Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an important systemic autoimmune disease. Women are ten times more at risk of developing LES than men. The etiology of SLE is not fully understood and the pathophysiology involves genetic, immunological, endocrine and environmental factors. SLE is a chronic disease with periods of remission and relapse, so it requires different management and a long time. Medication adherence is required so that treatment goals can be achieved. Medication adherence rates in people with lupus have been reported from various studies to be 31.7-45.9%. Non-adherence to treatment for SLE causes an increase in visits to the emergency department and also hospitalization. There are two kinds of factors that influence medication adherence, intentional non-adherence and non-intentional non-adherence. Efforts are needed to improve and increase medication adherence by considering these both factors.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning interest on the level of understanding of accounting. This study uses primary data which includes questions in the form of a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale. The research sample is 133 students who had completed introductory accounting courses. The results showed that emotional intelligence had an effect of 64,4% on students understanding of accounting and learning interest had an effect of 72,2% on students understanding of accounting, simultaneously emotional intelligence and student learning interest had a positive and significant impact on the level of accounting of faculty students economics study program of management and accounting at Pasim National University.

Business development in the world has entered the era of free competition not only in a small scope but a large scope, this creates fierce competition between companies. Efforts made by a company to win a market by providing advantages in competition, analyzing competing companies, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This study uses Literature Review research with the results of research that management strategies are oriented towards developing macro strategies such as product strategy development, pricing implementation strategies, acquisition strategies, market development strategies, financial and other strategies. The steps of strategy management include: internal and external environment scanning (Internal &; External Scanning), Strategy Formulation, Implementation, Function Control and Evaluation.

Corporate culture or corporate culture are the values that are adopted, implemented, and maintained within a company. An organization with a strong culture will influence the behavior and effectiveness of employee performance. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how culture influences employee performance creativity. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the influence of culture on the creativity of employee performance has a significant and large effect. There is a positive and significant influence between creativity and employee performance, meaning that high or low creativity will affect high or low employee performance. It can be concluded that culture serves as the social glue that helps hold the company together by providing proper standards for what employees should say and do. Culture can also affect the creativity and performance of employees. For companies it is important to improve performance and build employee culture and creativity through achieving the implementation of an activity or policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization or company.

Education and training have a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources, namely civil servants who are professional both in terms of competence, attitude and expected behavior in accordance with their respective duties and roles. The objectives of education and training have an influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the objectives of the training which are in line with performance measurement indicators. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The education and training carried out by the company is beneficial for the company, employees, and improves performance and performance in good quality.

Rumah Zakat is a philanthropic institution that manages zakat, infaq and shadaqah, as well as other social funds through community empowerment programs. With the Smile Champion program, Rumah Zakat is committed to improving the quality of education which includes beneficiary categories. This study aims to determine how significant the influence of the Smile Champion program is on the increase in ZIS fundraising in 2009-2018 at Rumah Zakat. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The statistics use normality test, autocorrelation test, run test, heterodasticity test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination test and t test. The types and sources of data used are secondary data obtained from financial information published by Rumah Zakat. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the influence of the Smile Champion program on increasing the collection of ZIS funds at Rumah Zakat from 2009 to 2018 had a very positive significant effect of 48%, while 52% was influenced by other factors which were not included in the study. This is supported by the opinion of Sunyoto (2015) that an income in a goods or service company can be determined based on the quality of a product being marketed. From this research, Rumah Zakat must try to maintain the trust of muzzaki in particular and the community in general regarding the management of ZIS funds. It's a good idea to invite donors when distributing or giving to mustahik throughout the Champion's Smile Program. With the hope that professionalism that is manifested by transparency and accountability will make zakat collection continue to increase.

The financial statement is a reflection of the business activities of an organization. Therefore, a financial statement must be of high quality by presenting valid and accurate information which is prepared in accordance with applicable guidelines. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the financial statements of bank bjb Ziebar Consumer Cooperatives with applicable guidelines, namely Permen KUKM No. 12 of 2015. This research used qualitative methods with the type of case study research. The data analysis method used is by reducing data, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions, withdrawals, or verification. The results of the study indicate that the presentation of the financial statements of the Bank bjb Ziebar Consumer Cooperative is not fully in accordance with the KUKM Regulation No. 12 of 2015, because there are discrepancies in the basis of recording and components in the cash flow statement, and there is a CALK component that is not presented by the Bank bjb Ziebar Consumer Cooperative. However, even so the level of conformity of the financial statements of the Ziebar bank bjb Consumer Cooperative with the KUKM Regulation No. 12 of 2015 is quite good because it reaches a percentage of 85%.

Penggunaan modul sistem saraf interaktif diharapkan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri. Modul interaktif yang digunakan harus diuji kegunaannya. Kegunaan (Usability) dan pengalaman pengguna (User Experience) merupakan penentu utama kualitas suatu produk baik berupa media atau sistem, sekaligus sebagai indikator keberhasilan atau kegagalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan modul sistem saraf interaktif yang dikembangkan berdasarkan penerimaan pengguna dan peningkatan pengetahuan penggunaan. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen one group pretest posttest dengan metode sequential explanatory mixed. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh partisipan yang mengikuti stase komprehensif pada bulan Maret 2022. Pengukuran kuantitatif menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), dan pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan, pengukuran kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa modul meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta secara bermakna (p value adalah 0,000). Hasil rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test masing-masing adalah 68,33 dan 83,06. Hasil pengukuran penerimaan pengguna menggunakan SUS diperoleh nilai 73,125 yang menunjukkan bahwa modul sistem saraf interaktif “Dapat diterima” berdasarkan rentang akseptabilitas, “baik” berdasarkan peringkat kata sifat, dan nilai C berdasarkan Skala Kelas. Hasil pengukuran UEQ diperoleh Overall “Excellent”, Pragmatic Quality “Excellent”, Hedonic Quality “Excellent”. Hasil kualitati menunjukan bahwa modul sistem saraf interaktif memiliki keunggulan dari segi sistem, akses mudah, tampilan menarik dan mudah dipahami. Kekurangannya adalah penggunaan di perangkat mobile masih kurang nyaman jika dibandingkan dengan penggunaan di laptop dan tablet. Studi kami menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan modul sistem saraf interaktif ini dapat diterima dengan baik karena dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri siswa dan meningkatkan pengetahuan.

The emergency department is the front door in providing patient safety and health services. An emergency department certainly requires a fast and precise approach to patient safety. Fast and precise handling will increase patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is a condition where the patient's needs, desires and expectations can be met through the products and services consumed. Therefore patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of service felt by patients divided by the patient's needs, patient desires, and expectations of the patient himself. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical study is its function to review the factors that become patient satisfaction, so that it can assist the Hospital in making a better plan with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For the hospital it is very important and needs to be done optimally with these patient satisfaction factors to support the improvement of the hospital's status. So the agency in terms of tangible, reliable, assurance, and empathy to improve patient quality.
