Abstract

The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative, and the sample in this study is 140 customers. Based on the results of this study concluded that: The regression equation obtained from the research results are as follows: Y = 6.263 + 0.588X1 + 0.574 X2 + e. The value of the termination coefficient R2 = 0.792. This value means that independent and dependent, contributed 79.2% in influencing the dependent variable while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined. The t test is used to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable by looking at the tsig value compared to 0.05. From the table above, the tsig value of X1 is 0.001, and X2 is 0.005. From the tsig value, it is found that the X1 variable has an effect on Y and the X2 variable has an effect on Y, 4). Fsig value 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables (X1) and (X2) have an effect on the variable (Y) or together have a simultaneous effect

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the average level of customer arrivals and the average service time of customers in the queue. The analytical model used in this study is a multi-channel single-phase queuing theory analysis with a mathematical formula. The queuing process is a process related to the arrival of the customer to a queuing system, then waiting in the queue until the waiter selects the customer according to the service discipline, and finally the customer leaves the queuing system after the service is finished. At Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Bengkulu S. Parman 1 there are 5 tellers provided to serve customers who will make deposits, withdrawals and cash transfers. Queues that occur at the optimal service level can be obtained by the performance of the queuing system with the calculation results, namely, the average number of customers in the queue (nq) 31.88 customers, customers in the total system 33.08 people, the average time in the queue 0, 000767 and the total system time is 0.034097 or 2 minutes. Thus, customers do not take too long to make transactions. With the number of tellers as many as five people, there is a long waiting time for customers (Wq) in the queue, which is 0.02777 hours or 2 minutes and the average number of customers in the queue (Ls) is 2 people..

If the results of an The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and attitude on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tais Seluma District. The sample in this study was 50 customers at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tais Seluma District. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 2.312 + 0.155X1 + 0.806 X2 + e. This means that if there is an increase in service quality and attitude then customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tais Seluma District will also increase. Service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tais Seluma District because the value of tcount is greater than ttable (2.227>1.677) and a significance value of 0.031 <0.05. Attitude has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tais Seluma District because the value of tcount is greater than ttable (8.720>1.677) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneous test results can be seen that there is a significant influence between service quality and attitudes towards customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tais Seluma District together because the value of Fcount > Ftable (51.284 > 3.20) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.686. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (attitude) affect customer satisfaction (Y) by 68.6% while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, which is a research method in research that examines the status of a human group, an object, a system of thought or a class of humans today. The results of the research show that the regression direction is positive with the equation Y = 11.743 + 0.304X1 + 0.438X2 + e. The coefficient of determination of the value of R square is 0.414. This means that X1 (Digital marketing) and X2 (variety of products), affect buying interest (Y) by 41.40% while the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

Sustainable rural tourism has become an important strategy for promoting local economic development while preserving environmental and socio-cultural resources. This study aims to identify strategic sustainable tourism development in Indonesia through a case analysis of four tourist villages: Penglipuran (Bali), Nglanggeran (Yogyakarta), Setanggor (West Nusa Tenggara), and Belitar Seberang (Bengkulu), which represent diverse rural tourism contexts. Using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) framework, the study analyzes internal and external factors influencing tourism development. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including village tourism managers, local government authorities, and local community members. The results indicate that the villages are positioned in the First Quadrant, reflecting strong internal resources and favorable external opportunities for sustainable growth. Nevertheless, several internal limitations and external risks persist, particularly in institutional capacity and long-term management. This study contributes empirically by integrating sustainability dimensions into SWOT-based strategic planning across diverse tourism village contexts and provides practical guidance for policymakers and local stakeholders in developing collaborative and resilient rural tourism strategies in Indonesia.
