Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas, lokasi dan layanan prima memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Menganalisis hubungan antar variabel seperti pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, layanan prima terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan bagaimana ketiga variabel (fasilitas, lokasi dan layanan prima) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Patisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menginap di the Garden Hotel Syariah berjumlah 166 orang. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 5%, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 117 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner tertutup, dimana setiap responden meberikan jawaban dari pertanyaan sesuai dengan pilihan yang telah disediakan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel independent dan dependent dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kepuasan pelanggan adalah gambaran nilai atau perasaan konsumen setelah menerima jasa layanan hotel Syariah, meliputi kualitas layanan, kebutuhan terpenuhi, reputasi yang baik, rekomendasi dan loyalitas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara langsung sebesar 0.288, sedangkan saat melalui service excellent pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0.327. Pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara langsung sebesar 0.304, sedangkan melalui service excellent pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0.327. Hasil analisis jalur ini menunjukkan nilai yang cukup besar, artinya variabel fasilitas dan lokasi dapat menggambarkan kepuasan pelanggan lebih dari 30%. Abstract

In the service industry, company developments force professionals to stay abreast of the latest developments to compete. Customer happiness is a method that can be applied to maintain company survival by encouraging repurchase intentions. This research uses customer satisfaction at The Bucketlist Indonesia to test how price perceptions and servicescape influence repurchase intentions. Using a purposive sampling approach combined with a non-probability sampling strategy, the research sample consisted of 100 respondents. In this research, the analysis techniques used are quantitative, descriptive, and verification. Data analysis with the IBM SPPS Version 25.00 application utilizes path analysis and Sobel Test analysis. In conclusion, customer satisfaction can mediate servicescape and price perceptions on repurchase intention.

Abstract

UMKM Keripik Bapak Yudi dan Ibu Sarmilah di Desa Warnajati menghadapi penurunan penjualan karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan perubahan model promosi yang dapat membantu UMKM mempertahankan usaha mereka. Melalui perkembangan teknologi, media sosial menjadi pilihan yang populer dan berpotensi besar sebagai sarana promosi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya media sosial untuk promosi, dengan pendampingan dalam desain dan inovasi merek. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang berfokus pada identifikasi, penguatan, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi peningkatan pemahaman pemilik UMKM tentang media sosial, terciptanya desain dan inovasi merek, pembuatan akun WhatsApp Business, serta peningkatan keterampilan dan penjualan produk mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas layanan, citra merek dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Bogor. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi software IBM SPSS v26 dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and location on customer service satisfaction at Yamaha Bahana Sukabumi. The sample in this study was 100 people using a purposive sampling method. The data tested used classical validity, reliability, and assumption test methods. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, f test, and t test. The results of this research show that service quality and location simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Employees are important assets for the company, because employees are able to contribute to the company in getting good work quality. Utilization of human resources does not only utilize the quality of human resources, but the most important thing is to improve its quality in order to be able to drive business progress through improving employee performance. Low performance levels greatly affect the success and performance of the company. There are several factors that can affect performance, such as competence and motivation. This study aims to identify and determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya Cimande Bogor. The design of this study uses descriptive methods and verification methods. The sampling technique, by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees. The results of the study showed that employee responses to the variables of competence, motivation and employee performance were included in the sufficient category. Simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing of competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya Cimande Bogor

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lamps in the city of Bogor. The population in this study were consumers of Hori LED lamps, with a sampling technique using the method Proportional sampling so that 100 respondents were obtained using data analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the quality of the product, brand image and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially indicating that all independent variables of product quality, brand image and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Small businesses play a vital role in Indonesia’s economic development, yet many still struggle to meet the dynamic demands of consumers. This study aims to examine the factors influencing the marketing performance of small businesses in Bogor City by applying both descriptive and verificative research methods. A survey was conducted on 350 respondents to explore the influence of market orientation, entrepreneurial marketing, and marketing capabilities on marketing performance, as well as the mediating role of marketing capabilities. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 10.2 software. The findings indicate that market orientation and entrepreneurial marketing both significantly influence marketing capabilities. In turn, marketing capabilities, market orientation, and entrepreneurial marketing each have a significant direct impact on marketing performance. Furthermore, marketing capabilities mediate the relationship between market orientation and marketing performance and partially mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and marketing performance. The novelty of this research lies in the proposed mediation model, which links marketing capabilities as a critical pathway through which market orientation and entrepreneurial marketing affect marketing performance. The implications of these findings suggest that to enhance marketing performance, small business actors must prioritize strengthening their market orientation, particularly dimensions related to customer orientation. Measurement results show that customer orientation has the strongest correlation with market growth—specifically with increased sales and market share. Therefore, business owners’ commitment to understanding and responding to customer needs should be emphasized, as it directly supports the most significant performance outcomes in small business marketing.

Abstract

Small businesses have become an important part of the Indonesian economy, but most of their performance has not been able to meet the growing demands of customers. This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence the marketing performance of small businesses in Bogor City using descriptive and verification methods. A survey of 350 respondents was conducted to determine a general description of the influence of market orientation, entrepreneurial marketing, and marketing capabilities on marketing performance, as well as the mediating role of marketing capabilities. Analysis of the influence between variables was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling method, with data processed using Lissrel 10.2. The test results show that market orientation influences marketing capabilities, and entrepreneurial marketing influences marketing capabilities. The marketing capabilities of market orientation and entrepreneurial marketing influence marketing performance. Marketing capabilities can mediate the influence of market orientation on marketing performance and mediate some of the influence of entrepreneurial marketing on marketing performance. The novelty of this study is the discovery of a mediation relationship model of marketing capabilities in the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial marketing on the resulting marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand luxury dan brand experience terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna iPhone di Kota Bogor. Di tengah dominasi merek premium seperti iPhone, aspek kemewahan dan pengalaman merek dianggap berperan penting dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, brand luxury dan brand experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi kemewahan dan pengalaman positif terhadap merek mampu mendorong loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk premium seperti iPhone. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam membangun citra merek dan pengalaman pelanggan secara berkelanjutan
