Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the usage of social media affects elite home purchase choices at PT. Triloka Kendari in Kendari Regency. This study focuses on elite house purchasers who work with PT. Kendari Triloka in Kendari Regency. The accidental sampling approach was used to choose this study's 81 respondents. This study collects primary data via the distribution of questionnaires. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis with t-test hypothesis testing. The test findings indicate that service quality and social media marketing factors impact the choice to buy exclusive home at PT. Triloka Kendari. The independent variable has an 18.5% effect on the dependent variable, whereas factors not addressed in this research affect 26.54% of the total.

Abstract

Tumbuhan paku dapat hidup di berbagai lingkungan. Selain dapat menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem, tumbuhan paku dapat menghentikan erosi tanah, menghasilkan oksigen, dan menyerap air hujan. Tumbuhan paku dapat tumbuh sebagai epifit, yaitu menempel pada tumbuhan lain. Coban Putri merupakan salah satu tempat wisata air terjun yang berada di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Berbagai jenis tumbuhan dapat dijumpai di Coban Putri termasuk tumbuhan paku. Tumbuhan paku memiliki banyak manfaat dan keanekaragaman jenis yang luar biasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai keanekaragaman jenis paku di Coban Putri Kota Batu beserta kebermanfaatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan studi literatur. Data yang diperoleh tumbuhan paku tersebut teridentifikasi seluruhnya terdiri dari 6 spesies terestrial yaitu Diplazium esculentum (Retz.) Sw., Microlepia speluncae (L.) T. Moore, Dryopteris filix-mas (L.) Schott, Adiantum concinnum Humb. & Bonpl. ex Willd., Pteris biaurita L, Dryopteris filix-mas (L.) Schott, dan Dryopteris oreades Fomin. Tumbuhan paku-pakuan tersebut memiliki manfaat yang beragam antara lain dikonsumsi sebagai sayuran, sebagai tanaman hias, mengobati infeksi bakteri dan jamur pada kulit dan saluran pernapasan, mengobati penyakit (seperti cacingan, radang usus, gangguan pencernaan, luka, bisul, radang kulit, batuk, asma, bronkitis, demam, sakit kepala, dan nyeri sendi) dan juga sebagai tanaman hiperakumulator terhadap logam berat merkuri.

Abstract

It is the result of literature research that collects data from books, journals, and articles that discuss marketing from an Islamic economic point of view. The data collected were examined qualitatively descriptively. In the economic system, marketing, also known as marketing, is an important component that must be considered and done to achieve product sales targets in the hope that the business can achieve success. Some market players ignore marketing ethics to achieve business targets. In Islam, the Prophet has taught sharia business ethics, including marketing, through his nature called SAFT, which stands for "shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh." In addition, people working in the field of marketing must pay attention to the ethical principles of Rabbani, Akhlaqiyyah, Realistic, and Humanistic. Marketing is prohibited in Islam, so no marketing harms people, especially customers and business partners

Abstract

This research aims to develop media in the form of Mbojo Script flashcards to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile, especially the global diversity dimension in grade V students of SDN 1 Teke. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). This research was carried out at SDN 1 Teke by involving students in class V. Media validation was carried out by media experts and material experts as well as the response of teachers and students as product users. The validation results of media experts obtained a percentage of 98% in the very feasible category and the validation of material experts obtained a percentage of 98% in the very feasible category, while the teacher's response was 86%, while the students' response in the small group trial with a percentage of 91.7% in the very practical category and the student response in the large group trial with a percentage of 96.3% in the very practical category. Therefore, it can be concluded based on the results of the research that the Mbojo script flashcard media to strengthen the Pancasila student profile of Class V students of SDN 1 Teke is very feasible and practical to be used in the learning process and to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students

Abstract

This research is a web-based assessment system design that aims to build a web essay grading system at the UNM Testing Center. This study utilizes Research and Development (RnD) methods in the field of software engineering and uses  the Prototype model  in the system development process, as well as conducting software quality checks based on ISO 9126 standards involving four main aspects, namely functionality, reliability, portability, and usability. The result of this study is a web-based essay test scoring system at the UNM Testing Center. The results of the examination of the sub-characteristics of the accessory  and suitability functions  showed a conformity rate of 85%. For part security characteristics, the system has been tested and free of malware, website blacklisting, injected SPAM, defacement, and SQLInjection. In terms of reliability, the system is considered feasible with a feasibility percentage of 98.87%. The portability test  showed a feasibility rate of 96.33%, while the usability test  showed a feasibility rate of 81.43%.

Abstract

Delegative leadership is a leadership style that grants subordinates broad autonomy to make decisions and take responsibility for their work. In modern organizations, this style is believed to foster self-confidence, participation, and performance. However, its effectiveness depends greatly on the leader’s ability to provide clear direction and support (Gunawan & Al Hariri, 2019). This study aims to review various research findings regarding the influence of delegative leadership on employee performance and job satisfaction through a comprehensive literature review (Fauzan & Santoso, 2024). Method: A literature review method was conducted by analyzing 20 scholarly articles published between 2014 and 2025 obtained from databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and other academic sources (Pratama et al., 2024). Result: Most studies found that delegative leadership positively affects employee performance by improving responsibility, self-confidence, and intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, it enhances job satisfaction when accompanied by effective communication and role clarity (I Gusti Ayu Widari, Nengah Landra, 2025). Conclusion: Delegative leadership plays a significant role in creating a participative and productive work environment, though its success highly depends on organizational culture and employee maturity levels (Maarif, 2020)

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk pengabdian yang melibatkan mahasiswa secara langsung dalam proses pemberdayaan Masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ketahanan desa. Artikel ini mengkaji peran mahasiswa KKN Posko 24 di Desa Kaili, Kecamatan Suli Barat, Kabupaten Luwu, dengan fokus pada dua ranah utama yaitu pengelolaan lingkungan dan edukasi kebencanaan sebagai fondasi pembentukan Desa Tangguh Bencana. Pada aspek lingkungan, mahasiswa melakukan serangkaian program seperti pembersihan drainase setiap dusun, pengurangan timbunan sampah, dan penanaman pohon di area rawan longsor sebagai upaya mitigasi bencana. Sementara pada aspek kebencanaan, mahasiswa melaksanakan penyusunan model edukasi guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan respon cepat Masyarakat terhadap bencana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran warga terhadap pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan, berkurangnya hambatan aliran air saat hujan, serta tumbuhnya budaya mitigasi berbasis gotong royong.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the impact of online gambling awareness campaigns on household resilience and the family economy in Balong Jeruk Village, Kunjang District. Online gambling is a disturbing phenomenon with the potential for significant damage, particularly within the family environment. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders (victims/families, community leaders, and village officials) and participant observation. The results indicate that awareness campaigns regarding the dangers of online gambling remain challenging, although awareness of the risks has begun to develop. The impact of online gambling on household resilience is significant, including increased internal conflict, domestic violence (DV), loss of trust, and even potential divorce. Economically, online gambling practices lead to bankruptcy, significant debt accumulation (including illegal online loan debt), structural poverty within families, and the loss of productive assets. The study's conclusions confirm that online gambling poses a serious threat that undermines the economic and social foundations of families. Synergy between the village government, community leaders, and relevant institutions is needed to strengthen more intensive and comprehensive outreach programs and provide support and rehabilitation mechanisms for victims and their families.

Abstract

Children with special needs are very vulnerable to becoming victims of bullying. Bullying is a form of child or adolescent violence that is now increasingly common. This activity aims to empower parents and school elements and improve skills (teachers and education staff) in handling and preventing bullying and temper tantrums in children with special needs so as to create a conducive and controlled atmosphere for learning activities and help children with special needs achieve a good level of health. optimal. The activity was carried out at the Partner SLB-C YPPLB Makassar location using the method of providing video-based health education about preventing bullying in children with special needs and short training in handling tantrums in autistic children. The number of participants was 30 people. It was carried out using the method of providing video-based health education about preventing bullying in children with special needs and short training in handling tantrums in autistic children. The results of the activities after the activities were carried out, in the school element, both teachers and parents of students experienced increased knowledge regarding bullying and tantrums and were able to handle children with special needs who experienced tantrums better. In addition, a task force unit was formed to deal with bullying in target schools as partner of the public service.

Abstract

This study examines the strengthening of sharia management as an aspect of development in the industrial sector. The industrial sector has seen substantial growth in recent years, in reaction to global demand for products and services compliant with sharia guidelines. Where the process to produce goods starts from processing raw materials, into semi-finished products which are then further processed into finished goods. However, to ensure sustainable growth and face future challenges, effective management from a sharia perspective is essential. This research aims to find out how strengthening sharia management can function as a development in the industrial sector. Qualitative methods were chosen to gather information from a variety of sources, such as literature reviews, interviews with industry experts, and analysis of company documents. Then, the information is analyzed using relevant qualitative analysis methods. The findings of the study show that strengthening sharia management can provide significant benefits in business development in the industrial sector. In conclusion, strengthening sharia management as a strategy for industrial business development is able to create long-term added value for the company, increase customer reputation and trust, and encourage substantial growth. Therefore, the advice for practitioners and decision-makers in the industry is to prioritize the effective implementation of sharia management in their business strategies, paying attention to aspects of ethics, quality, and innovation that are in line with sharia principles.
