Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap data tentang model pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru MTs di Kabupaten Sampang. Landasan teori dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merujuk kepada beberapa konsep yaitu: kompetensi guru MTs, pendidikan dan pelatihan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru MTs, upaya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Kriteria informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu staff kementerian agama, kepala sekolah dan beberapa guru MTs yang mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sampang yaitu  perencanaan pengembangan diri berdasarkan evaluasi diri terhadap kemampuan guru, melaksanakan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru MTs melalui berbagai kegiatan pelatihan, workshop, seminar, diskusi, lokakarya, mendatangkan pakar, pertemuan rutin antar guru terkait dengan tema dan aspek manajemen pembelajaran, serta aktif melakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan kompetensi guru yang telah dilakukan berdampak positif bagi kualitas kinerja guru dan berdampak pada pencapaian hasil belajar siswa, baik akademik maupun non akademik. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pemerintah harus tegas dan sekolah harus bisa lebih selektif dalam merektrut tenaga pendidik yang berkompetensi agar mecapai tujuan sesuai harapan kependidikan pemerintah Indonesia.

Abstract

Civilized behavior is a behavior that is acceptable to people in Indonesia, less civilized sexual behavior is a behavior that is deemed not in accordance with the behavior of the community, especially in shelter communities in the district of Jember. The phenomenon of psychological dynamism of sexual behavior that is considered Uncivilized in adolescents is interesting to study because homosexual behavior has not been accepted by shelter people who tend to still hold high religious values. This study focused to discribe psychologycal dinamycs in adolescent sexual behavior from those considered civilized to uncivilized from those who did not act homosexually to homosexuals. Researcher using a qualitative method with Miles Huberman analysis to describe, conclude and presenting data. Abstract

The importance of organizations in developing competency-based human resources on an ongoing basis is due to demands and changes in reform, for this reason a competency development strategy is needed for the State Civil Apparatus in realizing world class government in the current covid-19 pandemic era. The purpose of this study is to identify the strategy carried out by the Human Resources Development Agency of East Java Province in developing the competence of the State Civil Apparatus to realize world class government in the province of East Java during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies. The results showed that the strategy for competency development carried out in the era of the covid-19 pandemic was through a training and development program for the State Civil Apparatus based on the corporate university of the State Civil Apparatus. In the State Civil Apparatus corporate university program, employees can access and do internships according to the desired competencies. In addition, this State Civil Apparatus corporate university is integrative, flexible, participatory and sustainable so that it can accelerate the achievement of world class government in the East Java Province. This corporate university can create a link and match between competency improvement and organizational goals so that it is not solely in improving employee competencies, but at the same time achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology 2021 has implemented a hybrid learning model that allows students to return to face-to-face learning. This raises concerns about re-entry shock due to the transition to face-to-face learning. This research aims to study the re-entry shock experienced by students when returning to face-to-face learning model-based affection, behaviour, and cognition. This research uses a qualitative approach with an instrumental case study method. Data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews and analysed using theoretical thematic analysis. Findings showed that students experienced re-entry shock in all three aspects. However, the main problem came from the affective and cognition aspects, where students reported a need for more confidence in communicating, insecurity, and worries about the pandemic. Educators can use the results of this study better to understand the problems of re-entry shock in students and help them overcome them.

Abstract

The current situation in the world is experiencing VUCA, where there are rapid and drastic changes in technology, economics, the environment, and other aspects. Every adult, especially employees and job seekers, needs to develop learning agility so that they can adapt and compete in today's era. This systematic literature review aims to identify the factors related to learning agility. Article searches were conducted from March to June 2022 using six databases, namely SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, ScienceDirect, SAGE, Scopus, and ProQuest, with keywords "Learning Agility" AND "Employee*" OR "Jobseeker*" OR "Student*". After the article screening process, a total of 10 studies were obtained and analyzed in this literature review. The results show that there are 11 factors related to learning agility, namely compensation, salary, internal marketability, digital competence, digital technologies, e-learning, career variety, work experience, outcome, learning engagement, dan turnover intention. The results of this study can be useful as a reference for future research to further examine the relationship of the above factors. The results of the study can also be practically useful for developing individual learning agility so that they have optimal potential to adapt agilely in the VUCA era.

Abstract

Bojonegoro merupakan daerah aliran sungai Bengawan Solo menjadikan Bojonegoro sebagai daerah rawan banjir, apalagi disaat musim penghujan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan study literatur dengan sumber data buku dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan memberikan data-data terkait penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahuai pola relasi manusia dengan alam dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi masyarakat yang terdampak banjir (Bengawan Solo) memilih tetap tinggal disana. Hasil dari study literatur ini ditemukan bahwa banjir menjadi langganan bila musim hujan, meskipun dalam kondisi rawan terdampak bencana banjr masyarakat terdampak lebih memilih tetap tinggal dari pada berpindah tempat tinggal, mereka tetap dapat memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada didaerah yang mereka tinggali, selain itu dalam menaggulangi bajir masyarakat membentuk kelompok-kelompok atau organisasi kesiapsiagaan banjir, dalam organisasi yang dibentuk tersebut terjadi interaksi individu dengan individu, individu didalam kelompok dan kelompok dengan individu, mereka saling bekerjasama, gotong royong untuk saling tolong menolong.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya regulasi diri mahasiswa perantau di lingkungan baru yaitu kota Surabaya. Teori yang akan digunakan untuk membahas adalah regulasi diri Bandura yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu self-observation, judgemental process, dan self-reaction. Teori tersebut digunakan untuk menelaah perkembangan regulasi diri para partisipan. Pendekatan yang digunakan studi kasus dengan pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur. Partisipan yang dilibatkan adalah mahasiswa baru yang berasal dari luar pulau jawa dan telah merantau selama minimal 1 tahun. Partisipan penelitian didapatkan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis tematik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa perantau melaksanakan regulasi diri dengan menggunakan pengalaman di lingkungan baru sebagai tolok ukur. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi regulasi diri mahasiswa perantau adalah faktor sosial dan personal. Di sisi lain, mahasiswa perantau mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan regulasi diri di lingkungan baru yang berdampak secara sosial maupun akademik bagi partisipan. Kesulitan tersebut membuat partisipan menjadi merasa inferior dan apatis hingga berpengaruh pada mood sehingga sulit untuk hidup mandiri. Kondisi tersebut mendorong para mahasiswa perantau untuk melakukan prokrastinasi akademik. Sehingga saran yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya membuat strategi regulasi diri dengan membangun jejaring sosial bagi lulusan SMA yang hendak merantau dengan mahasiswa yang sudah berada di lokasi tujuan sebelumnya. Jejaring sosial tersebut membantu adaptasi mahasiswa baru yang merantau dengan memberikan informasi awal terkait kondisi di lapangan. Hal ini dapat meminimalisir gegar budaya dan memberikan bantuan bagi mahasiswa perantau ketika mengalami kesulitan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the psychological well being of athletes with disabilities. Disabilities are individuals who have physical, mental, sensory and intellectual limitations. Sports media can help people with disabilities to develop and explore hidden potentials and talents, so that with sports media people with disabilities can have achievements. Individuals are said to have psychological well being if they have six dimensions, namely self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, mastery of the environment, goals in life and personal growth. This study uses a qualitative approach using the intrinsic case study method. Data mining techniques used were documentation and semi-structured interviews and analyzed using theory driven thematic analysis. Participants were 2 disabled athletes. The results showed that all participants, numbering two people, had good psychological well-being, were able to accept their current situation, had independence, had life goals to achieve, were able to form warm relationships with others, were able to control their environment and were able to develop their talents and abilities. personal. The results of this study will be useful as a reference for coaches with disabilities and athletes with disabilities to find out how athletes who have psychological well being are described in life. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui psychological well being pada atlet difabel. Difabel merupakan individu yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik, mental, keterbatasan sensorik dan intelektual. Media olahraga dapat membantu difabel untuk mengambangkan, dan mengeksplorasi potensi serta bakat yang terpendam, sehingga dengan media olahraga para difabel bisa memiliki prestasi. Individu dikatakan memiliki psychological well being jika memiliki enam dimensi yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan sesama, autonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan dalam hidup dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus intrinsik. Teknik penggalian data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara semi terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik theory driven. Partisipan berjumlah 2 orang atlet difabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh partisipan yang berjumlah dua orang memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik, dapat menerima keadaan dirinya sekarang, memiliki kemandirian, memiliki tujuan hidup yang akan dicapai, mampu membentuk hubungan yang hangat dengan orang lain, mampu mengontrol lingkungan dan mampu mengembangkan bakat serta kemampuan pribadi. Hasil penelitian ini akan bermanfaat sebagai referensi bagi pelatih difabel dan atlet difabel untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran atlet yang memiliki psychological well being dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Various programs were developed by the company to improve the capacity of women leaders. However, on the other hand, the factor of family support, especially the husband support, has so far been neglected in scientific research related to women leaders. Therefore, this study aimed to understand the role of husband support in the personal growth of women leaders. This study used a phenomenological qualitative approach, using semi-structured interviews with 6 women leaders. The results show that what motivates women leaders in their personal growth initiative is wanting to get out of their comfort zone, being challenged to become useful people, and having a clear career path. Besides, forms of support such as not complaining a lot, providing real assistance, providing solutions or information, providing emotional support, and giving space for the women to be alone or free to do things are forms of support needed by women leaders in Indonesia. Moreover, jealous husbands and husbands who forbid and demand many things are felt to inhibit the personal growth initiative of women leaders. Furthermore, the husband's dominant role so far is to support the personal growth initiative process.

Abstract

This study explores the interplay between managerial functions and quality control in the tourism sector through a comprehensive literature review. It extensively covers the theoretical underpinnings of management definitions, managerial roles, quality control, and their contextual relevance within the tourism industry. Utilizing a two-stage literature review methodology involving databases like Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Scopus, nine pertinent journals were selected based on specific criteria. The findings underscore the pivotal role of service quality—cleanliness, staff friendliness, and food quality—in enhancing customer satisfaction, alongside the criticality of responsive customer feedback. Moreover, efficient management and adaptability to market dynamics emerge as cornerstones for sustaining tourism enterprises. The study synthesizes its results through case studies, emphasizing the importance of local stakeholder collaboration and a nuanced comprehension of customer preferences. It discusses practical implications, advocating for technology adoption and advanced analytics for competitiveness while acknowledging limitations in generalizing case study outcomes. Future research recommendations include exploring cultural influences on customer perceptions and devising predictive models for market trend forecasting.
