Abstract

This study describes the innovation of Islamic boarding school-based education marketing at MA Al Masduqiah. Marketing innovation is an important thing to do, considering the intense competition that is happening. This study used a qualitative approach to field research. Existing data obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were obtained by purposive sampling technique, then get five informants. Among them are school principals, public relations department, teachers, guardians of new students, and guardians of old students. The analysis of the data uses Yin theory, that is, it does not require control over the events studied, it is enough just to observe and then explain. The research results obtained stated that Islamic boarding school-based education marketing innovation at MA Al Mashduqiah consisted of three things, namely analysis of market needs, school programs and the label of plus Islamic boarding school-based schools.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to understand the contributions and challenges faced by educators in designing and using learning tools that are in accordance with the principles carried by the Merdeka Curriculum. This study also aims to identify the challenges faced by teachers in adopting the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used in this research and community service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The PAR method consists of three interconnected words: participation, research, and action. This method involves several data collection techniques, including participatory observation, structured interviews with teachers, focus group discussions, and document analysis related to the Merdeka Curriculum. The data analysis techniques employed in this study involve qualitative methods such as thematic analysis of interviews and content analysis of the curriculum documents. The findings reveal that: (a) The Independent Curriculum shares similarities with the National Curriculum, easing familiarity for teachers despite name changes. (b) Pancasila student character dimensions and new Learning Outcomes are relatively unfamiliar, needing more time for integration into teaching materials. (c) The activity significantly improves teachers' grasp of the Independent Curriculum, simplifying its application in the classroom.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Furudul Ainiyah mentoring program in an effort to improve the quality of graduates at Madrasah Aliyah. The Furudul Ainiyah program, which is designed to strengthen students' understanding and basic skills, has significant potential in improving the quality of education. However, madrassas often face challenges related to program implementation, including a lack of resources, varied teaching methodologies, and infrastructure support. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main framework. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of curriculum documents and student evaluation results. The results of the study show that the assistance of the Furudul Ainiyah program has succeeded in improving students' understanding of the subject matter and their academic skills. The program also helps improve the learning process by strengthening academic support and increasing student engagement. However, the challenges faced include the need for further training for teachers and the improvement of support facilities.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to investigate the role and implementation of character education planning in Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in maintaining the institution's brand identity and strong local values. This study discusses communication dynamics in the pesantren environment and the application of attribution theory in understanding community perceptions. This study explores how communication takes place in the context of pesantren and how attribution theory is used to understand how people interpret messages and actions from pesantren. The research method used is a case study that analyzes communication interactions in certain pesantren and interviews related community members. The results showed that communication in pesantren produces self-awareness, optimization of communication, building a positive image, public education, and collaboration. Attribution theory helps understand how society assigns meaning and interpretation to information received from pesantren. These findings provide valuable insight into the importance of effective communication in building a positive image and increasing public understanding of pesantren. This study's implication is to guide traditional Islamic educational institutions in strengthening brand identity and local values through a planned character education approach.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is also one of the infectious diseases that often cause extraordinary events. Low awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness and lack of public knowledge about eradicating mosquito nests to prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. This study aims to identify the relationship between the level of knowledge and the family attitudes of dengue hemorrhagic fever sufferers regarding the eradication of mosquito nests (PSN) in the work area of the Curahdami Health Center in Bondowoso Regency.Types of quantitative research designs. population and sample of 37 respondents by using total sampling. Data collection techniques used the Likert scale questionnaire to measure Knowledge Level and bivariate analysis was performed to determine the relationship between variables using Spearman's Rho. Statistical test results of Spearman's Rho. Obtained p-value 0.002 which means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge with the family attitudes of dengue hemorrhagic fever sufferers about the eradication of mosquito nets in the work area of the bulk health center with a correlation coefficient of 0.487.From the results of this study, the level of knowledge of families suffering from dengue fever in eradicating mosquito nests in the Bondowoso district health center area is good.

Abstract

This research aims to adapt to changes in educational institutions in rural areas through the improvement of teacher performance. This article is based on the unique challenges faced by rural schools that are not experienced by urban schools, such as limited access to educational resources, inadequate infrastructure, and diverse socio-economic conditions of students. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques including field observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis techniques consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The research results indicate that changes in the curriculum and organizational structure are important aspects of modern education. The curriculum is not only a guide for learning but also reflects the vision and mission of the education system to prepare the younger generation to face a complex world. The organizational climate aims to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Evaluation and changes to the supervision assessment system are also important for creating a fair and inclusive learning environment. Technological advancement has become the main driver of life transformation, with significant implications for society and the future of education. This research is expected to provide effective insights into educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategies used by the Principal of SMP Negeri 01 Wringin Bondowoso in preventing bullying cases. Bullying in schools is a serious problem that can have a negative impact on students' academic and emotional development. This study explores the strategies of the Principal in preventing bullying cases in the school environment. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 01 Wringin, Bondowoso Regency. Through a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods, this study found that the Principal plays a crucial role in creating a safe and conducive school environment. Some of the main strategies implemented include developing character education programs, teacher training on handling bullying, increasing supervision in vulnerable areas, and involving parents and the community in prevention efforts. In addition, the Principal also encourages the implementation of strict policies against bullies and provides support to victims. The results of the study indicate that a combination of preventive approaches and active interventions can effectively reduce bullying incidents in schools. Thus, the Principal must have good commitment and managerial skills to implement these strategies effectively.

Abstract

Public Relations Management in Increasing Alumni Participation is one way to foster and develop harmonious relations between institutions and alumni in establishing close relationships with alumni. Because the success of an educational institution organization in achieving its mission and objectives is determined by the role of alumni both internally and externally. Based on this, there are three issues that are the main study in this research, namely: first, How is Public Relations Management Planning to Increase Alumni Participation at the Al-Qur’an Science Education Center Nurul Jadid Paiton; second, How is the Implementation of Public Relations Management in Increasing the Participation of Alumni at the Al-Qur’an Science Education Center Nurul Jadid Paiton; third, How to Evaluate Public Relations Management in Increasing Alumni Participation at the Al-Qur’an Science Education Center Nurul Jadid Paiton. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of field study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: First, Public Relations Management Planning in Increasing Alumni Participation at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Al-Qur’an Education Center is carried out based on a public relations work meeting. Namely a. Introducing the importance of madrasas to Alumni b. Get moral and financial assistance c. Provide information to Alumni of program implementation. d. Know the needs of alumni. Second, the implementation of public relations in increasing the participation of alumni at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Al-Qur’an Education Center through several methods/tools, such as distributing brochures, installing banners, promoting institutions through the media etc. Third, a public relations evaluation conducted at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Al-Qur’an Education Center in increasing alumni participation is in two ways, namely, direct and quarterly evaluations (before the odd semester, after the odd semester before the class increase). The evaluation includes: active participation and passive participation.

Abstract

Improving the school's image must be connected to the participation of the community, which is an essential factor in supporting the achievement of programs held in educational institutions. In addition, implementing Public Relations management in educational institutions becomes a communication link or an extension of information that will be conveyed to the public. This study describes the Public Relations strategy in building the school's image to become a superior school. This research was conducted at An-Nadwa Integrated Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and in collecting data, researchers use interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The main subjects in this study are Public Relations, school principals, teachers and students. Researcher results show; the Public Relations Strategy of communication and cooperation between parents of students or the community and educational institutions. Furthermore, Build a School Image to become a preeminent educational institution

Abstract

Public relations management is essential in building an educational institution's image. The image of an excellent educational institution can increase the attractiveness and trust of the community, parents of students, and prospective students. In this article, the author discusses how public relations management can help build the image of educational institutions. Some recommended strategies and tips have a strategic plan, using social media well, having an extensive network, and being responsive to requests and issues. The research method in this article uses a qualitative case study type method. By implementing excellent and integrated public relations management, educational institutions can build a good image and increase public trust in educational institutions. This can help educational institutions to attract the interest of prospective students and parents and improve the quality of education provided.
