Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work motivation on employee performance through resilience at the Nanggalo District Office, Padang City. The issue of employee performance, as indicated by attendance rates, lateness, and fluctuating achievement of work targets, highlights the need for a managerial approach based on servant leadership and strengthened work motivation. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation for the employees of the Nanggalo District Office. The independent variables in this study are servant leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), and employee resilience (Z) serves as the intervening variable. The results show that servant leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee resilience. In addition, servant leadership, work motivation, and resilience also directly and significantly influence employee performance. Resilience is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of servant leadership and work motivation on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of servant leadership, high work motivation, and resilience in improving employee performance, particularly within local government bureaucracy. Therefore, efforts to improve employee performance should focus on strengthening servant leadership, providing motivation, and developing resilience on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the impact of leader member exchange and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT Batang Hari Barisan. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to a sample of 74 respondents. Path analysis was used as the analysis method, with SmartPLS used for statistical processing. The findings show that leader member exchange and work-life balance significantly influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, leader member exchange has a significant influence on employee loyalty, while work-life balance has no direct impact on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction was found to significantly influence employee loyalty. In addition, leader member exchange impacts employee loyalty indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction, whereas job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and employee loyalty.

Abstract

Pembinaan kreativitas seni tari pada siswa SMPN 2 Kota Bukittinggi dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengembangan kesenian khususnya seni tari. Sekolah ini perlu mendapat pembinaan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan apresiasi guru terhadap seni tari khususnya tari kreasi baru. Pembinaan ini dilaksanakan  melalui  beberapa  metode  yang  langsung  diterapkan  kepada siswa SMPN 2 Kota Bukittingi yang dimulai dari apresiasi melalui video- video tari kreasi, penjelasan mengenai teknik kepenarian, pemberian materi teknik secara langsung, memberikan ragam-ragam gerak, hingga penataan tari sampai menjadi sebuah karya tari kreasi baru. Melalui metode ini dapat membentuk kemampuan menari yang bagus pada siswa dalam menciptakan karya tari kreasi baru yang utuh dan diiringi musik pengiring tarian.

Abstract

This study investigates how independent board of commissioners, company size and leverage influence the integrity of financial reports using audit quality as a moderator. The focus is on non-cyclical consumer sector entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022, with a sample of 62 companies using a purposive sampling approach. Panel data regression analysis was employed as the analytical method using SPSS 26. The study findings show that an independent board of commissioners has a positive impact on the integrity of financial reports, company size has a negative impact on the integrity of financial reports, as does leverage. Furthermore, audit quality is able to moderate the relationship between the independent board of commissioners, company size, variable leverage and the integrity of financial reports.

Abstract

By using employee engagement as an intervening variable, this research aims to find out how individual career development and competency impact the performance of Bank Nagari Pangkalan employees. The analysis methodology is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which uses Partial Least Square (PLS), and distributed questionnaires to 74 respondents. The research results show that individual career development and competency have a significant positive effect on employee engagement, individual career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while employee engagement doesn’t have a significant effect on bank employee performance. Employee engagement doesn’t mediate the relationship between individual career development and competency on the performance of Bank Nagari Pangkalan employees.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, khususnya melihat studi kasus Alco Discussion House, dengan intervensi niat beli sebagai variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat SmartPLS 3.0 untuk Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum yang pernah menggunakan rumah diskusi Alco. Terdapat korelasi kecil namun menguntungkan antara pemasaran digital dan minat melakukan pembelian, menurut temuan penelitian. Korelasi antara pemasaran digital dan minat melakukan pembelian menguntungkan dan signifikan secara statistik. Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian berkorelasi positif dan signifikan. Minat Pembelian dan Keputusan Pembelian berhubungan positif dan signifikan. Dampak pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang diukur dengan minat pembelian, bersifat positif dan dapat diabaikan. Inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang menguntungkan dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian setelah mempertimbangkan semua faktor yang relevan.

Abstract

Company Value in manufacturing firms listed on the BEI is influenced by Institutional Ownership, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), and Company Size via Capital Structure as an intervening variable during the period 2018-2022, according to the findings of this study. Quantitative exploration methods are employed. The sample for this analysis comprised 224 regional organizations that were listed on the IDX during the period of 2018-2022. To choose the exploration test, purposive examining was utilized, which eventually brought about 56 organizations being gotten. The information examination strategy utilized is different direct relapse with the assistance of the spss 25 program. The examination results give proof that organization size to some extent affects capital design, institutional proprietorship to some degree affects capital construction, venture opportunity set (ios ) somewhat affects capital design, organization size, institutional possession, speculation opportunity set (ios) and capital construction to some degree affects organization esteem, organization size, institutional possession and speculation opportunity set (ios) to some degree doesn't altogether affect organization esteem through capital design as a mediating variable recorded on the Indonesian Stock Trade. Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dipengaruhi oleh Kepemilikan Institusional, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), dan Ukuran Perusahaan melalui Struktur Modal sebagai variabel intervening selama periode 2018-2022, berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini. Metode eksplorasi kuantitatif digunakan. Sampel untuk analisis ini adalah 224 organisasi daerah yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2018-2022. Untuk memilih uji eksplorasi digunakan pengujian purposif yang akhirnya diperoleh 56 organisasi. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan berbeda dengan direct relapse dengan bantuan program spss 25. Hasil pemeriksaan memberikan bukti bahwa ukuran organisasi sampai batas tertentu mempengaruhi rancangan modal, kepemilikan institusional sampai taraf tertentu mempengaruhi pembangunan modal, rangkaian peluang usaha (ios) agak mempengaruhi rancangan modal, ukuran organisasi, kepemilikan institusional, rangkaian peluang spekulasi (ios) dan pembangunan modal. sampai taraf tertentu mempengaruhi penghargaan organisasi, ukuran organisasi, kepemilikan institusional dan set peluang spekulasi (ios) sampai taraf tertentu tidak seluruhnya mempengaruhi penghargaan organisasi melalui desain modal sebagai variabel mediasi yang tercatat pada Perdagangan Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out for traders in the Padang Beach area. This service carries the title "Analysis and Selection of General Strategies Used by Street Vendors in the Padang Beach Area". Strategy is a pattern of activities that seeks ways or tips for every business actor or trader in marketing what they sell. Choosing the right strategy will determine the pattern and victory that will be obtained in the existing business competition arena. This activity aims to observe and analyze which general strategies have been used by street vendors in the Padang Beach area so far. The activity was carried out directly through surveys, observations, interviews, question and answer interactions in focus group discussions by dividing the team into 6 groups. From the results of questions and answers, interviews, and discussions, it is known that almost all general strategies in strategic management have been carried out, such as focus strategies and low-cost strategies. However, for differentiation strategies, there are still very few because the majority of what they trade is almost the same. Coupled with the limited capital resources, it is increasingly difficult for them to create differentiation.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are considered attractive investment opportunities due to their extensive use across various societal sectors and their potential to generate substantial returns on invested capital. This study aims to investigate the impact of return on assets (ROA), debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and current ratio (CR) on the stock returns of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, it examines how interest rates might moderate the relationship between these financial ratios and stock returns. The research relies on secondary data from the financial statements of these companies during the specified period. A purposive sampling method was employed to select 26 companies from an initial population of 29. The data analysis techniques include panel data regression, classical assumption testing, and multiple regression analysis (MRA) using Eviews 12. The findings reveal that ROA, DER, and CR significantly affect stock returns. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that the interactions between ROA, DER, CR, and stock returns in the food and beverage sector are significantly influenced by changes in interest rates.

Abstract

This research investigates how Return On Assets and Debt-to-Equity Ratio influence Company Value by using dividend policy as a mediator. The focus is on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022, with a sample of 46 companies selected through purposive sampling from a population of 214. Panel data regression analysis is used for analysis. The research results show that Return on Assets has an impact on dividend policy, as does the Debt-to-Equity Ratio. Both Return on Assets and Debt-to-Equity Ratio partially influence company value, as does dividend policy. However, neither Return On Assets nor Debt-to-Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Company Value through dividend policy as a mediating variable. Furthermore, dividend policy does not mediate the relationship between Return on Assets and Debt-to-Equity Ratio on Company Value.
