Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of the BOPO (Operating Costs to Operational Income) and CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) ratios on the profitability of Islamic banks registered with the OJK for the period from 2015 to 2022. Using the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) method, the research employs purposive sampling to select relevant data. The findings reveal that, for Bank BJB Syariah, the BOPO ratio does not have a significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a probability value of 0.2047, which exceeds the 10% significance level. Similarly, the CAR ratio also shows no significant impact on profitability, with a probability value of 0.9785, again above the 10% threshold. These results suggest that, within the context of Bank BJB Syariah, both operational efficiency and capital adequacy do not directly influence profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). This study contributes to the understanding of the financial dynamics of Islamic banking, highlighting the need for further investigation into other factors that may affect profitability in this sector.

Abstract

Marriage is something that has been prescribed by religion. But in reality, people still have little understanding of the nature of marriage itself, so there is a carry but only run the Shari'a without ignoring other applicable rules. As well as Nikah Siri, although the law is considered valid marriage, but the rule of positive law in Indonesia has not considered valid. Therefore, raised view of the reviewer jurisprudence, especially from the schools of Shafi'i and Maliki.

Abstract

Marriage is not just a meeting between two beings process alone. However, marriage is a big gate which is the mouth of the meeting between the two families, two tribes, cultures, and it could be two states. Getting married is human nature to channel instincts of love of the opposite sex, and therefore Islam makes marriage a legitimate way for humans to maintain the existence of the regeneration and survival of offspring. However, there are concerns about the law of marriage at the time of Ihram, particularly in view of Imam Shafi'i and the imam of Abu Hanifa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perbedaan pendapat ulama terkait mustahiq zakat, khususnya mengenai golongan fii sabilillah. Terjadi perbedaan pendapat antara tokoh ulama klasik yaitu Sayyid Abu Bakr Asy-Syatho dan tokoh ulama kontemporer yaituYusuf Qardhawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama penelitian ini adalah kitab I’anah Ath-Tholibin karangan Sayyid Abu Bakr Asy-Syatho dan KitabFiqh Al-Zakat karangan Yusuf Qardhawi. Dalam pembahasan tentang makna fii sabilillah mayoritas ulama fiqh klasik seperti Sayyid Abu Bakr Asy-Syatho mempersempit makna fii sabilillah sebagai jihad yang berorientasi pada jihad melalui peperangan secara fisik, sedangkan mayoritas ulama fiqh kontemporer meluaskan makna fii sabilillah dengan tidak mengkhususkannya dalam urusan jihad, dan tidak beriorientasi sebatas jihad melalui peperangan secara fisik.

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah salah satu ikatan yang membuat wanita dan pria halal menyalurkan insting seksualnya. Hubungan yang tidak berdasarkan ikatan pernikahan dilarang oleh Allah SWT. Karena tindakan itu adalah perzinahan, hasilnya adalah kehamilan di luar nikah yang akan mengakibatkan keluarga dan anak-anak yang dikandungnya. Kehamilan di luar nikah adalah aib, oleh karenaitu untuk menjaga nama baik keluarga dan anak-anak dalam kandungan, pernikahan menjadi solusi terbaik bagi pelaku. Pernikahan dalam keadaan wanita hamil karena perzinahan disebut pernikahan hamil. Kasus perkawinan hamil merupakan objek utama penulis untuk melakukan penelitian di KUA Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor tentang analisis pandangan KUA Kepala Kecamatan Kabupaten Bogor tentang perkawinan hamil, termasuk dasar hukum yang digunakan dan alasan pada ibu hamil yang menikah, apakah itu sesuai dengan aturan hukum Islam atau tidak. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pandangan Kepala KUA Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor terhadap pernikahan nikah telah sesuai dengan hukum Islam dan aturan hukum yang berlaku.

Abstract

Joint property is property acquired either individually or jointly by the husband and wife during the marriage bond, regardless of the name of the item. The purpose of this research is to find out the distribution of joint assets after divorce according to Islamic law and civil law and the benefits of the research that the results of this research can provide knowledge for academics in studying law, especially marriage law. For the community as information material or input for the process of fostering legal awareness for the community to minimize the occurrence of disputes regarding the distribution of joint assets. The research method used in this writing is library research using descriptive qualitative methods or library research. The results of this study indicate that in civil law and Islamic law it is emphasized that a divorced husband and wife are each entitled to half of the joint property. only in the Civil Code there is a clause namely "without questioning which party the property comes from" this shows that the wife and husband have the same contribution to the existence of property in their marriage. We recommend that the division of joint assets be done fairly, so as not to cause injustice between what is the right of the husband and what is the right of the wife. If there is a dispute between husband and wife regarding joint property, then the settlement of the dispute is submitted to the court. Settlement through court is an option. Provisions regarding the distribution of joint assets are based on conditions accompanying a marriage relationship, such as death, divorce, and so on.

Abstract

In a household, husband and wife have rights and obligations that must be fulfilled, because rights and obligations are an effort to create a harmonious, peaceful and peaceful household. The rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household are very important things to know, this is so that a balance is created in household life and will become a family that is sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1. What are the views of the Syafi'iyah scholars regarding the rights and obligations of husbands and wives. 2 How is the application of the rights and obligations of husband and wife in realizing household harmony in the village of Sumbatu and their suitability according to the view of the Syafi'iyah scholar (Imam Nawawi). The purpose of this study was to determine the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household according to Syafi'iyah scholars and to find out how the rights and obligations of husband and wife are implemented in realizing household harmony in Cibarengkok village, Babakan Madang sub-district. The research method used in this writing is case study research using qualitative methods. The results of this study concluded that the rights and obligations of husband and wife cannot be separated because both of them must be balanced between rights and obligations such as the rights and obligations of a husband to his wife: to provide a living both physically and spiritually , provide education to his wife and so on, and the rights and obligations of a wife to her husband include: obedience, living in one house with her husband, not having a gloomy face and so on.

Abstract

This study discusses cyberbullying on social media that focuses on Instagram social media. The purpose of this study is to find out the phenomenon of cyberbullying on social media instagram ̧and to know the islamic views of cyberbullying. This study has limited problems in collecting data, namely only data in the form of comments on each post, and these posts in the period from January to June 2022. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this study will describe an object and social phenomenon explained through narrative writing, the researcher will make direct observations in seeing events and also what are important things at the time of research. This qualitative research will be used to understand and analyze cyberbullying actions through comments on Instagram social media. The results of this study explain that the phenomenon of cyberbullying on social media is found in various applications, such as chat applications ̧bermain games, and through other social media based on the internet. Cyberbullying cases have increased which are divided into several categories, namely age, gender, and sexual orientation categories. In addition, in this study, data and examples of cyberbullying cases were found. This research also explains the Islamic view in looking at cyberbullying as evidenced through the surah Al-Hujuurat, Al-Humazah, and one of the hadiths contained in the book of sunan Ibnu Majah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the efforts of teenagers from the Nurul Ummah Mosque in increasing religious awareness for adolescents in Kp. Cikarang. To find out the influencing factors in increasing religious awareness for adolescents in Kp. Cikarang. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research method, which is based on postpositivism or entrepreneurial philosophy, is used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined observation, interviews, documentation), the data obtained tend to be qualitative data, analysis the data is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research can be in the form of finding potential and problems, uniqueness of objects, meaning of an event, processes and social interactions, certainty of data truth, construction of phenomena, findings of hypotheses. The findings of this study indicate that in increasing religious awareness, the youth of the Nurul Ummah mosque try to provide an interesting forum or study to increase religious awareness for youth in Kp. Cikarawang so that the teenager can uphold Islamic sciences properly and correctly. The importance of the role of the environment can also affect religious awareness for adolescents. Even if it all comes back to you. However, the encouragement and motivation from parents is also important. Therefore, the efforts made by mosque youth are to communicate with each other and invite youth to follow every existing program. Keywords: Role, Mosque Youth, Religious Awareness.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is a very commendable and noble act. People who study, read or memorize the Qur'an are the chosen people who were chosen by Allah to receive the inheritance of the holy book of the Qur'an. Pesantren as an institution that is trusted by the community with prestige moral teaching, is actually able to survive in producing superior generations who have good morals and are capable in various fields. People who have a humble nature will admit mistakes and feel their knowledge is still lacking so they are open to receiving new ideas and wise advice from others. This trait is important for those who memorize the Qur'an. This study aims to determine how the effect of the implementation of the tahfidz program on the tawadhu attitude of students at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Kemang Bogor. This research methodology uses a correlational quantitative approach, because this study aims to obtain answers to specific statements. Data collection techniques were carried out by filling out questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research that the author has done, the tahfidz program variable has an influence on the attitude of tawadhu. The results of the linearity test showed that there was no significant linear relationship between the tahfidz program variable and the tawadhu attitude variable. While the correlation value of the influence of the tahfidz program on the tawadhu attitude of the santri at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Kemang Bogor is 47.38%, which means that there is a moderate correlation between the tahfidz program variable and the tawadhu attitude variable. So, the effect of the tahfidz program on the attitude of tawadhu of students at Pesantren Al-Hikmah Kemang Bogor is only 21.39%, and 78.61% is influenced by other factors.
