Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hygiene sanitasi pada es serba 5 (lima) Ribu yang berada di Jalan Daya Nasional (Komplek Untan) Kota Pontianak 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yaitu dengan cara observasi menggunakan lembar checklist hasil yang didapatkan berupa dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Hasil inspeksi yang dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2022 didapatkan hasil pada variabel penjamah makanan jajanan baik sebanyak 14 orang (9,33%) dan penjamah makanan jajanan cukup sebanyak 1 orang (6,67%), peralatan pedagang baik sebanyak 15 pedagang (100%), air bersih dan bahan yang digunakan pedagang baik sebanyak 15 pedagang (100%), penyimpanan minuman yang telah di olah sebanyak 15 pedagang (100%), dan pewadahan/penyajian baik sebanyak 13 pedagang (86,67%) dan cukup sebanyak 2 pedagang (13,33%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini peneliti dapat mengetahui berapa persentase baik, cukup, tidak baik pada 15 sampel yang diamati. Adapun variabel yang diamati adalah penjamah makanan jajanan, peralatan pedagang, jenis air bersih dan bahan yang digunakan, penyimpanan minuman yang telah diolah, dan penyajian/pewadahan. Saran yang ditujukan untuk pedagang, instansi terkait, dan konsumen es serba 5 (lima) Ribu.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was high at 26.92% in 2020. The highest stunting rate at the Puskesmas in Padang City is the Ikur Koto Puskesmas (16.0%). Nutrition-conscious family behavior is one of the efforts to overcome stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutrition-conscious family behavior and the incidence of stunting in the working area of Puskesmas Ikur Koto in 2023. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in March-August 2023. This research approached 91 respondents used the simple random sampling method. Data was collected by interview using questioner and measurement with microtoise. Data analysis with chi-square statistical test. The results showed that (57.1%) toddlers were stunted. (51.6%) families do not behave nutritionally consciously. Based on statistical tests, it was found that there is a significant relationship between nutrition conscious family behavior and the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Ikur Koto Health Center Working Area in 2023 (ρ-value = 0.001). This study suggest that the Ikur Koto Health care center would be providing nutrition consultations to mothers of toddlers, Health Center Ikur Koto need provide a nutrition conscious family surveys every year, increase counseling, conduct home visits for toddlers who have not received Vitamin A supplements, provide additional food and conduct balanced food cooking demonstrations.

Abstract

Spray gel merupakan sediaan kosmetik berbentuk gel yang biasa digunakan dengan cara menyemprot pada area tubuh seperti tangan, wajah dan sekitarnya. Sediaan kosmetik ini memilikikelebihan diantaranya tingkat paparan langsung jari tangan yang rendah dibanding sediaan lain, praktis, aman, mudah dicuci, dan mengurangi resiko sediaan teroksidasi oleh udara diakibatkan buka tutup wadah. Kulit jeruk purut selama ini hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai penyedap masakan, bahan pembuatan kue dan dibuat manisan, padahal dapat juga dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan kecantikan antara lain menghilangkan bekas jerawat, dan dapat membuat kulit segar dan bercahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi spray gel dari minyak atsiri kulit jeruk purut (Citrus hystrixDC) dengan kandungan minyak atsiri 10 ml (F1), 15ml (F2) dan 25ml (F3), dan mempelajari mutu fisik dari setiap sediaan yang dibuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan spray gel yang dihasilkan dari semua formulasi berwarna kuning keruh, berbentuk cairan sedikit kental, dan berbau khas jeruk purut. Hasil uji homogenitas pada F1, F2, dan F3 tidak homogeny (terbentuk lapisan minyak). Hasil uji daya sebar untuk F0 hingga F3 memenuhi persyaratan nilai daya sebar sediaan spray gel. Untuk hasil uji kondisi semprot keempat formula dinyatakan melekat dengan baik. Hasil uji waktu kering terhadap keempat formulasi memenuhi syarat. Untuk nilai pH dan nilai viskositas keempat formulasi juga memenuhi syarat standar nilai pH dan viskositas untuk sediaan spray gel, dan keempat formulasi yang diperoleh tidak mengiritasi kulit.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam muatan IPAS di Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 89 Parepare. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam muatan IPAS di Kelas V. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 13 yaitu 1 guru kelas V dan siswa yang berjumlah 12. penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi cukup (C) dan keaktifan belajar siswa berada pada kategori Sedang. siklus II hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan keaktifan belajar siswa berada pada kategori Tinggi. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan proses dan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam muatan IPAS di Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 89 Parepare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the homeroom teacher's strategy in shaping the morals of students in class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Sudiang and the inhibiting and supporting factors in shaping the morals of students in class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Sudiang. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques used namely by observation, interviews, questionnaires, test sheets and documentation. Based on the research results of the homeroom teacher's strategy in shaping the morals of students in class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Sudiang, Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. Shows that the homeroom teacher's strategy in shaping the morals of students in class V UPT SPF SD Negeri Sudiang, has several strategies in shaping the morals of students in class V, including: Habituation, exemplary, Targhib Wa Tarhib and giving advice. Factors that inhibit the homeroom teacher in shaping the morals of students in class V, namely: from the background and awareness of each individual self and from student association and from family environmental factors (parents), school environment and also from the community environment. The supporting factors are coming from good individual personalities and with good cooperation between the homeroom teacher and the parents of the students.

Abstract

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an infection that weakens the immune system, where the most advanced stage of this disease is Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Based on the results of previous studies, it was found that there were 37% of HIV AIDS cases in key populations in Padang City. The dominant factors that influence the incidence of HIV/AIDS in key populations are the number of sexual partners, history of needle use and history of HIV in partners with a p-value <0.05. The purpose of this community service is to improve the knowledge and attitudes of key populations with health education about preventing HIV/AIDS transmission in Padang City. The method of this activity is in the form of providing information to key populations with leaflet media. This activity will be conducted from February to June 2024. The stages of this community service include preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity are in the form of an increase in good knowledge from 50% to 70% and a positive attitude from 55% to 75% so that it can be concluded that this educational activity is effective in improving the attitudes and knowledge of key populations.

Abstract

Penelitiain ini bertujuain untuk menguji pengairuh Kesaidairain Waijib Paijaik, Pemaihaimain Paijaik, dain Sainksi Perpaijaikain terhaidaip Kepaituhain Waijib Paijaik Oraing Pribaidi (Studi Kaisus Maihaisiswai Faikultais Saiins dain Teknologi di Universitais Buddhi Dhairmai). Jenis penelitiain ini menggunaikain pendekaitain deskriptif kuaintitaitif dengain menggunaikain daitai primer yaing dikumpulkain dairi jaiwaibain responden melailui kuesioner. Populaisi penelitiain terdiri dairi 590 maihaisiswai/maihaisiswi Faikultais Saiins dain Teknologi di Universitais Buddhi Dhairmai. Metode yaing digunaikain aidailaih teknik non-probaibility saimpling dengain metode convenience saimpling, dengain jumlaih responden sebainyaik 85 saimpel yaing dihitung menggunaikain rumus slovin. Ainailisis daitai dilaikukain melailui uji staitistik deskriptif, uji kuailitais daitai, uji aisumsi klaisik, dain uji hipotesis dengain baintuain aiplikaisi SPSS Versi 29. Abstract

The nganggung tradition has a very important role in cultural transmission and character formation in early childhood in Pangkalpinang City. By utilizing this tradition as an educational tool, PAUD can contribute to the preservation of local culture while forming a generation that has strong character and is based on cultural values. This research aims to analyze the role of the nganggung tradition as a medium for cultural transmission in character building in early childhood in Pangkalpinang City PAUD. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores the transmission of culture in the nganggung tradition in PAUD Pangkalpinang City. The results of the research show that the transmission process is carried out through imitation of the nganggung tradition in society, although it is not completely the same. Meanwhile, the transmission method is carried out by participating in the implementation of this tradition, although their involvement still requires guidance. The elements transmitted in the nganggung tradition are social values ​​in the life of the Melayu people of Bangka. PAUD institutions as a means of cultural transmission have attempted to pass on the cultural legacy to the nation's new generations so that community traditions do not become extinct.

Abstract

HIV AIDS is still a public health problem in Indonesia, with the number of cases reaching 543,100. Key populations such as sex workers, injecting drug users, men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgenders contribute a relatively high proportion of cases. Lack of knowledge and low awareness of the importance of early detection are the main obstacles in prevention efforts. This community service aims to increase knowledge and attitudes and encourage independent HIV screening behavior in key populations through education. The activity methods include counseling and the distribution of leaflets. The activity was carried out in January 2025 in Padang, involving 25 participants from key populations. The stages of this community service include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation results of this activity were an increase in knowledge from 55% to 78% and a positive attitude from 50% to 75%, so it can be concluded that community-based education can increase understanding and attitudes about early detection of HIV among key populations.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low quality of the learning process and speaking skills of fourth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 110 Pinrang. The study aimed to examine how the implementation of the Think Pair Share learning model could enhance the quality of classroom learning and students' speaking skills. A qualitative approach was employed, specifically using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects included one teacher and 18 fourth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 110 Pinrang. Data collection methods involved observation and documentation, which were analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research was conducted over two cycles. The findings revealed that in both the first and second cycles, the teacher's instructional activities were categorized as good (B). Meanwhile, student activities, which were initially rated as sufficient (C) in the first cycle, improved to the good category (B) in the second cycle. This improvement was also reflected in the students' speaking skills, which increased from the sufficient category (C) in the first cycle to the good category (B) in the second cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share learning model is effective in enhancing both the quality of the learning process and the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 110 Pinrang
