Abstract

This community service program is a series of activities that involves students and the academic community within the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University, and some faculties in Widya Dharma Klaten University through an eco-green program for environmental care. The methods for implementing activities include as follows: 1) collecting data profiles on students and the academic community within Gadjah Mada University and Widya Dharma Klaten University and 2) empowering students through eco-green training on student empathy for the environment. The results of the activity obtained positive results where there was a change in student behavior before and after the activity. Developing a leadership spirit and cultivating students' sense of empathy for the environment through eco-green programs is not enough to be done in a short time, but requires a long and continuous period of time. Future activities need to continue to be carried out through several improvements in implementation methods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the criminal liability of corporations in corruption crimes and to determine the application of material criminal law in Decision Number 1751 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PT Mdn., and Decision Number 47 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2022 / PT Dki. The research method used is normative legal research, by using the Statute Approach and Case Approach methods . This study uses a type of normative legal research with a statute approach and a case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The method used by the author is the library method, then the analysis of the legal materials used is descriptive of the legal materials obtained. The results obtained from this study are: 1). The qualification of the Criminal Act of Deleting Account Records of a Bank is regulated in Article 49 paragraph (1) letter c of the Banking Law which stipulates that Members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, or Bank Employees who intentionally change, obscure, hide, delete, or eliminate any records in the books or in reports, or in documents or reports of business activities, transaction reports or accounts of a bank, or intentionally change, obscure, eliminate, hide or damage the bookkeeping records, shall be subject to imprisonment of at least five years and a maximum of fifteen years and a fine of at least ten billion rupiah and a maximum of two hundred billion rupiah, and 2). The panel of judges who examined and decided on Case Decision Number 1751/Pid.Sus/2020/PT Mdn., and Decision Number 47/Pid.Sus-TPK/2022/PT Dki. The author believes that the panel of judges has examined and tried this case properly, considering the public prosecutor's indictment, demands, defense from the defendant and his legal counsel, evidence, and other facts revealed at the trial.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan bekal materi konsep stratejic job hunting kepada calon wisudawan mahasiswa FEP Unwidha.  Kegiatan  dilakukan meliputi: 1) Pembekalan materi secara klasikal, diskusi kasus 2) Praktek role playing, walk interview kerjasama dengan Program studi Psikologi FEP dan Career Center Unwidha. Keseluruhan kegiatan diperoleh hasil positif dimana calon wisudawan antusias mengikuti semua program  kegiatan selama satu hari penuh . Muncul output dan outcome  dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dasar konsep strategic job hunting. Kesemuanya bermuara pada terbentuknya pondasi jiwa calon wisudawan tangguh, mampu bersaing di pasar kerja di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan berbagai manfaat dalam kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan. Teknologi dapat berperan sebagai sarana penunjang ilmu maupun sebagai media pembelajaran. Kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah saat ini tentu memerlukan teknologi untuk membantu pengajar dan pelajar. Penelitian ini mengambil salah satu topik menarik dari ilmu pengetahuan yaitu tentang kerangka tubuh manusia. Untuk memahami topik ini, biasanya sekolah membutuhkan alat peraga berupa model kerangka tubuh manusia. Namun, terdapat sekolah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas tersebut, sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan terjangkau sebagai penunjang atau pengganti model peraga. Augmented Reality adalah teknologi yang secara efektif mengintegrasikan objek virtual ke dalam dunia nyata, sehingga dunia nyata terlihat terhubung dengan dunia maya dan memungkinkan interaksi di antara keduanya. AR menawarkan visual menarik dengan objek 3D dan dapat meningkatkan daya imajinasi pelajar, menjadikannya inovasi canggih dalam pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi AR yang dapat di install pada perangkat android untuk memudahkan pembelajaran kerangka tubuh manusia. Aplikasi menggunakan metode marker based, yang menggunakan penanda untuk memunculkan objek virtual.

Abstract

Pada umumnya kejahatan penadahan yang sering terjadi dewasa ini adalah kejahatan penadahan barang-barang yang didapatkan dari kejahatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap tindak pidana penadahan di Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi dan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum putusan Majelis Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap tindak pidana penadahan di Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi. Metode pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis Normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti atau mempelajari masalah dilihat dari segi aturan hukumnya, meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dalam penelitian dengan maksud untuk memberikan argumentasi hukum tentang dasar penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana penadahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap tindak pidana penadahan di Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi yaitu dalam persidangan Jaksa Penuntut Umum mengajukan fakta-fakta hukum yang berupa saksi-saksi, alat bukti, keterangan terdakwa, dan barang bukti dalam persidangan sehingga dapat diketahui antara keterangan terdakwa dan fakta-fakta tersebut saling sinkron. Oleh karena itu, Majelis Hakim memiliki keyakinan bahwa Para Terdakwa telah terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana penadahan sebagaimana telah diatur dalam Pasal 480 ayat (1) KUHP. Akibat hukum dari putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap tindak pidana penadahan adalah dijatuhkannya pidana dan terdakwa telah mengakui perbuatannya serta berjanji untuk tidak mengulangi perbuatannya. Kata kunci: Tindak Pidanana, Pendahan, Barang Hasil Kejahatan.

Abstract

Sistem informasi berperan penting dalam mengelola data perusahaan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang akan digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada di PT Leading Garment, maka dibuatlah rancangan sistem informasi yang membantu perusahaan dalam mengoperasikan usahanya. Pengembangan sistem informasi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode terstruktur, dimulai dari pembuatan Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, dan model keterhubungan antar tabel. Rancangan sistem informasi berbasis komputerisasi ini ditujukan untuk menjaga asset perusahaan agar terhindar dari kecurangan yang mungkin timbul, pengendalian sistem informasi juga semakin ditingkatkan serta adanya validasi input agar informasi yang ada dapat terjaga integritas serta keutuhannya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of hybrid learning model to communication mathematics junior high school students. This research is a quantitative with experimental methods in the form of pure experiment types. The population were all eighth grade students at Public Junior High School 1 of Middle Curup, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province in 2015/2016. The number of samples uses 37 persons as experimental class and 35 persons as control class. This research is a pure experiment using a pretest-posttest control group. In this study, the data collection method used is the testing techniques. Based on the analysis can be concluded that there is a significant effect on communications hybrid learning model mathematics junior high school student.

Abstract

This study discusses the phenomenon of non-compliance of State Administrative (TUN) officials in Seluma Regency with the decisions of the State Administrative Court (PTUN) which have permanent legal force. Failure to implement PTUN decisions has a negative impact on legal certainty and reduces public trust in the justice system. This study uses a qualitative approach through a case study in Seluma Regency with in-depth interview data collection techniques and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the main causes of non-compliance are weak supervision, political intervention, low legal awareness of officials, and weak implementation of administrative sanctions. From the perspective of fiqh siyasah, non-compliance of officials violates the principles of justice and trust in leadership, so solutions are needed based on increasing accountability, legal education, and bureaucratic reform. The recommendations of this study include strengthening sanctions, transparency in the implementation of PTUN decisions, and socialization of fiqh siyasah values ​​in governance.

Abstract

The increasing intensity of climate change has triggered a rise in the frequency and impact of hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia, such as floods, droughts, and forest fires. This condition demands the strengthening of community capacity in understanding and anticipating disaster risks. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to educate the people of Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, about hydrometeorological disaster mitigation and the introduction of Weather Modification Technology (WMT) as an adaptive solution. The implementation methods included seminars, counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests. The results show that the majority of participants came from civil servants and village apparatus (48%), with 83% stating that the material was easy to understand. A significant increase in understanding was recorded from pre-test to post-test, indicating effective material delivery. Additionally, participants expressed high enthusiasm for utilizing technology in disaster management, particularly WMT. These findings reinforce the importance of continuous dissemination of disaster information through information technology to the public. This activity contributes positively to building community preparedness in facing climate change and supports collaboration between academia, government, and the public in scientific-based disaster mitigation strategies. In the future, further assistance is needed to encourage the local implementation of adaptive technologies.

Abstract

The assistance activity for empowering Posyandu (integrated service center) toddlers in Pilangsari Gondang Village, Klaten Regency aims to improve the quality system of Posyandu services, increase the participation of mothers and young women in serving the community so that the effectiveness of activities to fight toddler stunting in the village is achieved. The model of activities carried out includes: 1) Service-Quality Capacity Building for Posyandu services for toddlers, 2) Technology Transfer. To achieve this goal, several activities are carried out in assistance: a) Evaluation of the quality of Posyandu for toddlers b) Establishment of a Service-Quality network (c) Training and development of healthy toddler services to fight stunting d) Improvement of supporting facilities/infrastructure to develop services f) entrepreneurial training for making dry and wet cakes based on village characteristics to improve nutrition for toddlers and the community. Based on activities, the results of an effective activity model are obtained, where mothers and young women are enthusiastic about participating in the program and this lead to the formation of a foundation for empowering the quality of excellent toddler Posyandu services in the village to fight toddler stunting.
