Abstract

Most Indonesian people really like tempeh and tofu. The affordable price means these two foods always sell well on the market. However, behind the cheap prices of tempeh and tofu there are entrepreneurs who are having difficulty because the price of soybeans continues to soar. If the price of tempeh and tofu increases, it is feared that purchases of tempeh and tofu will decrease. However, if it is not increased, entrepreneurs will have difficulty in the production process. The aim of this service is to optimize MSME income through market improvement.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, digitalization has entered into various aspects of life, including in the fields of education and entrepreneurship. The utilization of the digital market is one of the important innovations in the business world that provides various opportunities and conveniences for entrepreneurs including for students. This service aims to explore the utilization of the digital market in increasing entrepreneurial interest among MA Annur Pagar Jati students in Central Bengkulu. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with a special study approach involving observation, in-depth interviews. The results showed that digital markets, such as e-commerce and social media have great potential to increase students' entrepreneurial interest and skills. Through various digital-based trainings and projects, students not only learn about entrepreneurial concepts but also gain practical experience in running a business online. In addition, the use of digital marketplaces also helps students develop other skills such as time management, communication and creativity. This indicates that the integration of digital marketplaces in the entrepreneurship curriculum can be an effective strategy to motivate and equip young people with relevant skills to face future economic challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on the performance of employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Government Office. The type of research is quantitative, the sample in this study was 50 Bengkulu Provincial Government Office Employees. Data collection using Questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test.The results of the study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) shows a t count of 2.942> t table 1.677 and significant 0.005 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Leadership Style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). The Organizational Culture variable (X2) shows a t count of 3.656> t table 1.677 and significant 0.001> 0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). The Organizational Commitment variable (X3) shows a t count of 3.079> t table 1.677 and significant 0.003 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Organizational Commitment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis calculations, it shows a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that together the variables X1 Leadership Style, X2 Organizational Culture, X3 Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant influence on Performance (Y).

Abstract

The city of Manna is a city that is famous for its diversity of businesses in the culinary sector, both food and drink. One of the partners in this community service activity is a business actor in the food processing and sales sector, namely the Dosqi Manna Shop, which is managed by Mrs. Lioty, located in A. Yani, Manna City. In 2013, Mrs. Lioty started running a business in the field of typical Palembang food, namely Pempek. Mrs. Lioty provides raw materials, processes raw materials into products, and sells pempek food. There are problems related to business management, including that business actors do not yet have the equipment to support marketing and shipping products outside the city of Manna, and the management of financial records is still simple. The aim of this service is to increase the marketing of Toko Dosqi Manna's pempek products through facilitating the provision of equipment and training in managing business bookkeeping. The methods in this activity are divided into preparation stages (observation, interviews and documentation), implementation (statement of partners' willingness, facilitation of training, and facilitation of equipment provision), and evaluation of activities (partners are monitored after being facilitated with training and equipment). The results achieved in this activity are increased marketing of frozen pempek products and understanding of financial recordopen-accesss.

Abstract

Brand image is a guideline that consumers use to judge a product when they do not have enough knowledge about a product. Product quality is the core of a marketing activity because the product is the output or result of one of the company's activities or activities that can be offered to the target market to meet the needs and desires of consumers and buying interest is a type of consumer behavior that occurs as a response to an object that shows the consumer's desire to buy something. This thesis is entitled The Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on the Interest in Buying Futsal Specs Shoes at the Queen Style Shop in South Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image and quality in the face of buying futsal shoes Specs. This study uses a qualitative research method, the sample that was researched in this study amounted to 98 peopel and sample sampling using the incidental sampling mothod. Based on the multiple linear results, the regression equation Y=0.233+0.029X1+0.0652X2 was obtained. The results of the research showed that the value of R²=0.982 The results of the study and hypothesis showed that citra merek (X1) had a significant increase in buying interest, namely t calculate t tables (0.504>0.167)and(sig a+0.001 ltables (0.651>0.05) and (sig a=0.001 ftables (12.149>0.167) and (sig a = 0.001 < 0.050).

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the first step for mothers to develop their own abilities to help the family economy, with the entrepreneurial spirit of the residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. The Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City has a very broad positive impact, including being able to channel the talents that exist in each of them, being able to find out what kind of products the market wants, and being able to find out a good market share for the products that are produced both in terms of appearance. from the place and the way of marketing. With this entrepreneurship socialization, it can solve the problems faced by women residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City, to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit in each of them, and to be able to practice what skills are possessed by mothers. In this case, the ability possessed by the majority of mothers is in making tat cakes. Entrepreneurship socialization carried out in this service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is awareness, the second stage is capacity building and the last stage is the empowerment stage. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City and can be received with quite high enthusiasm. After the entrepreneurship socialization was carried out, the mothers immediately put it into practice together. The most important thing in this case is the emergence of the soul of the mothers to be able to develop themselves together in this case, making cakes and selling to the market and following current technological advances. It is hoped that every mother can use her time in a useful way and can help to improve the economy of the families of the residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT. 12 RW. 04. Abstract

Education plays an important role in shaping the character and future of children. Poverty is a phenomenon that has become a major problem for many countries; both developed and developing countries. Poverty has always been a part of the social dynamics of society which is sunnatullah as well as a “disease” that must be cured through various approaches and development policies. This activity aims to provide motivation and understanding of the importance of education. By using descriptive qualitative methods / data collection by means of interviews, documentation and direct observation. The results of this community service are an increase in motivation in the children of Bina Remaja Harapan Bengkulu Orphanage.

Abstract

This study explores the role of marketing strategies in enhancing the sales performance of traditional culinary products, specifically *ketoprak*, among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Padang Serai area of Bengkulu City. MSMEs play a crucial role in the regional economy by creating employment opportunities and supporting local economic growth. However, these businesses often face significant challenges in marketing, particularly amid increasing competition. Therefore, this research aims to assess the extent to which marketing strategies implemented by ketoprak vendors influence their sales outcomes.

Abstract

Low awareness of proper waste disposal among mosque congregants often causes cleanliness issues. The KKN Tematik program in RT 08 Pematang Gubernur aimed to improve cleanliness by providing garbage bins at strategic points in the mosque area. This study used a qualitative case study method with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the garbage bins made it easier for congregants to dispose of waste properly, improved overall cleanliness, and encouraged new habits of keeping the mosque environment clean. Support from mosque management and regular education were key to the success of this program.

Abstract

Rt 09 Rw 05 in the Pematang Gubernur village holds great potential in the field of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, this potential has not yet been fully explored and recognized by the wider community. Seeing this opportunity, students conducting Community Service (KKN) in Rt 09 Rw 05 initiated an innovative program, which includes the installation of map points and the posting of banners design for MSMEs. This program aims to highlight the village's potential and to introduce superior products to a broader audience. In the era of digitalization, MSMEs still do not understand how to place their Google Maps location as one of the economic drivers of developing countries. Micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant role. With the existence of MSMEs, in this activity, KKN students provide training and direct assistance to MSME owners to operate the step-by-step registration of their business on Google Maps so that its visibility can be seen by the public. Through the implementation of this work program, it is expected that MSME owners can better understand and appreciate the importance of digitalization in managing their businesses. By utilizing digital technology, MSME players will make it easier for potential customers to find their business locations more effectively and efficiently. This is expected to positively impact the increase in sales volume and expand their market reach. In addition, this program aims to improving the efficiency and productivity of MSMEs, allowing them to optimize existing resources and minimize waste. With digitization, MSMEs can also create significant added value at the village level, contributing to local economic growth and strengthening their position in an increasingly competitive market. Through this approach, it is hoped that MSMEs can not only survive but also grow and compete effectively in the digital era.
