalam meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 bagi siswa serta mempelajari tantangan yang dihadapi dalam manajemen Project Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan dua orang guru kelas di Fase C. Hasil penelitian: 1) Perencanaan project based learning telah berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatannya mulai dari rapat dewan guru, mensosialisasikan kegiatan project kepada orang tua siswa. Perencanaan, meliputi: analisis karakteristik materi dari dari capaian pembelajaran, penentuan tujuan, kondisi, waktu, menyusun langkah-langkah kegiatan project based learning, evaluasi pembelajaran dan membuat lembar kerja serta format penilaian keterampilan 6C. 2) Penerapan model Project Based Learning terkait peningkatan keterampilan 6C berjalan baik, dilihat dari langkah-langkah kegiatan yang digunakan sesuai prosedur dari konsep Project based learning. 3) Evaluasi project based learning berjalan dengan baik. Terlihat dari adanya perolehan nilai terhadap kegiatan guru mencapai predikat sangat baik, dan 4) Tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu kepala sekolah perlu guru agar lebih kekreatifan, membutuhkan banyak media, biaya dan waktu dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga perlu adanya terobosan dan inovasi agar project berjalan dengan baik.      Kata kunci: Manajemen; Project Based Learning; keterampilan abad 21

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa di Universitas Almuslim (UMUSLIM). Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari mahasiswa aktif yang menggunakan platform pembelajaran berbasis AI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara penggunaan AI dan prestasi akademik, di mana 75% responden yang menggunakan alat AI setidaknya tiga kali seminggu melaporkan peningkatan prestasi. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan prestasi akademik sebesar 45% untuk setiap peningkatan penggunaan AI dan peningkatan keterlibatan mahasiswa sebesar 68% berkat umpan balik real-time dan pengalaman belajar yang dipersonalisasi. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan mahasiswa juga teridentifikasi. Rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan literasi digital, dan pengembangan konten pembelajaran berbasis AI. Secara keseluruhan, AI memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik, namun memerlukan dukungan yang memadai untuk implementasi yang efektif

Abstract

An independent curriculum is a curriculum that gives teachers the freedom to choose various learning models that will be applied in class and can be adapted to the learning needs and interests of students. One of them is the Project Based Learning learning model. Project Based Learning is a learning activity in the form of creating products or services that are used as a means of mastering competencies. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through a collaborative-based Project Based Learning learning model. The variables in this research consist of the independent variable, namely the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and the dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes. The data collection technique in this research uses triangulation techniques. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the principal's leadership program in improving parents' participation in children's education at SDN Inpres Biak, Luwuk Utara sub-district, Banggai district. The main issue raised was the low level of parental involvement in the children's education process, which is thought to be related to the effectiveness of the leadership program implemented by the principal. The research approach used a descriptive evaluative method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data were collected through observations, interviews and questionnaires involving principals, teachers, parents and students. The results showed that the principal's leadership program has positively contributed to increasing parental participation through activities such as regular meetings, parenting training, and cooperation between the school and the community. However, there are still challenges in the consistency of program implementation and the low participation of some parents due to socio-economic factors. This study recommends strengthening communication between the school and parents and improving the capacity of school principals in managing leadership programs based on community participation.
