Abstract

Mengeruda Village, located in the Soa Basin, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, possesses rich geological and local cultural potential that has not yet been optimally documented or published. This study aims to develop a web-based geoheritage application in Mengeruda Village, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, as a medium for digital preservation and education. The development of the system was implemented using the Scrum methodology, which is divided into three phases: pre-game (needs analysis and planning), game (system development), and post-game (system testing). The primary features provided by the system consist of a cultural map, interactive 3D objects, photo and video galleries, and article content related to geoarchaeology, sociocultural aspects, and cultural sites. These features function as interactive learning media, comprehensive documentation of cultural heritage, and spatial representation of Mengeruda’s geoheritage and cultural assets. Additionally, the system is equipped with supporting features such as a news section and a profile page containing information about the village, the website, and the development team. Technically, the system was built using Tailwind CSS for a responsive interface, Leaflet.js for interactive mapping, and Express (Node.js) for the back-end. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning technique, consisting of 16 test scenarios on the website for the admin actor. All scenarios were successfully executed with Passed status and met the defined specifications, indicating that the system has optimally fulfilled its functional aspects. Usability test using the System Usability Scale (SUS) was conducted with 40 respondents and resulted in a score of 77.625, which, according to Bangor (2009), falls within the Good and Acceptable categories. These results indicate that the developed system is suitable for use as a digital platform to support the promotion, preservation, and utilization of geoheritage and local culture by both the community and academic institutions.

Abstract

The construction of the Nuclear Medicine Building of dr. Soedarso is a strategic effort to improve health services in West Kalimantan, especially in dealing with internal diseases such as cancer and heart. This project has an implementation deadline, so effective and efficient planning is required. This research aims to plan project time and costs using the crashing method, as well as consider aspects of human resources (HR), Occupational Health and Safety (K3), and project communication. The methodology used in the preparation of this final project is secondary data analysis in the form of RAB, AHSP, S curve, and basic price in 2024. The calculation of time and cost is carried out based on two approaches to project acceleration, namely the addition of working hours (overtime) and the addition of manpower. The analysis is complemented by the identification of the amount of labor needed, potential hazards at the work site, PPE needs, and communication used in the project. Normally for structural work, this project requires a cost of IDR 8.17 billion with a duration of 84 days. The results of this planning show that the crashing method with the alternative of adding working hours (overtime) costs IDR 8.19 billion, with a duration of 72 days (12 days faster than the normal duration). The crashing method with the alternative of adding labor costs 1DR 8.18 billion, with a duration of 67 days (17 days faster than the normal duration). Based on the results of these calculations, the crashing method can speed up project completion by considering labor productivity and cost-effectiveness. Recommendations from these results can be used as a consideration in making decisions on the implementation of project acceleration by contractors or other project implementing parties.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model supported by Wordwall media in improving students’ participation and learning outcomes. The research subjects consisted of 25 third-grade students of class IIIA at SD Negeri 11 Mataram. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes the stages of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting, and was conducted over two learning cycles. The research instruments comprised observation sheets and individual evaluation tests. The results indicated an improvement in students’ learning participation. The level of learning participation in the pre-cycle stage was 59%, which increased to 74% in the first cycle and further rose to 87% in the second cycle. The increase in learning participation had a positive impact on students’ learning outcomes, which showed progressive improvement. In the pre-cycle stage, the average learning outcome score was 73. This score increased to an average of 80.5 in the first cycle and showed a significant improvement to 86 in the second cycle. Based on these findings, the STAD cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media can serve as an effective solution to enhance student participation and create an enjoyable learning environment during the learning process, thereby improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the recording system of cash receipts and disbursements as an effective cash man-agement strategy at PT X. PT X is a manufacturing company that has been a client of KJA AP since 2020. Previously, cash recording was done manually and simp-ly using Excel without clear classification between per-sonal and company funds. After being managed by KJA AP, the recording system still uses Excel but is more structured and accurate due to data verification and transaction classification. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study. The results indi-cate that the current system is fairly effective in sup-porting managerial decision-making, although there are still some challenges such as delays and mismatches in transaction evidence. KJA AP conducts physical evi-dence verification, reconfirmation, and transaction clas-sification to address these challenges. To enhance future efficiency, KJA AP plans to develop an integrated digital system as part of an improved cash management strategy.

Abstract

This study investigates the profound impact of cyberbullying on the mental health, specifically anxiety and depression levels, and academic performance of adolescents in Indonesian secondary schools. The rapid adoption of digital platforms has unfortunately turned cyberspace into a new arena for aggressive behavior, where the unique characteristics of anonymity, permanence, and broad reach intensify the psychological distress experienced by victims. Findings consistently reveal a significant correlation: victims of cyberbullying report substantially higher levels of anxiety and depression compared to their non-victimized peers. This emotional toll is mediated by factors such as chronic stress, fear of public humiliation, and feelings of helplessness, directly eroding self-esteem and overall psychological well-being. Furthermore, the internalizing disorders resulting from cyberbullying—anxiety and depression—act as crucial mediators, subsequently leading to a decline in academic outcomes, including reduced motivation, impaired concentration, and increased school absenteeism. The study underscores the urgency for holistic and integrated interventions that combine robust digital literacy programs, accessible mental health support within schools, and strengthened parental involvement to effectively mitigate the damaging effects of cyberbullying and safeguard the comprehensive well-being of adolescents.
