Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai bagaimana PjBL dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi PjBL di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas X dan XI serta guru di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang. Teknik pengambilan data meliputi observasi langsung selama proses pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru, serta analisis dokumen seperti rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan hasil proyek siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang muncul dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran, dan memperkuat keterampilan kolaboratif. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan analisis, evaluasi, dan sintesis informasi melalui proyek-proyek yang diberikan. Guru berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dalam mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan mandiri. Temuan ini mendukung hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa PjBL efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif siswa. Kesimpulannya, PjBL merupakan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang, dengan dukungan perencanaan yang baik dan bimbingan guru yang efektif.

Abstract

Smart City merupakan salah satu strategi pembangunan dan manajemen kota yang masih baru. Konsep ini muncul dan berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Smart city adalah konsep kota cerdas yang dirancang guna membantu berbagai kegiatan masyarakat serta memberikan kemudahan mengakses informasi kepada masyarakat. Saat ini Kota Mataram telah meluncurkan aplikasi berbasis android yang disebut Mataramku Lapor, aplikasi ini dirancang dengan memusatkan teknologi informasi khususnya berkaitan dengan aktivitas masyarakat yang ada di Kota Mataram. Permasalahan saat ini penggunaan layanan aplikasi berbasis android ‘Mataramku Lapor’ belum maksimal digunakan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; Menganalisis bagaimana strategi Kota Mataram menuju Smart City serta menganalisis faktor faktor apa yang pendukung dan penghambat Kota Mataram menuju Smart City. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus ekplorasi yang berbekal teori dan mengeksplorasi fenomena kasus, Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam ( Indept Interview ) dan Focus Group Discussion ( FGD ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penunjang berjalanya Smart City yaitu infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi serta SDM sudah siap dalam menerapkan Smart City. Penerapan smart City banyak dilaksanakan pada SKPD Sesuai dengan target pemerintah kota untuk menerapkan Smart Governenc. Pemerintah Kota Mataram telah memenuhi kriteria menuju kota Smart City, dengan telah disusunnya Master Pland / strategi pengembangan Smart City, regulasi, formulasi dan dokumen tatakelola Smart City dalam bentuk formal dan tertulis menjadi peraturan Walikota. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Smart City adalah masih kurangnya SDM yang handal untuk memegang sistem / TIK pada masing masing SKPD, karena alasan mutasi yang sering terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh etika bisnis islami terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang hasil kerajinan cukli di Kota Mataram. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di wilayah Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah tersebut merupakan pusat perdagangan hasil kerajinan cukli di Pulau Lombok. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah metode sensus dengan mengambil semua unit populasi, yaitu sebanyak 52 orang pedagang hasil kerajinan cukli sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 2.0 M3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa etika bisnis islami berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang hasil kerajinan cukli. Hasil penelitian ini berbeda dengan hasil penelitian Nasution yang dilakukan terhadap pedagang di pusat pasar Medan, yang kesimpulannya menyatakan bahwa etika bisnis islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang. Selain itu, penelitian hasil ini menemukan bahwa etika bisnis islami yang berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang hasil kerajinan cukli di Kota Mataram disebabkan karena walaupun pedagang termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat dalam mengimplementasikan etika bisnis islami tetapi mereka belum kaffah. Para pedagang masih memperdagangkan barang yang dilarang oleh agama, yaitu patung dan topeng.

Abstract

Many factors affect HR performance, including job satisfaction factors, communication factors, work experience factors, work discipline factors, leadership factors, competency factors, job training factors and work environment factors. The purposes of this study are 1) To find out and analyse the partial effect of leadership on administrative staff performance, 2) To find out and analyse the partial effect of training on administrative staff performance, 3) To find out and analyse the simultaneous effect of leadership and training on administrative staff performance, 4) To find out and analyse between leadership and training which has the most dominant influence on the performance of administrative employees. In this study, the population that became the object of research was administrative staff of 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect on administrative staff performance, while training has a partially significant effect on administrative employee performance. From this study it can be seen that leadership style and training variables have a significant simultaneous effect on administrative employee performance. From the results of the study, it can be seen that training has a dominant effect on the performance of administrative employees. Keywords: Leadership Style, Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of the marketing mix of educational services in increasing competitiveness and customer value at Junior High School Rahmat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Junior High School Ar Rahmat has innovated the marketing mix in several aspects, such as product innovation, price, promotion, and place. The innovation is directed to provide added value for customers and increase student’s and parent’s satisfaction. This research provides advice for Junior High School Ar Rahmat in innovating the marketing mix, such as improving service quality, expanding the reach of promotions, offering more varied educational programs, providing financial assistance, and collaborating with educational institutions or companies. This research can provide input for decision-makers in the world of education to innovate the marketing mix in an effort to increase competitiveness and customer value in schools.

Abstract

Kelurahan Kekalik Jaya terdapat berbagai pengusaha orang pribadi maupun pengusaha berbentuk badan yang pada umumnya bergerak pada bidang perdagangan. Adapun usaha-usaha tersebut antara lain toko Alat Tulis menulis, klontong, apotek , Usha bidang olah raga , persewaan dan beberapa jenis usaha lainnya seperti toko pakaian, serta usaha-usaha lainnya. Usaha-usaha ini merupakan salah satu potensi penerimaan pajak penghasilan oleh pemerintah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan apa yang pengetahuan tentang kewajibab apa saja yang harus dipenuhi wajib pajak seperti tata cara menghitung , menyetor dan melaporakan pajak terutang secara online. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah dengan ceramah dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) . Adanya kegiatan ini para pengusaha baik orang pribadi maupun berbentuk badan ( Perseroan) akan dapat memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan karena sudah mempunyai pengetahuan cara menghitung, menyetor dan melaporkan pajak terutang secara online.. Penghitungan perpajakan dilakukan berdasarkan UU Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (HPP) sehingga wajib pajak ini dapat memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya dengan mudah.

Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected and multicultural world, religious diversity has become both an asset and a challenge for global peacebuilding. Interfaith dialogue emerges as a pivotal tool for fostering mutual understanding, reducing religious tensions, and promoting social cohesion. This study adopts a qualitative comparative approach to examine interfaith dialogue initiatives in Southeast Asia and Europe, focusing on their strategies, challenges, and outcomes. In Southeast Asia, countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand employ grassroots, community-driven approaches through platforms such as the Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB), Harmony Week, and Buddhist-Muslim peace projects, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and local engagement. Conversely, Europe, represented by Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, relies on institutional and policy-driven frameworks such as the German Conference on Islam, the French Conseil Français du Culte Musulman (CFCM), and the UK Inter Faith Network to manage religious pluralism and integration. The comparative findings reveal that while Southeast Asia excels in bottom-up, culturally embedded practices, Europe demonstrates the effectiveness of top-down, structured frameworks supported by government policies. Integrating these approaches offers a hybrid model for enhancing global peacebuilding. The study concludes that fostering interfaith collaboration and knowledge exchange is essential for addressing religious conflicts and achieving sustainable global harmony.

Abstract

Islamic university students today face serious challenges in the form of low learning independence. Many of them still depend on their lecturers' guidance, lack initiative in exploring knowledge, and are not yet fully capable of managing their own learning independently. This study aims to examine how the development of the MBKM curriculum in PTKI can enhance students' learning independence and support the realization of impactful campuses. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, conducted at Nahdlatul Ulama University Surabaya (UNUSA) and Yudharta University Pasuruan. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis using data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results show that the development of the MBKM curriculum at both universities encourages students to learn actively, independently, and reflectively through programs such as internships, entrepreneurship, teaching on campus, and community service. Independent learning is reflected in students' ability to manage the learning process, make decisions, and take responsibility for their learning achievements. In addition, Islamic values also frame this process, resulting in learners who are not only academically excellent but also ethical and contribute significantly to society. Thus, the contextually developed MBKM curriculum has proven to be an important instrument in shaping independent students while also realizing an impactful campus.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Islamic moderation as reflected in the Book of Sabilal Muhtadin, a monumental work of the prominent scholar Sheikh Arsyad that represents the local wisdom of the people of Banjar. This book discusses various aspects of the law of worship and social interaction that are associated with the practice of the life of the Banjar people in the framework of sharia norms. The focus of the study includes a number of local cultural practices, such as the use of tabala (coffins) in funerals, the provision of food for mourners, and the use of latrines (toilets) as a means of defecation and determining the laws on local plants among the Banjar people. These local plant practices and materials are accommodated through a contextual and moderate approach to fiqh, although in some classical fiqh literature it is seen as inappropriate. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method through an analysis of Sheikh Arsyad's thoughts, especially in the Book of Sabilal Muhtadin. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Sheikh Arsyad was able to formulate fiqh law by considering the social reality of the Banjar community, thus producing a harmonious synthesis between religious values and local traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the underlying reasons behind hikers' choices in selecting either tektok or camping-style mountain climbing. Tektok hiking refers to a one-day climb without an overnight stay, while camping involves spending one or more nights on the mountain. Each type of hiking offers distinct characteristics, needs, and experiences, making it important to understand the factors that influence hikers' preferences. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews. Informants consisted of six hikers (three tektok hikers and three camping hikers) and one basecamp manager who served as a comparative informant. The study was conducted at the Gunung Andong Via Sawit Basecamp, located in Magelang Regency, Central Java. Thematic analysis was used to identify recurring and meaningful patterns in the data. The findings reveal five main factors influencing hikers’ decisions: personal goals, time constraints, physical condition, logistical preparedness, and financial considerations. Tektok hikers tend to prioritize time efficiency and simplicity of gear, while camping hikers are more motivated by the experience of staying overnight, social interaction, and enjoying a more relaxed atmosphere. Insights from the basecamp manager also indicated a growing trend toward tektok hiking due to busy lifestyles. This study provides deeper understanding of hikers’ preferences within the context of mountain hiking in Indonesia. The results are expected to offer valuable input for basecamp managers to improve service quality and may serve as a reference for future researchers exploring similar phenomena in different locations or settings
