Abstract

This research aimed to find out the improvement of students’ reading achievement by using webtoon application to develop students’ achievement in literal comprehension. The subject of this research was 20 students at the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Bontomarannu. The method that used was quantitative research with pre-experimetal research that consist of pre-test,treatment, and post-test. The researcher was used essay test and pair words as an research instrumental. The research findings indicated that using webtoon application was significant to improve the students’ achievement in literal reading in terms of main idea with the mean of pre-test was 60,75 and of post-test was 71,25, supporting details with mean of pre-test was 44,75 and of post-test was 51,25, and meaning words with mean of pre-test was 42,50 and post-test was 64,50. It was proved by students with the t-test value is is 6.488 >1.72913. It indicated that the result of t-test value in all of variable and indicator was higher than t-table value. It means there are improvement of students’ achievement in literal reading comprehension after being thaught through webtoon application.Therefore,it can be concluded that statistically hypothesis of H1 was accepted and the statistically hypothesis of HO was rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the Effect of Smartphone on Students’ Speaking Skill. The research design was used pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Pattallassang sub-district of gowa. The researcher was used total sampling technique. The researcher uses this technique because all the members of the selected had similar characteristic and the same relatively baseline knowledge based on their test examination average scores. The total number of samples was 30 students from class VII-5. The Speaking tests were administered in the pretest and posttest. The instrument was intended to measure the students’ enrichment of speaking. The test Speaking aspects in this research are: fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, accuracy and comprehensibility. Based on the research findings and discussion in the previous chapter, the researcher concludes that the use of Smartphone enriches the students’ speaking skill; it is proved by the mean score of the students’ posttest. The t-test of the students’ speaking achievement in posttest was smaller than α (0.000 < 0.05). It meant that the H1 of the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

This Research Objectives was to find out whether media music video can improve students competence in writing skill. Utilizing of music video as media in learning can help students shape an active mind, curious, and independent by strengthening confidence, ability expression and creativity. To analyze the data, A Pre-Experimental design was employed. It involves at class X-2 of SMAN 7 Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang. Data were obtained through pre-test and posttest. Data analyze by using t-test. The findings showed that there was significant difference on the students’ competence in writing skill through media music video. The students mean score of pre-test experiment class was 56.36. Then in the post-test, the mean score of experiment class was 70.24. In other words, media music video can improve students’ competence in writing skill.

Abstract

This research aimed finding the improvement of the students’ ability in reading narrative text by using Weblog. The writer applied pre-experimental method and collected the data based on the test. The sample of the research was class X MIA 2 of SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung that consisted of 29 students. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research findings showed that the students had poor score in pre-test. After treatment, their reading ability in narrative text increase significantly. The result of the research were the mean score of reading narrative text in term of identify. Orientation obtained by the students through pre-test was 66 and posttest was 80 (21.2%), with the t-test value was greater than t-table (11.4 > 2.04). Complication obtained by the students through pre-test was 66 and posttest was 79 (19.7%) with the t-test value was greater than t-table (9.9>2.04). Resolution obtained by the students through pre-test was 70 and posttest was 79 (12.9%) with the t-test value was greater than t-table (3.8 > 2.04). The result of calculating t-test. Students in reading narrative text was greater than t-table (25.1>2.04). It was concluded that the use of Weblog improved students’ ability in reading narrative text.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out the improvement of the students’ learning grammar by using Kahoot website. The research applied pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test. The researcher used purposive sampling technique.The sample of the research was class X MIPA 2 of SMAN 8 Gowa in academic year 2018/2019 which consisted of 37 students. The researcher used simple present and past tense of reading test as instrument in pre-test and post-test. The research findings indicated that Kahoot website can improve students’ Learning grammar. It was proved by the mean score of pre-test in present tense was 56.86it classified as fair, posttest was 73.72,it classified as good and the improvement of pretest to be posttest was 29.65%. In addition, the mean score of pretest in Past Tense was 51.89 that classified as poor, posttest was 70.81 that classified as fair good and the improvement of pretest to posttest was 36.46%. Therefore, there was the improvement of the students’ grammar in terms of simple present and past tense. The result of improvement is also proved with t-test value. The researcher found that the value of t-test (4.543) was greater than t-table (1.687). this value means that there was significantly difference between the result of the students’ pre-test and post test. It was concluded that the use of Kahoot website can improve students’ learning grammar at the First Grade of SMAN 8 Gowa.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to analyze mathematical creative thinking skills in problem-solving in terms of the adversity quotient. The study was conducted on 23 third-semester students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Ibrahim University. Collecting data using questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation. Questionnaire to determine the Adversity Quotient scale. A test to measure mathematical creative thinking skills. Data analysis in the form of induction and reduction theory. The results of the questionnaire showed 6 students (26%) quitters, 14 students (61%) campers, and 3 students (13%) climbers. The test results showed that 8 students (35%) were highly capable, 11 (48%) were moderate, and 4 (17%) were low. The results of the analysis show that the fluency criteria of students with the quitter type meet three problem-solving indicators. Flexibility criteria students with the camper type met all indicators but lacked detail, and originality criteria students with the climber type were able to fulfill all problem-solving indicators in detail. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of financial statement quality and audit quality on companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2022, especially in the transportation and logistics sector. Based on the issues of investment inefficiency in the company, research is conducted to provide managers with insights to consider investment decisions based on several variables influencing investment efficiency. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of financial reporting quality and audit quality on investment efficiency on companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2022. By applying the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique, the data used in this research is 24 companies. The total data used in this research included 120 observations based on certain criteria. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression analysis. And the results show that the quality of financial reporting and audit quality have a positive and significant influence on the company's investment efficiency decisions.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan dayah berkontribusi tidak hanya dalam lembaga keagamaan yang fokus pada pembacaan tafaqquh di al-din tetapi juga dalam lingkungan sosial. Dinamika dayah menjadi tantangan besar dalam menemukan identitas dalam masyarakat. Meskipun, dayah pertama membawa teks kebangsaan, implementasi sistem pendidikan menjadi sub-sistem pendidikan nasional. Keberadaan dayah adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan nasional dengan mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Salah satu Keunggulan pendidikan karakter dayah di Aceh terletak pada sistem pendidikan yang dikembangkan secara konsisten dalam membentuk pribadi muslim yang bermoral dan bertanggungjawab. Metode tarbiyah (pendidikan) di dayah terutama dayah terpencil tidak memiliki perangkap pembelajaran yang lengkap, tetapi menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki karakter yang lulur, sebaliknya, di lembaga pendidikan umum sistem pendidikannya memiliki perangkap pembelajaran yang jelas, tetapi kurang menghasilkan lulusan yang berkarakter mulia. Di antara sisi menarik dari pendidikan di dayah ialah antara guru dengan santri adanya perasaan hormat dan santri patuh kepada guru (teungku). Perasaan hormat dan kepatuhan santri kepada muallim (guru), ini berlaku seumur hidup. Pendidikan karakter yang diajarkan di dayah antara lain yaitu menghormati (ta’ẓīm) kepada orang tua, ulama, mencium tangan teungku seumeubeut, suri teladan yang baik, sopan santun, kesederhanaan, kejujuran, amanah, bertanggung jawab dan kemandirian. Adapun metode pendidikan karakter di dayah yaitu. nilai keteladanan (uswah al-hasanah), adat kebiasaan yang baik(‘adah al-hasanahal), memberikan hadiah dan ‘iqab atau hukuman (reward and punishment), metode ibrah (mengambil pelajaran), metode mauī’ẓah (nasehat), metode kedisiplinan, metode targhīb wa tahzīb, metode kemandirian

Abstract

Belanja pegawai merupakan komponen terbesar dalam struktur Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) di sebagian besar pemerintah daerah di Indonesia, termasuk Kabupaten Sorong Selatan. Proporsi belanja pegawai yang terlalu tinggi sering kali berdampak pada terbatasnya ruang fiskal untuk pembiayaan pembangunan, pelayanan publik, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Mengacu pada standar kesehatan fiskal yang ditetapkan Kementerian Keuangan, idealnya belanja pegawai tidak melebihi batas tertentu agar kapasitas fiskal tetap sehat dan berkelanjutan. Namun, dinamika kebutuhan birokrasi, penataan kelembagaan, dan peningkatan jumlah pegawai masih menjadi tantangan yang memengaruhi proporsi belanja pegawai di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proporsi belanja pegawai terhadap standar kesehatan fiskal pemerintah daerah pada APBD Kabupaten Sorong Selatan Tahun 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis rasio keuangan daerah, dokumentasi APBD, dan perbandingan terhadap indikator kesehatan fiskal yang berlaku. Kebaruan penelitian (novelty) terletak pada fokus evaluasi terhadap APBD terbaru (Tahun Anggaran 2025) serta pemetaan implikasinya terhadap ruang fiskal jangka menengah daerah. Penelitian ini menawarkan kontribusi praktis berupa rekomendasi strategi penataan belanja yang lebih efisien, termasuk penguatan value for money, pengendalian belanja pegawai, dan optimalisasi belanja produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi belanja pegawai masih berada pada kategori kurang sehat, sehingga berdampak pada kapasitas fiskal daerah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya penguatan kebijakan pengendalian belanja pegawai dan optimalisasi komposisi belanja yang lebih sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examined the use of the Make a Match Technique on literal reading comprehension. It was use descriptive text. Researcher was applied Pre- Experimental Research. It aimed at to find out the effectiveness of using Make a Match to improve the students’ reading comprehension at the second grade students’ of SMPN 1 Takalar 2022/2023. The sample of this research was the students of VIII. 1 class of SMPN 1 Takalar. This research was used purposive sampling technique. The researcher obtained the data using pre-test dan post-test. The mean score of the pre-test was 45,88 and post-test was 80,88. That was better increase of the mean score by students’ at the post-test. The test's outcome indicated a 3.273>2.036 significant difference between the t-test and t-table, indicating that the t-table was smaller than the t-test. That was proved by the t-table value 2.036 which was smaller than t-test 3.273. Based on the result of the analysis, it was concluded that using Make a Match technique could improved the students’ reading comprehension at the second grade students of SMPN 1 Takalar.
