Abstract

ABSTRACT This report is the result of Community Service with the theme 'Creativity of the Surakarta Cultural Image Studio in Dance Training During the Covid-19 Pandemic.' The purpose of the training is to accommodate the talents, abilities and enrichment in the field of dance for the studio students. This training can foster the creativity of students in the field of dance. The targets of the activity are students and studio teachers. The training activities are carried out using the dialogical method, the lecture method, the demonstration method, and the drill method. The output of this activity is to direct and make students to develop creativity in learning dance. The result of the creativity training activity is the creation of the offerings dance "Sesaji Nur Citra Laksita" and Puppet Bocah "Dewa Ruci". This training provides an understanding of basic creativity, doing creative work, and to document audio-visual so that it can be used as a reference in learning dance at the Sanggar.

Abstract

Background: Since January 2015, government has enacted the National Health Insurance System (SJKN) held by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) to achive universal health coverage. Puskesmas as primary public health service has an important role to improve customer satisfaction by providing the best quality of health services. Customer satisfaction is one of the main indicators to measure the quality of health service. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the of service and satisfaction of Social Health Insurance Customers at public health care in term of five quality service dimension (tangible, responsiveness, assurance, reliability and empathy) . Methods:This research was a observational analitic study with cross-sectional design, conducted at Puskesmas Kebakkramat I Karanganyar District. Sampling technique used in this research is random sampling technique. The samples were customers of BPJS in Puskesmas Kebakkramat I Karanganyar District that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of at least 93 respondents. In this research, respondents filled out some questionnaire of patient satisfaction and quality of health service, and then the data were analyzed with Kendall's tau_b correlation test. Results:The result of Kendall's tau_b correlation test showed a significant relationship between health service quality and satisfaction of BPJS customers at PuskesmasKebakkramat I Karanganyar District with p ?0.000. Conclusions:From this research, researcher conclude that there is a relation between health service quality and satisfaction of BPJS customer at Puskesmas Kebakkramat IKaranganyar District. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee motivation at the Manpower Polytechnic during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH). The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with 58 respondents with a simple regression analysis method which produces a t count of -2.063, this shows that the value of t count is greater than t table (-2.063 > 2.003) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.04 < 0.05). which can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be interpreted if work stress has a negative and significant effect on work motivation (Y) during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH). Meanwhile, for the coefficient of determination of 0.071 which means that 7.1% of the work motivation variable (Y) can be explained by the work stress variable (X) while the remaining 92.9% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of technology adoption to improve hospital business performance in Indonesia. The study uses an applied descriptive method. The unit of analysis in this study is the surgical department in both private and public hospitals. Data were collected from internal records and questionnaires. The sampling technique was non-probabilistic. The results of the study analysis indicate that hospital management is currently facing obstacles and challenges related to record management, on the other hand, management realizes that they also find and identify that there are great opportunities to improve and enhance business performance through the use of technology and implementation of management systems in business processes. Detailed and easily accessible record management is essential to ensure patient safety and build effective management capacity. Automation and integrated systems are needed to increase focus on patient satisfaction levels, because high administrative burdens often distract from clinical aspects. The suggestion from the study is that management needs to update the computerization system so that the digitalization process of business processes can run well. Another suggestion is that management needs to improve the quality of human resources and make investments related to the adoption of the latest technology is very important to improve work efficiency and effectiveness

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat diberbagai bidang, salah satunya di dunia perbankkan. Mobile banking adalah kegiatan perbankan yang menggunakan teknologi internet sebagai media untuk melakukan transaksi melalui smartphone. Layanan mobile banking juga dapat digunakan untuk bertranksaksi kapan saja dan di mana saja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi My BCA yang sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi My BCA. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 252 responden. Pengolahan dan pengujian data menggunakan software SPSS untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna dan dampaknya terhadap loyalitas  pengguna aplikasi BCA. Hasil analisis pada rantai kausal pertama menunjukan bahwa variabel fitur layanan, promosi, kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem secara individu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan variabel kemudahan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil analisis pada rantai kausal kedua menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi, kemudahan penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna secara individu berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas penggguna. Sedangkan fitur layanan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna. Hasil analisis pada rantai kausal pertama menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel fitur layanan, promosi, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna. P Hasil analisis pada rantai kausal kedua menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel fitur layanan, promosi, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap loyalitas pengguna. Persamaan rantai kausal pertama Y1 = 0,127X1 + 0,176X2 + 0,073X3 + 0,166X4 + 0,268X5 + 0,772 dan persamaan rantai kausal kedua Y2 = 0,048X1 + 0,138X2 + 0,282X3 + 0,091X4 + 0,094X5  + 0,187Y1 + 0,756. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung variabel fitur layanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna melalui kepuasan pengguna sebesar 0,023 atau 2,3%, pengaruh tidak langsung variabel promosi terhadap loyalitas pengguna melalui kepuasan pengguna 0,032 atau 3,2%, pengaruh tidak langsung variabel kualitas informasi terhadap loyalitas pengguna melalui kepuasan pengguna 0,031 atau 3,1%, pengaruh tidak langsung variabel kualitas sistem terhadap loyalitas pengguna melalui kepuasan pengguna 0,050 atau 5%.

Abstract

Balai Teknologi Air Minum merupakan lembaga yang melaksanakan pelayanan pengujian, inspeksi, dan sertifikasi serta pengkajian teknologi air minum. Beberapa masalah yang masih terjadi yaitu belum efektif dalam melakukan pekerjaan terutama dalam hal lambatnya aliran data pengujian antar petugas laboratorium sehingga proses pengujian menjadi lama, pemantauan proses pembayaran sampel belum dapat dilakukan secara real-time dan pengarsipan data masih dicatat di buku jurnal dan aplikasi yang terpisah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional di Balai Teknologi Air Minum seperti menerima order pengujian sampel air, melakukan pengujian sampel, menyampaikan hasil pemeriksaan kepada pelanggan dengan cepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan layanan kepada pelanggan dan pemantauan proses pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara real-time. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah object oriented programming. Dengan penerapan sistem informasi pelayanan jasa laboratorium ini, pendistribusian data dapat dilakukan secara cepat antar petugas laboratorium, menyusun laporan secara otomatis, memantau jumlah pendapatan secara real-time, menyampaikan hasil pengujian sampel air kepada pelanggan dan menyimpan data secara aman dan terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkn mutu guru selama peoses belajar mengajar pada masa pandemi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 013 Muktisari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan menghasilkan data dieskriptif berupa kata-kata tulisan. Adapun indikator mutu guru yaitu peningkatan kenerja guru, kedisplinan guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran selama proses belajar mengajar pada masa pendemi Covid- 19. Hambatan yang dihadapi guru selama proses belajar mengajar pada masa pendemi seperti sulitnya jaringan internet, siswa tidak memiliki gadged, orang tua yang tidak paham dengan teknologi.

Abstract

Obesity is a global health problem with increasing prevalence worldwide. One aspect of concern is how obesity can affect an individual's gait characteristics, leading to musculoskeletal disorders. Numerous studies have explored the gait characteristics experienced by individuals with obesity. The objective of this literature review is to provide further information on the gait characteristics of individuals with obesity, which can be utilized for the prevention of obesity-related musculoskeletal disorders. The methodology employed in this study is a literature review, creating conclusions from selected data sources from various national and international journals published between 2011 and 2021. The findings reveal that obesity can lead to decreased balance, reduced walking speed, and influence several gait characteristic parameters, such as changes in step length and width, stride length, as well as various angles formed by the knee and ankle joints during walking, resulting in a distinct gait pattern compared to normal gait. Therefore, it can be concluded that individuals with obesity are prone to exhibit an altered gait pattern, which can potentially contribute to musculoskeletal problems such as osteoarthritis.

Abstract

Abstract This report is the result of Community Service entitled “Dance Training in Manyarejo Village as One Step Towards a Tourism Village Tour”. The target of the activity is the people of Krajan Grogolan, Manyarejo Village. The output of the activity is to direct and make participants to be able to develop creativity in the creation of folk dances. The result of this creativity is the creation of the Rempeg Balung Buto dance. The training activities are carried out using the Dialogical method, the Lecture method, the Demonstration method, and the Drill method. The method was developed and integrated with the mental development of the participants. This training is expected to become a routine village activity, especially dance. The participants were able to demonstrate the dance work created by the creativity they had learned, mastering the material by rote and correctly. The output of the dance work “Rempeg Balung Buto” has been performed at the Environmental Day commemoration event at the 2022 Krajan Cultural Market, Gebyar Krajan Kengker 2022 and the fossil Handing Carnival event at the Bukuran Ancient Human Museum 2022. This training provides an understanding of basic creativity, doing works creative, and to document audio-visual so that it can be used as a reference in dance learning for the next generation in society.   Keywords: training, creativity, dance, society.

Abstract

Pada umumnya kejahatan penadahan yang sering terjadi dewasa ini adalah kejahatan penadahan barang-barang yang didapatkan dari kejahatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap tindak pidana penadahan di Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi dan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum putusan Majelis Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap tindak pidana penadahan di Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi. Metode pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis Normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti atau mempelajari masalah dilihat dari segi aturan hukumnya, meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dalam penelitian dengan maksud untuk memberikan argumentasi hukum tentang dasar penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana penadahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap tindak pidana penadahan di Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi yaitu dalam persidangan Jaksa Penuntut Umum mengajukan fakta-fakta hukum yang berupa saksi-saksi, alat bukti, keterangan terdakwa, dan barang bukti dalam persidangan sehingga dapat diketahui antara keterangan terdakwa dan fakta-fakta tersebut saling sinkron. Oleh karena itu, Majelis Hakim memiliki keyakinan bahwa Para Terdakwa telah terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana penadahan sebagaimana telah diatur dalam Pasal 480 ayat (1) KUHP. Akibat hukum dari putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap tindak pidana penadahan adalah dijatuhkannya pidana dan terdakwa telah mengakui perbuatannya serta berjanji untuk tidak mengulangi perbuatannya. Kata kunci: Tindak Pidanana, Pendahan, Barang Hasil Kejahatan.
