Abstract

Islamic children's education adopts a holistic approach encompassing spiritual, intellectual, social, and moral dimensions. Rooted in the Quran and Hadith, it aims to cultivate individuals who adhere to divine teachings, exhibit exemplary character, and actively contribute to society. Central to this process are parents, who serve as primary guides and role models for their children. Furthermore, Islam advocates for the acquisition of practical knowledge and skills relevant to daily life. Emphasizing the significance of a nurturing environment, Islamic education underscores the consistent practice of Islamic values. Through this framework, Islam perceives children's education as a means to nurture a generation characterized by integrity and accountability, capable of meaningful societal engagement and attaining fulfillment both in this life and the hereafter.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has become integral to all aspects of modern life. This research examines the relationship between employee competency and the use of a digitalized GIS website for managing customer data, focusing on employees at PDAM Surabaya City. The study involved 100 participants and employed a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and surveys through questionnaires. Findings reveal that while employees generally believe their education and technological skills are well-suited to their job roles and support their performance, there are notable issues with the GIS website's reliability and error management. The high consensus on the need for improvements highlights the importance of ongoing maintenance and user support. Statistical analysis confirms that employee competencies significantly impact the effective use of the GIS website, underscoring the importance of skill development in optimizing digital tool utilization and enhancing organizational efficiency. The research implies that improving employee competencies and addressing technical issues with the GIS website are essential for enhancing its utilization and overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The specific objective to be achieved in this service activity is to improve the abilities and skills of PAI teachers to write scientific papers. Research methodology: The method used to implement community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through dialogue, discussion, and question and answer, as well as mentoring at several stages of meetings for participants. Results: Assistance activities in creating scientific work for teachers are very much needed, especially for PAI teachers. This is based on the need for promotion/position and fulfillment of requirements as a professional teacher. Some of the obstacles teachers face in creating scientific work are limited time at school for teaching and other administrative tasks. The obstacle in implementing community service activities is that teachers still have difficulty writing written work because they are still not used to it, so there are not many scientific works that can be submitted to scientific journals. Limitation: Mengedepankan tema-tema tertentu dalam penulisan karya ilmiah, seperti penelitian pendidikan, inovasi pengajaran, atau studi kasus di lingkungan sekolah. Contribution: Assistance in writing scientific papers for teachers at MGMP PAI at the high school level in East Jakarta can be concluded as successful. All participants gave positive responses with the largest percentage, namely that service activities provided additional knowledge related to the preparation of scientific articles for teachers. The participants suggested that the activities could be carried out on an ongoing basis so that participants could improve their competence in teaching, research, and writing.

Abstract

Businesses are trying to improve their marketing techniques to maximize client happiness. Along with the rapid development of the current retail business, if the company wants to increase its growth and development, competent management is needed. The marketing mix and marketing strategy are the two most important parts of any marketing plan. The purpose of the research is to find out the marketing strategy on alfamart in increasing customer satisfaction. The research method uses qualitative. Interviews were conducted with management and several consumers. The results of this study show that the marketing strategy carried out by Alfamart is a bundling strategy for several products offered as a promo to increase the selling value of products in maximizing sales for products that are not familiar in the market. The strategy carried out in combining several goods/products that are used as sales packages into one price to be offered to consumers with an economical selling value than the product price. Alfamart's marketing strategy which includes the 4Ps is that the products provided by alfamart are also in accordance with what consumers need, have sendri products that have an "A" logo and are guaranteed quality. The price is very affordable and when you have ALfamartku the price becomes cheaper because of discounts on certain days such. Promotion/Promotion: Alfamart usually promotes through Leaflets, which are distributed to the public, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Posters, Alfamart official website ads and JSM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology has become important in the daily life of contemporary globalized and digital society. Utilization of technical systems for performance management and assessment is part of the application of High Tech in performance management. A company can better monitor employee performance and increase staff understanding of company goals by utilizing existing technology, including in educational institutions. However, improving the performance of a workforce requires assistance from the system for evaluation materials, namely student satisfaction surveys. The survey aims to collect feedback from students regarding the quality of academic services, so that it can be used to improve the quality of education at the university. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method using in-depth interview research techniques to collect data and purposive sampling techniques to select research subjects. The results of this research show that the results of the student satisfaction survey and direct input from students will later be used as evaluation material to improve the performance of academic administration managers at the Faculty Y, University Z

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor utama yang menjadi penggerak sektor transportasi, serta menjadi pusat dari era Society 5.0. Semakin siapnya SDM juga menjadi salah satu solusi utama untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menyambut datangnya era Society 5.0. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui kesiapan SDM di sektor transportasi dalam menyambut era Society 5.0; 2) Mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung kesiapan SDM di sektor transportasi dalam menyambut era Society 5.0; dan 3) Merumuskan upaya untuk dapat meningkatkan kesiapan SDM di sektor transportasi dalam menyambut era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form, sedangkan data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan dokumen yang memuat informasi mengenai sektor transportasi di Indonesia dalam kaitannya dengan era Society 5.0. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh pihak yang bekerja di sektor transportasi. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 295 orang pekerja sektor transportasi sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa SDM di sektor transportasi memiliki kesiapan yang baik dalam menyambut datangnya era Society 5.0, baik kesiapan dalam kompetensi, kesiapan personal, kemampuan komunikasi, kesiapan untuk bekerja dalam tim, dan kesiapan pada aspek teknologi. Namun, kesiapan tersebut belum merata karena masih terdapat sebagian SDM yang kurang memahami konsep Society 5.0. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesiapan SDM sektor transportasi dalam menyambut datangnya era Society 5.0 melibatkan peran aktif dari SDM yang bekerja di sektor transprotasi dan pemerintah.

Abstract

The construction of the sea fence in South Tangerang has become a national issue, with the 30.16 km fence lacking clear accountability. This phenomenon is also observed in other regions, such as Kamal Muara in North Jakarta, Batam, Sidoarjo, Surabaya, and Bekasi. The sea fence case has the potential to erode public trust in the government's ability to enforce law and deliver justice. This research aims to identify the conflicts between the community and the government in the construction of the sea fence in South Tangerang and to explore effective strategies for managing these conflicts. The study employs a qualitative library research method, which involves reviewing and analyzing existing literature, documents, reports, and other secondary sources relevant to the case. By synthesizing various viewpoints and theoretical frameworks, the research uncovers the internal and external factors, as well as political influences, that contribute to the conflict. The findings suggest that the conflict arises from a combination of communication barriers, lack of public participation, and an imbalance of power between the government and the local community. The study identifies strategies for managing the conflict, including improving communication and public participation in the development process, and ensuring that both governmental and public interests are balanced through principles of justice, transparency, flexibility, and inclusiveness. Additionally, the research proposes solutions to address the sea fence issue, focusing on legal aspects, transparency in information dissemination, and the recommendation for continuous social education and collaboration among academics, government, NGOs, businesses, and the public.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja fisik memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan produktivitas karyawan di berbagai sektor industri. Faktor-faktor seperti pencahayaan, suhu, kebisingan, dan ergonomi dapat mempengaruhi kenyamanan dan kinerja karyawan di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami sejauh mana kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan-perusahaan di Jawa Timur, dengan fokus pada faktor pencahayaan, suhu, kebisingan, dan ergonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen yang paling mempengaruhi produktivitas dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung kinerja optimal karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dari beberapa perusahaan di Jawa Timur. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan produktivitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencahayaan yang cukup, suhu yang nyaman, dan desain ergonomis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sebaliknya, faktor kebisingan, meskipun berpengaruh, tidak sebesar pencahayaan dan suhu dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat mengurangi stres, meningkatkan konsentrasi, dan mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan untuk melakukan perbaikan pada elemen-elemen lingkungan kerja fisik guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan di perusahaan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan ke sektor lainnya dan menggunakan metode eksperimen untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dari perbaikan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh giro wadiah dan tabungan wadiah terhadap beban bonus wadiah pada bank syariah di Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan beban bonus wadiah sebagai variabel dependen serta giro wadiah dan tabungan wadiah sebagai variabel independent. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang diukur dengan menggunakan eviews 9. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di OJK yang diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan tahunan pada bank umum syariah 2018-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 8 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t variabel giro wadiâah 2.854372 > 1.68709, dan tingkat signifikasi 0,0070 < 0,05 sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beban bonus wadiâah, variabel tabungan wadiah -2.801382 > 1.68709, dan 0,0080 < 0,05 sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beban bonus wadiah. Secara simultan 4.713575 > 3.25 dan 0.015012 < 0,05 sehingga menunjukkan bahwa variabel giro wadiah dan tabungan wadiah secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap beban bonus wadiah. Nilai R2 sebesar 16%. Artinya variabel X memberikan pengaruh sebesar 16% terhadap variabel y, sedangkan sisanya 84% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.
