Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information in the process of implementing basic locomotor movement learning with balance, creating and transmitting the learning process with basic locomotor movement models with balance for elementary school children in grade I to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness and efficiency and interest of children from the motion learning process. basic locomotor with balance for elementary school children in class I and created a learning model book for teachers as a guide for teaching basic locomotor movements with balance for elementary school children. This will increase effectiveness and efficiency as well as increase children's motivation to learn basic locomotor movements with balance. This research was conducted at SDN Semanan 14 Petang, West Jakarta, with 32 children as research objects. This study uses the ADDIE learning development model, which in this model starts at the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. From the results obtained, the basic locomotor motion learning model with this balance turned out to be very effective to be applied in learning. From the results obtained, the basic locomotor motion learning model with this balance turned out to be very effective when applied in learning. This can be seen from the increase in pre-test and post-test by using the paired sample test on the SPSS 25.0 T-Test. The difference in significance on T-count is shown as -98.097 df = 31, p-value = 0.001 <0.05 ; With this, there appears to be a significant increase in the results of the assessment of children's skills at SDN Semanan 14 Petang Class I.

Abstract

The endurance component, namely Vo2max, is the part of physical fitness that supports important conditions. In terms of physical fitness, especially endurance, there is a need to develop test equipment to support and improve the performance requiring VO2max. This research was aimed to develop an instrument prototype, namely the Modified Vo2Max Test, using Ultrasonic sensor with lamp (LED 3 x 3 12VDC) and Buzzer (Piezzo 3-12 VDC). The set of this instrument consisted of four slaves. The placement of each LED sub-device depended on the need of the user. The basic circuit included sensors, WiFi modules, RGB LEDs, and a doorbell. The function of the sensor was to detect objects in the sensor area. The RGB LEDs acted as a signal when the sensor received stimuli. In addition, this instrument was made to facilitate the user movement in adding their skills according to their blindness. The valid test results showed an (rxy) value of 0.886. Compared to the table of r = 0.282, the value of rxy was higher with a sig value of 0.000 0.6. It concludes that the modified Vo2Max test is reliable. This Vo2max Futsal Prototype product is useful for players to examine their VO2max and physical fitness.

Abstract

Objective. Obesity is a significant health concern that can affect individuals of all ages, including children and adults. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of 12 weeks of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise in reducing complex obesity levels in older individuals. The research methodology used in this study is experimental, with a one-group pre-post test design. The study was conducted in June-July 2023 at the Jakarta State University Sports Hall, located in Rawamangun, East Jakarta. Following the participants' completion of 12 weeks of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, a post-test was administered, which included measuring their BMI. Materials and Methods. The study involved 30 elderly participants who were obese. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with several criteria such as being male, aged between 55-65 years, having a body mass index (BMI) between 27-32 kg/m2, coming from a large family from the Faculty of Sports Science, Jakarta State University, and being willing to participate in research on the effects of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for 12 weeks. The research aimed to determine the effects of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for 12 weeks on reducing the level of complex obesity in elderly people. Result. The research findings indicate that the 12-week program of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, designed by researchers, is an effective approach to significantly decrease complex obesity in the elderly population. The results of the study demonstrate the potential benefits of engaging in regular physical activity to improve the health and well-being of older adults. Conclusion. The study results indicate that engaging in aerobic exercise of moderate intensity, such as running on a treadmill, for 12 weeks can lead to a significant decrease in body fat and weight, thus promoting effective obesity reduction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and determine the feasibility of the physical fitness training model. This research uses the ADDIE model R&D research method which is planned for 2 months, from April 10 to June 10 2023. The design of this physical fitness training model consists of several training components, namely strength, endurance and speed. The sample in this study was a test of the effectiveness of the Independent High School Bimbel as many as 34 prospective students. The pre-test average score was 62.38 and the post-test average score after being given the physical fitness training model was 76.71, which means that there was an increase in the results from the pretest to the post-test. In the mean difference test with SPSS, mean = -14.324 indicates the difference between the pre-test and post-test, t-count results = -31.537, df = 33 and p-value = 0.000 <0.05, which means there is a difference significant difference between before and after being given the treatment of physical fitness training models. So it can be concluded that the physical fitness training model for prospective TNI and POLRI students is effective for use in fitness training.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a training model for basic hammer throwing techniques at the age of 13-15 years and determine the effectiveness of the training model that has been developed. The problem that is the basis for conducting this research is that several literatures have not found a hammer throwing training model for 13-15 year olds in DKI Jakarta Province using an e-book basis. The method used in this research is Borg and Gall research and development through 10 development steps. Participants involved in the small group test were 15 athletes in DKI Jakarta Province and in the large group test 32 athletes. Then the participants involved in testing the effectiveness of the model were 32 athletes who were divided into 2, namely 16 athletes in the control group and 16 athletes in the experimental group. Based on the results of the N-Gain Score (%) test calculation, it shows that the average value of the N-Gain Score for the experimental group is 81.4321 or 81.43%, which is included in the effective category. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain Score for the control group was 34.88 or 34.88%, which was included in the Ineffective category. From the results of these calculations it can be seen that the use of the training model in the experimental group was effective in improving basic hammer throwing technique skills.
